I just had to show the reservation confirmation screen at the counter, and they issued the ticket right away, which was convenient. The ferry ride was more stable than I expected and quite comfortable. (I think it also depends on the weather and sea conditions.) By the way, it seems that the jet foil service is prone to cancellations, so if you're making a reservation, the ferry option might be better.

窓口で予約完了画面を提示するだけですぐに発券していただけたので、便利でした。
フェリーは思ったほど揺れず快適な旅でした。（天候や海の状態にもよると思いますが。）ちなみにジェットフォイル便は欠航になりやすいらしく、チケット予約するならフェリー便のほうがよさそうです。

The submarine starts at 10:00. I received an email stating that it would take 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork, so we were told to gather at 9:30. Since our hotel was near Kokusai Street and considering the traffic to Motobu Genki Village, we decided to leave two hours early. At this point, we left at 7:30, and with small children, the morning was quite hectic.

On the way, we bought discount tickets for the Churaumi Aquarium at the roadside station Kyoda and arrived by 9:30. When I went to the reception to fill out the paperwork, I was told, "You have already completed your payment, so please gather over there 10 minutes before." There was no paperwork, just a name confirmation. I wish they had said to gather at 9:45 instead, especially since it was early in the morning.

We waited in the heat, and it felt like a waste of precious morning time. Once on the boat, there was only one guide speaking in a normal voice. With the sound of the waves and being behind the guide, I couldn't hear what was being said. The boat started moving suddenly without any signal to depart. I had various thoughts about this, but considering the low price, I thought it was just how it was.

By the way, you will see fish near the coral around Sesoko Island. If you have done snorkeling at Sesoko Island, I think that would be better. The guide did provide explanations about the fish and coral, which was a positive aspect.

10時開始の潜水艦。
事前にメールで、書類など書くのに30分かかるので9:30集合とあった。
国際通り付近のホテルだったので、もとぶ元気村まで道が混んだことも考え2時間前には出発。この時点で7:30発と、小さな子供もいたので朝はバタバタした。
途中、道の駅許田で美ら海水族館の割引券を買ったりで9:30までには到着。受付に書類書く気で行ったら、「〇〇様は事前に支払いも終わっているので、10分前になったらあちらへ集合してください。」と。書類なんか無く、名前確認のみ。え、なら9:45集合と言って欲しかった。朝早いのに。
暑い中待たされ、朝の貴重な時間がムダになった感じだった。
船に乗ってからは1人のガイドさん？が地声で話すのみ。波の音もあって、ガイドさんの後ろ側にいたので何を言っているのか聞こえず。出航の合図もなくいきなり動き出す船。ちょっと色々と思う事はありましたが、料金は安いしこんな感じかなと。
ちなみに、瀬底島のサンゴ付近で魚を見ることになります。瀬底島でシュノーケリングをしたのであれば、そちらの方が良いと思います。
魚やサンゴの説明をガイドさんがしてくれるので、そこは良かったです。

The guidance was smooth, and it was great to see everything on time. The weather was nice, and I was happy to see the fish. I would like to use this service again when I come back next time.

We participated as a family of four, with my second-grade son and two-year-old daughter. Both adults and children enjoyed themselves equally and got so into it that we were all sore the next day. Until around the afternoon, there were shaded areas created by the buildings on the beach, which made it nice to have a resting spot with just one beach mat. It was also great that there was a separate area for small children who are not yet in school.

小学2年生の息子と２歳の娘、家族4人で参加させていただきました。
大人も子供と対等にムキになって楽しみ、翌日全身筋肉痛になるほど夢中になって遊びました。浜には昼過ぎくらいまでは建物の影で日陰スペースも出来ておりビーチマット一枚で休憩場所が確保出来たのもありがたかったです。
未就学児の小さな子ども用と島が分けられているのもありがたかったです。

The staff's response was not good.

While it is a good thing to read and accept the terms via QR code, I was troubled by having the same questions asked every time the receptionist changed, and there was no explanation of the facilities or the process after check-in. I fully understand that they are busy and do not expect excessive service, but being treated with a consistently unfriendly attitude is disappointing.

Aside from that, I participated with my elementary school-aged child this time, and we had a lot of fun. Other staff members had lovely smiles, and we were able to enjoy a good time.

Therefore, I have reduced my rating by one star.

