The tour didn't have a guide accompanying us the whole time, so we were free to move around.
Cycling on sunny days requires UV protection!
For women, having a hat and UV-cut arm covers is a good idea!

Yui-kun was very cute. I had a great time enjoying Taketomi Island. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.
My wife loved this trip. Highly recommend. Beautifully selected stops.
I like this tour very much. In the morning, I had a hiccup to find out the meeting place and immediately called the emergency line. She asked me to get a taxi and explained the details to the taxi driver on how to go the meeting place so that we did not miss the trip.
Our tour guide was Kim and he was very friendly and helpful. During on the way to Mt Fuji, Kim explained about the formation of Mt Fuji and a little bit about Japanese culture especially about the differences between shrine and temple.
Our first stop was Lake Kawaguchi-ko and we had opportunity to taste the blueberry soft ice-cream. Unfortunately we was not able to view clearly at Mt Fuji as it was covered by cloud. Then we went to the 8 ponds in Oshino Hakkai and it was a traditional Japanese village. I heard a lot about the wonder of Mt Fuji water and took the first chance to drink a youthful Mt Fuji water.
Our next stop was a ninja village where we had Japanese style lunch. After the lunch, we visited Japanese Garden and took a few picture of very beautiful flowers in blossoms as we had missed Sakura flower session in Tokyo. After that, the most important place to visit is the 5th station of Mt Fuji. It is a fantastic and beautiful. Well! It is worth the trip.
We did not expect much on the last stop on the 4d movie simulation on Mt Fuji. But It is very real and nice. We wish we could go the second view of it.
We strongly recommend for this tour.
Thank you very much for joining our group and the comments.
We hope that you have enjoyed the stay in Japan.
Hope to see you soon in Japan!

I had a very enjoyable trip and I really liked the driver. He was patient, kind and helpful which make the whole experience very pleasant.
On the morning of our tour, our guide, Taiji was waiting when we exited our hotel lobby. After introductions, Taiji familiarized himself with folding my wife’s wheelchair. Once we were in our seats, we explained that we would prefer not to participate in the hot springs bathing. Taiji accepted this and said we should still see the lakes and towns along the way to Mount Fuji as they are quite remarkable.
Taiji took us to the World Heritage Site Visitor Center where we watched an informative video about Mount Fuji. It was there that my wife noticed photography by Rocky Tanaka. We later learned Taiji and he are friends. At the end of our tour Taiji arranged for us to meet with Mr. Tanaka so we could view his gallery and purchase a piece of his art.
From the Visitor Center, we traveled on to see lakes and ponds which have formed by snow melt from Mount Fuji. Some of the villages along the way also exist only because Mount Fuji is towering in the distance. Mount Fuji is a Religious symbol to the Japanese.
We saw and ate white strawberries for the first time. We saw a traditional Japanese home with a thatch roof that will last for 100+ years. We saw bonsai trees and gardens and shops and fish ponds with giant fish and markets. We ate a traditional Japanese meal in an authentic Japanese restaurant where no one spoke English except for us. The food was DELICIOUS and the portions were HUGE! Then we continued on to the Fifth Station.
Taiji is an exceptional tour guide: He was a very safe and capable driver. Even in the high traffic areas of Tokyo’s interstate, we felt we were in safe hands. His English is impeccable and he is extremely articulate. His manners are first rate and he was professional, observant and intuitive. He has a seemingly unending knowledge of Japanese history and culture.
Thank you so much for giving me such an impressive comment.
You posted actually few days after my birthday and I felt like a gift for having the best comment I've ever had.
I felt like you found me at the right moment and we've had a wonderful day and you finally found your favorite picture of Mount Fuji at the end of the day. It was beautiful one and I'm also telling Mr. Tanaka that I will one day get one of his picture and bring it to my place.
I also learned from you about the shift of power in US from an objective angle and could have a fair understanding witch keeps on helping me every time I'm asked what I think of your new president from US guests.
Everything that took part of the service I did it because I don't think as a part of the job, but I myself enjoy or even love to do it and I appreciate so much that you could keep such good memory of the day.
I really hope that your wife is getting better and we will have the chance to meet again.
I am a 30-year-old woman with no regular exercise habits, and I climb low mountains about once every three months.
This was a two-night, three-day whirlwind tour, and I signed up for this tour because I thought, "Since we're here, we want to see both Yakushima and Shiratani Unsuikyo!" On the day of the tour, it rained on and off all day... so rain gear is essential. I thought having a raincoat and a folding umbrella would be very convenient. On the other hand, the vibrant green of the moss was incredibly beautiful.
