We participated at the request of our 5 and 7-year-old children. Unfortunately, due to bad weather conditions, we couldn't encounter the coconut crab, but our guide, Misaki, found and explained many creatures and plants of Ishigaki Island while we explored, which got the kids really excited.

In places where the footing was poor, we were very grateful for the care shown towards the children, as she helped them along. Additionally, along the way, she shared various information about Ishigaki Island, the surrounding islands, and recommended restaurants, which gave us many places we want to visit!

We would love to try again when the weather conditions are better!

残念ながら気候条件が悪くヤシガニには出会えませんでしたが、ガイドの美咲さんが、たくさんの石垣島の生き物や植物を見つけて説明しながら散策してくださり、子供たち大興奮でした。
足もとが悪い場所では子供たちを気にかけて頂き、手を引いて頂いたりと大変ありがたかったです。
また、道中では石垣島のこと、離島のこと、オススメのレストランなどなど色々なことを教えて頂き、行きたい場所がたくさん出来ました！
また気候条件の良いときにリベンジしたいです！

With the enjoyable guidance of Mr. Hirata, my wife and I, both 65 years old, were able to reach the Wilson Stump. Our initial goal was Jomon Sugi, but due to my slow pace and my husband’s unsuccessful weight loss, we couldn't reach that target. However, our son, who loves hiking, took a different route and managed to meet us at the Wilson Stump. The weather was great, and Mr. Hirata adjusted to our pace while we enjoyed nature, making it a wonderful memory for us. Thank you very much!

65歳夫婦2人で、平田さんの楽しいガイドに引っ張って頂き、ウィルソン株までたどり着くことが出来ました。当初の目的は縄文杉でしたが、歩みの遅い私と減量に失敗した主人だったので、目標には届かなかったのですが、登山好きの息子が別ルートで下から登って来て、上手い具合にウィルソン株で出会うことが出来ました。お天気も良く、自然を満喫しながら私達のペースに合わせて下さったのでとっても良い思い出になりました、ありがとうございました。

Unfortunately, this time I couldn't find the coconut crab, but I was excited while searching for it. Walking through the jungle at night was something I had never done before, and it was a very refreshing and valuable experience. Although the stargazing wasn't perfect due to the weather, I was still able to see a beautiful night sky. I would like to try again the next time I come to Ishigaki Island.

During the transfer from Ishigaki Port Terminal to the tour location and back, the guide recommended some local dishes and shared information about Ishigaki Island and the Yaeyama Islands, which made the trip even more enjoyable.

残念ながら、今回は、ヤシガニを見つけることができませんでしたが、ワクワクしながら探すことができました。また、夜にジャングルの中を歩くというのは、やったことがなく、とても新鮮な経験であり、貴重な体験でした。また、星空鑑賞も天候の関係で、満天の星とはいかないまでも、綺麗な星空を見られました。また、今度石垣島に来た時には、再挑戦したいです。
石垣港ターミナルから、ツアーする現地に、現地から石垣港ターミナルに移動する際の車では、ガイドさんがご飯のおすすめや、石垣島についてのことや、八重山諸島のことも教えてくださり、旅がもっと楽しくなると思いました。

I received polite advice at SUP and had a fun experience. Although we couldn't go to the Blue Cave for snorkeling, the weather was nice, and I got to see sea turtles, which made for a delightful time.

ＳＵＰでは丁寧にアドバイスをいただき、楽しく体験できました。
シュノーケリングは青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、お天気も良く、ウミガメにも会えて楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。

I made a last-minute reservation at 9 PM the day before. It was amazing to go to the flat without any issues! There were six participants, and besides me, everyone was from Taiwan and China. The guide, who was only 30 years old, spoke English very well! He was attentive and engaged each participant in conversation, adjusting the pace as needed. There were some older participants, but he created an atmosphere where everyone cheered together, making it a fun three hours!

The guide had a wonderful smile! I’ll definitely request him again next time!

何もなしでフラット行けて最高😃
参加者は6人！私以外は台湾🇹🇼と中国🇨🇳の方でした。
ガイドのお兄さんは30歳と若いのに、英語も上手！気配りができて、参加者一人一人に話題を振って話したり、ペース調整をしてくれました。高齢の方も居ましたが、みんなで応援📣する雰囲気を作ってくれ、楽しい3時間となりました！

お兄さんは笑顔😊が素敵！次来る時もお兄さん指名で👍

I participated with my high school daughter and another person.

