[Meeting] I was worried about being late for the 8:50 meeting time, so I called but couldn't get through. I arrived at the meeting place, the ski resort, feeling anxious. There were other participants waiting, but I couldn't find any staff, and we exchanged looks as if to confirm we were in the right place. Around 9:00, the staff arrived and kindly confirmed the participants and gave instructions for changing clothes. There might be a misunderstanding between the booking site, Veltra, and the Blue Marble staff, so I hope that can be improved.

[Preparation] We moved to the preparation area in our cars. There, we borrowed and put on life jackets, helmets, and shoes. We received a thorough lecture on how to use the paddles. We moved our cars to the finish point, then returned with the staff's vehicle to the starting point.

[Travel] We loaded the boat onto a wheeled cart and moved through the bushes for about five minutes. Along the way, there was an adventure where we had to grab a rope to descend a steep cliff, which delighted the kids while the dads stumbled. The starting point had a gentle river flow, and we practiced paddling and turning before starting the rafting.

[Fun] With low water levels, we floated down the river while enjoying the staff's fun talk. At one point, we charged into a waterfall with a hot spring, repeating it five times upon request. After that, we arrived at the dive point, where we jumped into the river from rocks about 2m and 10m high. Even the 2m jump was quite scary. We were allowed to jump as much as we wanted, and soon we reached the finish point. Once we finished, the staff set up a changing tent on the shore. After settling payments and purchasing photos, the process was complete. We finished before noon, so it was effectively about an hour of rafting. It was a lot of fun.

[Photos] I purchased a DVD of the photos taken by the photographer. After returning home and looking at them, while there were some interesting river landscapes, the camera and subjects were far away, so the expressions weren't clear. There was also a note about joining the boat, which was a bit disappointing.

[Others] Veltra's site states that the meeting and disbanding locations are at the ski resort, but the disbanding location was at the finish point. Since I received an explanation during the meeting, I didn't have any issues, but as a first-time participant, I was quite anxious, so I hope accurate information can be provided.

【集合】集合時刻8:50ギリギリになりそうだったので電話してもつながらず、不安になりながら集合場所のスキー場に到着。参加者と思われる方々が待っていましたが、スタッフさんは見当たらず、お互いにここでいいんですよね、的なアイコンタクト。9:00頃スタッフさん到着。参加者の確認と着替えの指示を丁寧にしてくれました。もしかして、申し込みサイトのベルトラ さんとブルーマーブルスタッフさんの認識に違いがあるのかもしれないので、そこは改善してほしいです。
【準備】各自の車に乗って準備地点へ移動。そこで、ライフジャケット、ヘルメット、靴などを借りて装着。パドルの使い方など、ひと通りレクチャーを受けました。各自の車をゴール地点に移動させ、スタッフさんの車で戻り、いざスタート地点へ移動。
【移動】ボートを車輪付きの台に乗せ、５分ほど藪の間を移動。途中、急な崖を張られたロープを掴んで降りるアドベンチャーもあり、子供は喜び、親父は転ぶ。スタート地点は川の流れが穏やかで、乗り込んでパドルの漕ぎ方や転回などを練習し、ラフティングスタート。
【遊ぶ】水量が少なく、穏やかに川を下りながら、スタッフさんの楽しいトークとともに進む。途中、温泉を被る滝に突っ込み、希望もあり５回繰り返す。その後、ダイブポイントに到着。２mと１０m位の岩の上から川ダイブ。２mでも結構怖かったです。好きなだけ跳ばせてもらい、程なくゴール地点。ゴールしたら、スタッフさんが岸辺に着替えテントを張ってくれました。精算と写真の購入などを終えて工程終了。正午より前に終わったので、実質１時間位のラフティングでした。とても楽しかったです。
【写真】カメラマンさんが撮った写真をＤＶＤに焼いてくれたものを販売してくれたので購入。帰宅後見てみると、川の地形などもあるのでしょうが、カメラと被写体が遠くて表情ははっきりしませんでした。ボートに同乗してくれるという書き込みもあったので、少し残念。
【その他】ベルトラ さんのサイトには集合場所と解散場所がスキー場とありますが、解散場所はゴール地点でした。集合時に説明してもらったので困ることは何もありませんでしたが、申し込む側としては、初めてで不安だらけなので、正しい情報を載せてほしいなぁと思いました。

The instructor was amazing!! They were so friendly, and even though I was anxious about not being able to swim, I felt safe and had a great time! I was able to swim on my own and see the beautiful scenery with my own eyes, and not only that, I got to feed the fish and enjoy so many fun activities in the ocean! I was really happy to have so many beautiful photos taken!