スタッフの対応が良くなかった。

注意事項をQRコードから読み取って承諾したり省略化は良い事ですが受付の方が変わる度に同じ質問されたり、施設や受付後の流れの説明が一切無く困りました。
お忙しいのは重々承知しており、必要以上なサービスは求めていませんが終始不機嫌な態度で対応されると、残念な気持ちになります。

それ以外は、
今回小学低学年の子供との参加でしたが、とても楽しめましたし、他のスタッフは笑顔が素敵で良い時間を過ごせました。
　
なので評価は星1つ減らしています。

I had the Sky Tree Observation Deck + Observation Corridor set ticket, but when I arrived at the Observation Deck, it was completely white outside (~_~;) It was raining, so I couldn't see anything (tears). I gave up and went to the Observation Corridor, and gradually it cleared up, so I was able to see something ☺︎. This really depends on the weather, doesn't it? ^ ^

However, since I made a reservation here, I was able to enter smoothly, which was great! It was a weekday, but since it was summer vacation, it was quite crowded.

スカイツリー天望デッキ+天望回廊セット券でしたが…天望デッキに着くと外は真っ白(~_~;)
雨が降ってたので何も見えず（涙）
諦めて天望回廊に行ったらだんだんと晴れて来て何とか見えましたが☺︎
こればっかりはお天気次第ですね〜^ ^

でもこちらで予約したのでスムーズに入れてそこは⭕️です！
平日でしたが夏休みとゆう事で結構混んでましたね。

Additionally, you suggested nearby scenic spots and lunch places, allowing me to take beautiful photos and enjoy Okinawan cuisine. You shared various stories about Okinawa, and I learned information that isn't in guidebooks. I am very grateful for the kind driver. ６時間コースでお世話になりました。
行きたいところが沢山あったため、全部は回れないかなと思っていたのですが、コースを考えて下さり、全部観る事が出来ました。また、近くの絶景ポイントや昼食場所も提案して下さったため、綺麗な写真を撮ったり、沖縄ならではのグルメを楽しむ事が出来ました。
沖縄の話も色々として下さり、ガイドブックには載っていない情報を知ることが出来ました。親切なドライバーさんで大変感謝しております。機会がありましたら、是非また利用したいです。

I have had a very good impression of Beltora in the past, having relied on them for overseas trips and bus tours. So, I requested their service again this time, but I can't help feeling that it was a bit of a failure.

This time, I chartered a private sightseeing taxi for six hours in Okinawa. Since I arrived in Okinawa right away, I contacted them in advance with my flight number and had them pick me up at the airport. In the end, it took an extra hour, but that was within expectations.

I think the driver was a nice person, but despite being called a sightseeing taxi, they didn't share any local stories, food recommendations, or information about the sea. They seemed not very talkative, and their voice was muffled by a mask, so they hardly spoke at all.

When I asked questions, they answered politely, but basically, it was just a taxi that took me to predetermined locations in order and waited for me.

I read other reviews mentioning that drivers took photos or recommended local eateries, but in this case, the driver didn't get out of the taxi at all, so there were no photo opportunities or explanations at the entrance. I was a bit shocked because I was expecting to interact with the sightseeing taxi.

This experience made me reconsider what to expect from a sightseeing taxi.

ベルトラさんでは、過去何度か海外でお世話になったり、バスツアーでお世話になったりと、今まではすごく良い印象でした。
だから今回もお願いしたのですが、今回はちょっと失敗した感が否めませんでした。

今回は沖縄で、貸切り観光タクシーを6時間チャーターしました。
沖縄に着いてすぐからだったので、あらかじめ飛行機の便名を連絡して、空港にお迎えに来てもらいました。結局、1時間プラスになってしまいましたが…これは想定内でした。

人的には良い方だと思いますが、観光タクシーと言う割には、地元の話や食べ物、海のこと、何も話してもらえませんでした。
あまり話が好きでは無い感じで、声もマスクで更に小さくて、全然話はしない方でした。

こちらが質問の様に聞いた話は、丁寧に話してくれましたが…基本的には、あらかじめ行きたい場所を決めて、そこに順番に送って行って待ってるだけのタクシーです。

他の人の口コミに、写真を撮ってくれた…とか、地元の食べ物屋を教えてもらったとかありますが、今回は基本的には運転手さんはタクシーから降りないので、写真を撮ってくれるどころか、入場口などの説明もありません。
観光タクシーに聞きながら周るのを期待していたのが、ちょっとショックに変わりました。

観光タクシーとは、どこまでを期待して良いのか、ちょっと考えさせられる体験でした。

I appreciated the constant updates on the road conditions and lunch spots to ensure we had the most fulfilling time possible at the distant accommodation. Additionally, since the driver was from Okinawa, he shared some delicious local lunch spots and photo opportunities, which made the experience very enjoyable. We had a great time chatting in the car as well. I definitely want to use this service again.

