Since there are many overseas customers, it's understandable that the tour guide isn't Japanese, but the content of the sightseeing information didn't seem professional at all. It felt more like the level of a part-time student. This isn't a language issue; I didn't sense any professionalism in the explanations about the tourist spots, their history, or highlights. I think it would be better to have a veteran driver give the explanations instead.

海外のお客様が多いので、添乗員さんが日本人じゃないのはしかたないのですが、観光案内の内容がプロとは思えない。アルバイト学生みたいなレベル。日本語の問題ではなく、観光地の情報、歴史、見どころの説明内容にプロ意識を感じませんでした。たぶん、ベテラン運転手さんに説明させたほうがいいくらいだと思います。

I recommend this for those who want to relax at Asahiyama Zoo. Although it was unfortunately rainy, there were fewer people, which allowed us to enjoy watching the animals at a leisurely pace.

旭山動物園でゆっくりしたい方にオススメです。あいにくの雨でしたが逆に人が少なくてゆっくり動物をみることができました。

I was worried about the weather. As expected, it rained.

Although I had to put off seeing the blue sea, I changed my mood by exploring the food in Otaru.

It was a tour that I thoroughly enjoyed all day long.

Despite the unfortunate weather forecast, it only drizzled occasionally. This timing allowed us to enjoy our time even more comfortably, and the activities were enjoyable whether it was sunny or rainy.

◯ Iriomote Island
We explored the mangroves on a covered boat. The weather didn't affect this experience. Navigating through the mangrove forest is something that is quite difficult to do on your own.

◯ Yubu Island
Riding a water buffalo to cross from one island to another was a unique experience. The water buffalo cart is also not affected by the weather. On Yubu Island, we had time for a meal and free time in the botanical garden. Even those who aren't interested in the botanical garden can enjoy it as a meal and relaxation time. At the back of the botanical garden, there is actually a beach. Enjoying the scenery here is also an option.

◯ Taketomi Island
If you don't have a specific store or destination in mind, you might find yourself at a loss on how to spend your time in the village. It's certainly possible to arrange rental bicycles or water buffalo carts on your own. However, considering the round-trip travel from each island and moving around the island, it's wise to think about combining a water buffalo or bicycle rental. The only activity here that is affected by the weather is the village tour by water buffalo cart. It's recommended as it allows for a cool experience without getting wet.

あいにくの悪天候予報でしたが、降っても時折 小雨が降る程度。
そんなタイミングだったので余計に快適に過ごすことができましたが、晴天でも雨天でも楽しめるアクティビティでした。

◯西表島
屋根付きのボートでマングローブ散策。
天気に左右されません。
マングローブ林の中を進むのはなかなか個人ではできない体験です。

◯由布島
水牛に乗って島から島へ渡るのは貴重な体験でした。
こちらの水牛車も天気に左右されません。
由布島では植物園内で食事＆自由時間が。
植物園に興味のない方も、食事兼休憩時間として過ごせます。
植物園の奥には実はビーチが。ここで景色を楽しむのもアリです。

◯竹富島
集落での過ごし方は、目的のお店等が無い方は意外と持て余すかも。
個人手配でレンタサイクルや水牛車の手配ももちろん可能。
ただ、各島からの往復移動や島内の移動を考えると、セットで水牛or自転車を考えておくと吉です。
唯一ここでの過ごし方だけ天気に左右されます。
水牛車での集落回遊は避暑＆濡れないのでおすすめ。

It was a very affordable tour that allowed us to visit the main tourist spots in Okinawa over the course of a day! However, the time spent at each location was quite tight, so if you want to take your time and explore, I think it would be better to go individually with a rental car.

If you want to ride the cart at Nago Pineapple Park, make sure to receive the admission ticket that is distributed and immediately return to the ticket booth to purchase the cart ticket. Then, line up at the cart boarding area located near the entrance 🍍. I wandered around thinking there would be a boarding area ahead, and by the time I finally reached it, it was 30 minutes before departure, so I couldn't ride (the stay time was 50 minutes).

