The itinerary was reasonable and well-structured, but due to the presence of many international participants, there were language issues. I would have appreciated more sightseeing information and explanations. I wasn't aware that international participants would be joining when I made the reservation, so I would like that information to be included on the booking site. There was no issue with the guide themselves, but I would have liked a note indicating whether it was "Japanese only" or "open to international participants."

I started living in Sapporo in April, and when I asked the locals where to go right now, I received multiple responses suggesting Shakotan, so I thought I definitely have to go! However, since I was a paper driver, I was wondering how to get there, but it turns out there’s a tour that takes you directly from the station!

I participated with my child, not knowing what to expect, but both the driver and the guide were very friendly and wonderful. The guide's stories were fascinating, and I really enjoyed it! I was impressed by how much they remembered and their extensive experience. They took us around smoothly, and the timing was excellent, making it a fantastic tour.

Shakotan was unexpectedly adventurous, which was a delightful surprise. I recommend going with minimal luggage and wearing proper shoes. I was so satisfied that I felt like I wanted to conquer all the tours offered by Hokkaido Bus!

4月から札幌に住み始め、道民の方に今行くならどこ？と聞いてみると積丹との回答を複数からもらいましたので、これはいくっきゃない！と。でもペーパードライバーだったのでどう行くかなと思っていたらなんとピッタリ駅前から連れて行ってくれるツアーがあるじゃないですか！！
どんなものかわからず子連れで参加しましたが、運転手さんもガイドさんもとても対応が柔らかくて素敵です。
ガイドさんのお話も興味深くかなり楽しめました！ほぼ記憶されていて経験値がすごいなと感服です。
小気味よくあちこち連れて行ってくれます。時間の目安もなるほど抜群で素晴らしいツアーでした。
積丹はまさかのアドベンチャーで、嬉しい想定外でした。荷物は少なく、きちんとした靴で行くことをお勧めします。
北海道バスさんのツアー全部制覇したい気持ちになるくらい満足しました！

It was good that we managed to go around efficiently without feeling too rushed. Despite the approaching typhoon, there was no wind, and both the mangrove tour and the water buffalo cart ride were very hot. Depending on the climate, hydration and fans are essential. It was close to high tide, but we were able to enjoy the atmosphere. The greenery of Iriomote Island was truly beautiful. There was also a place on Yubu Island where we could take pictures with the water buffalo. They were very warm to the touch and had cute faces. I didn't have high expectations for lunch, but it was delicious.

I thought the kids might get tired, so I decided to go to Taketomi Island on a different day and chose this tour instead. (We were together with the people on the three-island tour for a while, but most of them were going to all three islands.) I went to Taketomi Island on a different day, but since we weren't swimming, I thought it might have been fine to do the three-island tour after all.

効率よく回ったわりには慌ただしさもさほどなく良かったです。台風が近づいていた割には風がなく、マングローブツアーも水牛車もとても暑かったです。気候によっては水分や扇風機など必須です。満潮近くでしたが、雰囲気は味わえました。西表島は山の緑が本当にとても美しかったです。また、由布島内で水牛と写真を撮るところもありました。触ったらとても温かく、かわいい顔をしていました。お昼ご飯もあまり期待していませんでしたが美味しかったです。
子供が疲れてしまうかと思い、竹富島は別の日に行こうと思いこのツアーにしました。(3島巡りのツアーの方々と途中まで一緒でしたがほとんどの方は3島でした)
別日に竹富島に行きましたが(泳ぐわけではなかったので)、3島巡りにしても良かったかなと思いました。

I wasn't sure what training would be available that day, but even the ground staff were lacking. Since it was a paid service, I might have had too high expectations. I wished there had been a bit more creativity, like offering snacks that would be served on board. It was disappointing that there was nothing I wanted to buy from the souvenir shop. I won't be going again.

It's perfect for those who want to explore various places in Okinawa! However, there's never enough time everywhere! I was hopping on and off in the heat... It was very fulfilling, but also very tiring.

Also, since there aren't any scheduled bathroom breaks, it might be tough for those with small children.

Additionally, the bus seats can't recline, so it was hard to get any rest...