Since we were visiting two places in one day, the first half (from Shiratani Unsuikyo to Taiko Rock) felt particularly fast-paced.
I had heard that if you are just going to see Jomon Sugi, you don't need a guide, but I was able to enjoy Yakushima even more by listening to the guide's explanations about each tree and the island's formation!
In areas around Taiko Rock and Jomon Sugi where the paths become steep, it's much easier to climb with light gear, leaving everything except valuables behind. For those who are hesitant to leave their bags, I think it would be good to bring a large backpack for your belongings and a waist pouch for your valuables.
I was very satisfied with the wonderful scenery and the knowledgeable guide. This tour is recommended for those who are confident in their physical fitness, as you will be walking from morning until evening.
It was my first time kayaking.
I had a great time.
The river was beautiful, and the scenery was really nice.
The guide was kind and taught us carefully, for which I am grateful. I want to go again.
The lunch venue and Tamatorizaki Observatory were breathtaking spots.
At Kabira Bay, there isn't enough time to visit the scenic spots when you take the glass-bottom boat.
The bus is old, so the seat pitch is a drawback.
Since it was just before Golden Week, there were only 10 participants, which made for a comfortable experience with plenty of space on the bus. Six out of the ten participants were foreigners, and it was enjoyable to chat during the meal. Shirakawa-go was in full bloom with cherry blossoms, and we were able to see the beautiful scenery of the gassho-zukuri houses, the cherry blossoms, and the snowy mountains in the background. The guide was also very kind, which was great. I planned this trip as a birthday present for my mother, and she was very happy, so I'm glad we went. Thank you very much.
Dear Fumipooo,
Thank you for participating in our tour and for sharing your valuable experience. Also, thank you for the wonderful photos. The pictures of Shirakawa-go are quite rare since there aren't many cherry blossoms there! Was it before the rice planting season? The rice field in the foreground filled with water creates a soothing contrast of the gassho-zukuri, blue sky, cherry blossoms, and snowy mountains.
Lastly, happy birthday to your mother! It seems that it made for a wonderful present on her birthday, and all of our staff are very pleased. We would be grateful if you could consider using our tours again in the future.

It was great one-day tour. Highly recommended.
Hope to spend more time in Hakone.
We participated in a staff trip with four people in their 60s and 70s, two men and two women. Initially, we thought about renting a car and exploring on our own, but we were concerned about the possibility of an accident in an unfamiliar area, so we decided to join a bus tour. The relaxed itinerary and the ease of moving to the next sightseeing spot were just right for us seniors. If I had to be picky, I would have appreciated a lighter lunch buffet or some dishes that are more representative of Okinawa.
Dear Supporter of BONDS Ichihara,
Thank you very much for participating in the bus tour organized by Jumbo Tours. I apologize for the delay in my response.
We are very pleased that you joined us for this valuable day of staff travel. Since transportation options outside of Naha City in Okinawa are not very convenient, many people choose to rent cars. Recently, even international visitors have been renting cars, but this has also led to an increase in accidents. Rather than driving in an unfamiliar area, I recommend the bus tour, which allows everyone to relax and enjoy sightseeing while chatting together.
The course you participated in covers the main tourist attractions in the central and northern parts of Okinawa, making it a very popular choice for those visiting Okinawa for the first time or those returning after a long time.
Did you enjoy lunch at the restaurant located at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium? There are several dining options, including those in Ocean Expo Park, but the restaurant offers a great view of the East China Sea, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere! While there are Okinawan dishes available, considering the presence of many children at the aquarium, the menu may feature items that appeal more to younger guests.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We hope you will consider using our bus tour again on your next visit to Okinawa. We sincerely look forward to your next trip to Okinawa. "Mata mensore yo♪"

I visited Ishigaki Island as a port of call on the Diamond Princess cruise, and I definitely wanted to ride the water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island! I made a reservation.
I was a bit worried about meeting at the location, but once I arrived at the remote island terminal, I was able to check in without getting lost. When I reached Taketomi Island, a shuttle was waiting to take me to the water buffalo cart boarding area, and I was able to board smoothly.
Since I had to return to the ship, I didn't go out for other sightseeing, but next time, I would like to take my time and explore!
It was amazing to see everything! However it was really rushed, by the time you finished the toilet break you had to quickly walk around and get photos, than straight back on the bus to the next place.
Thank you very much for joining our group and the comments.
We hope that you have enjoyed the stay in Japan.
