The guide spoke at length (in Japanese) during the entire tour and got a sense we were missing out on quite of bit of information and trivia. That was unfortunate. For instance we didn’t understand why Manzamo, a beautiful example of nature, was significant.

The pineapple tour was a bust. Didn’t get anything out of that.

The aquarium was awesome. But it’s a full day activity instead a couple of hours.

Overall, the tour was rushed with strict time guidelines. But that’s to be expected as there were lots of stops which included souvenir shopping.

One of the things I wanted to do by the time I turned 30 was to see the Jomon Sugi in person, so I decided to join my friends on this adventure. Although we don't usually exercise much, we managed to reach the top, and seeing the Jomon Sugi and the Wilson stump in person was especially moving. We not only learned about the Yakusugi but also heard stories about the plants and animals that grow there from our guide, which increased our knowledge. It was tiring, but it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

『縄文杉を生で見たい』という願いがあり
思い切って友達と参加しました。
普段運動をあまりしない私たちでしたが
なんとか登りきり、生で見る縄文杉やウィルソン株は特に感動しました。屋久杉についてだけでなく生えている植物や、動物の話もガイドさんから伺えて知識も増えて疲れたけどとても良い思い出になりました。

The weather wasn't very good, but the Nepali guide was very kind and pleasant. We were the only Japanese couple, but the other foreign travelers were also nice, making for a pleasant day. It was a very good trip, and although it was reasonable, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the Nepali guide, whose name I forgot.

天気はあまり良くなかったが、ネパール人のガイドさんが、とても親切で気持ちよい人でした。日本人は私たち夫婦だけでしたが、他の外国の人たちも雰囲気が良く、気持ちよい一日でした。リーズナブルなのにとても良い旅でした。ネパール人のガイドさん、名前は忘れましたが、ありがとうございました。

I was very impressed to actually see the training scenes of the ground staff and the emergency training of the cabin crew. It was a great luck to see the maintenance staff wearing red hats, known as Grant Meisters. Being able to confirm such rare experiences has become a lifelong memory for me. When the staff in training waved at me, I knew it would be a valuable experience.

Since I was based in Sapporo, I was looking for a day trip bus tour from Sapporo and found this tour. I've been to Hokkaido several times, but I had never been to this area, so it was great to be able to enjoy the beautiful waters of Lake Shikotsu, the view of Mount Yotei from Lake Toya, and the sightseeing at Showa Shinzan without wasting any time. There was also a guidebook provided, and I was very satisfied with the tour.

札幌を拠点にしていたので、札幌発日帰りバスツアーを探していたら、このツアーを見つけました。北海道には、何度か行ってるけど、このあたりは行ったことなかったので、支笏湖の水綺麗さ、洞爺湖から見える羊蹄山、昭和新山を無駄なく観光できて、とてもよかったです。ガイドさんの説明書もあり、大変満足なツアーでした。

Throughout the trip, the attitude of the tour guide was poor. I have used bus tours in other areas, but this was the first time I encountered such a tour guide. In the midst of that, the driver's smile was a relief. He was a very pleasant person.

And there was one more disappointing thing. I couldn't hear the guide's instructions on the ASMUI app at all. It seemed there was a bad signal. If that's the case, there's no point in downloading the app.

For tourists who do not rent a car, it was a tour with rich content, so it's very disappointing. I strongly believe improvements should be made.

終始、添乗員の態度が悪かった。
バスツアーは他方面でも利用するが
このような添乗員は初めてでした。
そんな中で運転手さんの笑顔には
救われました。
とても感じの良い方でした。

そして残念な事がもう一点。
ASMUIでのガイド案内は全く
聞くことができませんでした。
電波が悪かったようです。
これではアプリをダウンロードしても
意味がありません。

レンタカーしない観光客にとっては
内容の充実したツアーなのに、
とても残念です。
改善された方が良いと強く思います。

The tour guide and the driver were very kind and pleasant, making for an enjoyable trip until the end. The guidance provided for places other than the destination, Nikko, was detailed and beneficial even for us Japanese travelers.

