Would definitely recommend this itinerary & tour! Our tour guide was friendly and service was great overall.

I was happily surprise for the whole tour, very veryyy nice, comfortable bus, very well organized tour, beautiful places to appreciate the mount Fuji. I felt they really thought about us as visitors and welcome guests, not just random people that only represent money for the company. Totally recommend this tour and the company. I would definitely go with them again. I traveled with my wife and 1 year old baby, and I had no issues, perhaps I would recommend next time to offer a car seat for the baby.

I used the service on August 2nd. Despite the scorching heat of 38 degrees in Kyoto, thanks to the staff, Takki (the handsome Takigawa) and the beautiful and kind Sakaguchi, I had a very comfortable time.

We were able to visit multiple places in a short time, and during the bus rides, we received enjoyable and informative explanations. When walking, they carefully checked on the delayed tour participants, and both Takki and Sakaguchi went back and forth several times, kindly checking in on everyone. I was truly moved by this genuine "omotenashi" (hospitality)!

I definitely want to use this service again. I am sincerely grateful to the wonderful staff.

８月２日に利用。京都は３８度の猛暑の中、スタッフのタッキーことイケメン滝川さんと、美人で優しい坂口さんのおかげで、とても快適な時間を過ごせました。
短時間で何箇所も回れ、バス移動の間には楽しく参考になる解説をしてもらえます。徒歩移動の際は、遅れたツアー客の様子をきちんと確認し、タッキーさんも坂口さんも何回も前後を行き来して優しく声をかけてくださいました。これこそ本物の「おもてなし」だと感激しました！
是非、また利用したいと思います。
本当にお世話になりました。素晴らしいスタッフさん方に、心より感謝しております。

When traveling individually, I was able to tour the area according to the planned schedule, which would be difficult to do in just one day. I chose a meal plan at Kiyomizu-dera, but I wished I had a bit more time to eat leisurely. The meal was tofu cuisine and very delicious, but it was "chilled tofu" due to the season. Personally, I would have preferred hot tofu, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, I was very satisfied and glad to have participated.

個人で移動すると、一日では周りきれない工程を予定どおりのスケジュールで観光できました。
清水寺で食事付きのプランにしたのですが、もう少しゆっくり食べる時間が欲しかったです。食事は、豆腐料理でとても美味しかったのですが、季節柄『冷やし豆腐』でした。個人的には湯豆腐が良かったので、それだけが少し残念でした。
全体的には非常に満足で、参加して良かったです。

The tour itinerary was very good and gave a nice overview of Tokyo. The guide we had in the morning was good and knowledgeable, but at times was very difficult to understand. The guide in the afternoon was excellent. Lunch was very good, but we felt too rushed and the restaurant staff was somewhat rude
Overall the tour was.money well spent.

I'm really glad I reserved this bus for my summer vacation trip from Hokkaido on a very hot day in August. If we had traveled on our own, it would have taken a long time to reach our destinations, and I don't think we could have visited all the places we wanted to in one day. Also, it was helpful to be able to sit on an air-conditioned bus during the hot weather. If we had used the subway or city buses, not being able to sit would have made us even more tired. The guide was also very kind, and we had a great time. Thanks to this, my child and I were able to enjoy a wonderful time together. Thank you!

北海道から夏休みの旅行にと、8月の大変暑い日に行ったので、こちらのバスを予約しておいて本当に良かったです。
自分たちで回っても目的地に着くまで時間がかかって、見たいところを一日で回ることはできなかったと思います。
また、暑かったので移動中にエアコンが効いているバスに必ず座れる、というのも助かりました。
地下鉄や市営のバスで移動していたら、座れなかったら疲れが倍増していたと思います。
ガイドさんもとても親切で、楽しかったです。
おかげで親子で楽しい時間を過ごせました。

It is too harsh to research transportation and move around in the hot summer of Kyoto. However, with a bus tour, you can take a break and cool off in the air conditioning in between. It was a great help for someone like me who lives in the northern region.

自ら交通手段を調べて動くには、暑い夏の京都は過酷過ぎます。
しかし、バスツアーなら合間に冷房で涼みながら座って休む事ができます。
北の地域に住む私にとって、助かりました。

I wanted to tour Kyoto during Obon, but I thought there would be traffic and full parking lots with my car, so I signed up for this tour. We traveled as a family of five, and it was fantastic to smoothly visit Kyoto's iconic spots like Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. I don't think we could have covered all that in one day with our car.

With the bus tour, I was a bit concerned about the departure time, but I think the schedule allowed us to visit the sites almost optimally. The tour guide and the driver were friendly, making it a fun trip.