I might not use this service again... I would appreciate a tour that's a bit more relaxed.

盛りだくさんで、色々沖縄を周りたい人にはピッタリ！
ただ、時間がどこでも足りないー！！
バタバタと暑い中乗ったり降りたり…
とっても充実してたけど、とっても疲れたー

あと、トイレ休憩の時間が取られてないので、小さいお子さんがいる方は大変かも？

また、バスの座席は倒せないルールで寝れないし、辛かった…

次はもう利用しないかな…
もう少しゆったりなツアーがあると嬉しいです。

There weren't too many participants, which created a homey atmosphere, so I took advantage of the words of the current cabin attendant who encouraged us to feel free to ask questions, and I asked various questions driven by curiosity. Among the participants, there was someone who seemed to be preparing for a job interview, and that person was also asking various questions, but they answered every question politely, making it a fulfilling time. It would have been even better if the souvenir corner had been more substantial.

This tour had everything I wanted to see.
It was an English tour, but thank you for mixing in some Japanese as well.
I really enjoyed my time in Kyoto after a long while.
It was fun to meet people from various countries.
The only downside was that there was someone who was late for the meeting time, which caused a slight delay in our departure.
Other than that, the duration at each location was just right, and I made great memories.

As others have mentioned, the Chinese guide who was fluent in both Japanese and English was wonderful. Aside from myself, everyone else was a foreigner (all from China except for one person from Italy), but it was a comfortable trip with strict adherence to the schedule, not a group tour.

他の方も書いていらっしゃるように、日英に堪能な中国語のガイドさんが素晴らしかったです。私以外、皆外国の方（イタリア１人以外は中国）でしたが、団体旅行ではなく、時間厳守で快適な旅でした。

The bus arrived at the hotel right at 9:45. I requested the course to Pineapple Park and the aquarium hoping the kids would enjoy it, and along the way, the guide shared a lot about Okinawa's history and culture, which was fun. At Pineapple Park, there were dinosaurs, and the kids were super excited. I was happy to be able to taste some wine. The color of the sea at Kōrijima took my breath away. The aquarium was so big that some foreigners were running late, but overall, I think we stayed on schedule. My son mentioned that he wants to show the guide, who has never seen snow, some snow one day. I would like to join other tours as well.

9:45ピッタリにホテルにバスが到着しました。子どもが喜べばとパイナップルパークと水族館のコースを頼んだのですが、道中ガイドさんが沖縄の歴史や文化をたくさん話してくれて楽しかったです。パイナップルパークでは恐竜がいて子どものテンション爆上がりでした。私はワインが試飲できてよかったかな。こおりしまの海の色、心が震えました。水族館は大きすぎて時間に遅れる外人さんいたけど概ね予定通りに進んだと思います。雪を見た事のないガイドさんに、いつか雪を見せたいと息子が申しておりました。また他のツアーも参加したいです。

It seemed difficult to tour Kyoto by rental car, and using trains and buses seemed hot and challenging... After some consideration, I joined a day trip bus tour from Umeda to Kyoto! It was a great decision. The guide was very kind, and we were able to visit the popular sightseeing spots on time. It was wonderful to relax in the cool bus during the travel time.

I often use VELTRA when traveling. It's recommended because you can easily enjoy day trips for sightseeing. This time, I went to the Shakotan Peninsula to enjoy the breathtaking nature. First, I brought the printed voucher to the counter for processing, but I think it might be better to switch to e-vouchers soon. They check the printed paper and give you a boarding ticket, but that paper is returned immediately after checking, so I think displaying it on my phone would be sufficient. Also, as mentioned in the notes, they can hold large luggage, so it's best to go directly without worrying about it. I unnecessarily stored mine in a coin locker. The Chuo Bus has power outlets at each seat, so you can easily charge your smartphone. This time, the bus was almost full, with about eight foreign passengers. The guide was a Japanese person who was a bit shy with foreign languages but was very skilled at explaining, making the bus ride comfortable.

