It was disappointing that the glass boat at Kabira Bay, which I was looking forward to the most, was suspended due to the approaching typhoon. However, despite the busy weather changing from cloudy to rainy to sunny, the guide's explanations were clear, and I was able to learn a bit about Ishigaki Island and thoroughly enjoy my time there.

I also enjoyed a delicious hamburger lunch. Although I need a cane and couldn't have managed the limestone cave on my own, I was able to go thanks to the support I received.

台風接近中で一番の楽しみの川平湾のグラスボートが運休で残念でしたが、お天気は曇り→雨→晴れと忙しいお空の中、ガイドさんの説明がわかりやすく、少し石垣島のことを知れて充分に楽しめました。
昼食のハンバーグランチも美味しくいただきました。
杖が必要な私ですが、ひとりでは鍾乳洞は無理でしたが、サポートがあったのでなんとか鍾乳洞に行くことができました。

I participated on a weekday in June. I was the only Japanese person (laughs), and the other five were from China. Since there were only a few of us, we were transported in a smaller microbus, a Nissan Caravan. The guide, who was also the driver, was Chinese. I boarded the vehicle after confirming the green number plate.

Most of the explanations were in Chinese, but they were considerate of me, and since I was alone, I was allowed to sit in the front passenger seat. It felt like a fun drive.

When we arrived at Sanzen-in, they told us what time to return. It was nice not to feel pressured. The time was set for two hours, but about an hour and a half in, the guide contacted me to ask if we could move on early. Of course, I returned right away.

Although we had planned three hours in Arashiyama, they said we would add the time we cut short at Sanzen-in here. Since I had been to Arashiyama several times, I took my time at a nearby hot spring facility.

Just being taken to Sanzen-in was satisfying. I think it would be quite difficult without a car. Of course, from there, we headed to Arashiyama, and I don't think it was bad at all.

I would like to request this again when I want to go to Sanzen-in.

6月の平日に参加しました。
日本人は私だけ(笑)他は、中国の方5名でした。人数もすくなかったので、マイクロバスの小さめな感じ、ニッサンのキャラバンでの送迎。ガイドさん兼運転手のかたも中国のひと。車はミドリナンバーを確認の上乗り込みました。
ほぼ、中国語での説明でしたが、私にも気をつかってくれ、1人だったので助手席に座らせていただきました。ドライブ気分で楽しかったです。
三千院についたら、何時に戻ってきてね、のパターン。気を遣わずよかったてす。時間は2時間でしたが、1時間半くらおでガイドさんから早めに移動しませんか？と連絡あり。もちろん、すぐもどりました。
嵐山で3時間の予定が、三千院で早めに切上げたぶんここでプラスします、とのこと。
嵐山へは何度かきているので、近くの温浴施設でゆっくり、させてもらいました。

三千院まで連れていってくれた、というだけで満足ですね。車でないとなかなか厳しいと思います。もちろん、そこから嵐山ですし
悪くないと思います。

三千院に行きたいときはまたお願いいたします。

Since it was my first time in the southern part of Okinawa, I was able to efficiently visit Peace Memorial Park, Sefa Utaki, and Okinawa World. The driver was pleasant, but I think it would have been even better if there had been a bit more detailed guidance about each location.

沖縄南部は初めてだったので、平和記念公園、斎場御嶽、沖縄ワールドを効率よく回ってもらいました。
感じの良いドライバーさんでしたが、もう少し詳しい各地の案内が有れば尚良かったかなと思います。

It was amazing. On Iriomote Island, I was able to relax and feel the slow passage of time on the island. The mysteries of the mangrove nature, the water buffalo cart crossing the sea, the Orion beer I drank during lunch on Yubu Island, the tropical botanical garden, and the bus rides with a friendly driver guide—all of these became wonderful memories.

最高でした。西表島では、のんびり、ゆったり、島に流れる時間を感じることができました。マングローブ自然の神秘、海をわたる水牛車、由布島の昼食で飲んだオリオンビール、熱帯植物園、親切な運転手のガイド付バス移動、どれもいい思い出となりました。

The tour departed from JR Hakata Station at 8 AM and concluded at 6:30 PM. About 50 participants joined from Taiwan, the Philippines, Japan, and the United States.