We had an amazing time! The staff were very friendly and kind, the boat was obviously well taken care of. For everything that’s included and the location you can’t beat the price!

I participated in a tour with RIZE Ishigaki Island! On the day of the tour, we encountered a brief rain shower, but the captain monitored the movement of the rain clouds and found great spots for us. Thanks to that, we were able to see Nemo (clownfish), and it was an incredibly satisfying snorkeling tour! There was also a shuttle service to the hotel, which made it easy to enjoy the experience without worries.

One piece of advice for those who will be going is that managing your health is important! Make sure to eat properly (about 70% full). I arrived in Ishigaki via an early morning flight from Okinawa, and due to timing issues, I participated in the snorkeling tour without eating much. I thought it would be better than overeating, but it turned out not to be the case. Meals can often be off-schedule while traveling, but I felt it was crucial to eat well before a sea tour.

当日少しスコールにあいましたが船長さんが雨雲の動きをみていいスポットを探してくださいました。おかげでニモ（カクレクマノミ）も見れたしすごく満足なシュノーケリングツアーでした！ホテルまで送迎もあり、安心して楽しめました。ひとつこれから行かれる方にアドバイスとすれば、体調管理は大事です！食事はちゃんとしておくこと（腹７分程度に）私は朝一の飛行機で沖縄から経由して石垣着だったんですが、タイミングがずれたりで食事をあまりしないでシュノーケリングツアーに参加してしまいました。食べ過ぎよりいいかと思いましたが、ダメでした。旅行でいつもと違う感じで食事もズレがちですが、海のツアー前は大事だと感じました。

I participated with a friend. It was a clear day in late August, and the temperature was high. Besides us, there was only one young student couple around 20 years old, making it a small group.

We gathered before dawn and entered the mountains from Shiratani Unsuikyo, then after seeing Taiko Rock, we headed to the Jomon Sugi course, which required over 12 hours of hiking.

As a 30-year-old office worker who doesn't exercise much, it was quite tough, but I managed to keep up with the group and completed the hike. The limited time for the return bus made the descent particularly challenging as we had to move quickly. The next day, as expected, I was hit with severe muscle pain, which made the innkeeper laugh out loud.

Our guide was a man over 70, and it was impressive how smoothly he climbed. He was a bit quiet and didn't provide many explanations, but his experience was evident, and I felt secure following him.

There were moments when the rain intensified (which I believe is normal for Yakushima hiking), but overall the weather was good, and I had a great time. If I have the opportunity, I would like to try an overnight course next time.

友人と２人で参加しました。８月下旬のよく晴れた日で、気温も高かったです。我々の他には、20歳前後の若い学生カップルが１組いるのみで、少人数のグループでした。
朝は真っ暗なうちから集合し、白谷雲水峡から入山して、太鼓岩を見たら縄文杉コースへ、という流れで、12時間以上の登山が必要です。
30歳の特に運動もしていないオフィスワーカーにはなかなかきつかったですが、グループの足を引っ張ることもなく、何とか歩ききることができました。
帰りのバスの時間が限られているので、特に下山する時のペースが速かったのがきつかったです。翌日は予想通り激しい筋肉痛になって民宿のおっちゃんに爆笑されました。
ガイドさんは70歳超えの男性でしたが、スイスイと登っていくのがすごかったです。無口な方なのか、あまり多くの解説はありませんでしたが、ベテラン感がすごく、安心して着いていくことができました。
途中雨が強くなるなどしましたが（屋久島登山では普通のことと思いますが）、全体的に天気もよく、とても楽しめました。機会があれば今度は泊まりコースに挑戦してみたいです。

I had a great time with plenty of paddling! They explained things along the way and took photos for us, making it a more fulfilling and enjoyable experience than I expected! I highly recommend it.