遠方の宿泊施設まで道路や昼食場所の混雑状況を常に確認いただきながら最大限充実した時間が過ごせるようにお気遣いいただきました。
また、ドライバーの方が沖縄ということもあり、地元民ならではの美味しい昼食スポットやフォトスポットなどを教えていただき大変楽しかったです。
車内でも気さくにお話しいただき楽しい時間を過ごせました。

My first trip to Hokkaido. I came from New Chitose Airport to Sapporo, and the first place I visited was the JR Tower's Great Panorama. I was thrilled by the spaciousness of Hokkaido. I started looking forward to the next three days. On top of that, since it came with a cake or drink set, I felt like I got a great deal and enjoyed the coffee jelly deliciously.

生まれて初めての北海道旅行。新千歳空港から札幌に来て、一番最初にこのＪＲタワの大パノラマに来ました。さすがに広々とした北海道に、ワクワクしました。これからの三日間が楽しみになりました。おまけに、ケーキorドリンクセット付きなので、凄く得した気分でコーヒーゼリーを美味しく頂きました。

It would be nice to have time to move around while looking at the tourist map, but the conversations with the locals were valuable and very enjoyable. I definitely want to use this again next time.

観光マップを見て動くのも時間があればいいのですが現地の方のお話は、貴重でとてもよかったです。次もぜひ利用したいです。

After considering a rental car or a sightseeing bus, I chose a charter taxi, and it was a great decision. The local driver provided various information and recommendations, making it a very enjoyable experience!

We used this service for a family trip with two children, a fourth grader and a four-year-old.

I was anxious about driving in an unfamiliar area, so I requested a 10-hour service from 8:00 to 18:00.

At the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we took a photo at the entrance, which became a wonderful memory.

We didn't have a lunch plan, but we were guided to a delicious Soki soba restaurant.

Although there was a distance to our accommodation in the southern region, the children slept well during the journey, feeling safe.

We were able to visit all the places we wanted to go, and we were extremely satisfied.

Thank you for spending the entire day with us.

知らない土地の運転に不安があり、8:00〜18:00まで10時間お願いしました。

美ら海水族館では、入り口で写真を撮っていただきいい思い出になりました。

昼食はノープランだったのですが、美味しいソーキそばのお店に案内していただきました。

南部の宿泊先まで距離があったのですが、子供達は安心して移動中よく眠っていました。

行きたかった所全て周る事が出来て、大大大満足でした。

I live within a day trip distance, but since I have kids (4 years old and 1 year old) and it was a holiday, we decided to stay overnight and made a reservation for 8 AM. Instead of the voucher on my page, a QR code voucher sent via email (standard for smartphones) is required. I accidentally only displayed the Veltra voucher on my screen, so I ended up frantically searching for the email at the entrance, which caused some inconvenience...!

This was my second time at the Tokyo Skytree, and since we went early in the morning, it was not crowded, allowing us to enjoy it leisurely.

It was our first time at the Sumida Aquarium for both me and my kids. They love penguins, so they were very happy. It started to get crowded around lunchtime, so we left after having lunch. The penguin rice balls were delicious.

日帰り圏内在住ですが子連れ（4歳＋1歳）・祝日ということもあり前泊して朝8時の予約をしました。マイページのバウチャーではなく別にメールで送られるQRコード付きのバウチャー（スマホ標準）が必要です。私はうっかりベルトラバウチャーのみ画面表示していたので入場時にバタバタメールを探すことになってしまいご迷惑をおかけしてしまいました・・・！
スカイツリーは2回目でしたが、朝イチということもあり空いていてのんびり楽しむことができました。
すみだ水族館は親子共々初めて。子供たちはペンギンが大好きなのでとても喜んでいました。お昼頃から混みだしたのでお昼ご飯を食べてから出ました。
ペンギンおにぎり美味しかったです。

It was a Saturday and a holiday, but there was still plenty of space in the seating area. The interior of the ship was beautiful and comfortable. There was little rocking. The air conditioning was a bit too strong, but it was helpful that blankets were available for loan. It's reassuring to have a jacket even in summer.

