However, more than a week passed with no news at all. When I reached out in concern, I was told, "The photo data is deleted after a week, so we no longer have it." Is it really the case that I wouldn't receive anything unless I contacted them? Moreover, they mentioned, "If you don't hear from us two days after the tour, please contact us," but no one I participated with remembers hearing that. Isn't that phrasing usually based on the assumption that they would send the photos first? I gave up since there's no changing the fact that the photo data is gone, but I can't accept this situation at all. There are reviews stating that some guides provided the photo data immediately, so there might be inconsistencies. I urge those who will participate in the future to be very careful.

I boarded the boat for the 7 AM departure. Fortunately, it was just my spouse and me, so we had the boat to ourselves. The foreign captain said, "You're lucky! Today, just the two of you will get to see the best crystal blue cave," and he set off a little earlier than scheduled.

He was truly skilled in conversation and consideration. During the trip, he provided detailed explanations while asking, "How are you feeling? Let's cruise in style!" He kept the atmosphere light and brought laughter while operating the boat.

Although the cave wasn't very large, the blue color of the sea sparkled beautifully at the bottom, creating a stunning crystal blue. I was deeply moved. I would love to make a reservation here again.

We participated in this tour when my wife and I visited Iriomote Island for our honeymoon.
First, let me say this: this tour is amazing.
It's a highly satisfying package that allows you to fully enjoy nature beyond the sea for a whole day, with activities like canoeing and caving.

You can observe living creatures closely while listening to explanations from a qualified nature observation instructor who conducts bird research. If you love animals, this tour will definitely exceed your expectations.

Even if you're not that into animals, the guide is friendly, so those who focus on canoeing and activities will have plenty of fun.

Even beginners in canoeing will be able to enjoy it without any issues thanks to the lectures, and during trekking, they will show you safe and easy walking points. They provide all the necessary equipment, which is a great point for participating in the tour with peace of mind.

Regarding ease of access:
Since it takes a full day, it can be physically demanding. Canoeing can be tough, especially when it's windy.

まず感想を言わせてください。このツアー最高です。
海以外の自然を一日かけて存分に満喫し、カヌーやケイビングなどのアクティビティも楽しめる満足度の高いパッケージングです。

鳥類の研究を行なっている、自然観察指導員の資格を持った方の解説を聞きながら、生き物をじっくり観察できます。生き物が好きならば、大満足のツアーになることは間違いありません。

生き物がそこまで好きではなくても、ガイドさんが気さくな方なので、カヌーやアクティビティ重視の方でも十分楽しめます。

カヌー初心者でも、レクチャーで問題なく楽しめるようになりますし、トレッキングでは安全な歩きやすいポイントを教えてくれます。道具は全て用意してくれるので、安心してツアーに参加できるのはとても良いポイントです。

お手軽度に関して。
一日フルで使うので、体力の消耗は激しいです。特に風が強いとカヌーが大変です。
また、トイレに行けるタイミングは多くないので、都度ガイドさんに相談しましょう。

Perhaps due to the weather conditions leading up to our visit, the cave was emerald green instead of blue. However, the captain's engaging talk kept us entertained, and the children were very satisfied. I would love to visit again on a day when it looks blue.

The night before the experience, I couldn't find the meeting place due to a mistake in the email settings, but I called around 6 PM on a whim, and I was relieved that someone answered even though it was outside of business hours.
On the day of the event, our guide was K. He greeted us cheerfully at the meeting point, which felt great. Since I participated with my wife, who isn't a strong swimmer, and our 9-year-old daughter, there were quite a few moments that required consideration, but we were really satisfied to finally see a sea turtle, and we also enjoyed the sea kayaking experience and the cave exploration!
Oh, and they also told us about the coconut crab sighting points, and we were really able to encounter one!

体験前夜、メール設定のミスで集合場所が分からなかったのですが、ダメ元で１８時過ぎにTELしたところ営業時間外にも関わらず通じて助かりました。
当日の担当ガイドはKくんでした。待ち合わせ場所では明るく挨拶してくれて気持ち良かったです。５０過ぎのオヤジと泳ぎの不得手な妻と９歳の娘で参加したため、かなり気を使う場面も多かったはずですが、念願の海ガメも見れて、シーカヤック体験と鍾乳洞探検も出来て本当に満足出来ました～!
そうそう、ヤシガニ出没ポイントも教えて頂き、本当に出会うことができました!

I had a great time being guided by a kind and friendly older brother. I booked a canoe, but I also got to try stand-up paddleboarding, which was fun. I was so happy to meet a turtle while snorkeling. It's quite a hard tour. It might be tough for older participants. There's a lot to do. We had a great time under the guidance of a cheerful instructor. Everyone seemed very satisfied. Even though it's October, the UV rays are intense. Even with sunscreen, it's hard to keep up.

We did snorkeling, canoeing, and visited the Pumpkin Cave! The clarity of the ocean was overwhelming, and everything we did was beautiful. Above all, the Pumpkin Cave was mystical and the most fun experience.