添乗員さん、運転手さんともとても親切で、感じが良く最後まで楽しい旅ができました。
外国人旅行者に向けて、目的地である日光以外についてのガイドもきめ細やかで、日本人である私たちにとっても有益でした。

I used this service on the same day I arrived in Kyoto by Shinkansen from the Kanto region. After dropping off my luggage at the hotel, we arranged to meet there, but I thought it would have been fine to keep my luggage with me since the vehicle was quite spacious, and they arrived on time to pick us up.

It was right after the cherry blossom season and just after the rainy season had ended (what you might call the off-peak season). We avoided crowded tourist spots and were taken to some distant temples that are not easily accessible by city buses or sightseeing buses.

I was with an American friend, and we both enjoyed the English-guided tour. I personally learned a lot about Kyoto's history, and it was a lot of fun in many ways.

関東圏から新幹線で京都に着いたその日に利用しました。
ホテルに荷物を預けてから、ホテルで待ち合わせさせていただきましたが、荷物をもったままでもよかったなと思うくらい大きい車で、時間通りにお迎えにきていただきました。

桜シーズンが終わり、梅雨明けしたばかりのタイミング（いわゆる閑散期）でした。インバウンドで混んでるところは避けて、市営バスや観光バスで行けなさそうな遠いお寺メインに連れて行っていただきました。

アメリカ人の友達と一緒でしたが、英語のガイドでお互い楽しめました。私自身、京都の歴史について学ばせていただいたことも多々あり、いろんな意味でとても楽しかったです。

イチローさん、素敵なガイドと安全運転をしていただき、ありがとうございました。

I went with my American friends. With Kii-chan as our fun guide, we had a great time together! We efficiently visited the must-see temples on time, making for a very fulfilling day. Not only the guide but also the bus driver was very pleasant. It was a really hot and humid day that drained our energy, but we felt very comfortable throughout the tour! The guide provided helpful information like, "It's going to take over 30 minutes to the next location, so please relax now," which allowed us to know when to take a nap, and I appreciated that consideration.

Participants included about 30 people of all ages and nationalities, both Japanese and foreigners (just after the rainy season ended).

To the company: I noticed the guide wore a vest over casual clothes, and since it will be hot in the upcoming season, I hope you can consider allowing shorts and other measures for the guide's health management. I'm concerned about the heat measures for both the bus driver and the guide.

時間通りに効率よく定番のお寺をまわれて、すごく充実した1日になりました。
ガイドさんだけでなく、バスの運転手さんもとても感じよく、すごく蒸し暑い日で体力を奪われましたが、気分的にはとても気持ちよく回れました！「次の場所まで30分以上あるので、今からゆっくりしてください」など次の場所までどのくらいなのか案内があったのも、昼寝をするタイミングを事前に知ることができて、そのお気遣いが嬉しかったです。

参加者は、日本人も外国籍の方も老若男女問わず、合計30名ほど参加されていました。（梅雨明けしたばかりのタイミング）

会社の方へ
ガイドさんが私服の上にさらにベストを着て、これからの季節は暑いと思うので、半ズボン可などガイドさんの体調管理にも配慮していただきたいです。バスの運転手さん、ガイドさんの暑さ対策が心配です。

It was a very satisfying tour where I enjoyed sightseeing spots and delicious lunch at a great value! Trying to do all these activities on my own would be difficult, but the bus efficiently took us around to various places, allowing for a fulfilling day. The bus guide's humorous stories were enjoyable, and since the basic setup was an earphone guide, I could relax and take my time freely. This time, the lavender was just starting to bloom, but I was able to fully enjoy the fragrance and scenery. I would love to revisit the hills of Biei during the autumn foliage season or at another time!