Perhaps because I booked through Veltra, about 80% of the participants were foreigners, and the bus guide was doing their best to provide guidance in broken English. They even sang and guided us during the ride, but unfortunately, I couldn't hear much of what the guide was saying due to the bus engine noise.

For this price, they took us to the main tourist spots and also transported us back to the nearest hotel, so there was no worry about fatigue. It was the best tour! I highly recommend it! Thank you very much to both the bus guide and the driver.

１日かけて沖縄の主要観光地を案内してもらえる、とてもお得なツアーでした！
ただ各観光地への滞在時間がやはりタイトなので、じっくり見たい方はレンタカーなどで個人的に行かれた方がいいかなと思います。

ナゴパイナップルパークのカート？に乗りたい方は、配られる入場チケットを受け取ったら直ぐにチケット売り場に戻ってカートのチケットを購入して、入場口側にあるカート乗り場で並んでください🍍
案内されて進んだ先に乗り場があるのかなと彷徨って、ようやく乗り場に辿り着いた時には出発時間の３０分前で乗ることできませんでした！（滞在時間は５０分）

ベルトラ経由の予約だったからなのか、８割外国の方でバスガイドさんが拙い英語でがんばってガイドしていました。
移動中の車内でも歌ったりガイドをしてくださっていたのですが、バスのエンジン音に負けてガイドさんのお話しがあんまり聞こえなかったことが残念です。

このお値段で主要観光地に連れて行ってくれて、帰りも最寄りのホテルまで運んでくれるので疲れの心配もなく最高のツアーでした。
是非おすすめしたいです！

The tour guide was awful she only spoke in Japanese which I was told by hotel they should all speak Japanese, English and Chinese. We stopped off at 1 place which was not on the guide. The audio equipment did not work in the coach some people were given it some didn’t get it. If she wanted to communicate she just held a piece of paper with what she wanted us to do. She kept singing in Japanese and no one had a clue what the song was about. I would certainly not recommend her as a tour guide or even recommend this company. 100% unhappy customer.

I participated on a cold day in June with rain and a temperature of 10°C. I managed to visit Kamoi Cape, and the sea was beautiful, but I couldn't help but wonder how much more stunning it would have been if it had been sunny. Unfortunately, the last boat didn't depart due to rough seas, which was very disappointing.

On the positive side, the bus guide was very good at storytelling and tried hard to keep the atmosphere lively, so I didn't feel bored during the bus ride. The seafood bowl for lunch was decent since I was quite hungry. However, it was really sad that I couldn't eat sea urchin, especially since it was in season.

This course might not be worth the cost unless the weather is sunny and the sea is calm.

雨と6月なのに10°Cという寒い日に参加しました。
神威岬にはなんとか行くことができて、海も綺麗でしたが、晴れていたらどんなに綺麗なのかと思うと。。。
最後の船も海が荒れているとのことで出航しなくて、とても残念でした。
良かったのはバスガイドさんがとてもお話が上手くて、なんとか盛り上げてくれようとしてくれ、バスの中では退屈せずに過ごせました。
昼食の海鮮丼はお腹空いていたのでまぁまぁ普通にいただけました。
ウニの時期なのに食べられなかったのは残念通り越して、悲しかった。
このコースは晴れていて、海が穏やかな日じゃないと、コスパ悪いかも。

I participated in the Jomon Sugi tour.

I thought the guide was physically fit and managed the itinerary well. However, I felt there could be more creativity in supporting beginners or participants who may have concerns about their physical fitness.

For example, when a participant's shoelaces came undone, there was a reminder to be careful as they might come undone again, but it would have been reassuring for beginners if there had been a check on how to tie them or some simple advice.

Additionally, when the same participant asked, "Should I wear long sleeves?" or "Should I wear rain gear?", the responses were mainly "Please make your own judgment." While I believe the final decision should be made by the participants themselves, beginners often ask questions seeking guidance, so additional comments like "It might get colder ahead" or "This is what I think" would have been more helpful.