The itinerary included three shrines and Takachiho Gorge. The deep green mountains were beautiful. Since it had rained beforehand, the river had a lot of water, but it was clear, and the riverbed was visible.

Our tour guide, Mr. Yang, communicated the meeting time and place in Chinese, English, and Japanese, which made us feel at ease.

ツアーは、朝8時にJR博多駅発、夕方6時30分解散でした。台湾、フィリピン、日本、アメリカなどから約50人が参加していました。
神社3カ所+高千穂峡のコースでした。深緑の山々が綺麗でした。雨の後だったので川の水量は多かったですが、水は透明で、川底が綺麗に見えました。
ツアーガイドの楊さんが、中国語、英語、日本語で集合時刻、集合場所を丁寧に伝えてくれるので安心でした。

While there are free hanger tours available, this one is paid... It was quite something... I wish the hanger tours would also charge a fee.

I participated alone, but the guide and everyone in the tour were truly wonderful, making it an unforgettable experience. Despite the thunderstorm, we managed to reach Jomon Sugi, even though there were times when we had to consider turning back. I was able to endure the challenging journey to Jomon Sugi thanks to everyone’s support. The guide took many beautiful photos at various spots, which turned out to be great memories!

We started the hike at 5:50 AM, and the tour ended at 4:09 PM, with the last bus departing at 4:30 PM. At first, I thought the pace was a bit fast, but looking back after the tour, I realized they were considering the weather, everyone’s condition, and the timing to manage the pace.

1人での参加でしたが、ガイドさんは勿論のことツアー参加の皆さまが本当に素敵で最高の思い出になりました。
雷が鳴る中の開催で、途中で引き返す事もあるとのことでしたがなんとか縄文杉まで辿り着けました。
あの過酷な縄文杉までの道のりを頑張れたのも、みんなのお陰です。
ガイドさんは各所で写真も沢山撮ってくださり凄く素敵な写真ばかりで良い思い出になりました！

登山開始が5:50amで、ツアーが終わったのが04:09pm、最終バスの出発が16:30でした。
最初はペースが早いな、、と思いましたが天候や全員のコンディション、時間を見ながら配分を考えてくれていたんだなとツアーが終わってみて感じました！

I made friends with a foreigner who was participating alone, and we got to hang out together. The scenery was amazing, and I had a lot of fun. The guide explained everything in three languages and was very considerate, which made me feel comfortable participating.

1人で参加されてる外国人の方と仲良くなって一緒に行動したり、景色も最高で凄く楽しかったです。
ガイドの方も3ヶ国語で説明して下さり、気を使ってくれたりと安心して参加できました。

I understood what kind of training ANA is conducting. The facilities are well-equipped, so I believe the employees can train in a way that is closer to real practice and do their best.

ANAの方がどのような研修を行っているか、分かりました。施設の設備がしっかりしているので、より実践に近い形で研修でき社員さんは頑張れると思いました。

I visited in early June 🏝️ and the tour guide on the sightseeing bus in Iriomote Island 🚌 was very entertaining. The explanation about the mangroves was thorough and easy to understand. The water buffalo 🦬 that took us from Iriomote Island to Yubu Island was very adorable and worked hard to pull us along 👊. The songs and stories along the way were also fascinating! It was fun. I chose a free plan for Taketomi Island, but walking to the center was quite tiring 🚶‍♂️, so I relied on the bus shuttle that was available when we arrived at the port. For some reason, I rode a water buffalo again on Taketomi Island 🦬, and it was so cute to see it walking on land 🎵. There was also a shuttle back to the port, making for a meaningful day visiting three islands from early in the morning 😁. It was great 👍!

6月初旬に訪れました🏝️ 西表島の観光バス🚌のガイドさんのトークが面白かったです。
マングローブも丁寧で分かりやすい案内をしていただきました。西表島から由布島に渡る水牛🦬さんが、とても愛らしく？頑張って引っ張ってくれました👊その途中の唄やお話しも興味津々！楽しかっです。竹富島はフリープランにしたけど、やはり中心部まで歩くのは🚶‍♂️しんどいので港に着くとバスの送迎があったので頼りました。竹富島でも何故かまた水牛に乗りました🦬　陸を歩く姿も愛くるしかったです🎵　帰りも港まで送迎があり、朝早くから一日有意義な3島めぐりになりました😁良かったです👍

The cabin attendant was very attentive even before the tour started. Once the tour began, they provided thorough explanations along with real-life experiences, making it very enjoyable and easy to understand. I was also able to see the training process, which conveyed their commitment to delivering safety and security consistently.

