Lake Toya was mediocre, but everything else was good. Especially Lake Shikotsu. It was beautiful. I do not recommend the bear ranch.

I felt that about half of the visitors were foreigners, particularly from China, and I think the guide was also from China. It felt a bit strange to be guided by someone from China, but they explained everything properly in Japanese, Chinese, and English, so there were no issues. The Chinese visitors were not noisy, and I was able to rest soundly on the bus between tourist spots.

洞爺湖はイマイチですが、その他は良かったです。特に支笏湖。綺麗でした。クマ牧場はオススメしません。
利用客には外国の方、特に中国の方が半分くらいだと感じましたし、ガイドさんも中国出身の方と思います。中国の方にガイドされるのも変な感じですが、きちんと日本語、中国語、英語で説明してくださり不都合は無かったです。中国の方々も煩くなく、観光スポット間のバス中はぐっすり休めました。

I was finally able to visit ANA Blue Base, which I had wanted to see for a long time. It was a very enjoyable experience.

以前から見学したいと思っていたANAブルーベースにようやく潜入する事が出　来ました。

It was a bit tough, but it turned out to be a fun and good experience. The weather was nice, it didn't turn bad, and the moderate climate allowed me to keep my stamina until the end. I'm grateful for the guide's pacing.

We participated as a couple in our 50s. The tour had six people, and everyone was nice, so we never got bored along the way. By the end, our feet were sore, but we had a satisfying trekking experience. The guide was a woman with extensive knowledge, and we learned a lot. She also took many photos, which became precious memories for us.

ツアーは6人で、みなさんいい方達で道中飽きることなく、最後は足が痛かったですが、満足いくトレッキングできました。
ガイドさんは女性でしたが、知識が豊富で、色々と勉強になりました。写真もたくさん撮って頂き、大切な思い出になりました。

Thanks to the guide's pacing, we were able to reach Jomon Sugi without any difficulty. It was reassuring to have experienced guides with us. The guide had a playful spirit, and we were able to take some wonderful photos!

The mangrove tour was during high tide, so the water was murky and we couldn't see the roots very well, but we were able to see five types of mangroves with white, yellow, and red flowers. Riding the water buffalo while enjoying the sanshin was a nice, relaxing experience. I had such a great time that I thought it would be nice to have a plan that allows for a bit more leisure.

マングローブ遊覧は満潮で水が濁っていて、根張りは余り見れませんでしたが、5種のマングローブに白、黄、赤の花が見れました、水牛乗車中の三線がいい感じでゆったりと楽しめました。もう少しゆっくりできるプランがあれば良いのではと思うほど楽しい時間を過ごせました。

It was great to be able to visit the training facilities for cabin crew and ground staff. I was able to hear things that are usually not shared, and I got to see the actual tools and uniforms up close. It was an irresistible experience for aviation fans.

It's quite popular and hard to book, but after participating this time, I understand why. I'm currently recommending it to other aviation enthusiasts.

At the photo spot, a flight attendant kindly offered to take our picture. I was able to sit in the cockpit of the A320, which was a long-held dream of mine, and take a commemorative photo.

I also experienced ANA's hospitality, making it a very fulfilling tour.

乗務職、地上職の訓練施設を見学出来るのはとても良かったです。
普段聞くことのできないことも伺える上、実際使っている道具や制服も間近で見ることもできる。
航空機ファンにはたまらない企画でした。
なかなか予約できないほどの人気ですが、今回参加してみて納得しました。
現在は、同じ航空機ファンにおすすめしているところです。
撮影スポットでは、ＣＡさんが写しましょうかと声をかけてくださりました。
念願だったA320の操縦席に座って記念撮影ができました。
ANAのホスピタリティにも触れることができとても充実したツアーでした。

The departure and meeting point were written as Kyoto Station, so I thought we would be on the bus until the end and bought a lot of souvenirs. Then, at the very end, they handed out JR tickets from Arashiyama to Kyoto Station and told us to return individually. I was disappointed that it wasn't to the meeting point at Kyoto Station as stated.

出発と 解散場所が 京都駅と 書いてあったので
最後まで バスだと思って お土産も 沢山買っていました。
そしたら 最後の最後に 嵐山から 京都駅まで JRの 切符を 渡すので 各自 帰って下さいとの事でした。
どうして 書いてあった 解散場所の 京都駅までじゃなかったのか ガッカリでした。

Since I was alone, the bus tour that allowed me to efficiently visit the tourist spots in Ishigaki Island, included lunch, and dropped me off at the airport was very convenient. I was able to make effective use of my time. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and interesting, making it a lot of fun.

一人だったので車の運転よりも石垣島の観光地を効率よく回れて、ランチもついて、最後は空港で下車できるバスツアーは、便利でした。時間も有効に使えました。ガイドさんの説明もわかりやすく面白く、とても楽しかったです。

The guide was from China and was excellent, and they spoke Japanese well. Since we had front-row seats at Lake Shikotsu, we spotted a red fox with a cherry salmon in its mouth. Additionally, we were able to converse with the driver, making it a premium experience.