Yakushima and the Jomon Sugi route are courses that many first-time participants join. There is a significant gap in knowledge and experience between seasoned guides and beginners. Bridging that gap is also one of the important roles of a guide.

To prevent accidents and troubles, I feel that enhancing the information provided and the guidance offered, while respecting self-judgment, would make the tour more reassuring for beginners.

縄文杉ツアーに参加しました。

ガイドの方は体力があり、行程管理もしっかりされていたと思います。一方で、初心者や体力に不安のある参加者へのサポートについては、もう少し工夫の余地があるように感じました。

例えば、途中で靴紐がほどけた参加者がいた際、「またほどけるかもしれないので注意してください」という声かけはありましたが、結び方の確認や簡単なアドバイスがあると、初心者にはより安心感があったと思います。

また、同じ参加者から「長袖を着た方がよいですか」「レインウェアは着た方がよいですか」といった質問が出た際にも、「ご自身で判断してください」という回答が中心でした。最終判断は参加者自身が行うべきだと思いますが、初心者は判断材料を求めて質問している場合も多いため、「この先は気温が下がる可能性があります」「私はこう考えます」といった補足があると、より参考になったのではないかと思います。

屋久島や縄文杉ルートは、初めて参加する方も多いコースです。経験豊富なガイドと初心者との間には大きな知識や経験の差があります。その差を埋めることもガイドの重要な役割の一つではないでしょうか。

事故やトラブルを防ぐためにも、自己判断を尊重しながら、初心者が適切な判断を行えるような情報提供や声かけがさらに充実すると、より安心して参加できるツアーになると感じました。

Unfortunately, it was rainy on the day of the tour, so the scenery wasn't very good. The guide was someone who could speak three languages. The tour was long, so I got tired. Maybe it would have been better to just visit the Churaumi Aquarium.

当日はあいにくの雨でしたので景色はあまり良くなかったです。ガイドの方は3カ国も喋れる方でした。ツアー時間が長かったので疲れました。美ら海水族館だけで良かったかも。

I was able to efficiently visit various spots like Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and Mount Usu, which are difficult to access without a car. As someone who is not a regular driver, this was a great help. The paid option for the bear ranch was also nice. Both the driver and the tour guide were very pleasant. Thank you for a fulfilling day!

洞爺湖、支笏湖、有珠山等と車がないと行くことが難しいスポットを効率よく色々と見学できました。ペーパードライバーの身には大変助かります。有料オプションですが、熊牧場も良かったです。ドライバーの方や添乗員の方もとても感じの良い方でした。このたびは充実した1日をありがとうございました。

I visited in early May and was worried about the rainy season, but it only rained while I was on the ferry and bus. By the time I arrived at Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island, the weather was clear, and I had the best sightseeing experience. Cycling on Taketomi Island was refreshing, and the botanical garden on Yufu Island was more enjoyable than I expected, so I highly recommend it!

5月前半に行き梅雨が心配だったのですが、フェリーやバスに乗っている間だけ雨が降ったのみで、西表島や由布島、竹富島に着く頃には晴れ、最高の観光ができました。竹富島でのサイクリングは気持ちがよかったのと、由布島の植物園が想像より楽しかったのでおすすめしたいです！

It seems that Sapporo was hit by rain, but Asahikawa enjoyed some sunshine and was fun. The guide was very attentive and did a great job. While some tours may primarily focus on explanations for international visitors and can be hard to understand, this was a wonderful tour. If I have the chance again, I will choose this one! I highly recommend it!

札幌は雨に降られたようですが旭川は薄陽もさして楽しめました。ガイドさんもすごく丁寧でバッチリでした。ツアーによっては海外の方向けの説明がメインでわかりずらいというようなツアーもあるようですがこちらは素晴らしいツアーでした。また機会があればここにします！おすすめです！

I thought a plan that allows visiting three islands in one day would be great, so I joined. There was plenty of free time, and I liked that I could participate in my own way.

1日で3島回れるプランがよいと思い参加しました。自由時間も多く、思い思いに参加できるのがよかったです。

This time, I took a day trip tour departing from Sapporo Station. The course efficiently covered sightseeing spots in Furano and Biei in central Hokkaido, with a departure around 9 AM and arrival around 7 PM. It was great because the departure wasn't too early and the arrival wasn't too late considering the distance traveled.