観光スポットや美味しいランチが楽しめて、とてもお得で大満足のツアーでした！
これだけの工程を自分で行こうと思うと難しいですが、バスに乗って効率よく色々回ってくれるので、充実した1日を過ごせました。
バスガイドさんのユーモアあるお話も楽しく、他にも基本はイヤフォンガイドのため、自由にのんびりと過ごせました。
今回ラベンダーは咲き始めの時期でしたが、香りや景色など充分楽しめました。美瑛の丘も紅葉の時期など、また違う時期にリピートしたいです！

I was able to visit four places in a shorter time than using public transportation in Kyoto, which is crowded with tourists, and I had plenty of time to enjoy myself. The guide's English was native and easy to understand, and they were friendly and knowledgeable, which was great.

観光客が多い京都で公共交通機関を使うより短時間で4ヶ所周れ、滞在時間も充分にあり、とても楽しめました。またガイドの方の英語もネイティブで聞きやすく、気さくで知識もあり、良かったです。

The weather was favorable, and we were able to sightsee efficiently. The lunch was very delicious, and we also enjoyed a light snack at Farm Tomita. The flowers at Shikisai no Oka became a wonderful memory.

お天気にも恵まれ、効率的に観光できました。昼食もとてもおいしかったですし、ファーム富田で軽食も楽しめました。四季彩の丘のお花が大変いい思い出になりました。

I'm glad I was able to summarize the northern part of Okinawa. Instead of going to the Churaumi Aquarium, I used that time to visit the Funugi Namiki. I had to wait in line at the popular Funugi shop, but it was delicious and offered great value. For dinner, they seated me right away as soon as I mentioned my name. I enjoyed a full day of activities.

沖縄北部をまとめていけて良かったです。美ら海水族館は、行かずにその時間を利用してフヌギ並木に行きました。人気のフヌギ屋は並びましたが、コスパ良く美味しかったです。夜のディナーは、名前を伝えたらすぐに席に通してくれました。丸一日コース楽しめました。

It was just before the end of the rainy season in mid-June, but the weather was cloudy with occasional rain, which might have been a bit refreshing in a way. My family of three, including my 1 year and 9-month-old daughter, had a wonderful time together. The activities were enjoyable for both kids and adults, which was great!

6月半ばの梅雨明け前でしたが天気は曇り時々雨という中、ある意味少しは涼しく良かったかもしれません。
1歳9ヶ月の娘と一緒に家族3人楽しい時間を過ごしました。
子供も大人も楽しめる内容でとても良かったです！

In the morning, it rained heavily at times, alternating between rain and clear skies. Although I knew it would rain, I didn't take an umbrella and instead brought a rain jacket for hiking. I was reassured that I could borrow an umbrella around here if needed.

In the afternoon, the rain stopped, and I enjoyed seeing the Seven Stars Tree, the Blue Pond, and the lavender. The afternoon rain and cloudy weather made the Blue Pond less vibrant than usual, which was a bit disappointing, but I reminded myself that no one is to blame for the weather. I thought about getting a chance to come back for a "revenge" visit someday.

On the way back, the sun came out, and I could see it shining. The guide mentioned that they were still getting used to the job, but they did a great job, and I had a very enjoyable time.

雨と分かって居たものの、傘は持って行かずに山用の雨避けのジャンパーを持って行くと、此処からならこの辺りで傘が借りれますよ等と心配もして頂き
午後からは雨も止み、セブンスターの木を見たり、青い池を見たりラベンダーを見たり
午後の雨と、曇りで余り青い池も青くは無く少し残念もお天気の事は誰が悪い等という事では無いのでいつかリベンジをと思いつつ
帰りには晴れ、太陽も見えておりました
ガイドさんも未だ慣れてないとの事でしたが、しっかりとされており、大変楽しく過ごす事が出来ました

Thank you to the staff member in charge for answering many of my questions. I gained a deeper understanding of the various job roles at ANA through the aircraft models. My desire to work as a cabin attendant for ANA has grown stronger. I was fortunate to be able to talk with the cabin attendants at the reception and the ground staff.

I was very pleased with the guide's humor and thoughtfulness. At the tourist sites, as long as we kept to the meeting times, we could either accompany the guide and listen to the explanations or explore freely on our own, allowing for a stress-free sightseeing experience.

