The bus guide was a 19-year-old who had just started, and her earnestness really came through. While I listened with some anxiety, I was able to absorb the content. She performed two local songs, and she was excellent.

バスガイドのお嬢さんがなりたての１９歳の方で一生懸命さが伝わってきました。ハラハラしながら聞きつつ、内容が返って入ってきました。地域の歌を２曲披露していただき上手でした。

I wanted more specific schedule management from the beginning. I wasn't aware that it was closed. If the times had been set more clearly, I feel like I could have visited more places.

始めに具体的なスケジュール管理をして欲しかった。
休館になってることも把握してなかった。
時間をしっかり決めてもらえればもう少し色んな所に回れた気がする。

I started with a raincoat due to concerns about the weather, but it gradually improved, leading to a comfortable kayaking experience. Paddling down the Chitose River flowing from Lake Shikotsu, the return course was gentle, and under the guidance of the instructor, I was amazed by the clear bottom and the non-decaying trees submerged beneath the water. It was a delightful time passing through the shade of the trees and navigating between them. It was a pity that there were some waves preventing us from reaching Lake Shikotsu, but I look forward to enjoying it again.

雨の心配もありカッパを着けてスタートしたが、お天気は次第に良くなり快適なカヤック体験となった。支笏湖から流れる千歳川を下り、折り返すコースは穏やかながら、インストラクターの指導もよろしく、大変透明な底に沈む腐食しない木々に驚きつつ、木陰くぐり、木のあいだ通過など楽しいひとときとなった。少し波があって支笏湖に出られなかったのは残念だったが、またの楽しみとしたい。

For us, who don't have a car, the bus that tours the three lakes was invaluable and very helpful.

Regarding Lake Akan, according to our guide, there was a time when we couldn't board the sightseeing boat... but it seems the departure time had changed, so we were able to board safely, which was great. I would have appreciated knowing the exact time, but it turned out well in the end, so I’m satisfied.

Lake Mashu was also beautifully visible, and the photos I took are clear (^^♪

It seems the bus operates from April to November, but it would be nice if they could extend the service for a bit longer.

車のない私たちには、3代湖をめぐるバスは貴重で助かりました。

阿寒湖は、ガイドさんの話ですと遊覧船には乗れない時間・・・・との話でしたが、出航時間が変わっていたのか無事に乗船できてよかったです。
正確な時間を教えていただけたら嬉しかったですが、結果オーライなので良しとしました。

摩周湖もきれいに見えて、撮った写真もクリアです(^^♪

4月から11月のバスの運行らしいですが、もう少し長い期間運行してもらえると嬉しいですね

I was able to enjoy some of the highlights of Eastern Hokkaido with a relaxed schedule. The weather was favorable, and I am grateful for the guide and driver. The explanations in the vehicle were informative, and I also appreciate being dropped off in front of the hotel at Lake Akan. It was a sightseeing experience combined with travel, and I highly recommend it.

ゆったりしたスケジュールで、東北海道の見所の一部を楽しめました。天気にも恵まれ、ガイドさん、ドライバーさんにも恵まれ、感謝しております。車内の説明も勉強になり、また阿寒湖では宿泊ホテル前で降ろして頂きありがとうございました。移動を兼ねての観光となり、お薦めです。

On the day, due to strong winds and high waves, we only went on the river instead of the lake, but with the clear kayak, we could really feel the transparency up close. I felt refreshed being close to the wind, greenery, and water. The staff were also kind, and it was fun.

However, it was stated to be two hours, but with the explanation and moving around, we were actually on the kayak for about 40 to 45 minutes, which felt short for the price.

It was a refreshing experience that I would like to do again.