Lunch at Furano Wine House met my expectations, with a delightful mini cheese fondue that paired perfectly with the factory-limited white wine, and the hamburger was delicious, leaving me very satisfied. Since I participated in early June, it was a bit too early for the lavender at Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka, so there were fewer types of flowers, which was a bit disappointing. I joined the tour alone, but I was able to chat with the people sitting next to me on the bus, and overall, it was a very satisfying tour.

今回は札幌駅発着の日帰りツアー。道央の富良野、美瑛での観光スポットを効率良く回るコースで出発も朝9時頃、到着も19時頃と走行距離の割には出発早すぎず到着遅すぎずでとても良かったです。
ふらのワインハウスでのランチは期待通りで、プチチーズフォンデュに工場限定の白ワインがとても合いハンバーグも美味しく大満足でした。ファーム富田、四季彩の丘は6月初旬の参加だったため、ラベンダーには少し早かったので花の種類が少なったのが少し残念でした。私はひとり参加でしたがバスの隣席の方々ともお話しすることができ全体的には非常に満足なツアーでした。

The free time in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go is 2 hours, but to see the main view from the high point in Shirakawa-go, you have to walk up a slope for 20 minutes or take a shared bus. The bus runs once every 20 minutes and is a microbus, so if you can't fit on it, you'll have to wait another 20 minutes, which is a significant loss of time. Walking can be tough for the elderly, and in summer, the sunlight can be harsh. If possible, I would like a bit more free time in Shirakawa-go.

飛騨高山と白川郷の自由時間は2時間なのだが､白川郷のメインである高台からの風景を見るには坂道を20分歩くか､乗合バスで行くのですがバスは20分に一本でマイクロバスなので乗り切れない場合は20分待つことになり時間のロスが大きい､歩くにしても年寄りにはきつく､夏場は日差しが厳しそう｡できれば白川郷ではもう少し自由時間が欲しい｡

I dropped off my luggage at the locker (which has a three-letter code like at the airport) and started my tour feeling light. The check-in process began, and the person who guided us was a pilot trainee. They were kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

At that moment, they were conducting training for ground staff and pilots. I was disappointed that the time at the final experience booth was short; I wanted to take more photos.

ロッカー(空港のスリーレターになっている)に荷物を預け身軽になって見学スタート。チェックインから始まり案内してくれた方はパイロットの訓練生。親切、丁寧に説明してくださりわかりやすかった。
ちょうどグラウンドスタッフとパイロットの訓練をやってました。
最後の体験ブースの時間が短かったのが残念でした。もっと写真を撮りたかったです。

I hadn't really thought about visiting Lake Toya because it's quite a distance from Sapporo. But since it includes a bus and lunch, I decided to give it a try.

The weather was great, and I had a lot of fun.

I also enjoyed a delicious lunch.

札幌市内からは距離もあってなかなか洞爺湖までは観光しようと思ってませんでした。

We gathered at the sightseeing bus stop near Sapporo Station. The location was easy to find, and the tour was held even with a small number of participants. As a result, the large bus was almost exclusively for us. With the guide's assistance, we had a great trip. We had plenty of time at the zoo and were able to see the animals we wanted to see. It had been a while since my last visit to the zoo, but I really enjoyed it. On the way back, I bought souvenirs at the service area.

札幌駅近くの観光バス乗り場に集合です。
場所もわかりやすく、停少人数でも開催されます。そのため大型バスがほぼ貸切でした。
ガイドさんの案内もあり、いい旅行ができました。
動物園の時間も十分あり、見たい動物も見れました。
ひさびさの動物園でしたが、楽しめました。
帰りは、SAでのお土産を買って帰りました。

I recommend it because there are many islands around Ishigaki Island, and you can efficiently explore them even with limited time. The itinerary and efficiency are things you can't achieve when planning on your own, and it's also cost-effective! The guides at each sightseeing spot were enjoyable and great as well.