お盆に京都巡りをしたかったのですが、マイカーでは、駐車場と道路が渋滞と満車であると思い、このツアーを申し込みました。
家族5人で巡りましたが、京都の代表的な伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山をスムーズに巡る事が出来て最高でした。マイカーでは、まず1日で巡れてないと思います。
バスツアーでは、出発時間が少し気にはなる所ですが、タイムスケジュールもほぼ最適に参拝出来たと思います。

I stayed in Kanazawa for just two days on a rushed trip. Despite that, this tour perfectly fulfilled my wish to efficiently extend my visit to Shirakawa-go. The participants were a mix of Japanese and foreigners, and the tour guide's explanations in both Japanese and English during the bus ride were very rhythmic, precise, and engaging, keeping us interested throughout. The information provided was incredibly helpful during our free time at the destination.

Additionally, the seating arrangements on the bus and for lunch were well-prepared and organized, making everything run smoothly. Thanks to this, the participants, who were strangers at first, gradually started to chat, creating a warm atmosphere for a truly wonderful trip. Thank you very much, Kuroda-san.

Currently, I live overseas, but knowing that there are tour guides with such high language skills and excellent hospitality, I plan to recommend this tour to my acquaintances (foreigners) who will be visiting Japan.

金沢に２日だけ滞在の急ぎ足の旅でした。
そんな中、効率よく、且つ欲張って白川郷まで足を延したい希望をばっちり叶えてくれるツアーでした。
参加者は日本人と外国人が半々の感じでしたが、移動中のバスの中での添乗員さんの日本語と英語による説明はとてもリズムよく的確で、そして興味を引く内容で飽きることがなく、教えていただいた情報は現地での自由行動の際にバッチリ役立ちました。
また、バスの席順、昼食の席などの案内も、きちっと準備・段取りがされていて、本当に何事もスムーズでした。そのお陰で、見知らぬ者同士だった参加者たちとも徐々に会話が弾み、温かい雰囲気での大変素敵な旅となりました。黒田さん、大変、お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。
現在、海外で暮らしているのですが、これほど語学のレベルも高く、おもてなし上手な添乗員さんがいると知ったので、これから日本へ観光に行く知人たち(外国人）にもこのツアーを紹介しようと思います。

The time for the tour was well allocated, so I was able to relax. There were many foreign visitors, which also helped me practice my English.

It had been about 30 years since my middle school graduation trip, and I came to Kyoto again to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We had a full itinerary of places we wanted to visit, and we enjoyed a leisurely sightseeing experience together as a couple, creating wonderful memories of our trip to Kyoto. The guides were very friendly, checking in on everyone in the tour and engaging in conversation, which was great. The driver also kindly said, "Have a good time" and "Welcome back," making our sightseeing experience very pleasant.

中学の卒業旅行以来約30年ぶりの京都で、また結婚30年記念で京都に来ました。
行きたかった所満載で、夫婦でのんびりと観光させていただき、とても良い京都旅行の思い出になりました。

My family (3 adults, 2 children) had an incredible time during this tour which was individualized for us based on our requests and preferences. Our guide Takashi was extremely knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and taught us so much about not only Mt. Fuji but Japan and Japanese culture. Additionally, Takashi’s broad international knowledge and understanding provided an added perspective and important context on Japan’s place globally today. Our driver Toshi was also excellent and entertaining and because of his understanding of weather patterns on the mountain, we made 2 critical stops along the way that allowed us to see the peak despite some poor weather conditions overall. Takashi took us to an incredible restaurant for lunch, a meal that all of us enjoyed and none of us will forget. An incredible trip overall which was made even better by the connection we made with our guide Takashi. On a personal note, I left my phone in the vehicle and Takashi & Toshi ensured that it was returned to me the same evening! It was much appreciated! I would highly recommend this private tour and ask for Takashi!

I participated in a course with lunch included from Osaka, visiting Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. The outside temperature that day was 32°C. Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I thought it was a good plan to efficiently tour the sights while comfortably riding on the bus.

I was surprised that at first, we were the only Japanese people on the bus... The tour guide initially explained in English and later in Japanese. Once we arrived in Kyoto, it was quite challenging to find other Japanese people; almost everyone around us was a foreign tourist. I wondered what country we had come to! There were conversations in Chinese, Korean, English, and Spanish?!

I had heard in recent news that Kyoto was becoming quite crowded, but I didn't expect it to be to this extent. It was a bit too much, and I felt it detracted from enjoying the atmosphere of Kyoto. However, I was impressed by how the bus guides were proficient in English and provided additional guides for those who didn't understand English, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. Overall, it was a fairly enjoyable trip.