当日は風強く波が高いため、湖には出ず川のみでしたが、クリアカヤックならではですが、透明度を身近に感じられました、風や緑や水を身近に感じられリフレッシュできました、

実際カヤックに乗ってるのは40から45分程度で価格に対しては短い印象でした、

It was a day with not very good weather, but I participated in the Kushiro Pirika tour. The guide recommended that we might see Ezo deer and cranes from the bus, and while looking, I was able to see a pair of Ezo deer playing, and although they were far away, I also spotted a couple of cranes. At Lake Mashu, it was cloudy and foggy, but I could still see the lake clearly. I had a soft serve ice cream in Mashu Blue. At Iouzan, there was a strong sulfur smell and smoke, reminiscent of Owakudani, which was quite impressive. The onsen tamago (hot spring eggs) were delicious. Lake Kussharo is famous for its hot springs that come out when you dig in the sandy shore, and it was bustling with tourists swimming and camping. At Lake Akan, I enjoyed Ainu cuisine for lunch for the first time. I also witnessed the phenomenon called "bokke," where volcanic gas bubbles and bursts, which was a first for me. It was a satisfying sightseeing bus tour where I could experience the great nature unique to Hokkaido.

天気のあまり良くない日だったが釧路ピリカ号に参加。ガイドさんのおすすめでバスの中からエゾシカやタンチョウが見られるかも？との事で探していると兄弟のエゾシカが遊んでいる所を見られたり遠かったがタンチョウも２羽ほど確認出来た。摩周湖では曇りで霧が発生していたが湖もはっきり見られた。摩周湖ブルーのソフトクリームを食べた。硫黄山では大涌谷のような硫黄の臭いと煙がもくもくと凄い迫力。温泉玉子は美味しかった。屈斜路湖は水際の砂を掘ると温泉が出てくるのも名物であり泳ぎやキャンプをしてる観光客で賑わっていた。阿寒湖では初めてのアイヌ料理でランチを堪能。そして火山ガスがボコボコと音をたてて破裂するボッケという現象も初めて見られた。北海道ならではの大自然を体験出来満足の観光バスツアーだった。

It was an experience that was easy to understand, so even as a first-timer, I felt comfortable. The water was very clear and beautiful, which was impressive. I was able to take many photos, making it a great memory. The weather wasn't perfect, but I think it would be amazing on a sunny day.

分かりやすく説明していただいた後の体験となるので、初めてでも大丈夫でした。透明度が高く水面がとてもきれいで感動しました。写真もたくさん撮ってもらえたので、記念になりました。天気が今ひとつだったのですが、晴れの日は最高だと思います。

We were blessed with great weather and were able to visit the beautiful Lake Mashu, Lake Akan, Lake Kussharo, and Mount Iwo. It may not look that way on the map, but Hokkaido is vast. While renting a car is a good option, for beginners, a bus tour where you can efficiently sightsee while listening to a guide's insights is truly invaluable. Since you can disembark at the airport, I recommend participating on your last day.

お天気に恵まれて、快晴の摩周湖、阿寒湖、屈斜路湖、硫黄山…を回れました。地図ではそう見えませんが、北海道は広い。レンタカーで回るのもいいですが、初心者にはガイドさんのうんちくを聴きながらピンポイントで効率よく観光できるバスツアーは本当に有り難い。空港下車が可能なので、最終日に参加されるのがおすすめ。

I understood that I wouldn't be able to see the Kushiro Wetland in detail since it was from the window of the car, but the bus didn't stop at all and just passed through. (Of course, there was an explanation.) I wished they would at least stop for a moment at a place with a good view, even if we didn't get off.

釧路湿原は車窓となっていたので、じっくり見れない事は納得済でしたが、
バスは全く停車することも無く、ただの通過でした。（　もちろん説明は有りましたが　）下車しなくても、せめて眺めの良い所で、少し停車してほしかったです。

I thought it would be difficult to sightsee in Hokkaido since I can't drive, but by participating in this tour, I was able to explore efficiently.

運転できないので北海道は観光しづらいと思っていましたが、このツアーに参加して効率よく観光することができました。

I participated alone, but since more than half of the group was also solo travelers, it didn't bother me at all.

Lake Mashu, Iouzan, Lake Akan

Everywhere offered breathtaking views that you don't usually get to see, and I was lucky to spot a red-crowned crane along the way!

The guide provided commentary for about 80% of the trip and even sang, making it a fun journey!