Hope to see you soon in Japan!

A great day spent with our guide. He was very well informed and friendly. We saw so much in our short time from shrines, temples, the Palace and we were even lucky enough to see part of an traditional wedding. Lunch was something we'd not experienced before but was very delicious. Looking forward to coming back and spending more time next time.
Dear Marie
Thank you for having choosing my service. I had a very good time and we were very lucky that we could see the traditional wedding but also able to see one of the biggest festival in Meiji Shrine.
Sukiyaki lunch was awesome, IMAHAN is actually in one of the well reputed sukiyaki restaurant in Tokyo.
We've definitely had a good day with sunny sky.
The time for sightseeing is too short. If possible, instead of one hour at Kiyomizu-dera, having one and a half hours might be more enjoyable. I hope improvements can be made.
Thank you very much for using LIMON. We also appreciate your feedback and comments. We will continue to consider ways to ensure that all participants are satisfied in the future.
Shoji was a super host and guide. Made our day trip through Kyoto most enjoyable. His time management was effective and led us through with enough time to make trip back to Tokyo. Lexus car was very clean and comfortable for 3 people
Dear Gonca-us-san
Thank you so much for taking Yasaka limousine service. We appreciate your wonderful comments and taking time to share your great experience with us.
We are looking forward to seeing you again in Kyoto.
Best wishes
We had about an hour and a half to spare before the water buffalo cart departed back to Iriomote Island. Since Yubu Island is not very large, we needed to be creative with how we spent our time. Many other guests were also sitting and waiting for the time to come.
It was my first time to participate on a hop-on hop-off sightseeing tour. I used to kind of make fun of these "touristy" activities whenever I go on an out of the country trip. Surprisingly, I had fun with the tour! It was amusing to hear the guide talk non-stop. The bus left promptly so no time was wasted. As we drove along the expressway, I loved how the chilly air made my face numb (LOL). Also, pretty citylights view never gets old with me. Oh, and this sightseeing tour made me realize my new fascination -- buildings! Tokyo has one of the most interesting buildings I've seen so far.
Indeed, the experience was great for a person new to the city! The view from the top of the bus is incomparable to that from inside a taxi or car. But, since it's open, the cold wind somewhat gave us chills, perhaps it's nice if they could provide blankets or whatever :) English audio guide is ok, I guess... not really into the history and stories of each place, just took pictures of everything! Instagram worthy! :)
It was the first ever tour I went on... ever! It's a great way to see the city especially for me, a first time traveler. We took the Odaiba Course and we passed through the Rainbow Bridge.
We also took photos of the Tokyo Tower while it was illuminated by 276 (as per the audio guide! Ha!). We were very fortunate that the stop light turned red at a good spot and for an enough amount of time to take nice IG photos from the open-top bus.
The Audio Guide was very helpful and the perky guide was very nice! I would totally recommend taking this tour. I will definitely do it again when I get the chance!
Nice intro to the city, all for a very reasonable price. Seats were comfy and the sights were a delight. Barely used the audio guide, though.
The tour is perfect for first-time Tokyo visitors. The bus took us around the must-see sights such as the Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba Marine Park, Tokyo's version of the Statue of Liberty and the Kabuki-za Theater (I can't remember the rest!). There was an audio guide that translated the commentaries, which was helpful, but after a while I took it off and just kind of figured it out. We went for the night tour in May and it was still pretty chilly, so be sure to bring a jacket!
Good price/quality, although the audio can be a bit funny at times (some of the descriptions had us in fits, because they were unintentionally hilarious). Tokyo Tower's lights came on right as we passed by, which was really pretty
It was nice seeing some of the highlights of Tokyo in a quick time. The audio guide had pretty strange facts that I didn't know about Tokyo too. But after a while, I just decided to ignore the audio and just enjoy the view.
Even in May after the sun went down it was rather cold!
I was planning my schedule for the weekend, Friday to Sunday, while participating from Fukuoka. I really wanted to visit these two places, so I found a tour that goes to Jomon Sugi on Saturday and Shiratani on half of Sunday. However, since my flight back to Fukuoka is at 11:00, I thought it would be impossible to do a tour on the third day, and I was considering returning via Kagoshima. While searching, I found this site. I actually visited both places and was able to enjoy satisfying trekking.
