The weather was unfortunately bad, but once I started walking, I didn't feel the cold, and it felt just right. The scenery, the characters, and those scenes from the Studio Ghibli films! I wondered if they were inspired by this nature as I walked, and it was so much fun.
あいにくの天気でしたが、歩き始めると寒さは感じず、ちょうど良い感じでした。
ジブリ作品でみたあの景色、あのキャラクター、あの作品のあのシーン！この自然から思いついたのかしら？なんて考えながら歩くのがとっても楽しかったです。

Climbing during the off-peak season allowed us to listen to the explanations at a leisurely pace, take our time with photos, and there was no waiting for the restroom, which was fantastic! I was very satisfied to reach Jomon Sugi safely, and the guide's professional timing for our return was impressive. The coffee and cocoa prepared by the guide were exceptional in taste.

We went to Yubu Island in the morning and then enjoyed canoeing in the afternoon, making for an efficient and fun experience. I would love to participate again.

Although it was unfortunate that we couldn't enjoy stargazing due to the cloudy sky, we had a great time on the night tour.
Since it was winter, there were fewer creatures, but it was a wonderful experience to explore the jungle together with other guests from the same tour. Whenever someone found a creature, we all shared in the excitement. The guide was also very engaging, providing various explanations while clearly enjoying the experience himself, which left a great impression.
I was starting to lose hope since we didn't encounter many creatures during the exploration, but we were able to take pictures with a very friendly coconut crab that appeared on the road at the end, making it a great tour overall.
If I have the chance again, I would like to participate during a time when more creatures are active and enjoy stargazing as well.
曇り空で残念ながら星空観賞はできなかったものの、ナイトツアーを充分楽しめました。
冬のため生き物の数は少なかったですが、同じツアーに参加されていた他のお客様と一緒に誰かが生き物を見つけたら全員で共有して楽しみながらジャングルを探索できていい経験になりました。
ガイドさんも色々な解説をしつつ自身も楽しまれており非常に印象がよかったです。
探索中出会えなかったので諦めかけていましたが、最後に道路に現れてくれたサービス精神旺盛なヤシガニとも写真撮影ができ、全体としていいツアーでした。

I wanted to share our feelings after participating in the Adventure PiPi tour for those considering joining. (This is written one month after the experience.)
Joining was definitely the right choice. Honestly, the satisfaction and sense of adventure we felt afterward is one of the best memories from our trip to the Yaeyama Islands.

We participated in a canoe tour where we experienced the mangroves and a water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island.
At first, I had many questions: How deep is the water? Will I get wet? Is it cold? What kind of experience is it? I was honestly anxious right up until a second before participating. However, from the moment we joined, the excitement and thrill of adventure made it enjoyable for everyone.
We took the Yaeyama Kanko Ferry from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island, where we met our guide at Uehara Port and headed to the mangrove area (about a 15-minute drive from the port).
As soon as we got out of the car, we learned how to use the paddles and put on our life jackets before heading to the mangrove area (a 2-minute walk from the car). At this point, I was already filled with excitement.
I really hope you can experience the mangrove adventure firsthand rather than just reading about it.
After the canoe experience, we returned to the base at the headquarters where we could take a shower (10-minute drive). The showers had comfortable facilities with good hot water (think of a typical public pool shower room). It was nice to take our time and enjoy the shower.
After showering, we moved to Uehara Port for lunch (10-minute drive).
There are several options for lunch (hamburgers, set meals, light snacks, and a local supermarket). You can choose freely.
After lunch, we gathered again at the port to head to Yubu Island (25-minute drive). The car ride was comfortable, and we could relax or nap. Our guide shared various stories about the island, making it a great learning experience while enjoying the scenery. This was very educational since there was so much I didn’t know.
We arrived at the area to take the water buffalo cart to Yubu Island. Upon arrival, we took some photos and then hopped onto the water buffalo cart!

Once we arrived at Yubu Island, we were informed of the meeting time, and our free time began! First, we walked through the botanical garden towards the Yubu Island teahouse. The beach right by the teahouse is stunning and a must-see! After that, we strolled around the garden (there are many spots that are a delight for tropical plant lovers like myself).
Even after canoeing, those who aren’t confident in their stamina can easily walk around (it’s mostly flat).
Afterward, we checked out the souvenir shop and some scenic spots before it was time to gather and head back to the port.
We returned to the opposite shore by water buffalo cart.
The experience itself ended there, but we drove back for about 25 minutes to Uehara Port, where we disbanded (with some breathtaking views visible from the car along the way...).
In the tour we participated in, we arrived at Uehara Port, disbanded, and that was the end.