どこも普段見れないような絶景で、途中タンチョウも見れてラッキーでした！

ガイドさんも道中の8割はガイドしてくれたり歌ってくれたり楽しい旅を演出してくれました★

I experienced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time at Lake Shikotsu. Fortunately, it didn't rain, and although the sky was cloudy, the underwater view from the transparent SUP was blue, with beautiful aquatic plants in the river. I felt refreshed both physically and mentally! Next time, I want to paddleboard during a prettier season. I also enjoyed having lovely photos taken.

初めてのsupを支笏湖で体験しました。
どうにか雨が降らず曇り空でしたが、透明なsupからの水中は青く、川には綺麗な水草も。
心身ともにリフレッシュできました！

I participated in mid-July. There were about 10 participants.

For someone who rarely drives, it was a dream come true to enjoy a lake that can only be accessed by car.

We were blessed with good weather, enjoyed the beautiful blue of Lake Mashu, soaked our feet in the sandy hot springs of Lake Kussharo, and even had a rare Ainu set meal at the Ainu Kotan by Lake Akan. On the way back, I was able to sleep in the car... it was a very satisfying day. Thank you very much to the guide and the driver for the long hours.

7月の半ばに参加させて頂きました。
参加者は10人ほど。

ペーパードライバーにとっては、車でしか行けない湖を堪能できる、夢のようなありがたいツアーでした。

天候にも恵まれ、摩周湖の美しいブルーを堪能し、屈斜路湖の砂湯に足を浸し、阿寒湖のアイヌコタンで珍しいアイヌの定食も頂けて、帰りは車内で寝ながら帰ってこられ…大満足の1日となりました。

I recommend visiting the attractions around Kushiro.

You can head towards Lake Mashu, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan through the Kushiro Wetlands.

If you're lucky, you might see "Ezo deer" or "Japanese cranes" along the way!
*I participated in early September and was able to see both.

If the timing is right, you can also take a sightseeing boat on Lake Akan.

釧路湿原を通り摩周湖・屈斜路湖・阿寒湖へ向かいます。

運が良ければ道中に「エゾジカ」や「タンチョウ」がみれることも！
※９月上旬に参加しましたが、いずれもみることができました。

タイミングが合えば、阿寒湖の遊覧船にも乗れます。

The female driver, Ms. Sato, was very kind and also acted as a guide, making for a very enjoyable time. If I have the opportunity to go to Hakodate again, I would definitely like to request her!

There were 16 people on the bus tour, but some got off along the way, so there were 7 on the return trip. We were able to see the red-crowned cranes and the wetlands, and the clear view of Lake Mashu and Mount Io was fantastic. I think it's great for the elderly and families with children since you don't have to walk much.

１６名のバスツアー客でしたが、途中で下車したりして、帰りは７名でした。
途中タンチョウ見えたり、湿原が見えたりして、摩周湖の晴れ姿、硫磺山が見れて最高でした。あまり歩かなくて済むので高齢者や子供連れにはいいと思います。

It's recommended for its affordability and the ability to visit major tourist attractions. While there is a busy schedule typical of bus tours, I found the guide's explanations very informative. I also had encounters with wildlife and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Eastern Hokkaido.

主な観光地をまわれて、お値段も手頃でおすすめです。バスツアーならではの時間厳守の忙しさはありますが、ガイドさんの説明を聞けて色々ためになりました。野生動物との遭遇もあり、道東を満喫できました

We participated as a family of four. It was our first time kayaking, but the staff provided thorough explanations, allowing us to have a great time. Thank you very much.
During the midsummer season, it was very cool, and we were able to fully enjoy the beautiful nature of Lake Shikotsu. I would like to participate again if the opportunity arises.
*While it is relatively cool during the experience, be careful of sunburn!

家族4人で参加しました。始めてのカヤックでしたが、スタッフ方が丁寧に説明してくれた為、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。有難うございました。

I signed up because I wanted to see Lake Mashu. A few years ago, I couldn't see anything because of the fog, but it was beautiful this time! I completed both doses of the vaccine and tested negative on the quick test, so I was able to participate!

