For beginners like us, the tour guide was an incredibly helpful presence. Even on flat paths, they kept us engaged with interesting topics and related stories, and when we got into the tough parts of the hike, they distracted us with conversation. They didn’t say “keep going,” but I felt they were there to support us. I think if we had gone with just my friends, we would have given up halfway.
On the way back, we passed by other guides and group tours, and I noticed that the atmosphere varied quite a bit depending on the guide. I hadn’t paid much attention to it before, but I realized that the impression can change significantly based on which guide you have!

素人の私たちにとって、ツアーガイドさんはとてもありがたい存在でした。平坦な道でも飽きることなく、興味のありそうな話題や関連のある事を紐付けて話してくれたり、山登りに入って辛い時も話で気を紛らわしてくれたり、頑張れとは言わないけど、しっかり支えてくれたように思います。友人達だけで行ったら、途中で諦めていたと思います。。
復路では他のガイドさんやグループツアーの方々とすれ違いましたが、ガイドさんによって随分雰囲気が違いました。
あまり気にしていなかったのですが、どのガイドさんになるかによって印象がかなり変わるのだなと感じました！
月並みな意見ですが、こちらのガイドさんを選ぶことができて運が良かったと、また次回屋久島を訪れるならこちらの方にお願いしたい！と思えるガイドさんでした。

We participated with two adults, a 3-year-old, and a 0-year-old. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but we were able to go kayaking at Ingyamarine Garden.

The staff also followed us on a paddleboard, guiding us to beautiful coral points and taking pictures of us while we were on the kayak. I was really happy that they took photos with a drone, as I didn't expect that at all.
We enjoyed kayaking for about an hour, with some time for free exploration and drone filming. The waves weren't too high, and even though I usually get seasick, I had no issues and had a great time. The staff frequently checked in to see if I was okay with motion sickness, which was reassuring.
After kayaking, they edited a video filmed with the drone to the music of "Tears of Joy" and gifted it to us, along with the photos in digital format. The level of care throughout was outstanding, and the kind staff made for a wonderful kayaking experience with fantastic drone footage.
During our stay in Miyako Island, it had been rainy or cloudy without any sunshine, which had been a bit disheartening, but this kayaking experience was so amazing and fun that it made everything else feel insignificant. I will definitely book here again when I visit Miyako Island! It became a wonderful family travel memory. Thank you very much.

あいにくの曇天でしたが、インギャーマリンガーデンにてカヤックに乗ることができました。
まずスタッフさんが全員優しくて、すごく気を配ってくれ、子連れでバタバタする中たくさんサポートしてださることに感動しました！
カヤックの説明中に子どもが何処かへ行こうとしたら一緒に行ってくださったり、乗り降りの際サポートしてくださったり、赤ちゃんを抱っこしていたら荷物をもってくださったりと、全員が優しくて乗る前から驚きと感謝でいっぱいでした。
カヤックは、一艘で主人が後ろで漕ぎ、母と子2人が前に乗りました。
曇天でもとても綺麗な海で、珊瑚やニモがたくさん見えました！
スタッフさんもパドルサップにのって着いてきてくれ、綺麗な珊瑚のポイント等を案内してくれたり、乗っている姿を写真にとってくれます。
ドローン撮影のみで写真を撮ってくれるとは思っていなかったので、すごく嬉しかったです。
そしてドローン撮影をしたり、自由時間を設けていただいたりと1時間ほどカヤックを楽しみました。
波もそれほど高くなく、乗り物酔いが激しい私も全く酔わずに楽しむことができました。
スタッフさんも頻繁に乗り物酔いが大丈夫か声をかけてくださり、心強かったです。
カヤックに乗ったあとは、涙そうそうの音楽に合わせてドローン撮影した動画を編集してプレゼントしてくださり、動画や写真もデータでいただくことができました。
とにかく終始気遣いが素晴らしく、優しいスタッフさんたちで、さらに素敵なドローン撮影もしてくださって、とても楽しく嬉しいカヤック体験となりました。
宮古島滞在中ずっと雨か曇天で晴れがなく落ち込んでいましたが、このカヤック体験で全て帳消しになるくらい最高で楽しかったです。
また宮古島に訪れる際は必ずこちらで予約します！

前日にガイドさんなしで白谷雲水峡に行きましたが、また何年後かに行くとしてもやはりツアーで参加したいと思うほどガイドさんのあるなしは違いました。
ガイドさんがいらっしゃるとペース配分が違うので疲れにくいし、天気を見て休憩を早めたりしてくださったり、自分では気付けない森の神秘的な仕組みを知ることができました。
他の方との交流も良い思い出です。
また、レンタカーが借りられなかったので、バスでの送迎やお弁当の手配もとてもありがたかったです。
もし個人で縄文杉を目指す友達がいたら、私はツアーをオススメします。(回し者ではないです笑)

I was worried after reading other reviews about changing in the parking lot and the lack of showers, but there were changing rooms, coin lockers, and showers (200 yen for 140 seconds or 1 minute and 40 seconds, depending on the location). I wore my swimsuit under my clothes on the way there and changed into a wetsuit in the parking lot, but on the way back, I took a shower and changed in the changing room.
I requested a pickup, and the driver was friendly, sharing enjoyable stories along the way. On the way back, they mentioned that we could be dropped off at a place we wanted to go instead of just the hotel, so I communicated that I didn’t have a specific destination but wanted to go somewhere accessible by bus, and they recommended a shop where we were dropped off in Chatan.

お魚のエサやりをさせていただきましたがSDGsの観点から近々禁止になるかもしれないそうです…残念
参加迷っているなら禁止になる前に早いうちがいいです
他の方のレビューで駐車場で着替えた、シャワーなし等見ていたので心配していましたが更衣室、コインロッカー、シャワー（200円で140秒？か1分40秒？でした）がありました（場所によるのかもしれませんが）
行きは服の下に水着を着ていき駐車場でウェットスーツに着替えましたが帰りはシャワーを浴びて更衣室で着替えました
送迎をお願いしてホテルまで来ていただきましたが気さくな方で道中ずっと楽しいお話が聞けました
帰りはホテルまででなくても寄りたいところで降ろしてもらえるとのことで行きたいところは決まってないけどバスで帰れるところ等条件を伝えておすすめのお店を教えてもらい北谷で降ろしていただきました