結構たっぷり漕ぐ時間があって楽しかったです！道の途中で説明してくれたり、写真もとってくれたり、思っていたより充実の楽しい時間を過ごせました！おすすめです。

I participated in this tour on the day of heavy rain, May 18. Fortunately, we were able to reach Jomon Sugi, but on the way back, there were places where the road had collapsed due to rising water. While other hikers were turning back, our guide proceeded without hesitation through the waterfall-like path, leading us forward. By the time we returned to the hiking trail, the water had risen to knee level in some areas. Just when we thought we could relax after getting back to the trail and boarding the bus, we found ourselves blocked by a fallen tree, preventing the bus from moving forward. In that situation, our guide took the initiative to go outside and cut the fallen tree with a saw. When we had to spend the night on the bus, the guide went out in the heavy rain to find a way back and called for help. Throughout the return from Jomon Sugi, the guide supported not only us but everyone else, continuously moving without rest. Their decisiveness and ability to take action were remarkable. Thanks to them, I was able to follow along with peace of mind. If it weren't for our guide... I am truly filled with gratitude. Thank you very much. Next time, I want to take on the Shiratani Unsuikyo challenge again.

このツアーに参加させていただいたのは、5月18日の豪雨の日でした。
ラッキーなことに縄文杉までは行くことができましたが、帰りは増水により道が決壊している場所もありました。他の登山者が引き返してくる中ガイドさんは何の躊躇もなく滝のようになった道を突き進み先導してくれました。登山道まで戻ってくる頃には膝上まで水が上がってきているところもありました。登山道まで戻ってきてバスに乗り込んでホッとしたのもつかの間。倒れた大木で道を塞がれてしまいバスが前に進めない状況。そんな中ガイドさんは率先して外に出てくれ、倒れた大木をノコギリで切ってくれました。またバスの中で一夜を過ごすことになった時も、ガイドさんが豪雨の中外に出
てくれて帰れる道を探してくれたり、助けを呼びに行ってくれました。縄文杉の帰りから私たちだけではなく、他の皆のこともサポートしてくれ、休むことなくずっと動いてくれていました。決断力と行動力が素晴らしい方でした。おかげで安心してついていくことができました。ガイドさんがいなかったら…。本当に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。ありがとうございました。
次回は白谷雲水峡をリベンジしたいです。

Unfortunately, the weather was rainy on the first day, so we started with the expectation of not seeing the stars. The guide also mentioned that it might not be good because of the clouds, but when we arrived at the stargazing point, we were able to see a magnificent starry sky spread out before us. I thought to myself, "This is what a perfect starry sky looks like." We were also able to see several shooting stars, which was moving. Additionally, we spotted owls, bats, coconut crabs, and hermit crabs, making the tour very enjoyable. Thank you very much.

あいにく1日雨が降ったりやんだりの天気だったので、星は諦めてのスタートでした。ガイドさんも雲が出てるからダメかなぁと言っていましたが、星空ポイントまで来るとなんと見事な星空が空一面に見る事が出来ました。満点の星空ってこーゆう事を言うんだなって思ったほどです。流れ星も何個も見る事ができ感動しました。他にフクロウやコウモリ、ヤシガニ、ヤドカリも見る事が出来とても楽しくツアーに参加することが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

We had an amazing time doing snorkeling through Kerama Islands.

During the 3 immersions we did we saw different species as turtles and even sharks!

Our instructors/guides, specially Nolan were very kind and friendly.

Recommended 100%!

We visited Yakushima for a family trip. My parents are in their 50s, and my children are in their 20s. Since our family doesn't usually exercise much, we were honestly exhausted, but I'm glad we went! I think it's a place everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime.

Also, we hired a private guide, which was very helpful as they adjusted to our pace.

The guide was very friendly and interesting, and they took a lot of photos for us. They also taught us about the traces of animals and the plants. Without the guide, we might have just passed by some places, but we were able to stop and get explanations, making for a very fulfilling experience. I would love to come back at a different time!

とっても気さくで面白いガイドさんで、沢山写真も撮って頂きましたし、動物たちのいた形跡や植物についても教えて頂きました。
ガイドさんがいなければ素通りしてしまいそうなところで立ち止まって説明を頂けたので、非常に充実した時間でした。

The weather was not on our side, and due to rain from the morning, we couldn't go to Shiratani Unsuikyo as planned... However, despite the bad weather, thanks to our tour guide's arrangements, we were able to see Jomon Sugi! On the way back, I was worried that the heavy rain might cause the river to flood, but it turned out to be quite an experience trekking in such downpours, and there were some interesting moments.