摩周湖が見たくて、申し込みました。
数年前、霧で、全く見えなかったけど、綺麗に見えて良かったです！
ワクチンの接種も2回終え、クイック検査も陰性で、参加させてもらいました！

It's a great deal to visit other places for a price lower than a simple round trip from Kushiro to Lake Akan. I was able to enjoy Lake Akan at a leisurely pace because I disbanded there and took the local bus with a Pirika ticket to return.

釧路～阿寒湖の単純往復より安い料金で、他の場所も行けてお得。
阿寒湖で離団し、路線バスにピリカ号のチケットで乗り、帰ることができたため、阿寒湖もゆっくり楽しめました。

It was great that we could visit many tourist spots in one day. However, one point to note is that it was mentioned we would see the Kushiro Wetlands from the car window, but we could hardly see anything due to the trees along the road, so I wish that hadn't been included. The guide's explanations were also interesting, and overall it was a good experience.

ただ1点、釧路湿原を車窓から見ると書かれていましたが、道路沿いの木でほとんど見えないのであれなら書かないでほしいと思いました

The weather was very nice, and I was able to enjoy Mirror Lake, which is said to be visible only a few times a year. I was moved to see the fish swimming below, not just from the bottom of the kayak but also from the side.
I was anxious about driving alone, but I received support in difficult areas, and I was able to enjoy it smoothly.

天候がとてもよく、年に数回しか見れないらしいミラーレイクを堪能することができました。カヤックの底からだけでなく、横からも下に泳いでいる魚を見れて、感動しました。
一人での運転は不安でしたが、難しいところはサポートしていただき、スムーズに楽しめました。

When traveling alone, I was worried about the cost of renting a car, driving in an unfamiliar area, and the risk of accidents, but this tour solved those issues. Moreover, I was able to cover the key tourist spots in Kushiro in just one day, which was very fulfilling. Additionally, the bus guide provided thorough explanations, adding depth to the sightseeing experience! The highlight for me was being able to see Lake Mashu beautifully. If I had one request, it would be to have had a chance to get off and see the Kushiro Wetlands up close, even for just 5 or 10 minutes, instead of just viewing it from the bus window. There were only three of us on the tour, including myself, so the large bus felt comfortable, but I was a little worried about that.

ひとりだと、レンタカーのコストや、慣れない地での運転が心配だったり、事故のリスクがありますが、このツアーのおかげで解決できました。
しかも、釧路の観光地の要所を一日で押さえることができるのでとても充実しました。
また、バスガイドさんが丁寧にガイドしてくださるので、観光に深みが増します！
今回、摩周湖が美しく見れたことが一番満足です。1点あるとすれば、釧路湿原は5分10分でもよいので、車窓からではなく、降りて見たかったです。ツアーは私以外に二人の計3人でしたので、大型バスは気楽でしたが、少し心配になりました(^_^;)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there were only four customers on the bus tour. The bus was very comfortable, and we had a great time, but unfortunately, we couldn't see the scenery we were hoping for because of an unusually severe storm that was so bad we couldn't even use umbrellas.

During our long stay at Lake Akan, we spent our time drinking while enjoying the local specialties of tempura fried smelt and sashimi of cherry salmon. (laughs)

There's nothing we can do about the weather, though.

コロナ禍の中でのバスツアーということもあって、お客さんはなんと4人だけでした。バスの中はとても快適で楽しい時間を過ごせたのですが、天候が傘も差せないくらいの稀に見る暴風雨ということで、残念ながら期待していた景色を観ることはできませんでした。

長時間滞在する阿寒湖では、名物のワカサギの天ぷらとヒメマスのお造りでひたすら呑んで過ごしました。(笑)

天候ばかりはどうしようもないですね。

I toured the same route as I did in February, visiting Abashiri, Bihoro Pass, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Mashu. As expected, the scenery was different with the change of seasons, even on the same route. In February, the lakes were frozen, which was wonderful in its own way, but the early summer views were also breathtaking. In particular, the transparent blue of Lake Mashu was so stunning that I could have gazed at it forever. I was grateful that the taxi driver spotted a squirrel for me. On the way back, I was able to see a wild fox. I was blessed with good weather and a kind taxi driver, allowing me to have a very meaningful time. Thank you very much.