At Cape Shakotan, the weather was good, and we could see the wonderful scenery of the steep cliffs. After that, we had a seafood bowl at Hamazushi, which was also exquisite. It seemed there was fishing that day, so we could enjoy the local specialty of fresh sea urchin, but it was a bit pricey due to market prices. (A small plate costs 1500 yen extra.) It looked incredibly delicious.

After lunch, we headed to Cape Kamui. This is the cape at the tip of the Shakotan Peninsula. We walked to the tip, clinging to the steep cliffs. It takes nearly 20 minutes one way on a narrow path, but the view at the end is exceptional. It was an unusually hot day for Hokkaido, and I was sweating, but there was a strong, pleasant wind blowing. The wind made a whistling sound. You need to be careful not to let your hat fly away or drop your camera or phone. This is the destination of the trip, where you can enjoy the view from a high point. The cobalt blue sea is very beautiful, and you can take many wonderful photos.

After that, we enjoyed the underwater scenery from the Shakotan Underwater Observatory Boat. This is optional, but almost everyone boarded and enjoyed it. 積丹岬のしまむい海岸は、天候も良く、断崖絶壁の素晴らしい景色が見られました。その後、はま寿司で海鮮丼を食べますか、これもまた絶品のうまさ。その日は漁があったようで地元名産の生ウニも食べることができますが、時価ともあり若干高めです。〈ちっちゃな小皿で1500円別料金。〉凄く美味しそうでした。
昼食後、神威岬に向かいました。ここは積丹半島の先頭にある岬です。断崖絶壁にへばりつくようにして、岬の先端まで歩きます。細い歩道を歩いて行きますが、片道20分近くかかりますが、ゴールの景色は格別です。北海道にしてはすごく暑い日で、汗が流れ落ちますが、すごく強風が吹いていて心地よかったです。風がヒューヒューと音を立てています。帽子などは飛ばないように気をつけたり、カメラや携帯を下に落とさないように気をつけたりしなくてはいけません。ここが旅の目的地、高台から景色を楽しみます。コバルトブルーの海がとても綺麗で、素敵な写真がたくさん撮れます。
その後、積丹水中展望船で海面から海中や岬の景色を楽しみます。こちらはオプションになっていますが、ほぼほぼ全員乗船し楽しみました。途中、船の下で水中を見ることができます。小さな魚やウニを見ることができます。船では景色を楽しむことができます。船では、前の部分や左側が景色が良いと思います。帰り道にかもめの餌付けができます。一人ひとりに小さなバケツでたくさんの餌がもらえるので、楽しみながらできます。すごい数のかもめが飛んできて迫力満点です。

なかなか1人で行けないところをバスで案内していただきとても良かったです。天候にも左右されますが、晴れていたらとっても自然を満喫できると思います。

I searched for a tour from Naha to the Churaumi Aquarium and decided on this packed tour from VELTRA, which I always use. My honest impression is that maybe just the Churaumi Aquarium would have been enough? This aquarium has the famous large tank, and the power of this tank is incredible; I was captivated for a long time watching the graceful swimming of whale sharks and rays. There’s also an outdoor area with dolphins and manatees, and above all, the aquarium grounds are spacious, so it takes time to walk around. Unfortunately, the two hours we had were not enough, and I regretted not being able to spend more time at the aquarium if we were going to allocate time to places like the Okashi Goten and Ryukyu Village. Next time, I’ll choose a tour that focuses more on the aquarium (maybe plus one more stop?).

From referring to other experiences, I realized that the biggest issue with this bus tour was that the foreign male guide had difficulty with Japanese and didn’t provide any explanations beyond the meeting and departure times. I really wanted to have a good guide…

美ら海水族館に那覇から行けるツアーを探して、いつも利用しているVELTRAさんのツアーを検索し、盛りだくさんのこちらのツアーに決めました。率直な感想としては、美ら海水族館だけでよかったかな？こちらの水族館には、例の有名な大水槽があり、この水槽の迫力はすごくて、ジンベイザメやエイなどが優雅に泳ぐ様子に長らく目を奪われます。屋外でもイルカやマナティーのコーナーもあり、何より、水族館の敷地も広くて、歩き回るにも時間がかかります。とても決められた２時間では時間が足りず、残念でした。お菓子御殿や琉球村等に時間を割くのであれば、水族館に十分時間をかけたかったです。次は水族館（＋１くらい？）のツアーにします！
※他の体験談を参照して、今回のバスツアーは、ガイドの外国人男性が日本語も不自由で、何時に集合・出発以外、これといった説明もしていただけなかったことが一番の問題だとわかりました。良いガイドさんにあたりたかったです…。