土曜と祝日でしたが客席も余裕がありました。
綺麗な船内で快適でした。
揺れも少なかった。
エアコンは少し効きすぎていたが、ブランケットが貸し出されていて助かった。
夏でも上着はあったら安心。

You can make a reservation and payment in advance, and by showing the voucher at the counter, you can exchange it for a boarding pass, which is convenient. However, it might be better to go for the exchange earlier to get better seats.

事前に予約、支払いができ、バウチャーを窓口で見せれば乗船券と交換でき、便利です。ただ、早めに交換に行った方が座席が良いのかもしれません。

I climbed early to enjoy the transition from the bright scenery to the night view.

On the way back, it gets crowded and there will be a long line. It takes about an hour to descend.

早い時間から登り明るい景色から夜景への移り変わりを眺めに。

帰り時間は混み合い長蛇の列になります。降りるまで約1時間ほど。

I discovered that there weren't many marine activities we could all participate in together, considering my wife was pregnant and our children are aged 2, 4, and 10. On the day of the activity, there were concerns about whether it would operate due to the typhoon's impact, and whether we would even be able to see anything. However, we were able to enjoy the ocean beautifully. If the weather had been better, would it have looked even more stunning? Regardless, it was very close to Churaumi Aquarium, making it easy to get to, and more importantly, the kids were excited and had a great time, creating wonderful memories. The cost performance was good, and I would like to participate again if the opportunity arises. Next time, on a sunny day!

妻が妊婦だった事、子供も2歳、4歳、10歳と年齢もバラバラでなかなかマリンアクティビティに一緒に参加！とはいかず、皆んなで楽しめるものがないか色々見ていて発見。
当日は台風の影響もあって、やや曇っていて運行するのか、運行しても見れるのか直前まで不安でしたが、見事に海の中を楽しむことが出来ました。天気が良かったらもっともっと綺麗に見えたのか？それでも、美ら海水族館からもすぐで、ルート的にも行きやすい場所でしたし、何より水族館よりも子供達も興奮して楽しんでいて、本当に良い思い出になりました。
コスパも良く、また機会があれば参加したいと思います。
次は天気の良い日に！

I used the ferry from Sasebo to Arikawa. I wanted to travel while resting, so I opted for the second-class seating, which allows you to lie down and sleep during the journey. I completed the trip while lying down, so I recommend it for those with time to spare. If you have large luggage, be careful when using the stairs inside the ship.

佐世保↔有川で利用しました。
ゆっくり休みながら移動したかったのでフェリーの2等を利用、ごろ寝できるようになってるので、横になって寝ている間に移動完了でした。時間のある人にはオススメです。
大きい荷物のある場合、船内の階段の昇降に注意が必要です。

We visited as a family of four with our 4-year-old and 1-year-and-9-month-old children. Since we had the kids with us, it took us just under 10 minutes to walk from the reception to the boat dock. It was surprisingly tough because it was the middle of summer.

After boarding, we were guided to the second floor. There is a roof, but it was hot until departure. There are limited seating options, so elderly guests and small children all have to share seats.

The boat ride lasts about 10 minutes. The breeze during the ride feels nice. After that, we went down to the first floor to dive into the sea. The first floor is air-conditioned and comfortable.

Underwater, the scenery was just as we had hoped, and the children were thrilled. However, since we were at the back of the boat, the propeller made it a bit hard to see, and the bubbles from the propeller were slightly bothersome. Overall, we were satisfied since the kids enjoyed it. My 4-year-old said they want to ride again!

子どもを連れていたので、受付から船乗り場まで歩いて10分弱かかりました。真夏だったので、意外と辛かったです。
乗船後は２階に案内されます。屋根はありますが、出発までは暑いです。座るところが少ないので、高齢の方や小さい子はみんなで譲り合って座ります。
船で10分ぐらい移動します。移動中は風が気持ちいいです。移動後、１階に降りて海に潜ります。1階は空調完備で快適です。
海の中は期待どおりの景色が広がり、子どもたちも大喜びしてました。
ただ、船の後ろ側だったからか、スクリューがあり、少し見づらいのと、スクリューの泡が少し気になりました。
子どもが喜んでくれていたので、全体的に満足です。4歳の子はまた乗りたい！と言っていました。

It was comfortable. I even took a nap in the back seat. (laughs)

We visited Busena Terrace → Churaumi Aquarium → a friend's house → a convenience store → Busena Terrace. We booked for 8 hours but managed to finish in 7 hours.