I originally just wanted to wander around and happened to see this day tour. I didn't have high expectations, but it was full of surprises. The previous few days had been rainy and gloomy, but unexpectedly, it cleared up on this day. It was still a bit cloudy in Hell Valley, but after that, the weather was fantastic and perfect for taking photos. The guide, Emma, was also very thoughtful, and her ability to speak Japanese, Chinese, and English was amazing! 👏🏻😁

我本来只是想随便逛逛刚好看见这个一日游的团，没抱有多大期待但惊喜多多。前几日都是雨天阴天，没想到这天放晴了，在地狱谷还是有点阴，之后天气都超好也超适合拍照，导游Emma也很贴心，中日英三语太赞了👏🏻😁

I was able to tour the training site where ANA employees are actually being trained, guided by a staff member, and I felt the support of many people in various situations. I think it would have a stronger impact if there were parts of the training site that participants could join in without being disruptive.

ANAの従業員が実際に研修している現場を説明員さんの案内で見て回ることが出来て、いろいろな場面で多くの人のサポートがあることを実感できた。
邪魔にならない範囲で、研修現場に参加できる部分があると、よりインパクトが強くなるかと思う。

My friends, a couple from Mexico, requested to visit Kyoto. We took a bus with a guide who spoke in English. Thanks to this, my husband, who doesn't understand Japanese at all, was able to understand and enjoy the experience. I felt relieved, and the guide even took photos for us. The guide accompanied us and provided a thorough tour, making it an efficient and安心 tour. The couple was very pleased, and even though it rained, they expressed that they had a great time. Thank you very much!

友人のメキシコ夫婦が来て、京都に行きたいとリクエスト。バスに乗って、外国の方のガイド。おかげで全く日本語がわからない旦那様も理解できて、楽しんでいただけて、連れてきた私もホッとして、ガイドさんにも写真を撮ってもらったり、皆と一緒にガイドさんが同行で案内をガラッとしてくれて、効率よく安心ツアーとなりました。2人にはとても喜んでもらえて、雨が降ったりしてても、楽しかったというお褒めの言葉。本当にありがとうございました。

I had an experience that I usually can't have. I enjoyed the guidance and explanations during the bus ride on Iriomote Island, not to mention the ox cart ride.

普段できない体験をさせていただきました。
牛車はもちろんのこと、西表島のバスの運転中の案内・説明には楽しませていただきました。

Despite my age, I pushed myself a bit and went all the way to the tip of the Shakotan Peninsula. The weather was great, and the scenery was stunning, but with the meeting time approaching, I started to feel unwell on the way back and barely made it in time. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the seafood bowl I was looking forward to because I felt sick. I am grateful to the staff and the guide for their kindness.

歳甲斐も無く少々無理して、積丹半島先っちょ迄行きました。
お天気も良く最高の景色でしたが、集合時間もあり帰りに、苦しくなりやっとの思いで間に合い帰りました。
しかし折角の海鮮丼も気分悪く食べられませんでした。
お店の方や、ガイドさんに優しくして頂き感謝でした。

It was a wonderful trip for me, a solo traveler at 84 years old. It wasn't too hard, and I was impressed by the convenience of the audio guide, which I used for the first time with people from various countries. (I am Japanese, from Osaka, haha.)

高齢者の私(84歳)1人旅でしたが、大変楽しい旅でした。
それ程ハードでも無く色々の国の方にもイヤホンでのガイド初めてでしたが便利だと感激しました。

In between the continuous rainy days, we were able to enjoy beautiful clear weather and see the best views. Although the itinerary was packed, we had plenty of time at both Cape Kamui and Otaru. However, since lunch inevitably ran past the usual time, the coveted sea urchin was sold out. Our tour guide, Victoria, provided explanations in three languages. She used a board to communicate the schedule and meeting times, which was very thorough, and I believe the itinerary progressed very smoothly. Thank you to the driver and everyone involved.