網走、美幌峠わ屈斜路湖、摩周湖など、今年2月に行ったコースと同じコースを観光しました。
やはり、季節が違うと同じコースでも違う景色が楽しめました。
2月は湖が凍っいてそれはそれで素晴らしかったですが、初夏の景色も絶景でした。
特に、摩周湖の透明な青色はずっと眺めていたいたいくらいの素晴らしさでした。タクシーの運転手さんがりすを見つけてくれて、ありがたかったです。
帰り道では野生のキツネを見れてました。
天気に恵まれ、親切なタクシーの運転手さんに恵まれ、とても有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。

The taxi driver was very kind, and we were able to tour efficiently. The road that seemed to reach the sky and the Oshinkoshin Falls were very impressive.

Anyway, I was overwhelmed by nature, nature, nature. The Shiretoko mountain range was magnificent, along with the surrounding nature.

We visited the Shiretoko Five Lakes, and it was beautiful and lucky to see the Shiretoko mountain range reflected on the water like a reverse Mt. Fuji.

Also, by chance, we were able to see a mother bear and her cubs, as well as deer. It was a wonderful experience.

タクシーの運転手さんがとても親切で、効率よく観光ができました。天まで続く道、オシンコシンの滝はとても迫力がありました。
とにかく、自然、自然、自然に圧倒されました。
知床連山は素晴らしく、その周囲の自然。
知床五湖に行きましたが、知床連山が逆さ富士のように水面に映ってとても綺麗で素晴らしくラッキーでした。

また、偶然にも野生の熊の親子、鹿を見ることができました。
素晴らしい経験でした。

We participated as a group of four this time. It seems we were fortunate with the weather and conditions that day, as we were able to see the beautiful water quality of Lake Shikotsu from our kayaks amidst stunning scenery. The guide was very kind, and I learned a lot about Lake Shikotsu. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and thorough the conversation was. All the staff members were always smiling, and we truly had a wonderful time. The infection control measures were also thorough, so I highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Hokkaido.

I found this tour while looking for an efficient route to explore the attractions around Lake Akan. You can visit Lake Mashu, Mount Iou, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan (including a boat ride) and return to Kushiro in one day. Since I was traveling alone, it was cheaper than renting a car, and with a guide, I was able to enjoy a fulfilling sightseeing experience.

阿寒湖周辺の見どころを効率よく周るルートを探している中でこのツアーを見つけました。摩周湖→硫黄山→屈斜路湖→阿寒湖（遊覧船乗船）して1日で釧路へ帰って来れます。
一人旅でしたので、レンタカーを借りるより安くしかもガイド付なので充実した観光を楽しめました。

The tour guide was a foreigner, but he was very polite and kind. He mentioned that he used to live in Kobe but has come to like Hokkaido and decided to stay. The weather was cloudy with occasional light rain, but I really enjoyed Asahiyama Zoo, the Blue Pond, and the waterfalls. However, I was very disappointed with the meal. It was supposed to be zaru soba and tempura, but the zaru soba was only about the size of a fist, and there were just two pieces of tempura, like potato, and two inari sushi. That was it. It felt way too small, more like a child's meal, and I was very disappointed. I think it would have been better to have no meal included and instead lower the price, allowing for a longer stay at Asahiyama Zoo and having the freedom to eat there.

添乗員さんが、外国の方だったのですが、とても丁寧でいい方でした。
昔は神戸にいたけど、北海道が気に入って住むようになったとおっしゃっていました。
天気は曇りでたまに雨がパラパラ降る感じでしたが、旭山動物園も、青い池も、滝もとても楽しかったです。
ただ、食事内容がとても残念でした。
ざるそばと天ぷらとの事でしたが、ざるそばは握りこぶしぐらいの量、天ぷらは芋などの天ぷらが2つ、いなり2つ。
たったそれだけ。
ちょっとこれではあまりにも少ないというか、お子様ランチぐらいの量でとても残念でした。
これなら、食事無しでその分お値打ちにしてもらって、旭山動物園の滞在時間を長く取り、そこで自由に食事の方がいいと思いました。