On the way to Churaumi Aquarium, someone asked, "Have you already purchased your tickets?" and if we hadn't, they would have taken us to a discount ticket sales location, which I appreciated (we had already purchased ours online).

However, there was a moment when we almost hit the car in front of us while stopping at a red light, which was quite nerve-wracking...

Other than that, I was very satisfied. On our way back, my two daughters received cute Hello Kitty stickers. Thank you very much!

ブセナテラス→美ら海水族館→大家→知人宅→コンビニ→ブセナテラス
で、回っていただきました。
8時間で予約しましたが、7時間で回れました。

美ら海水族館まで行く途中、「チケットはもう購入してますか？」と声をかけていただき、購入していなかった場合は割引券販売所に寄ってくださる感じでしたので、ありがたいなと感じました（我が家は既にネットで購入済でした）

ただ、途中赤信号で停止する際、前方の車にぶつかりそうな場面があり、かなり焦りました…

それ以外は大変満足するものでした。
帰り際に娘2人に可愛いキティちゃんのシールもいただきました。

At the ticket counter, you only need to present your voucher to receive your boarding ticket, making it very easy. I arrived at the port 30 minutes before departure, and there was no crowd at Narao Port, so I waited for the ferry with plenty of time to spare. Since it was the first day of a three-day holiday, there were more passengers than I had ever seen before. The second floor was quite full, with both returning home travelers and tourists. The trip from Narao to Fukue takes about 30 minutes and goes by quickly. At Fukue Port, many locals came to welcome the returning travelers, which was very heartwarming.

窓口ではバウチャーを提示するだけで乗船チケットを発行してくれるので、とても簡単です。出港時間の30分前に港について、奈良尾港は混むこともなく時間に余裕を持って船を待ちました。3連休の初日ということで、これまでに見た中で一番の乗客数でした。帰省客から観光客まで2階席まで結構埋まっていました。奈良尾から福江は約30分程度で、あっという間。福江港には帰省客を迎える地元の方がたくさんお迎えに来ていて、とってもほっこりしました。

At the counter, you can receive your boarding pass just by providing your reservation number and name, which is very smooth. The person at the counter was the same as the one I encountered during my previous visit. :) I only interacted briefly with the crew members during the ticket collection, but they are always calm and friendly. In the 8-hour course, we were able to visit all the planned spots: Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and American Village. For lunch, we had the driver’s recommended soki soba, which was very delicious.

8時間コースで、美ら海水族館、古宇利島、アメリカンヴィレッジと予定していたところ全てを回れました。
また、お昼ごはんには、運転手さんおすすめのソーキそばをいただいてとても美味しかったです。

This experience is amazing for this price.

I was scheduled to participate on the day I arrived in Hokkaido, but the ropeway operation was canceled due to strong winds. Since it was a plan that allowed for rescheduling, I was able to participate on the third day. It's a bigger city than Hakodate, so it might be prettier here. I took the streetcar to the free bus stop. From there, I arrived at the ropeway station. Unfortunately, I ran into a school trip, which was a disappointing point. The outbound trip was good, but the return was a crowded line, just like in Hakodate.

北海道に着いた日に参加予定でしたが強風の為ロープウェイが運行中止に。振替可能のプランだったので三日目に参加できました。函館よりも大きい街なのでこちらのほうが綺麗かも。市電に乗って無料バス乗り場へ。そこからロープウェイ乗り場に到着。あいにく修学旅行にぶつかり、そこが残念ポイントでした。行きは良い良い帰りは激混みの行列。函館と同じです。

We participated as a couple. Both of us had experience with dubbing, so we were impressed by the clarity of the water in Okinawa and the abundance of fish.

夫婦二人で参加しました。二人ともダビングの経験があったので、沖縄の海の透明度の良さと魚の濃さには感動しました。

It was a meaningful day as we were able to go to the places we wanted with a chartered sightseeing taxi since we traveled without a car on our parent-child trip. The driver was friendly and kind, taking photos for us and sharing various information. I would like to request this taxi service again when I use a taxi in the future. Thank you very much!