伏見稲荷大社　清水寺　金閣寺　嵐山　お昼ごはん付コースで大阪から参加しました。
その日は外気温が32℃。
高齢の母と二人旅でしたので、効率よく　バスの中では快適に　観光地を巡るには良い企画だと思いました。　
びっくりしたのが、最初　日本人は私達二人だけ…バスの添乗員さんも最初は英語で後から日本語で説明をされていました。
京都へ着いたら、日本人を探すのが大変なくらい周りは　ほとんど海外の観光客。私達はいったい何処の国に来たのかしら？!と思うくらい。
中国語　韓国語　英語　スペイン語？！が飛び交っている
最近のNEWSでは京都が大変なことになっていることは知っておりましたが、ここまでとは…
ちょっと多すぎて　京都の風情を堪能する感じではなかったのが残念でした
しかしながら　バスの添乗員さんたちは　英語も堪能で英語がわからない国の方達には、別の添乗員さんをつけたりと　しっかりと対応していらっしゃるなぁと感心しておりました。
まずまず　楽しい旅行でした

I thought Shirakawa-go and Gokayama had the same scenery and feel, but I can't quite put it into words; the atmosphere was different. I liked Gokayama.
I thought the optional rice cracker grilling was unnecessary, but it turned out to be surprisingly fun.

白川郷と五箇山は、同じ風景、同じ感じと思っていましたが、うまく言葉では言えませんが雰囲気が違いました。私は五箇山が好きでした。
オプションのおせんべい焼きは、必要かと思いましたが、意外と楽しかったです。

We thoroughly enjoyed the all day tour. What attracted us in the beginning, was that it would be in English. Both the morning tour guide, and the afternoon tour guide, were very good, professional, and shared lots of information about the various areas the bus drove, as well as information on Japanese culture and customs. We saw such a wide variety of sights. Some were just driving by, and quite a few places you stopped for 45 minutes or so. It even included a river cruise. . I recommend paying to have your lunch included. It was ready for us when we got there, and was delicious. By doing that, we didnt have to rush around to figure out where we were going to eat. I highly recommend the All Day Grand Tokyo Tour

I have wanted to visit Shirakawa-go for a long time, and I finally had the chance to participate. In Shirakawa-go and the Ainokura Gassho-zukuri village, my senses and appetite were fully satisfied.

In Shirakawa-go, I was very lucky to see the thatching work being done on the roofs. It was great to get a glimpse of what life was like in the past. We shared and tried the recommended Mitarashi dango, doburoku, and doburoku soft serve, and they were all delicious. The mountain delicacies for lunch were also tasty, no matter what we chose.

Some souvenir shops only accepted cash and did not accept electronic money. The Ainokura Gassho-zukuri village had a quaint atmosphere, which I personally liked. I thought it would be nice to live there.

I also enjoyed the experience of making senbei for the first time. Both sightseeing locations had just the right amount of time allocated for us, making for a very satisfying tour.

Thank you very much. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

前々から白川郷に行きたくてやっとチャンスがきたので参加させていただきました。
白川郷や相倉合掌造り集落では五感、お腹を満たされ満喫できました。
白川郷では、丁度茅葺き屋根の葺き替え作業中でその様子を拝見できてとてもラッキーでした。また、昔の暮らしがどのようなものか見ることが出来て良かった。
おすすめのみたらし団子、どぶろく、どぶろくソフトクリームを姉妹でわけあい食べてみましたらとても美味しかったです。山の幸の昼食もどれを食べても美味しかったです。
お土産屋さんは現金のみで電子マネーなど使えないお店もありました。
相倉合掌造り集落はこじんまりとした佇まいでしたが個人的には好きです。住んでみたいと思いました。
せんべい焼き体験も初めてで楽しめました。
どちらの見学場所も私達には丁度の時間配分で良かったです。大満足のツアーでした。

I was able to visit Shirakawa-go, which I had wanted to go to for a long time. Unfortunately, there was little snow, but I was able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The tour was also smooth. I made a mistake with the lunch time, and the guide kindly came to find me while I was looking for it. I apologize for the trouble I caused. Thank you very much.

I applied two days ago.
The next morning, I received an email confirming the arrangements.
On the bus, the guide shared information about Kanazawa and Shirakawa-go while I dozed off, gathering information.
It was a chilly day with rain. During our free time in Shirakawa-go, I warmed up by soaking in a hot spring (it was convenient since it was our lunch spot; the bathing fee was 600 yen and the towel was 150 yen).
I think the time allocation was just right.
In Gokayama, we only visited the Ainokura village, but I was able to stroll quietly through the village.
The guide also provided explanations about other villages from the bus window, allowing us to enjoy the experience without any prior research.