最初は、水の深さは？ 濡れるの？ 寒くない？ どんな体験？など知らないことが多く
正直参加する①秒前まで不安でした。
が、参加した瞬間からワクワクと冒険のドキドキでどんな方でも楽しめます。
私達は石垣島から八◯山観光フェリーにて西表島へ、上原港で添乗員の方と合流して、
いざマングローブのあるエリアへ（港から車で15分ほど）
車から降りすぐパドルの使い方を聞き、
救命胴衣を着ていざマングローブのあるエリアへ（車から徒歩2分）
もうこの時点でワクワクドキドキでした。
この先のマングローブ体験はぜひ、文字ではなく、体験して感じて欲しいです♫。
カヌー体験後、車に戻りシャワーが浴びられる本部のベースへ（車で10分）
シャワーはしっかりとお湯の出る快適な設備（よくある市営プールのシャワールームをイメージしてください。）
焦らずシャワーができて快適です。
シャワー後、昼食ができる上原港へ移動（車で10分）
昼食は何軒かあります。（ハンバーガーや定食、軽食、地元のスーパーマーケットもあります。）自分で自由に選べます。
昼食後、再度 港で集合して由布島へ。

車内で快適で眠ったりできますり
島のいろいろなことを聞くと添乗員の方も島の話をしてくださり景色を見ながら学べます。

由布島へ水牛車で移動するエリアへ到着。

由布島へ着くと集合時間を伝えられて、

まずは植物園内を通り、由布島茶屋方面へ。
茶屋からすぐの浜がとても綺麗で必見です✨
その後、園内を散策（私含め、亜熱帯植物好きにはたまらないスポット多数）
カヌー後でも、体力に自信がない方でも歩いて気軽に散策できます。

その後お土産売り場や景色のいいスポットなどを見て集合時間になり港へ
再び水牛車で元来た対岸へ戻ります。
以上で体験自体は終了ですが、再び車で25分程で解散場所の上原港へ（途中車内から見える絶景スポットも…(?) ）
私達の参加したツアー内容では上原港に着き、解散して終了です。

It was the best time ever! I experienced it with my 3-year-old daughter and my husband, who is nearly 60. Due to strong winds the day before, the Blue Cave was closed, but we were taken to recommended spots and had a very satisfying time. The guide was incredibly upbeat and attentive, always interacting with us with a smile.
My daughter had a great time floating on the Anpanman boat, looking at fish and searching for octopuses! The guide did a wonderful job engaging with her, allowing the adults to relax and enjoy diving (thank you!). Even though my husband is not a strong swimmer, he kept saying he wanted to dive again because it was such a valuable experience! He made many comments about wanting to try again.
My husband, who lacks confidence in his physical stamina and hadn't swum since high school, managed to dive well while holding onto a float. Additionally, he usually wears glasses because his vision is below 0.1, but there were several types of prescription underwater goggles available, so he had no issues with visibility.
I also want to take on the Blue Cave challenge again. It was such a rare experience to feed the fish and have them swim right next to me! Our family is already talking about wanting to see the guide again next time. The waters of Okinawa are beautiful and truly wonderful. We received a lot of photos and data, which are treasures to us. Thank you so much, guide!!! We look forward to working with you again.