雨天続きの合間にきれいに晴れて、最高の景色が見られました。
盛りだくさんの内容でしたが、きちんと神威岬でも、小樽でも時間に余裕がありました。
ただ、ランチがどうしてもお昼時を過ぎてしまうので念願のウニは売り切れてました。
添乗員のヴィクトリアさんは、3ヶ国語を駆使しての説明。ボードも使用して日程、集合時間の周知など行き届いていて、大変スムーズに日程が進んだと思います。
運転手さん含め、ありがとうございました。

The tour guide was really nice, and I had a great time. Last time, we had a plan to go to American Beverage, so this time I chose Pineapple Park. Just like last time, we were able to visit various places, and the price was affordable, making it an amazing day. Thank you very much.

I used the same tour last year and had a great experience, so I decided to use it again this year.

To reach the tip of Cape Kamui, if you take your time to take photos, you might end up rushing back and could be cutting it close with the bus schedule, or some people might not make it back in time, so be careful. This year, I learned from last year's experience and kept my photo-taking to a minimum on the way there, and jogged a bit to enjoy the beautiful Shakotan blue. There were fewer tourists this year compared to last time, so I was able to return comfortably.

Otaru offers plenty of free time, so you can enjoy it fully.

The guide was fluent in three languages and was very pleasant. I felt that the walking pace was a bit fast, so those who aren't used to walking or older individuals might fall behind a little.

I had a fun time participating again this year, and it turned out to be a fulfilling day.

神威岬の先端まで行くには､撮影しながらのんびりだと走って戻ってバス時間ギリギリか､人によっては間に合わないので注意が必要です
今年は去年の教訓を生かして行きの撮影は控えめにして行きから小走りで
綺麗な積丹ブルーに癒されました
観光客も前回の時より少なめだったので余裕で戻って来れました

小樽は自由時間たっぷりなので充分楽しめます

ガイドさんは3ヶ国語堪能で感じの良い方でした
少し歩くのが早いと感じたので､あまり歩き慣れていない方や年配の方は少し遅れを取ると思います

今年も楽しく参加できて充実した1日になりました

The local guide shared various stories about the nature of Shiratani Unsuikyo, as well as the local history, which deepened my understanding and made for a very enjoyable time. I also had freshly squeezed juice from tankan oranges grown at home, making it a very satisfying half-day. Thank you very much!

地元の方がガイド担当で白谷雲水峡の自然のことはもちろん、地元の歴史など色んな話をしてくださり、すごく理解が深まり、とても楽しい時間になりました。お家で採れたタンカンの生搾りジュースもいただき、とても満足の半日でした。ありがとうございました！

I received my boarding ticket with my name on it at the reception, and I was filled with ANA spirit. I looked down through the glass at the training booths for different departments (cabin attendants, maintenance, pilots, etc.). In the maintenance area, there were trainees moving around, making it feel just like a scene from Toy Story.

In the areas where photography was allowed, I was able to freely explore and take rare photos. The staff who guided us were friendly and very nice. I felt like the souvenir goods corner could have had a few more items, though.

受付で自分の名前入りの搭乗チケットをもらい、ANA気分満載。
パート別(キャビンアテンダント、整備、パイロットetc）研修訓練のブースをガラス越しに見下ろします。実際整備のところでは、研修中の人達がいて動き回っていたので、まるでそれはトイ.ストリーのようでした。
写真撮影OKのところは、フリーに各場所に入り込めてレアな写真からが撮れました。
案内してくれたスタッフもフレンドリーでとてもよかったです。
お土産グッズコーナーは、もうちっとアイテムが欲しかったかなって思いました。

While it is somewhat limited for solo senior travelers, this course allows for a safe and enjoyable experience. The careful driving and sightseeing guidance made it a relaxing time. Although the 30-minute course ended after the descent due to concerns about the return ascent, the 50-minute course provided a slightly inclined path back to the original position, making it easier to navigate. You can also see a small gorge from the suspension bridge.