Since it can be quite challenging to explore Sapporo individually, I signed up for a tour that included the places I wanted to visit. This was the right decision. The bus took us comfortably to our destinations, making it easy, and the duration of our stay was just right for me. The bus driving was careful and pleasant.

The Okurayama Jump Stadium was truly impressive and worth seeing. At the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, I could overlook the vast grasslands and really feel that I was in Hokkaido. Since dinner was in Susukino, I was grateful to be dropped off there on the way back, saving time.

If I have the chance to come to Hokkaido again, I would like to participate in a different tour.

札幌観光を個人で別々に行くのも大変なので、丁度行きたいところがツアーにあったので申し込みました。
これが正解でした。　バスでゆったりと目的地まで連れて行ってくれるので楽だし、私にとって滞在時間も丁度良かったです。　
バスの運転も丁寧で心地良かったです。
大倉山のジャンプ台は本当に圧巻でした。見る価値あります。
羊ヶ丘展望台も広い草原が見渡せて「北海道に来た」と実感出来ます。
夕飯の場所がすすきのだったので、帰りもそこで降ろして貰えたので時間の無駄も無く有り難かったです。
次回、北海道に来る事あれば、また違うツアーに参加してみたいと思いました。

I was very satisfied, just as the title suggests, and I'm glad I went.

Honestly, the meeting point in the morning was hard to find. I ended up looking for a "VELTRA" sign like I would for a tour abroad, and the location indicated on the Google Maps on the site was off from the tourist information center where the reception was. I wandered around the area for 20 minutes without being able to find the reception, and even asked a woman in a bus guide uniform and at a police box, but no one knew where it was. I was really worried I wouldn't make it in time.

(I wish they would mention something like, "There is no VELTRA sign; we are partnered with such-and-such sightseeing bus," and I hope the Google Maps location is accurate.)

The last person I asked finally told me where it was, and I made it just in time...

It started off with that anxiety, but the bus guide was fun and entertaining right from the start, and as I listened to her talk, my mood completely lifted.

This year, since June was hot, the lavender was already finished, but I enjoyed other flowers, and the blue pond was beautiful. My husband and I laughed and enjoyed the experience, saying, "We often see blooming lavender in photos and videos, but seeing withered lavender is actually a rare experience."

最後に声をかけた人が教えてくれて、ギリギリセーフ、、、

という不安な始まりでしたが、バスガイドさんが朝いちばんから楽しく面白く、ガイドさんのトークを聞いてるうちにすっかり気分は晴れ晴れ。

今年は６月が暑かったからラベンダーはすっかり終わってしまったとのことでしたが、他の花も楽しめたし、青い池も美しかったし、「咲き誇るラベンダーは写真や映像でよく見るけど枯れたラベンダーを見るなんて逆にレアな体験だよね」と夫と笑って楽しみました。

ランチのチーズフォンデュとハンバーグもおいしかった！　グラスで別注文した工場限定の北海道ワイン（赤白頼みましたが、断然白！）もすごくおいしくて、食後、売店でお土産に買いました。

「阿佐ヶ谷姉妹に似てると言われる」というガイドさん、面白くいろんな話をしてくださって「へえ～」の連続、でも押しつけがましさはなく、最高でした。ありがとうございました！

At Jigokudani, we took a leisurely stroll. My mother, who has difficulty walking, was with us, but we had plenty of time to explore, so we were able to walk quite far. We also had about an hour for a break at a spot where we could enjoy the view of Showa Shinzan, and although it was a bit rushed, we managed to use the Usuzan Ropeway. At Lake Toya, the view from the Silo Observatory was great, and we were able to take a lot of photos. We also got to meet the "master" of the Silo Observatory, Haru-chan the cat. In Otaru, we had plenty of time, so after shopping, we enjoyed some food, which kept us quite busy. As someone who is not local, I wanted to walk as efficiently as possible within my limited travel time! However, due to my age and lack of confidence in my stamina during my one-week stay in Hokkaido, I couldn't make a reservation for this option, which seemed to involve a fast-paced tour. But around the halfway point of my stay in Hokkaido, I really wanted to see the lake before heading back, and since I felt I had enough energy, I made a last-minute booking! Although it was last-minute, I appreciated the quick response and assistance.