ガイドさんのユーモアと気遣いがとても嬉しくて、観光地では集合時間を守れば、ガイドさんに同行して説明を聞くもよし、単独で自由行動もよしで、ストレスフリーの観光ができました。

Until the day of the trip, we couldn't know the weather, and since we had to see it in person to understand the wind conditions, whether we could see the Shakotan Blue was a matter of luck! Despite that, we were able to enjoy a wonderful view!! The bus was comfortable, allowing us to relax, and it ran on time, making our participation very worthwhile.

当日まで天気はわからず、さらに行ってみないと風の状況とかもあるため積丹ブルーが見れるかは運！という状況のなか素敵な景色がみれました！！バスもゆとり持って過ごすことができ快適で時間通りに運行されて参加してすごく良かったです。

The mangroves were a bit disappointing as they coincided with high tide, but I enjoyed the original scenery of the Okinawan islands with the water buffalo and the streets of Taketomi Island. Also, renting a bicycle is a must on Taketomi Island.

マングローブは満潮と重なったのでイマイチでしたが、水牛や竹富島の街並みでは沖縄離島の原風景が楽しめました。また竹富島ではレンタルサイクル必須です。

I participated in this tour because it had a lot of sightseeing spots, but I was surprised to find out that it was a mixed group with Chinese-speaking guests. While it is true that the tour is available in Japanese, English, and Chinese, there was no mention of a mixed group. Additionally, there was a bus exclusively for Japanese participants, which felt unfair. If there had been a clear indication of the mixed group, I could have made a more informed decision about whether to join.

今回のツアーは観光地も盛り沢山の旅程なので参加しましたが、中国語のお客さんとの混乗とは知らずに驚きました。確かに日本語英語中国語対応となっていますが、混乗との記載はありませんでした。また日本人だけのバスもあり不公平を感じました。
混乗があるのであれば明記して頂ければ、参加有無を判断出来たのに。

The entire island is a power spot (≧∇≦)

The guide explained why Yakushima is special, and I was able to fully understand that this island is indeed a unique and mystical place!

Once I grasped that, I felt an incredible life force in each tree of the forest, making me realize that my worries are insignificant!

The guide was attentive to everyone’s condition and walked at a comfortable pace, which was very helpful.

To truly understand this island, this forest, and this mystery, I highly recommend doing the mountain climbing with this guide. The experience is completely different!

The guide was very knowledgeable and a reliable presence! Plus, they were kind and it was a lot of fun to talk with them! Although I was traveling alone, I was able to enjoy climbing the mountain with all the participants. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

島全体がパワースポット（≧∇≦）

屋久島がなぜ特別なのか、ガイドさんがしっかり説明してくれて、この島が、特別な神秘の島なんだということがきちんと理解できました！

それが理解できると、この森の木々ひとつひとつに物凄い生命力を感じて、
自分の悩みなんぞちっぽけだぜ！と思わせてくれました。

ガイドさんはみんなの様子を見ながら、無理のないスピードで歩いてくれて助かりました。

この島を、この森を、この神秘を理解するにはまずはこのガイドさんつきの山登りをすることをオススメします。感動が全然違います！

ガイドさんもガイド意識のすごく高い人で頼れる存在でした！
しかも親切で、話していてとても楽しかったです！
ひとり旅でしたが、参加者みんなと楽しく山登りできました。

I'm really glad I was able to experience crossing to Yufu Island by water buffalo before the super typhoon arrived. It felt like seeing Japan's original scenery, and the person guiding the water buffalo played the sanshin, creating a relaxed atmosphere that truly moved me. Even though it was a tour of three islands, we were able to get around efficiently. I'm happy I could fully enjoy it. The Sakishima Islands are the best!