The warm miso soup made by our guide warmed up my chilled body from the rain!

Next time, I want to take on Shiratani Unsuikyo again!

天気に恵まれず、朝から雨のため、予定していた白谷雲水峡は行けず・・・
しかし、なんとか悪天候の中、ツアーガイドさんの計らいもあって縄文杉は見に行きました！
帰りはどしゃぶりで川も氾濫するんじゃないかと心配でしたが、なかなか体験できない、土砂降りの中のトレッキングで、面白いところもありました

ガイドさんが作ってくれたあったかいお味噌汁が、雨で冷えた体を温めてくれました！

今度は白谷雲水峡をまたリベンジして行きたいです！

I participated with three friends. It was my first time kayaking, and I had some worries, but the tour guide was kind and funny, which made me very satisfied. I want to come back again.

友達3人で参加しました。
初めてのシーカヤックで不安なところもありましたが、ツアーのお兄さんが優しく面白く教えてくれて満足でした。またきたいです。

I participated in a half-day tour from Naha that included snorkeling in the Kerama Islands and two marine sports. I was simply amazed by the stunning blue of the sea! The contrast with the surrounding uninhabited islands with white sand created a wonderfully extraordinary view that was very soothing. The clear waters allowed me to enjoy a variety of colorful fish and corals while snorkeling. It was my first trip to Okinawa, and choosing this tour instead of just going to the beach was definitely the right decision. The staff were full of spirit and really enhanced the tour experience. The shuttle service to the hotel was also a nice touch. I’m looking forward to joining a full-day tour next time.

慶良間シュノーケリング＋マリンスポーツ2品、那覇発半日ツアーに参加。慶良間諸島の海、圧巻の青さにただ感動！周辺の白砂の無人島とのコントラストが素晴らしい非日常的な景色に癒されます。透明度の高い海では色とりどりの魚やサンゴがシュノーケリングでも充分楽しめました。初の沖縄旅行でしたがビーチではなくこのツアーにして大正解でした。スタッフの方達もサービス精神に溢れツアーを盛り上げてくれました。ホテルまでの送迎も嬉しいサービスです。次回は1日ツアーに参加したいと思っています。

I participated with my fourth-grade son and my six-year-old daughter. We were able to see many colorful fish while snorkeling in the crystal-clear Ishigaki Coral Lagoon, and the kids were very excited.
Also, on the Phantom Island, we could take photos dressed as mermaids, and my daughter was very satisfied.
The guides were kind, and we had a wonderful day. Thank you very much.

小学4年生の息子と6歳になる娘も一緒に参加しました。透明度バツグンの石西礁湖でのシュノーケリングで多くの色とりどりの魚たちを見ることができ、子供たちも大興奮でした。

We participated in a canoe tour and a tour of the Piñaisara Falls with our family of four. Our fourth-grade son and six-year-old daughter eagerly took on the canoeing and trekking challenges. The kids had a great time seeing shrimp and eels in the pool at Piñaisara Falls, and they jumped into the pool multiple times. Additionally, since it was low tide, we were able to catch many crabs, which made everyone very happy. Above all, our guide, Mr. Iwamoto, was incredibly kind and taught us many things, making it a memorable and valuable experience. Thank you very much!

家族4人でカヌーツアー＆ピナイサーラの滝壺ツアーに参加しました。小学4年の息子と6歳の娘も元気にカヌー、トレッキングに挑戦しました。子供たちはピナイサーラの滝つぼでエビやウナギを見たり、滝つぼに何度も飛び込んだりととても楽しんでいました。また、干潮だったこともあり、河の水が引いて多くのカニを捕まえることが出来て皆、大喜びでした。そして何よりもガイドの岩本さんがとても親切に色んなことを教えて頂き、思い出に残る貴重な体験ができました。有難うござました！

Unfortunately, the Shiretoko Five Lakes tour was canceled due to a bear sighting, but instead, I was taken on a trekking tour through the primeval forest. Walking through the forest while listening to explanations was really interesting and I gained a lot of knowledge. The guide's explanations were entertaining, and I was able to see stunning ocean views, making it a fantastic trip.