There was a notice indicating that the meeting place might be difficult to find due to construction, but it was clear, and as a solo participant, I didn't feel anxious. I was also impressed by their fluency in Japanese, Chinese, and English! They repeated important points in all languages twice. There were more inbound tourists than locals, but I was able to enjoy the sightseeing without any reservations.

I was satisfied with both the timing and content of the itinerary. Although the weather at Cape Erimo was unfortunate, it added to the charm of the trip and made me want to come back!

My primary destinations were Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, but Hell Valley was also impressive. I was surprised by how clear the water was in both lakes! I had a soft serve ice cream with shaved ice at Showa Shinzan. This course is perfect for those who want to sightsee efficiently!

While multiple languages were spoken, they were mainly about the highlights of the next location, meeting times, and requests, not about listening to an incomprehensible language for a long time. The bus tour participants included solo travelers, couples, and groups. The bus ride was surprisingly quiet and relaxing, which was nice.

It became a wonderful memory of my stay in Hokkaido! I want to participate with my whole family next time! It was a tour that made me feel that way! Thank you very much to the driver and guide of Bus No. 2!

集合場所も工事中でわかりずらいかもしれませんというような案内があったので、分かりやすく、ひとり参加の私でしたが、不安をいだきませんでした。何に対しても説明を丁寧にしていただいたのでとても良かったです！

あとは日本語、中国語、英語の順で流暢に話されててすごいなと感心しました！全ての言語で、大事なところは二回ずつ言ってくださいました。人数は約半数以上、インバウンドの方が多かったですが、なにひとつ気兼ねせず、雰囲気よく観光できました…

行程通りで時間も内容も満足です。
地球岬の天候が残念でしたが、それもまた来たいと思わせる旅の醍醐味、また訪れたいです！

わたしの第一目的は洞爺湖と支笏湖でしたが、地獄谷も迫力があってよかったです。いずれの湖も水がきれいで驚きました！
昭和新山ではかき氷ソフトを食べました。
効率的に観光をしたい方にはもってこいのコースです！

多言語が飛び交いますが、それは次の場所の見どころや集合時間、お願い事などであり、ずっと（長い時間、理解できない言語を）聞いていると言うことではないです。
バスツアーの方々は、ひとり参加の方やご夫婦、グループの参加でした。移動のバス車内も驚くほど静かでまったりできて良かったです。

北海道滞在期間のとても良い思い出になりました！
次回は家族みんなで参加したい！そう思えたツアーでした！

バス内でも、皆さん静かにされてて良かったですし、時間通りに集合し誰1人と時間に遅れる事がありませんでした。

Due to summer vacation, each theme park was extremely crowded. At Pineapple Park, I honestly couldn't take my time to enjoy it and had to rush to buy souvenirs. Even so, my grandchild was very happy and said they had fun. Churaumi Aquarium was also as crowded as expected. Still, my grandchild said they enjoyed it. On Kouri Island, the sea was beautiful. Although we couldn't swim, it was a lovely place. However, I thought that a two-hour drive to the first theme park was a bit too long.

夏休みということもあり、各テーマパークは激混み。パイナップルパークでは正直ゆっくり見るということができず、慌ただしくお土産も慌てて買うような状況。それでも、孫は、楽しかったとおおよろこびでした。美ら海水族館も、予想通り激混み。それでも、やはり孫は楽しかったと言ってました。古宇利島では、綺麗な海。海水浴はできなかったけど、綺麗な所です。
ただ、最初のテーマパークまで2時間は、ちょっと長すぎるかなと思います。