石垣島の離島がたくさんあって時間が限られる中で効率よく周れるので、おすすめです。
自分たちでスケジュール組むと出来ない行程と効率性、またお得さでした！
それぞれの観光スポットでのガイドも楽しくて良かったです。

It was great to feel and see the beauty of Okinawa, and the way the tour guide spoke was easy to understand, which was also good. I have used VELTRA multiple times, and the staff members are the best.

The veteran bus guide was very good. Not only did they provide various explanations about Okinawa, but they also sang some famous Okinawan songs, making the journey a lot of fun. The bus interior was clean and comfortable.

Originally, I planned to drive around with a rental car, but due to the forecast of rain, I canceled the rental and booked this instead. It was the right choice to go with this option, as we were able to efficiently tour even in the rain.

It was a pity that we couldn't see the fields at Pineapple Park because it was out of season. I also regretted not being able to ride the cart due to the limited time for the visit, and I missed out on having meals like pineapple pizza. (However, it was nice that we could choose souvenirs after tasting.)

ベテランのバスガイドさん、とても良かったです。観光スポットだけでなく、沖縄にまつわる様々な説明や、沖縄の有名な歌も、いくつか歌っていただき、道中とても楽しかったです。
バス車内も綺麗で快適でした。
もともとは、レンタカーで周る予定が、雨の予報だったため、レンタカーをキャンセルして、こちらを申込みました。雨でも効率よく周れて正解でした。
パイナップルパークは、季節外れのため、畑が見れなかったのが残念でした。
見学時間に余裕がなく、カートに乗れなかったのと、パイナップルピザ等の食事が出来なかったのも心残りでした。(試食をしてからお土産を選べるのはよかった)

Current employees guide you through the facilities and training. This time, it was the ground staff who showed us around. The explanations were very clear, and it was a fun and meaningful experience. I learned about the challenges faced by the ground handling staff and maintenance crew, which I wouldn't have understood just by flying on a plane. Next time I visit the airport or watch live footage from the airport, I want to pay attention to the work of the ground handling staff. My enjoyment of the time spent at the airport has increased. 現役の社員の方が施設や訓練の様子を案内してくださいます。今回はグランドスタッフさんが案内してくれました。説明がとてもわかりやすく楽しい有意義な体験ができました。飛行機に乗っただけでは分からなかったグランドハンドリングさんや整備の方々のお仕事の大変さがわかりました。今度空港に行った時や空港のライブ映像を見たときにはグランドハンドリングさんのお仕事の様子を注目したいなと思います。空港で過ごす時間の楽しみが増えました。ありがとうございました。

I rode the ropeway and saw the collapsed areas and Showa Shinzan. It was enjoyable to have Tom, the guide who speaks three languages, provide the commentary on the bus.

ロープウェイに乗り、崩れ落ちた箇所や昭和新山など見ました。バスの中で三カ国語を話すガイドのトムさんの案内が楽しかったです。

A Solo Trip to Ishigaki Island

This was my first time on a bus tour, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I was excited about visiting a tropical island without thinking too much, but the guide's fluent narration provided insights into the history and connections of the island and its surrounding islets, which was very educational.

For lunch, I had a delicious Ishigaki beef hamburger. The mozuku vinegar was quite strong, and if you eat it too quickly, it can make you cough. But it was tasty!

The guide's performance of traditional songs while playing the sanshin was impressive. I was truly amazed. While there isn't much freedom in the itinerary, I recommend this tour for anyone visiting the island for the first time.

思い立ち一人旅の石垣島
バスツアー自体初めてですがとても良い経験をさせていただきました。
なにも考えず南国の島
などと浮かれていましたがガイドさんの流暢な語りで島や周辺の離島などの歴史や関わりなどを知り、とても勉強になりました。
ランチは石垣牛のハンバーグで美味しかったです。もずく酢は酢が強くて勢い良く食べるとむせます。でも美味しい

ガイドさんの三線を弾きながらの民謡は圧巻でした。流石だと思います
自由度はありませんが初めて島に行かれる方は参加するのをお勧めします。

At first, I was a bit worried because the guide was somewhat older, but once the tour started, he turned out to be the best guide. He had a wide range of knowledge about Yakushima's history, nature, and recent events, along with a great sense of humor, making the tour very fulfilling. Additionally, when other tour participants were damaging nature to take photos, he didn't hesitate to firmly caution them, showing how much he truly cares about Yakushima's natural environment.