Everyone was a beginner, but it was much easier and more enjoyable than canoeing.

Since there were only three of us, the instructor was very kind and skillfully praised us while guiding us step by step (laughs).

They picked us up from the hotel, and after the activity, we had dinner reservations near the island terminal, so we asked for a ride to the terminal, and they kindly took us right to the restaurant.

I’m really glad we chose this experience. Thank you very much!

カヌーとかよりも全然楽で楽しめました。

たまたま、３人だけだったので
手とり足とりとてもやさしく上手に褒めながら(笑)
教えていただけました。

ホテルにお迎え、終了後は夕食を離島ターミナル周辺で予約していたので離島ターミナルまで送迎をお願いしたところお店のそばまで送っていただけました。

Since I hadn't been exercising much lately, my legs started to shake towards the end. Honestly, going down without trekking poles was tough, and I now wish I had rented some. I was so focused on keeping up that I didn't have much time to enjoy the scenery, so I realized that preparation is essential. Still, reaching Jomon Sugi was an amazing experience.

日頃あまり運動もしていなかったので、最後の方は足がガクガクになりました。ストック無しでの下山は正直キツかったので、やはりレンタルすれば良かったと今になって思います。
ついていくのに必死で、あまり景色を楽しむ余裕がありませんでしたので、やはり準備は必要だなと思いました。それでも、縄文杉まで行けた事は最高の体験でした。

The weather was favorable, and I was happy to reach Jomon Sugi. On the way there, I had the leisure to enjoy the explanations of Yakushima from our guide, Fujiyama, and encounters with monkeys. However, on the way back, I was so exhausted that I felt like I couldn't walk anymore, which was tough. Fujiyama helped carry my luggage and attached a lead to prevent me from falling backward on the downhill path, and somehow I made it to the tramway. On the tramway, he skillfully helped me set a pace, and I was able to descend in time for the last bus. I can only express my gratitude to Fujiyama. I'm also thankful to my son, who watched over me as I struggled. I tried to recover a bit by eating glucose tablets (ramune) and worked on self-suggestion to push beyond my limits, managing to keep walking. It's hard to say I made it back on my own, but I had a valuable experience seeing Jomon Sugi, which I had wanted to see for a long time.

天気に恵まれ、縄文杉まで到達できて、嬉しかったです。
往きは、ガイドのフジヤマさんの屋久島の説明や猿との出会いを楽しむ余裕がありました。
帰りは、疲労で歩けなくなりそうになり、大変でした。
フジヤマさんに荷物を持ってもらったり、下りの山道で後ろに転倒しないようリードを付けてもらったりして、何とかトロッコ道まで。
トロッコ道では巧みにペース作りをしていただき、最終バスに間に合うよう下山できて、フジヤマさんには感謝しかありません。
ボロボロの私を見守ってくれた息子にも感謝です。
少しでも回復しようとブドウ糖（ラムネ）を食べたり、限界を超えられると自己暗示に努め、何とか歩き続けることができました。
自力で帰ったとは言い難いですが、以前から見たかった縄文杉を見る貴重な体験ができました。

A trekking tour to Jomon Sugi for a family of five. Thanks to our guide, who considered the pace of my wife, who is not very active, and our elementary school-aged children, we were able to complete the 22 km tour. Along the way, the guide provided various explanations and took photos for our family, making it a unique experience that catered to our wishes.

On the way back, my family fell and got injured, but thanks to our guide carrying one of us on their back, we managed to make it home. It was truly a tour that we could only have completed because of our guide, H.

It might be a bit more expensive than a mixed tour with other groups, but I highly recommend it, especially for families and those who are not very active.

家族5人での縄文杉トレッキングツアー。
ガイドさんのおかげで運動不足の妻、小学生の子供などのペース配分を考慮いただき、22kmのツアーを完遂することができました。
道中で色々な解説をしていただいたり、家族のために写真を撮ってくれたりと、オリジナルツアーだからこそのワガママ体験でした。
帰りに家族が転んで怪我をしてしまったのですが、ガイドさんがおんぶして助けていただいたおかげで、なんとか帰路につくことができました。
本当に、Hガイドさんだったからこそ、なんとか帰ることができた、というツアーでした。

他のグループと同じ混合ツアーよりも割高かもしれませんが、家族連れ、運動不足の方などに特にオススメします。

The guide was kind and attentive, and despite my foot pain, I was able to keep up. It was a place I wanted to visit at least once in my lifetime, so I am very satisfied.