ガイドさんが中国の方でサイコー、日本語も大丈夫。支笏湖で最前席だったので、ヒメマス咥えたキタキツネ目撃、その他、運転手さんとも会話できてプレミアム体験となりました。

It was fun, and the places we visited were great, but the schedule was too packed. I was disappointed that I only had one hour at Pineapple Park, which didn't allow for enough shopping. I hope they can reconsider the time allocation. Also, there was someone who misunderstood the meeting time and didn't come back, so I would like them to distribute a schedule to ensure everyone is well-informed about the meeting time.

楽しかったし、行く場所も良かったのだがスケジュールが過密過ぎる。パイナップルパークが1時間しかないせいで買い物が満足にできなかったのが残念。
なので時間配分を見直して欲しいとは思う。
あとは集合時間を勘違いして帰ってこない人が居たので、時間表を配ったりなどして集合時間の周知徹底をしっかり行って欲しい。

After the typhoon passed, it was a great tour that allowed for sightseeing even in the stormy weather, which was appreciated for a solo female traveler without a rental car. The guide was experienced and knowledgeable, and the tour covered almost all the must-see attractions, simply wonderful. The value for this price is very reasonable.

台風一過後、暴風雨の中でもしっかり観光をしてくれ、レンタカーをしない女性一人旅には有難いツアーだった。　ガイドもベテランで知識も豊富、ツアー内容もほぼ必見観光地を網羅していて、素晴らしいの一言。この料金でこの内容は良心的だ。

I was able to participate without any hesitation, even as a single person. All the activities were great, but if I had to wish for something, I would have liked the glass boat point to be closer to the image of a tropical fish tank.

The lunch included in the tour was greatly appreciated. On July 16th, it was hot, as expected in the basin city of Kyoto. The sightseeing bus tour from Fushimi Inari Taisha to Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama was optimal as it allowed for breaks along the way. The bus served as a refuge from the blazing sun, making it a strong ally for us first-timers. We had lunch at a scenic spot on the approach to Kiyomizu-dera, and arrangements for the admission tickets were made while we ate. What excellent coordination!

Thanks to this, we were able to participate in the Yamaboko Junko the next day with energy. (We also relied on VELTRA for the procession. From the taxi pickup, our spirits were high. We never expected to be able to visit Honno-ji, which was a big surprise.)

For first-timers, especially during the busy season, I think there are various tour options available. Thank you very much.

７月１６日、暑いのひとこと。さすがは。盆地の街、京都。伏見稲荷大社から、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山方面観光バスツアーは、目的地までの間に休息ができ最適。照り付ける太陽の下にあって、バスが避難場所。初めての私達にとって、強い味方でした。清水寺の参道では、見晴らしのよい場所で昼食。食べている間に、拝観券の手配。なんと手回しのよいこと。
おかげ様で、翌日も元気に山鉾巡行に参加できました。（巡行もベルトラさんにお世話になりました。迎えのタクシーから、気分はアゲアゲ。まさかの本能寺にお参りできるとは、思ってもいません、大サプライズ。）
初めてで、特に混む季節は、ツアー様々だと思います。ありがとうございました。

I participated with my first-grade daughter, who admires flight attendants. It was a wonderful tour where we could learn many things about airplanes that we usually take for granted. Although we didn't encounter any training scenes with the flight attendants, we were able to observe the pilots heading to the simulator. My daughter was also very interested in hearing about the jobs of the mechanics and pilots.

After the tour, we received a lovely letter addressed to my daughter from the flight attendant, saying, "I look forward to the day we can work together," which made for a truly special time.

CAに憧れている小一の娘と参加。普段何気なく使っている飛行機の色々な事を知る事が出来るとても良いツアーでした。CAさんの訓練シーンには遭遇出来ませんでしたがシュミレーターに向かうパイロットさんを見学出来ました。娘は整備士さんやパイロットさんのお仕事等も興味深く聞いていました。

ツアー後、娘宛に「一緒にお仕事出来る日を楽しみにしているね」と担当CAさんから素敵なお手紙を頂きとても素敵な時間となりました。

I used the service for three hours on the last day of my four-day trip. While adjusting the schedule, I was taken to various spots, and not only did I learn about the sights, but I also discovered the unique aspects of Ishigaki Island, such as its creatures and plants, which are not covered in guidebooks. We couldn't visit all the courses on our own, so it was great to be taken around by bus. However, I couldn't hear the guide's voice well, so I missed the explanations of the sightseeing spots.

自分たちでは、すべてのコースはみてまわれないので、バスでつれていってもらえて良かったただ、ガイドさんの声が後まで聞こえなくて観光名所の説明がわからなかった

One-day bus tour itinerary in southern Hokkaido

In the morning, we went to Noboribetsu Hell Valley. Unfortunately, there were no little monkeys soaking in the hot springs since it was summer.

Next, we visited Showa Shinzan, formed by volcanic rock accumulation, and fed the Hokkaido brown bears at the bear ranch.

Then we toured Lake Toya, the largest hot water lake in Hokkaido. There isn't much around Lake Toya, but you can feed the fish. However, the view from the Lake Toya observation deck is excellent, and the TOYA sign is great for photos.

