This tour was completely worth every penny! We got to see three major sights with the ease of door to door service. Not only was our driver, Fuji-san awesome, but he also gave great tours and we learned so much more than we would have if we walked around ourselves. I would recommend this plan to anyone especially in the heat of the summer and when you have a lot to see in a short amount of time.

It was raining and traffic was bad during our visit. We did not see Mt. Fuji and we had to skip the cable car ride. I think we should have skipped the 5th station so we could've taken the cable instead. Although the food was delicious, I had hoped the food they prepared for us was Japanese and not Western food. Make sure to check the weather before booking this trip.

Miss Silky was a great guide. The whole family really enjoyed it.

We were able to see Mt Fugi and travel up to station 5! There was a stop along the way to use the restroom. Dinner was yummy at a beautiful hotel. We just wish it had been Japanese style food- not western- that is why we are IN Japan! We also wish there had been more time devoted at being at the mountain. It was very rushed and so very crowded. SO much time was spent waiting in lines.

I felt the wind like I was on a roller coaster, and it was more enjoyable than I imagined. I think the good weather contributed to that as well.

Our driver Ken was very nice, courteous and very knowledgeable about the different places we asked him to take us. We were happily surprised that he spoke English very well and he was able to answer a lot of the questions we had about various places along the drive and at our various destinations. The car we drove in was spacious, comfortable and very tidy. We booked the limousine tour for 6 hours and we were able to see all the various destinations shown in the pictures. We even got to walk on an hour hike, started at one point and we coordinated with him the pickup point at the end of the trail. It was a great experience.

The Kyoto all day limousine tour and especially the guide was worth every moment! He was informative and gracious and a wonderful host. Best day in Japan by far!

I took some guests from America. Although it was a short four-hour time, they kindly responded to my requests and spoke fluent English both in the car and at the sightseeing spots. When the conversation turned to "The Last Samurai," they introduced several locations where filming took place, and everyone was satisfied. According to them, it was the most memorable activity. The tour guide is very cheerful. She's got a lot of inputs about mt. Fuji and the towns we passed by. She taught us numbers from one to ten in japanese where you can get and absorb right away because of the way she presented it. she also taught us how to make mt fuji art made out of origami paper during the bus ride. The drivers were very good and very efficient even with the long and winding road. It doesn't make my kids dizzy. It was a great and fun experience.

We wish we could see the Fuji yama but it was so foggy, even though we enjoyed all activities.

The tour guide (kamiko) took care of the whole tour bus group from the hotel to the bullet train. Pickup was right outside of our hotel and straight to mt. Fuji which was very clear that day! Then to hakone for a cruise on the lake and a cable car up to the too of that mountain to see mt fuji across the lake. Then we were dropped off at the bullet train station with ticket included. The whole day was carefree!

Enjoyable tour, very helpful tour guide who did her best to make sure we got to every place! It was a clear day so we managed to see Mt Fuji (I understand this doesn't always happen). We couldn't go to eat the egg at the volcano because of the earthquake situation. But Hakone was beautiful! Definitely the highlight of my trip to Japan, and my parents enjoyed it too. I would highly recommend this day trip :)

Everything was great on this tour! The tour bus was very comfortable and our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though we only went to the 2nd station, I think that was great. We were lucky because we were able to see Fuji clearly as the clouds passed. Then we stopped for lunch, which was prepared and waiting for us when we arrived. The lunch was definitely worth the extra money. Next we arrived at Lake Ashi and rode the pirate ship to the other side of the lake. Great scenery and even a glimpse of Fuji from the lake. We then took the Komagatake ropeway tram. It was very crowded and we probably had to wait an hour to get on the tram. Beautiful views and a short hike to a shrine were waiting at the top. Lastly, we were dropped off at the train station and rode the bullet train back to Tokyo. I would definitely recommend taking the bullet train back because otherwise it would add another 2-3 hours to the day if you take the tour bus back. All in all, everything about this tour was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone.

Driving on the Shuto Expressway felt like riding a roller coaster, and it was so much fun!! The prices are reasonable, and since it departs near Tokyo Station, I think the access is very good too.＾＾

My husband's family came to visit Kyoto all the way from America, so I booked this service.
The driver was perfectly on time and was really great at accommodating our requests. There was also a full guide in addition to the driver, a huge help. They mixed in jokes and tour guiding, making everyone feel really welcome. I'm going to use this again next time, and I want to recommend it to my friends.

I guided a foreign family, but I personally struggle with English and relied heavily on the driver. There were many things about the famous spots that I, as a Japanese person, didn't know, making it an interesting and enjoyable trip. I was also very grateful for the driver's flexibility in accommodating changes to our itinerary.

There's lots to see and do in this Tokyo tour. My favorite was checking out the Japanese tea garden and having tea. Also riding on the boat to see the bay. It was a good day. Definitely recommend for people who want to see Tokyo but are pressed with time.

This time, I traveled to Kyoto with a foreign acquaintance. Since it was their first time in Japan, we visited "the Kyoto." The explanations were thorough, and my acquaintance was very satisfied. They asked many questions, and the responses were polite, which improved my previously negative impression of taxis, making me want to use them again. One thing I found concerning was that since I had requested an attendant for a foreigner, it would have been nice if they wore name tags in English. 今回、知り合いの外国人を連れて、京都へ旅行。初めての日本ということで、「the京都」というところを回ってもらいました。
説明もしっかりしていただき、知り合いの外国人も大満足でした。
何度も質問しましたが、丁寧に答えていただき、あまい印象のよくなかったタクシーのイメージもよくなり、また使ってみようと思います。
一つ、気になったことは、今回、外国人のアテンドをお願いしていたので、名札が英語表記のものをつけてくれるとよかったなぁと、思います。外国人だけのときとかもあると思うので、検討材料にいれていただければ、幸いです。