ガイドさんも優しく丁寧で、足の痛みを抱える私も何とか付いていくことができました。一生に一度は行きたい場所でしたので、非常に満足しています。

The scenery was of course amazing, but the tour guide was the best. They had a wealth of topics to discuss and shared them in such an interesting way that I forgot my fatigue and was able to enjoy the trekking.

絶景はもちろん最高でしたが、ツアーガイドさんが最高でした。
話題豊富でしかも面白く話してくれて、疲れを忘れてトレッキングできました。

I booked a mangrove kayak tour, but due to heavy rain, it was deemed dangerous, so they changed it to a beach snorkeling experience. They made a quick decision and provided an alternative plan.

Given the many accidents that occur in marine sports, I appreciate their safety-first approach, which builds trust. The snorkeling was also a great choice, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea immensely.

The guide was knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable. I would love to use their services again.

マングローブカヤックで予約しましたが、大雨の影響で危険とのことで、ビーチシュノーケルに変更してくださいました。迅速な判断と他のプランを用意くださいました。
マリンスポーツでの事故も多い中で、安全第一の判断をしてくださり、信用ができます。
シュノーケルも大正解で、とても美しい海を堪能できました。
ガイドさんも知識豊富でとっても楽しい時間でした。また利用したいです。

Due to the weather and the number of participants, we switched from SUP + snorkeling at Cape Kawaiwa to mangrove SUP. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed at first, but it turned out to be incredibly fun!

Akiyama, our guide, kept the atmosphere lively and engaged with us, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience throughout✨. Thanks to that, I was able to naturally converse with other guests, and the overall vibe of the tour was really great! The time spent leisurely moving through the mangroves was also very pleasant, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience in its own right🌿. Although the plan changed, it became a wonderful memory! Thank you so much😊.

天候と催行人数の関係で、川平湾でのSUP＋青の洞窟シュノーケリングからマングローブSUPに変更になりました。
正直ちょっと残念だなーと思っていたのですが、結果めちゃくちゃ楽しかったです！

担当してくださった秋山さんがずっと明るく話しかけてくださって、場を盛り上げてくれたおかげで終始リラックスして楽しめました✨
そのおかげで他のお客さんとも自然に会話ができて、ツアー全体がすごくいい雰囲気だったのも印象的でした！

Although the weather was unfortunate and we couldn't see the sunset, it was still a satisfying experience to navigate through the mangroves and relax in the gentle flow of the river. Spending time in such a unique landscape was truly enjoyable.

The guide was very friendly and not only shared information about nature but also talked about local cuisine and drinks, making the entire experience fun.

Since we missed the sunset this time, I would like to try again on a day with better weather.

天気があいにくで夕日は見られませんでしたが、マングローブの中を進んだり、川の流れにゆったり身を任せたり、それだけでも十分満足できる体験でした。普段なかなかできない景色の中で過ごせて、とても良い時間でした。
ガイドの方はとても気さくで、自然の話だけでなく、地元のグルメやお酒の話までいろいろ教えてくださり、終始楽しく過ごせました。
今回はサンセットは見られなかったので、また天気の良い日に再チャレンジしたいと思います。

On the day of the event, I was worried that I might be alone, but when I arrived at the remote island terminal (the meeting place), I was surprised (and relieved) to see over 20 participants. The weather was slightly cloudy, so we couldn't see many stars, but we split into four to five groups, with one guide for every six to seven participants. Equipped with rubber boots (to protect against Habu snakes) and flashlights, we searched for creatures in the forest (jungle). After a while, the guide discovered a coconut crab, and we even got to take a commemorative photo with it. We also spotted a tiny scorpion, and it was a lot of fun! ☺️

当日は、自分１人ではないか？、と心配しながら、離島ターミナル(集合場所)に行きましたが、参加者が２０人以上いてビックリ(安心)しました。天気は、薄曇りで星はあまり見えなかったけど、４から５グループに別れて、ガイド１人に参加者６～7名で、森(ジャングル)のなかに長靴(ハブ対策)にペンライトをもって、生き物探し、しばらくしてヤシガニをガイドさんが発見し、記念撮までしてもらえました。ちっちゃいサソリも見えて、とても楽しかったです☺️。

Guide Mitsuhashi provided an accurate and insightful tour. He made every effort to avoid crowded times, and at Jomon Sugi and the Wilson stump, it felt almost like we had the place to ourselves. It was truly moving!