3歳の娘と60近い旦那さんと共に体験。
前日からの強風で青の洞窟はクローズで行けませんでしたがおススメスポットをまわっていただき大満足の時間でした。
ガイドの方がとにかくノリがよくて丁寧。終始笑顔で接してくださいました。
娘はアンパンマン号でプカプカしながら魚をみたり、タコ！？を探したりすごく楽しかったみたいです。ガイドさんがうまく娘の相手をしてくれていて大人はゆったり潜っていられました(感謝！)
旦那さんは海人間でなかったのにまた潜りたいなあ貴重な体験だった！また潜ろう！とリベンジする発言多発です。
体力に自信がない旦那さんでしたし、泳いだのは高校以来なかったインドアタイプでしたが浮き輪を持ちながら上手く潜っておりました。また、旦那さんは視力が0.1以下で眼鏡をいつもかけていますが、度ありの水中メガネの用意が何種類かあり合わせられたので問題なく視界は良好だったみたいです。
私も青の洞窟リベンジしたいなと思っています。魚にエサをあげたり、魚が自分のすぐ近くを泳いでいるなんて！と貴重な体験すぎました。ガイドさんに次回もまた会いたいねと家族みんなで話しています。
沖縄の海は綺麗で本当に素敵でした。写真などのデータもたくさんいただき宝物です。ガイドさんありがとうございました！！！またよろしくお願いいたします。

I was looking for a place to play in the snow near New Chitose Airport, and I visited North Snow Land in Chitose. It was helpful that there is a free shuttle bus from the airport and JR Chitose Station, so I could get there without a rental car. With easy transportation, we could start playing right away, making the most of our time.
When we arrived at the venue, it was covered in snow, giving off the vibe of a "snow playground." The powder snow was amazing and so fluffy. There were even deer!
We experienced tubing (sliding down a course like a slide on an inner tube), snow rafting, and cross-country skiing. The tubing was faster than I expected, and I was a bit surprised at first, but once I got used to it, I wanted to go again and again.
Snow rafting was thrilling and fun, like a roller coaster, as we all rode together and were pulled along. I think it would be a great time for friends and families.

Before the canoe experience, I was suggested to wear rain pants, which was great because it kept my backside dry during the activity.
Also, during the canoe experience on the Higa River, I was worried about the river's current, but while paddling upstream, we stopped at key points for explanations about the mangroves and the scenery. There were also breaks to avoid fatigue from paddling, and the explanations were very well done, making it a fantastic experience.

I wanted to try stand-up paddleboarding, but my husband preferred canoeing. Just when I was thinking of giving up, I found out that we could choose either option! On top of that, the boards were clear, so we could see clownfish and colorful fish swimming below. However, if you don't know where to look, it's hard to spot them at all, but our guide skillfully led us to the best viewing points. Impressive!
What was even more amazing was the drone footage they captured. There were also edited videos combined with the photos taken by the guide, and we received all the footage via AirDrop right after the experience. It became the best memory for us. Thank you so much! 😊

Despite the ferry from Uehara Port being canceled and some worries about the wind, once we entered the mangroves, the wind wasn't much of an issue, and we were able to leisurely enjoy nature! It was my first time canoeing, but thanks to the guide's support, I felt at ease!
The mangroves, mountains, and sky! The weather wasn't great, but the scenery was truly healing.
On the bus to Yubu Island in the afternoon, we had a fun time talking about Iriomote Island. While being pulled by the water buffalo, I was charmed by its lovely eyes as we made our way to Yubu Island. I enjoyed a relaxing time surrounded by flowers and butterflies. On the way back, we sang island songs with the sanshin, which really got everyone excited.
It was a one-day tour of Iriomote Island, but it went by in a flash and was so much fun! I'm glad I participated in the tour!
上原港のフェリーが欠航する中、風もあり心配したがマングローブの中に入ると風の影響もさほどなく自然をのんびり満喫することができた！カヌーも初めてだったが、ガイドの方のフォローもあり安心！
マングローブと山と空！天気はイマイチだったがホントに癒される風景。
午後からの由布島に行くまでのバスの中でも西表島について話をしてくれて楽しい時間だった。
水牛の愛らしい目に癒されながら引っ張ってもらい由布島へ。
花々や蝶々に囲まれながらゆっくりした時間を楽しめた。帰りの水牛の中では三線で島唄を歌ってくれて盛り上がった。
西表島１日ツアーだったが、あっという間で楽しかった！ツアーに参加して良かった！