The departure was from Shiratani Hiroba. The path was muddy due to the rain, but the moss in the mossy forest was beautifully fresh. When I reached the trolley road, the rain had stopped, and the route was smooth and not crowded, allowing us to reach Jomon Sugi. The guide explained that if we started from the Arakawa trailhead, we would have to march while stepping on the railway ties, which would be crowded, so we climbed from here instead. However, I regret that after parting ways with the guide and descending to Arakawa, there was a discrepancy in the schedule and bus times, causing us to return to the hotel late.
Next, I would like to aim for a day trip to Mount Kuju.
I was guided by Natsuko, who can provide tours in English, along with my German friend to places like Nijo Castle, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. Her thoughtfulness, language skills, and knowledge of history were all wonderful, and my friend from overseas was very pleased. Her explanations at each temple and shrine were profound, and I believe she has studied very well. I would definitely like to explore Kyoto again with Natsuko as my guide. Thank you very much!
Thank you for using our service. I have already reported this to the crew. They were also concerned about the weather and were glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience. Please do let us know when you visit Kyoto again.
15/05/2017, we found this tour very good! Meeting our tour guide was easy and we boarded a nice clean and comfortable bus. Our tour guide was Levin and he was very informative, funny and helpful. Our first stop was Lake Kawaguchi-ko where we were lucky enough to get a brief look at Mt Fuji and enjoyed a delicious freshly made blueberry soft cream (ice cream), we then went to the 8 ponds in Oshino Hakkai and drank from the fountain of youth which is mineral water from the volcanic area and saw carp swimming in the creater like ponds and took photos of some cherry blossom trees. We then drove to a ninja village where we ate japanese style lunch and took a photo with a ninja and joined in some ninja activities. Next stop was the 5th station where we were lucky enough to be able to be driven all the way to the top of the 5th station (it can be closed due to weather conditions), it was very cold and windy but was lovely to see Mt Fuji close up! We also received a special gift at this point and our final stop was a 4d movie experience which was very amazing technology and scenery of Mt Fuji and surrounding areas and quite fun. Throughout the trip our guide Levin was giving us facts about the areas and making the tour fun and interesting for us and was more than happy to answer our questions.
I would recommend this tour!
Thank you very much for joining our group and the comments.
We hope that you have enjoyed the stay in Japan.
Hope to see you soon in Japan!
Best regards,
Japan Panoramic Tours
The tour was really nice and I got to see a lot of Tokyo that I might not have gone to otherwise. I was able to do all three route in one day, but that was with only getting off at two stops for an hour each. So you might only be able to do two of the routes if you want to get off at more places. I did notice a slight problem with the recorded tour cutting off and skipping to the next section if we were going to fast, but it didn't happen too often. Would definitely recommend if you want a quick overview of the area to see where it is you want to explore more later.
The day before was a thunderstorm, marking the start of the rainy season. I was worried about the rain forecast for the day, but we managed to stay dry, with occasional glimpses of sunshine.
Although it was cloudy, the view from Cape Hedo was breathtaking, and we could see Yoronjima Island as well. At Oishi Forest Park, we had the surprise of encountering a wild family of small boars. The strangely shaped rocks and the impressive giant banyan tree were incredibly soothing.
After that, we enjoyed a lunch buffet at the hotel. Honestly, I overindulged... It was just too delicious...
Since it was a tour to the northernmost point of Okinawa, we had a long bus ride, but the spacious seating and the music from Okinawan musicians made it a comfortable and relaxing experience. The tour guide's explanations were thorough and very easy to understand, making for a highly satisfying day.
I would love to go back on a sunny day!
Dear Yomban Short,
Thank you very much for participating in the bus tour organized by Jumbo Tours.
On the day of your participation, we were concerned about the weather, but it turned out that we didn't encounter rain at almost all the sightseeing spots. It seems that the saying "Okinawa's weather is unpredictable" was proven true that day. I believe the ground at Daichi Forest was a bit slippery due to the rain from the previous day. Did you get to meet the Kijimunar at the Gajumaru tree?
The lunch buffet at Okuma Private Beach & Resort has received great reviews. After departing from Naha early in the morning and working up a light sweat at Daichi Forest, it's easy to indulge a bit too much, isn't it? Although the sea was a bit murky this time, I recommend taking a stroll along the beautiful beach with its white sand and emerald green sea after your meal!
The colors of the sea seen from Cape Hedo, Okuma Beach, and the Warumi Bridge are all different, but each is a beautiful sight. We hope you can join us again on a sunny day next time!
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We will strive to make our bus tours even better, so please consider using our bus tours again when you visit Okinawa. We sincerely look forward to your next visit to Okinawa. "Mata menso-ryo yo♪"