ガイドの三橋さんが的確なガイドをしてくださいました。混み合いそうなタイミングを極力避けてくださり、縄文杉やウィルソン株ではほぼ貸切なんじゃないかというくらいの空き具合、感動でした！

We participated as a family of 10! The handsome guys and girls kept us laughing the whole time and took tons of photos while doing a great job as guides! Unfortunately, we couldn't challenge ourselves with the SUP due to bad weather, but it was truly a fun half-day. We'll definitely try again! Thank you!!

This was my second snorkeling experience in Miyako Island! Last time, I participated in a tour departing from Irabu Island, but I received advice from a local that the tour from Ikema Island is closer to Yaeyama and better! While researching on Veltra, I discovered this tour and decided to join.

This time, I participated with my child, and since there were fewer people compared to the last time, we received a lot of advice and support, which made me very satisfied. We took many photos and even used a drone for some shots, which I really appreciated.

If I have the opportunity, I would love to join this tour again next time. The staff were all kind, and we had a great time swimming. We even encountered a turtle up close, which was truly moving! 🥹

今回、2回目の宮古島シュノーケル体験！！
前回は伊良部島出航ツアーに参加しましたが
その際地元の方から、池間島発の方が八重千瀬に近くて良いよ！とアドバイスを受け、ベルトラで調べていたらなんと発見し参加させて頂きました😌
今回は親子旅で参加させて頂きましたが、前回に比べて少人数だったため、色々とアドバイスを受けながら手厚くサポートして頂き大変満足しております
写真、ドローンを使っての撮影も沢山撮って頂き満足しております
機会があれば次回もこのツアーに参加したいなぁと思っております
スタッフの皆さんも優しく楽しく泳ぐことができました　間近で亀にも遭遇する事ができ感動でした🥹

There were some hits and misses with the guide, and honestly, my guide wasn't very good.

Disappointments:
While the guide would stop at key points to explain things, they would immediately start walking again after finishing the explanation, leaving no time for taking photos. We arrived at the entrance before 5 PM, so we had plenty of time, and I wished there had been more time for photography.

There was no announcement about how many minutes the break would be, and the guide prioritized their own schedule, waiting until they finished their meal. While walking, the guide completely ignored the participants behind them, not noticing if anyone was lagging or even falling. They walked ahead without considering the participants' conditions, making it difficult to take water breaks.

Additionally, when using trekking poles on the stairs, it was hard to walk behind the guide because they would stick the poles out behind them.

However, there were certainly parts where having a guide was helpful, especially for pacing and knowing where the rest points were. For those who are not used to hiking, it's safer to have a guide.

ガイドによる当たり外れがあり自分のガイドは正直あまりよくはなかったです。

要所で止まって説明してくれるものの説明終わったらすぐ歩き出す為に写真撮影する時間がなかった。帰り入り口には5時前に着いており十分時間に余裕があったのでもう少し撮影する時間を取って欲しかった。
休憩時間が何分というアナウンスがなく、ガイドの食事終了までなどガイド都合優先だった。
歩いている際に後ろを全く気にしてない為に参加者が遅れていても転んでいても全く気がつかない。参加者の様子を考慮しないで歩いていくので給水しにくかった。
階段でトレッキングポールを後ろに突き出すのでガイドの真後ろだと歩きにくい。

ただしガイドがいないとペース配分や休憩ポイント等わからない部分もあるので助かった部分も当然あります。登山慣れしてない方はガイドを付けた方が無難です。

The bus traveled a distance of 300 kilometers, as the bus guide mentioned. The bus was not full, and since I was traveling alone, the seat next to me was empty, making it comfortable. The Yanbaru hiking took about an hour, as we walked the entire course, taking photos at each numbered point. I also visited the Stone Museum at the meeting place and bought some souvenirs. The sashimi for lunch had various types and was delicious.