Our guide, Keikun, was enjoyable and really enhanced the tour with his talks and energy, making it even more enjoyable! We took lots of photos at various spots, including sea turtles, fish, and the Pumpkin Cave, creating the best memories.

I thought it might be too packed, but we had a two-hour lunch break, so we could relax and also visit the recommended diner by our guide, Keikun. I would love to use this service again!

If you're going to Miyako Island, I definitely want to visit the Pumpkin Cave, so I joined a tour! The day before, I received notifications about changes to the tour start time and important notes, so I was well-prepared.

I was surprised at how physically demanding it was (moving to the beach, paddling the canoe, swimming a bit to enter the cave, climbing the rocks), but thanks to our guide, Keikun, it was enjoyable from start to finish! I was able to take a lot of photos as well. Interacting with other participants in the same tour was fun, and I'm really glad I joined.

I participated in the sea turtle snorkeling and Pumpkin Cave tour. As soon as I entered the water, I encountered a sea turtle, and I saw a total of four! According to the instructor, that was lucky. It was adorable to see them eating seaweed. We even took pictures together, which was the best part!

In the afternoon, we went to Pumpkin Cave by canoe. The inside of the cave was more mystical than I had imagined, and I was very moved! It was fine even if I couldn't swim! Thank you for the wonderful tour!

My first time in Ishigaki Island and my first time on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) was a wonderful experience thanks to my guide, Moepi! I learned not only how to ride the SUP but also interesting facts about the types of mangroves, corals, and various spots. The time was filled with various activities, including yoga on the SUP, making it very fulfilling! Moepi really energized the group, and I was able to connect with other participants, making it the best experience ever! I definitely want to come back to Ishigaki and do this again!

I had always wanted to go after seeing it on TV. I was a bit anxious about the boat cruise as a solo traveler, but thanks to the captain's knowledgeable guidance and skillful navigation, it turned into a fun attraction. The boat is designed to protect against rain and wind, but there is also an open deck. Cruising while sitting in a deck chair felt luxurious. I was disappointed to hear the day before that we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the wind, as we were supposed to do stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling there at Kabira Bay. However, we had an amazing experience at the snorkeling spot we went to instead, where we saw four sea turtles! It turned out to be the best tour without any issues. Our kind guide, Saito, took a lot of pictures for us, and the hamburger and spam rice balls he recommended were incredibly delicious! Thank you so much! I received a lot of information and now I want to visit Ishigaki Island again, and I would love to join a tour with a specific request! I really appreciate everything. It was an incredibly fun time! ✌️

We are a couple in our 50s. We participated because we wanted to see Pumpkin Hall. Since we joined without properly checking the tour details, it turned out to be unexpectedly hard. Paddling the canoe was within our expectations, but we didn’t know we would be exploring deep into the cave. For someone like me, who lacks confidence in my legs, and my husband, who is quite overweight, climbing the stalactites to go further in was quite tough. Nevertheless, thanks to our guide, Marsh, we managed to keep up until the end. The effort was worth it, as the scenery inside the cave was amazing and unlike anything we had ever seen. I also didn’t know we would be jumping from the top of the stalactites at the end, which was scary, but I’m glad I took the plunge. I was too focused on not losing my glasses to pray, but it became a wonderful memory. If I had known about the jump in advance, I would have brought prescription goggles, which made me realize the importance of doing research beforehand.

The tour content was good, but I hope for improvements regarding the meeting point parking lot, which was hard to find. It said "companion parking" at the entrance, and below that, it said "PIPI," but there was a block placed as a weight in front of the part that said "PIPI," making it invisible from the road. After going back and forth in front of the meeting point several times, I thought this was the only place, got out of the car, moved the block, and finally figured it out. I would appreciate clearer signage.

当方50代の夫婦です。パンプキンホールを見たくて参加しました。ツアー内容をろくに確認しないで参加したので、予想外にハードでした。カヌーを漕ぐところまでは想定内でしたが、洞窟の奥の方まで探検するとは知らなくて、足腰に自信がない私と超メタボの夫は鍾乳石を登って奥まで行くのはかなりきつかったです。それでもガイドのまーし君のおかげでなんとか最後まで着いていくことができました。苦労の甲斐あって洞窟内は素晴らしく、見た事ない景色でした。最後鍾乳石の上から飛び込む事も知らなくて、怖かったですけど、思い切って飛び込んで良かった。眼鏡を無くさないことに気を取られてお祈りはできませんでしたけど、良き思い出になりました。事前に飛び込むことを知っていたら度付きゴーグル持参したのになぁ、と下調べの大切さを痛感。
　ツアーの内容は良かったのですが、集合場所の駐車場がわかりづらく、改善を希望します。入口に仲間駐車場と書いてあって、その下にPIPIと書いてあったのですが、PIPIと書いてある部分の前にブロックが重しとして置いてあって、道路からは見えませんでした。何度も集合場所の前を行ったり来たりした挙句、ココしかないと思い、車を降りてブロックをどかしてみてようやくわかった次第です。もう少しわかりやすい表示をしていただけるとありがたいです。