I also appreciate the thoughtfulness of providing an alternative tour instead of just canceling.

あいにく知床五湖に熊が出たーということで知床五湖ツアーは中止になりましたが 代わりに原生林の森トレッキングに連れて行ってもらいました。
説明を聞きながら 森を歩き 知識も増え 本当に面白かったです。
ガイドの方の説明が面白く、海の絶景も見られ
最高の旅になりました。

キャンセルではなく 他のツアーを用意してくださる心遣いにも感謝です。

The guide was kind and it was very good. Although it was quite tough at times, I was greatly helped by the guide's stories and thoughtfulness. Yakushima's Jomon Sugi can be climbed by beginners, but it requires considerable physical strength. For those who don't usually hike, it's advisable to prepare for potential issues on the day (like sprains or muscle pain). It’s reassuring if others in the same group have similar experiences, but as a beginner, I felt I was causing some inconvenience to everyone (though no one said it was a bother). If you're concerned, I think a tour that allows for individual participation would be a good option.

ガイドの方が親切で、とてもよかったです。途中かなりしんどかったのですが、ガイドの方の話や心使いで随分救われました。屋久島の縄文杉は初心者でも登れますがかなりの体力がいります。普段登山をされていない人は、当日想定されること(ねんざ、筋肉痛)などの対応策は用意した方がよいです。同じグループの人が同じ経験をしているくらいでしたら安心ですが、初心者でしたのでみなさんにご迷惑かけることも多く(迷惑とは言われてませんが)申し訳ないなという気持ちになりました。気になる人は個別でいけるツアーでもいいと思います。

The staff were all very bright, refreshing, and polite in their responses. Even though they are young, they know how to provide good customer service, and I didn't have any unpleasant experiences at all! Their spirit of service was also strong! However, due to the typhoon, we didn't go to Kerama and instead snorkeled at a nearby spot, which was particularly unimpressive. There were also people fishing right near the snorkeling point, so it wasn't worth paying 5,000 yen. Next time, if it's going to be a nearby location, I will cancel! The slide was fun! The boat was rocking with the waves, and many people got seasick!

スタッフはみんなとても明るく爽やか丁寧な対応。若いのにちゃんと接客が出来る人達で嫌な思いは全くしません！サービス精神も旺盛！ただ台風の為、慶良間に行かず近場のポイントになりシュノーケルをしたポイントは特に感動も無く、ポイントすぐ近くの堤防から釣りをしている人もいて、わざわざ5000円払う必要無かった。次回からは近場になるならキャンセルですね！滑り台は楽しかった！船が波で揺れて船酔い続出でした！

I wanted to do snorkeling while my child wanted to try sea kayaking, and while searching for a plan, I discovered this course and decided to participate. Since traveling can be cumbersome with luggage, I wanted to keep it as light as possible. It was very convenient to bring just my swimsuit, rash guard, towel, and sunscreen. Additionally, the guide was kind and shared interesting points of interest, making it enjoyable and reassuring for beginners. I also brought my own camera, but I wasn't able to take great photos, so I appreciated the help in capturing good memories. The staff were friendly and kind, making it a great recommendation for families with children.

子供はシーカヤック、私はシュノーケルをやりたいと思っていて、プランを探していたらこちらのコースを発見し参加しました。旅行は手荷物がかさばるのでなるべく身軽に行きたいところ。水着とラッシュガード、タオル、日焼け止めを持参、とても楽でした。また、ガイドの方が親切なアテンドと見どころポイントを教えてくれるので、初心者でも安心して楽しめるので良かったです。また、自分でもカメラを持って行きましたが、なかなか上手く撮ることが出来ず撮って頂いて、良い思い出になり感謝しています。スタッフの皆さん、気さくで優しいので子供連れでも安心して参加できるのでオススメです。

I went to Yakushima for a 2-night, 3-day trip. Since I only had a full day for trekking, I chose a greedy course that allowed me to visit both Taiko Rock and Jomon Sugi. (laughs)

I participated with a friend, and the guide took photos for us at the photo spots, so we didn't need a selfie stick! Even as a beginner, I managed to reach the top. However, there was a huge difference in fatigue afterward between my friend, who exercises regularly, and me, who doesn't exercise at all. So, those who don't usually work out should be prepared before participating. My legs felt like sticks for about three days after the climb. (laughs)

Both Taiko Rock and Jomon Sugi offered breathtaking views. Since it rained on and off, a raincoat is essential. If you don't have trekking shoes, it's better to borrow some. The shoes I borrowed didn't let any water in, even when walking through some muddy areas!