I must mention that our guide, Jiajia, was fantastic! She spoke Chinese, English, and Cantonese fluently. Each attraction was introduced perfectly and with a good sense of humor. It was both educational and entertaining; I regret not joining the tour earlier. I didn't have much luck exploring Otaru on my own.

洞爷湖旁边没啥、可以喂鱼
但洞爷湖展望台绝佳、TOYA牌子太好拍照了。

不得不提导游嘉嘉太棒了！中英文、粤语都说的很溜～
而且每个景点介绍的都很恰到好处、也比较幽默。寓教于乐、后悔没有早点参天。 自己去玩的小樽都、没玩出名堂。

The guide, Mr. Sho, is very knowledgeable, and his humorous explanations are wonderful! He is fluent in both Japanese and Chinese! It's more amazing than I imagined.

I understood the overview of Sapporo in a short time. As a foreigner, I was very impressed with the earphones! The view from the top of Okurayama JUMP is amazing!

The tour guide was friendly, so I didn't feel lonely or anxious participating alone. The explanations of each sightseeing spot were easy to understand.

I went with a friend. The weather was nice. We took a lot of photos. It has unique features compared to other places. It was a great experience.

It was a tour that took us around several places in the northern region by bus. You can optionally listen to explanations through earphones while on the bus. I was unsure about what to wear before participating, but since we only walked a little in the Oishi Forest, casual clothing is perfectly fine without worrying about hiking gear.
There were many participants who came alone, and the ages varied.
It was a very good experience. I would like to join other tours as well. Thank you.

北部をバスで数ヶ所を周るツアーでした。バスの中でも任意でイヤホンで説明を聞く事が出来ます。参加前に服装を悩みましたが、大石林山で少し山中を歩く程度なので、登山の装いなどを気にしなくても、楽な服装で大丈夫です。
1人参加の方が多かったです。年齢も様々でした。
とてもいい経験になりました。また他のツアーにも参加させていただきたいです。ありがとうございます。

I was able to experience the World Heritage sites of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. It was great. While each area recorded the highest temperatures of the season, I was troubled by the heat, and it was disappointing that the observation deck in Shirakawa-go was under construction, preventing me from fully enjoying the view. I would like to visit again in a different season after some time.

The bus had safe driving, and the air conditioning worked well, making it comfortable. The guide's explanations were also easy to understand. I thought it would have been better if the morning departure time had been 30 minutes later, and if we could have returned to Kanazawa using the expressway like we did on the way there.

白川郷と五箇山2地区を巡り、世界遺産を味わうことができました。よかったです。各地で今季最高気温を記録する中、暑さに参ったことと、白川郷の展望台が工事中で展望を十分に楽しめなかったことが残念でした。期間をおいて違う季節に訪れたいです。
バスは安全運転で、冷房もよく効き快適でした。ガイドさんの案内もよく分かりました。朝の出発時刻があと30分遅く、帰りも行きと同じように高速を利用して金沢に戻れないかとも思いました。

Trekking to Jomon Sugi! My father wanted to go while he was still alive, so I signed up with some trepidation, but thanks to our guide, we were able to return safely! The guide provided detailed explanations along the way, and we enjoyed ourselves without getting bored. They also pointed out great photo spots and took many pictures for us. We made the best memories! Thank you so much!!!

I thought there would be a guide in Japanese. If there is no Japanese information, I would like it to be clearly stated. The guide was very polite.

Also, we could not go to Gotemba Outlet due to traffic congestion.

日本語でのガイドがあるのかと思っていた。日本語の案内がないならわかりやすく記載してほしいです。ガイドさんは非常に丁寧でした。

また、旅程に含まれていた御殿場アウトレットに交通渋滞により行けなかった。

In April, I also participated in the Hangar Tour. Since I have a general interest in the aviation industry, I had a very enjoyable time on this tour. I was able to encounter the training environment, and the mechanics noticed us and waved, allowing me to feel their warmth.

One point I would mention as a downside is that during the initial lecture, the volume of the background music in the video was loud, making it difficult to hear the speaker in many instances.

4月にHangar Tour にも参加しました。航空業界全般に興味があるので、本ツアーもとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
訓練をされている現場に遭遇することができましたし、整備士の方々がこちらに気付き、手を振ってくださり、皆さんの温かさを感じることができました。
一点だけ、残念な点を挙げさせていただけば、冒頭の座学の際、映像のBGMの音量が大きく、説明者の方の声が聞きづらい場面が多々ありました。

I participated with three colleagues! It started with the bus guide's perfect announcements, and I felt a sense of security throughout thanks to the safe driving.

The plan was focused on the zoo, but we couldn't manage to see everything even at a brisk pace... My honest feeling is that it would be nice if the meeting time could be a bit earlier to extend the viewing time.

However, I am very grateful to have seen the behavioral exhibits that I was looking forward to, and to have experienced it at this price! I definitely want to use this service again.

動物園に特化したプランでしたが、私たちには急ぎ足でも回り切ることができませんでした…せめてもう少し集合時間を早くして、見学時間が伸びたらいいのになというのが率直な感想です。