バス走行距離300キロの行程とバスガイドさんが仰っていました。
バスは満席でなく、１人参加で隣席は空席で快適でした。
やんばるハイキングは、全コースを、番号ごとに写真を撮って歩いて、1時間くらいでした。集合場所の石の博物館を見たりお土産を買いました。
ランチのお刺身は色々と種類があり、美味しかったです。

I participated in a one-day tour. I requested a pickup service, but it seems that during busy periods, the pickup may not be available the day before. Since I didn't have a rental car, I was very grateful for the pickup service.

In the morning, we did SUP at Ingyā, and in the afternoon, we went snorkeling at Turtle Bay, which was packed with activities. Our tour guide, Yume-chan, was very kind, and my child was able to participate with peace of mind!

The underwater scenery was truly beautiful, and we were able to see turtles up close, which was very cute. Thank you very much!

１日ツアーに参加しました。
送迎付きをお願いしましたが、混んでいる時期だと前日に送迎不可になることもあるようです。レンタカー無しだったので、送迎していただけて大変ありがたかったです。
午前中にインギャーでSUP、午後からタートルベイでシュノーケリングと盛りだくさんでしたが、ツアーガイドのゆめちゃんには親切にしていただき、子どもも安心して参加できました！
海の中は本当に綺麗で、カメさんも近くで見る事ができて、とても可愛かったです。

The weather was nice, and our guide was very cheerful and fun. Every moment from the talks inside the tour until it ended was enjoyable! There are other tours available, and I'm looking forward to participating in those as well! Even those who can't swim are well taken care of, so anyone can join with peace of mind!

I'm glad I was able to see creatures and plants I've never seen before. The guide who led the tour was cheerful, and the atmosphere was great, making it a lot of fun! I saw the most beautiful star I've ever seen in my life. 🌠

We participated in Hina's tour as a family. There were small children with us, but we were taught very carefully. Everyone in the family was very satisfied. We would like to participate again.

Finally got to try SUP at Kawahira Bay. The wind blowing down from the mountains was strong, making it difficult to maintain balance, but I was able to glide smoothly over the water. Even if I fell into the sea, I felt safe wearing a life jacket. The instructor was very attentive, so even beginners can give it a try!

念願の川平湾でのSUP。
山から吹き下ろす風が強く、バランスを取るのが大変でしたが、気持ち良く海の上を進むことができました。海に落ちてしまっても、ライフジャケットを着ているので安心です。
インストラクターが丁寧に教えてくれるので、初心者の方でもチャレンジできます！

They kindly accommodated my sudden request for an additional fun dive. Since it had been a while since my last dive, they even arranged for an instructor to ensure I could dive at a comfortable pace. I forgot to ask for their name, but I felt safe while diving. Thank you!

急なファンダイブ追加にも快く対応いただきました。久しぶりのダイビングだったので、ゆっくり潜れるようにわざわざインストラクターさんを付けて下さいました。お名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが安心して潜れました。ありがとう。

初めてのカヤック体験でしたがスタッフが丁寧に教えてくれたので、安心して乗れました。自然を身近に感じられてすごく良かったです。

I had some anxiety due to lack of exercise, but I challenged myself because I wanted to see it at least once. The guide, **san, said, "If you only look through the lens, it's a waste! I want you to engrave it in your memory," and that love for Yakushima really came through in those words. I completely agreed with that. The guide was incredibly thorough, even teaching us about aftercare for muscle soreness.

I was fortunate to have great companions on the climb, and we had a lot of fun and were able to descend safely. The sense of accomplishment was immense✨️.

I've gained another unforgettable experience.

運動不足で不安はありましたが、一度は見てみたいとチャレンジしました。
ガイドのき**さん、レンズを通してばかりだと、勿体ない！目に焼き付けて帰って欲しいと、屋久島愛が伝わる一言。まさに、その通りだと思いました。凄く丁寧にガイドは勿論のこと、筋肉痛のアフターケアまで教えてくださいました。
一緒に登った仲間にも恵まれ、とても楽しく、無事下山することができました。達成感は物凄かった✨️

I participated in a group of odd-numbered participants, and I was in a single kayak. There were others who also participated alone, so it's all good, no problem! If there are any of you who are hesitant about participating alone, don't worry. I highly recommend it. Next time, I definitely want to join for the sunset.

自分は奇数人数グループでの参加で、私は一人カヤックでした。
他にも一人参加されている方もいましたし、大丈夫、問題なしです！