雨で肌寒い日でした。白川郷での自由行動では、温泉に入り温まりました（昼食場所だったので楽でした入浴料600円タオル150円でした）
時間配分も丁度いいとおもいます
五箇山では相倉集落のみですが、静かに集落を散歩することが出来ました
車窓からほかの集落の説明もしていただき、下調べなしで楽しめました

The guided tour picks up at Ikebukuro or Shinjuku station. Our tour guide was Nobu and he was quite wonderful! The bus ran right on time. It wasn't full for the day we chose because it was an overcast day. Mount Fuji peeked out of the clouds for just a moment while we were at the top so we got to see it!! It was awesome!! The tour hits up the Mt Fuji 5th station shop, includes a lunch at a French restaurant (with special accomodations for the vegetarian in our group). You get a $3 souvenir or ice cream voucher too. The cruise on the lake was the best part! If I was making a suggestion, the top of Mt Fuji and the amusement park could be 15 minutes longer and the lake area could be 30 minutes less in exchange. Other than that it was the absolute best and I would recommend to anyone!

It was drizzling, but the rain stopped at the location and the scenery was amazing. The guidance was also very good. I would like to use this service again on another occasion.

Mt. Fuji Fifth Station – It was cold with heavy rain in the trip to Mount Fuji. The tour guide was nice and caring. She was a Japanese with good spoken in English.

Lunch at Fuji-Q Highland was very great and the food was delicious. The environment in the restaurant in Fuji-Q Highland was nice and grand.

Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi & Fuji Panoramic Ropeway 
- We spent enough time in a boat at Lake Kawaguchi and Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. I enjoyed the trip and eating delicious soft serve ice cream.

Again, it was a Great tour! it was very convenient. 
I really enjoy the trip in Mt.Fuji 5th Station and Lake Kawaguchi Panoramic Tour and I will recommend to my friends to join this tour.

Outstanding tour of Mount Fuji and overall great experience. Mr. Koizumi did a fantastic job as our guide and I would definitely recommend him for anyone taking this tour. I highly recommended this tour if you want to go to Mount Fuji. The bus was cleaned and the tour guide gave tour description for every accurately. Lunch at Fuji Q highland park was delicious and served very well. Although it was raining all day during the trip but we can enjoy it. We have enough time for cursing at Kawaguchiko lake and enjoy fantastic view during the ropeways. My children loves the free ice cream voucher.
I gave 5 stars for veltra and thank you for given us a memorable and wonderful journey in Mount Fuji.

Even though it was hard to find the meeting place since it was underground, we were pleased to know that the rest of the group were only boarding the bus. We were lucky that we were able to see the mountain since we were told that it was raining up until the day before our tour. The lunch was good and substantial, and kind of fancy because of the ambiance. The cruise was incredible since we got to see the entire mountain from the lake as well as the view from the top of the cable car ride. This was such a great experience even our parents were impressed! I definitely recommend this tour!

At first, we were hesitant to book this tour because the price was too good to be true, but we took a chance and wanted to experience it ourselves. We had a difficult time finding the meeting place and was late for a couple of minutes, but Ms. Terry, our guide, waited for us. The bus ride took 2 hours from Shinjuku to the Mt. Fuji 5th station. We were greeted with a picturesque view of the mountain as well as a lovely 40 minute tour with a pleasantly cold weather. Don't forget to try the mountain-shaped melon bread there! We had a good three course lunch at the Fuji Q Highland restaurant. It's also a great photo spot where you could see more of the mountain. We then headed to the Lake Kawaguchi boat cruise where you could have a closer look at the mountain as well as a cable car ride at Hakone rope way. As you exchange the ticket for the cable car, you also get a free pen as a souvenir. The tanuki dango with soy and matcha drink there is really good. There was also a good ice cream shop where you could choose from four flavors; peach, vanilla, lavender and grape. All in all, with the tour, food and the bus ride going back to the meeting point, the price for this full day tour is such a steal. I highly recommend this tour for those of you who want to maximize their budget. The guide was really good at explaining and was very accomodating!

Highly recommend this particular tour of Fuji. Tour description is very accurate, every activity was completed in time. Tour started at 5th station, ok time was allowed there. Then lunch was in Fiji-Q park, lunch place was nice, French restaurant with full course menu. Then plenty of time was given for the scenic rope-way with best views of Fuji and a boat at Kawaguchiko lake. All tickets and lunch included in tour price; they even gave a voucher for an ice cream or small souvenir at lake Kawaguchiko. Would absolutely do it again.