I visited North Snow Land for the first time, and I had a great time experiencing a lot of snow activities! Since it was a weekday, it wasn't crowded, and I was able to enjoy endless snowmobiling and buggies! Haha. Among all the activities, snow rafting was especially fun, and I wanted to ride it multiple times! I'm really glad I made a reservation with the special plan! I participated alone! It turned out to be a one-on-one experience since others canceled, haha. I was of course satisfied to see the eider ducks, but I also really enjoyed the time spent chatting with the guide! My friend and I experienced SUP for the first time together! Due to the weather, we received a call the day before informing us that the event would be held at Miyara River instead of Kabira Bay. On the day of the event, there was one staff member for every nine participants, and since we wore life jackets, we could enjoy ourselves without worrying about drowning. It was a joint team of SUP and kayaking, but there were frequent checks to ensure that everyone was keeping up without any issues, which made for a reassuring experience. Additionally, they took a lot of photos and videos, allowing us to capture the experience in a tangible way.
Due to the weather, we ended up experiencing the mangroves, and we received explanations about them, which made for a valuable experience. While it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't do SUP at Kabira Bay, we had a very enjoyable time. I want to try again next time!

当日は9人の参加者に対してスタッフの方が1名ついてくださり、ライフジャケットも着用だったので溺れる心配なく楽しめました。SUPとカヤックの合同チームでしたが、頻繁に全員がトラブルなく着いてこれているか振り返っての確認や声掛けがあり、安心して体験できました。また、写真や動画もたくさん撮ってくださり、形にも残せた体験でした。
天候の影響により、マングローブでの体験になりましたが、マングローブの解説などもしていただき、貴重な経験ができました。川平湾でのSUPができなかったのは少し残念ですが、非常に楽しい時間を過ごせました。次はリベンジしたいです！

On the day of our trip, due to weather conditions, the planned SUP and landing on Barasu Island were canceled. However, we appreciated the flexible response that allowed us to choose canyoning and canoeing as alternatives. We opted for canyoning, and since we were the only participants, it turned into a private tour by chance, allowing us to enjoy ourselves without any worries. The progression of the tour was smooth, and it was impressive that we were able to go all the way down to the boundary between the river and the sea. The transportation to the port was convenient, and the guide helped us arrange tickets for Yufu Island and the water buffalo cart, which was a great help. I highly recommend it!
It was my first time on Iriomote Island, and since I had never gone canoeing or trekking before, I was a bit anxious. However, they provided all the equipment, and I could feel the great nature up close. Above all, our guide, Ikachan, was very friendly and approachable, making it a really enjoyable trip. I think I had even more fun because I got to hear detailed stories about the wildlife and plants.
I would love to participate again if I have the chance!

This was my second experience. This year, the weather was clear, and the sea was beautiful—it was the best!
It was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but the guidance from the not-so-25-year-old guy was excellent, and time flew by while having fun. Thank you to the blonde guy for the beautiful photos as well.
The second visit to the Pumpkin Cave was magical and a time for purification. I enjoyed the stories from the not-so-25-year-old guy, and he was great at taking photos too! Everyone was kind, and I was able to have a wonderful time.
I made great memories with my family this year as well. I would love to come back next year! Thank you very much.

My sister and I, both in our twenties, experienced snorkeling and the Pumpkin Cave. Unfortunately, the sky was cloudy, but we were able to see a variety of colorful fish, sea turtles, and clownfish underwater, making it enjoyable despite the weather.
After snorkeling, we took a short break and headed to the Pumpkin Cave. We traveled to the entrance of the cave by canoe, and it was fun to paddle together as sisters, providing a nice workout.
Once inside the cave, the clarity of the water was even more beautiful, and I was truly moved. I was surprised to hear that we would be climbing the pumpkin stalagmite right in front of us during the exploration, but our energetic guide provided excellent support, allowing even someone like me, who doesn't exercise much, to make progress. Inside the cave, we were able to see the beautiful formations created by nature over many years up close, making it an unforgettable memory of our time in Miyako Island.

シュノーケリングの後は、小休憩を挟み、パンプキン鍾乳洞に向かいました。 鍾乳洞の入り口まではカヌーで移動し、姉妹で息を合わせて漕ぐ時間が楽しく、程よい運動になりました。
洞内に入ると、透明度の高い海が一層美しく見え、感動しました。鍾乳洞を探検するにあたって、目の前のパンプキン鍾乳石をよじ登ると聞いて驚きましたが、体力のあるガイドさんが手厚くサポートしてくださり、運動不足の自分でも何とか進むことができました。洞内は、自然が長い年月をかけて作り出した、美しい地形を間近で見ることができ、宮古島での忘れられない思い出となりました。