少々お年を召したガイドさんだったので最初は少し不安に思ったが、ツアーが始まるとその方は最高のガイドさんだった。
屋久島に歴史のこと、自然のこと、最近のことまで幅広い知識とユーモアがあり、ツアーとても充実したものだった。また、他のツアー客が写真を撮るために自然を壊す行為をしてしまっている時には躊躇せずにしっかりと注意をし、屋久島の自然をとても大切にしているのが伝わってきた。

The weather was unfortunately bad, but I still had a good time. On Taketomi Island, perhaps because it was right after the holiday, most shops were closed, and the few that were open had almost sold out of everything I wanted to eat, which was disappointing.

あいにくの天気でしたが楽しめました。竹富島では、連休明けだからかどこのお店もお休みで、やっと空いてた店もほとんど売り切れで食べたいものがなかったのは残念でした。

During the tour in early May, I enjoyed famous spots in the Iburi region. I also used this opportunity for a pilgrimage to the sacred sites of a certain gold bar manga (Noboribetsu, Lake Shikotsu, and brown bears)!

At Noboribetsu Onsen, I unexpectedly encountered wild Ezo deer, and at the bear ranch, I was able to see newborn cubs born in April and the breeding behavior of large brown bears. I think I was able to experience the unique charm of participating in spring.

Along the way, the guide's stories were also interesting. They kindly took photos for us, and the communication in three languages was smooth, leaving a very good impression. The pudding and yogurt from the Silo Observatory, the scallops from the Toyako Onsen area, and the soft serve ice cream from the Shikotsu Onsen area, all recommended by the guide, were incredibly delicious.

Although the timing at Lake Toya (during lunch) felt a bit rushed, the distribution of time for the other activities was fine, and overall, the pace was good, so I was satisfied.

Additionally, the scenery from the car window was full of highlights, including the industrial area of Muroran, the wind power generation group in Date, the expansive hills of pastures, and the shimmering lakeside at sunset!

　5月初旬のツアーにて、胆振地方の有名スポットを堪能。某金塊漫画の聖地巡礼（登別・支笏湖・ヒグマ）を兼ねて利用しました！
　登別温泉では偶然にも野生のエゾジカを、熊牧場では4月に生まれたての子熊や、大きなヒグマの繁殖行動を見ることができ、春の参加ならではの魅力を味わえたかなと思います。
　道中、ガイドさんのお話も面白かったです。快く写真を撮ってくださったり、3カ国での対応もスムーズでとても良い印象でした。オススメしてもらった、サイロ展望台のプリンとヨーグルト、洞爺湖温泉街の帆立、支笏湖温泉街のソフトクリーム、どれも大変美味しかったです。
　ツアー時程は、洞爺湖での時間（昼食のタイミング）が若干追われてしまったものの、他の時間配分は問題なし、全体的にはテンポ良かったので満足できました。
　また、車窓からの景色についても、室蘭の工業地帯や伊達の風力発電群、牧場草原の広がる丘、夕陽の煌めく湖岸など、見所満載でした！

In the morning, the snow-capped mountains were obscured by clouds, but when we arrived at Amida-ga-hara, signs of clear weather appeared, and the bright blue sky revealed a stunning range of white and green mountains, which was truly moving. Along the way, Mr. Otsuka, a specialist in physical sciences, provided an excellent explanation of the geography and history of Tateyama.

午前中は雲で雪山は見えず、阿弥陀が原についたら晴天の兆しがみえ、真っ青な空をパックに白と緑の山並みが出現し感動しました。
道中、大塚さんの理学の専門家の説明で、立山の地理、歴史が良くわかりました。