2泊3日で屋久島へ行きました。トレッキング時間も丸1日しか取れなかったので、太鼓岩と縄文杉どちらも行ける欲張りコースを選びました。笑
友達と二人で参加したのですが、ガイドさんが写真スポットに到着すると写真を撮ってくださるのでセルカ棒いらずでした！
初心者の私でもなんとか登り切ることができました。ただ、普段運動している友達と全く運動していない私とでは終わった後の疲労感にとてつもなく差があったので、やはり普段から運動していない方は覚悟を持って参加した方がいいです。私は登った当日から3日くらいは足が棒のようになりました。笑

太鼓岩も縄文杉も絶景でした。
雨が降ったり止んだり繰り返すのでカッパは必須です。トレッキングシューズがない方は借りたほうがいいです。私が借りたシューズは多少のぬかるみを歩いても全く浸水しませんでした！

I have tried many times to see sea turtles in Okinawa, but I was unsuccessful every time. However, at this beach, there are sea turtles living here, and I was able to meet many of them multiple times!

沖縄にウミガメを見に、何度となく挑戦してきましたが、ことごとく見れませんでした。しかし、このビーチにはウミガメご住んでて、何度も、たくさん、会うことが出来ました！

It really is possible to create a truly enjoyable experience.

It was cloudy on the day of the tour, but I learned that the sea looks more beautiful when it's cloudy. You won't know until you try.

The guide, who always entertains us, also seemed to have a solid philosophy on life.

Even if the boat doesn't look luxurious, you can still create plenty of enjoyment.

I thought the eyes of the guide, who had that kind of spirit, were much clearer and bluer.

I'm glad I was able to experience this tour.

本当に楽しい体験というのは作れるものですね。

当日は曇りだったのですが、曇りのほうが海が綺麗に見えると学べました。
行ってみないと分からない。

いつも愉しませてくれるガイドさんでいながら、人生論もしっかり語っているようでした。

船のみてくれが豪華でなくても、楽しみは十分作っていける。

そんな意気込みを持った、ガイドのオジサンの目のほうがずっとキレイに澄んでいて青いと思いました。

このツアーを体験できてよかったです。

My stay this time was only for one day. I didn't have enough time to reach Jomon Sugi, so I enjoyed hiking to Shiratani Unsuikyo (Taiko Rock). The weather was clear with not a single cloud in the sky at the summit. It was unusually good weather for Yakushima, but it was fantastic.

今回の滞在は１日だけでした。縄文杉までは時間的に余裕がなかったので、白谷水雲峡(太鼓岩)までの登山を楽しみました。山頂に雲ひとつかからない快晴でした。屋久島らしからぬ好天でしたが、最高でした。

We participated in a one-day snorkeling tour in Kerama with our family of four. Thanks to the beautiful weather and our first experience in the waters of Okinawa, we had the best time and created wonderful memories. It was also a lot of fun to encounter and swim with sea turtles. The Marine House Seasa, who organized the tour, and the instructors were both excellent. Thank you very much!

家族４人で慶良間の1日シュノーケリングツアーに参加しました。初めての沖縄の海と好天のおかげで最高の体験と思い出ができました。また、ウミガメとの遭遇と一緒に遊泳できてとても楽しかったです。ツアーでお世話になったマリンハウスシーサー様、インストラクターの方もとてもよかったです。ありがとうございました。

The family enjoyed the activity together and there are professional photo-taking which is very helpful. The Veltra offer is a great deal and easy to claim!
We booked the 11am session and it ended at 12noon. There is also a trampoline for the kids to play with.

It was really a memorable experience! The kids really love it and the good thing is that you don’t need to get entirely wet. You can also tell that the dolphins are well treated too! Must go!

Despite the heavy rain, it was still enjoyable. Lake Shikotsu was beautiful even in the rain, and kayaking on the lake made for great memories.

大雨の中でしたが、それでも楽しかったです。
支笏湖は、雨でも綺麗でしたし、カヤックで湖を散策できて、いい思い出になりました。