中々　シニア一人旅では限定されますが　このコースでは安心して参加できます。丁寧な運転、観光の案内　ゆっくり楽しめました。30分コースで下りの後の　帰りの上りを心配されて30分コースで終了されましたが　50分コースでは　元の位置に帰る道では少し傾斜つく感じで楽に回れました。吊り橋小さな渓谷もみれます。

Compared to the "Blue Hangar Tour," which is quite difficult to book, this one is much easier to participate in. I was able to observe the staff from various departments who support safe operations as they trained just like in a real situation, and I gained information that could be useful in my own workplace.

なかなか予約が取れない｢Blue Hangar Tour｣に比べると、こちらはかなり簡単に参加できます。
安全運航を支える各部門スタッフが本番さながらに訓練を受ける様子を間近で見学しながら、自分の職場でも参考になるような情報を得ることができました。

The schedule stated a meeting time of 9:10 AM and a departure at 9:20 AM, and I received an email confirming this. However, the guide actually arrived at the meeting place about 25 minutes late. During that time, there was no communication, which made me anxious (Is the bus really coming? Is this a scam? Did they leave me behind at the wrong meeting place?). In reality, the delay was just because the bus was late arriving from Osaka to Kyoto Station, but I would have appreciated a note in the confirmation email or a message on the day stating, "This tour departs from Osaka, so there may be delays in arriving at Kyoto Station."

Aside from that, the guide (a male foreigner) was good. However, the initial confusion about the meeting time left me feeling unsettled about the tour.

Basically, the guide spoke in English on the bus, and those who didn't understand English were expected to use a translation app on their phones, which felt very foreigner-first. Moreover, the time to use the translation app ran out midway, leaving me completely lost about what was being said. The tour was advertised as being available in both English and Japanese, but it felt entirely geared towards foreigners.

９時１０分集合、２０分発と申し込んだときのスケジュールには記載があったりメールもそれで届いているが、実際に集合場所にガイドがきたのが２５分くらい。
その間、何の連絡もなく(バスは本当にくるんだろうか？)(詐欺なのか？)(集合場所ここじゃなくて置いていかれたのでは・・)と不安になる。
実際は大阪から出発して京都駅着が遅れただけだったのだが、それなら申し込みメールとか当日メールで【このツアーは大阪発のため、京都駅に到着が遅れることがあります】と一言記載がほしかった。
それ以外のガイド(男性外国人)の対応などはよかった。でも最初の集合時間云々のせいでモヤモヤが残るツアーでした。

基本的にバスの中でガイドが話す言葉は英語で、英語がわからない人は携帯に翻訳アプリを読み込ませて聞いてくれという外国人ファーストな感じ。
しかも途中で翻訳アプリが使える時間が過ぎてしまって何言ってるかさっぱりわからない状態に。
ツアーには英語・日本語と記載がありましたが、完全に外国人向けのツアーだなと思いました。

I participated from abroad with my child. The female guide was a foreigner, but she was very smart, kind, and a wonderful person. I'm grateful for her gentle approach. It was a great trip!

I was able to visit all the famous tourist spots in Nagasaki City without missing anything. The guide's explanations were very detailed and great.

長崎市内の有名な観光スポットを、余すところなく、まわれました。ガイドさんの説明も、とても詳しく、良かったです。

The thing I was most worried about was the restroom situation. However, there were proper restrooms with roofs at both the trailhead and the end of the trolley trail, so even after trekking for 10 hours, I didn't have to worry at all, as I was able to drink and sweat it out!

The guide was around the same age as me and provided various explanations. There were times when I thought the walking pace was fast, but they made sure to give us plenty of time at both Wilson's stump and Jomon Sugi, which was great. We were also able to have lunch in a covered area and they made us coffee, which I really appreciated.

I was able to meet my main goal of seeing Wilson's stump and Jomon Sugi, and I gained a lot of energy from it!

1番心配だったのはトイレでした。しかし、登山口とトロッコトレイル終点に、屋根のあるちゃんとした？トイレがあって、10時間トレッキングしても、飲んでも汗で出てしまって全然心配ありませんでした！
ガイドさんは、同年代で、いろいろ説明をしてくださったり、歩くペースが速いと思うこともありましたが、ウィルソン株でも、縄文杉の所でも、たっぷり時間を取ってくださったので、よかったです。お昼も屋根のある所で食べられたり、コーヒーを入れてくださり、ありがたかったです。
1番目的のウィルソン株、縄文杉に会えてパワーをもらえました！