スーパー台風が来る前に、経験してみたかった水牛で由布島へ渡ることができてとても良かったです。日本の原風景を見た感じで、水牛を操る方が三線を弾きながらゆったりとした時間を演出されて、本当に感動しました。3島巡りといってもツアーなので効率よく周ることができました。満喫できてよかった。先島諸島最高ー！

Despite the heat where the cows were being a bit stubborn, it seemed that the cows' pace matched the island's flow of time, allowing us to relax and enjoy the pleasant breeze. The guide's sanshin music and singing, along with the storytelling pace, created a wonderfully soothing atmosphere. Thank you, cows and guide, for your efforts in the heat!

牛さんが駄々をこねる暑さのなかでしたが、牛さんのペースと島の時間の流れが合っているようでのんびり、ゆったりした中で心地よい風に吹かれました。ガイドさんの三線と歌も、また語りのペースも嫌みのないのんびり感でとても癒されました。牛さん、ガイドさん暑い中ありがとうございました。

The weather was nice, and the water buffalo was very clever, so it was fun to hear various stories. I didn't have much time on Yubu Island, and while I was having lunch, I couldn't explore everything at a leisurely pace, so I wish I had a bit more time.

由布島は少し時間がなく、お昼を食べたりしていると全てゆっくりとは回り切れなかったのでもう少し時間が欲しかったなと思います

I finally went trekking to Jomon Sugi. I was planning to go alone, but in the end, I'm glad I joined a tour.

I was able to get to the trailhead from my accommodation without having to change buses, and it was reassuring to have the guide and other participants with me. The guide not only had a wealth of knowledge but also pointed out dangerous steps along the way, which made me feel safe following them. The amount of lunch was too much for me, and I ended up only eating about half, so I thought maybe next time I could just have one.

I was filled with a sense of accomplishment after finally seeing Jomon Sugi. Thank you to the guide!

念願の縄文杉トレッキング行ってきました。
一人で行こうと思っていましたが、結果ツアーにしてよかったです。

バスを乗り換えることなく、宿から登山口まで行かれましたし、ガイドさんや他の参加者の方々がいて心強かったです。
ガイドさんも豊富な知識もさることながら、要所要所で危険な段差なども教えてくださって、安心してついていくことができました。
お弁当の量が私には多くて、結局半分くらいしか食べられなかったので次回は一つにしてもいいかなと思いました。

無事、縄文杉を見ることができて達成感でいっぱいでした。

I have visited Okinawa many times, but I had never been to the Churaumi Aquarium, so I was really looking forward to it this time. I also wanted to visit Kouri Island and Manzamo again after a long time, so it was helpful to be able to tour efficiently. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, but it was easy since we were on a bus. The hotel provided shuttle service, so I had plenty of time, which was nice.

沖縄は何度も訪れているのに　美ら海水族館はまだなかったので　今回とても楽しみにしていました。古宇利島と万座毛も久しぶりに行ってみたかったので　効率的に周れるのは助かります。あいにくのお天気でしたが　そういう時でもバスなので楽々。　宿泊ホテルの送迎だったので　時間もゆとりがあって良かったです。

The meeting time was early in the morning, and the schedule was tight, but we were able to fully enjoy Asahiyama Zoo, the Seven Stars Tree, the Blue Pond, and Farm Tomita all in one day. Our multilingual guide provided detailed explanations of the highlights and important points in three languages, making it enjoyable for people from any country. Since the travel distances are extensive, it's a tour that even those who are eager to see a lot can be very satisfied with, as it's not easy to visit these places alone.

集合時間も朝早く、タイトなスケジュールでしたが旭山動物園、セブンスターの木、青い池もファーム富田も１日でフルに楽しめました。
語学堪能なガイドさんがみどころや注意も詳しく３ケ国語で説明して下さるのでどんな国の方でも大いに楽しめます。移動距離が広範囲なので1人ではなかなか行けない場所も欲張りな方も
大満足なツアーです。

The timing control, including appropriate breaks considering the participants' stamina, was excellent. The explanations were detailed, and I had a great time.

参加者の体力を考慮した適時休憩などタイムコントロールがバッチリでした。説明も詳しく話して頂き大変楽しかったです。
