The guide was a really bright and pleasant person, which was great. I wasn't very good at swimming, but they helped me by holding onto a float. The Blue Cave was sunny, but it was dark inside and the surface of the water wasn't that blue. The underwater was blue. The distance from the office to the sea was quite steep and challenging. It became a fun memory.

泳ぎがあまり上手くありませんでしたが浮き輪に捕まって手伝っくださいました。
青の洞窟は晴れていましたが中は暗く水面はそこまで青くなかったです。水中は青でした。
事務所から海までの距離が急坂で結構ありそれがかなり大変でした。

I had a wonderful time participating. I joined with my mother, and the advance communication, as well as the preparation and instructions on how to use binoculars, were very helpful. The pace was just right, and the conversation was engaging, so time flew by. It wasn't tiring at all. My mother also said she was glad to have joined. This was my first hiking tour, and I found it to be excellent, so I highly recommend it.

自分は母と参加させていただきましたが、事前連絡もそうですが、双眼鏡とかの準備、使用方法などをレクチャーしていただき大変ためになりました。

I participated in the 2-hour course. Although it rained, the time flew by and we had a lot of fun. The course included areas that felt like a dense jungle, and the children were very happy. I joined during the waiting time before my flight home, and it turned out to be more enjoyable than I expected; I'm glad I participated in this tour.

After reaching the endpoint by canoe, all participants took a van back. On the day of the event, four families participated, and I think there were a total of 12 people, including children. Due to the rain, we boarded a single closed vehicle to return to the starting point. Two families knew each other and spent the entire ride talking and laughing loudly, which made me concerned about the risk of COVID-19 infection. There were no COVID-19 prevention measures in place.

コースは密林の様なところを進んでいく場所もあり、子供がとても喜んでいました。帰りの飛行機までの待ち時間に参加しましたが、思ったより楽しく、参加してよかったツアーです。
カヌーで終点まで行ったあと、ワゴン車に参加者すべてが乗って帰ります。参加当日は4家族が参加し、子供を含め全部で12人いたと思います。雨が降ったせいもありますが、1台の締め切った車に乗り込んで出発地点まで帰りました。
2家族が知り合い同士で、この2家族が到着までずっと大声で話したり笑ったりしていて、コロナの感染が心配でした。
コロナ感染対策が出来ていなかった。

It was pouring rain at the meeting point, but as we prepared, it turned into light rain, and by the time we started, it was sunny. In the end, the 80% chance of rain calmed down in front of the sunny weather. Since there were 8 participants in 4 groups, it was easy to hear the explanations, and we could enjoy the experience at a leisurely pace. We only encountered one deer, but observing insects, frogs, mushrooms, and trees was very interesting. The guide was a veteran (young) and was very attentive. We also had many photos taken. Thank you very much. The rain gear I brought was not needed, but I was glad it didn't rain. The rented boots (free) were very helpful.

集合時豪雨でしたが、準備をしているうちに小雨になり、スタート時には晴れてきました。結局80%の降水確率は晴れ男の前におとなしくなりました。4グループ8人の参加だったので説明も聞きやすく、ゆっくりペースで満喫できました。動物には鹿1匹しか出合いませんでしたが、昆虫、カエル、きのこ、木々の観察ができ興味深かったです。ガイドさんもベテラン（若い）でいろいろきをつかってkいろいろきをつかってくれました。写真もいっぱい撮影していただきました。有り難うございました。持参したレインウェアは役に立ちませんでしたが、雨降りにならず良かったです。レンタルした長靴（無料）は大変役に立ちました。

I signed up for this tour because I wanted my children to have an experience in Hokkaido for the first time. Since we had done kayaking a few times in the remote islands of Okinawa, we were able to do it smoothly, which was great. The scenery was truly Hokkaido, surrounded by mountains, with a light mist adding to the very magical atmosphere, and I was moved by its beauty. The children were also amazed by the clarity of the water. I learned that in winter, you can do this with snow piled up, so I want to come back in winter as well. It's a quick and easy tour, so I recommend it.

We were blessed with good weather, and the guide's pacing was excellent, allowing us to enjoy a rich three hours. I learned about mushrooms that I wouldn't have noticed on my own and heard stories about the nesting sites of the great spotted woodpecker, making the trekking even without views of the lake quite enjoyable. Additionally, I was able to hear various stories about brown bears, which showed that our guide was experienced, allowing us to enjoy the nature of Shiretoko with peace of mind. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to participate with my wife next time.

During the trekking, I saw beautiful deer parents and their fawns, baby birds, young trees growing from fallen logs, and various mushrooms. There were clear bear footprints in the mud, which made me feel the presence of bears. The guide's explanations were very easy to understand, and I had a great time. I would like to visit again. We participated with my second-grade child and my great-grandmother, who is celebrating her 77th birthday, making it a four-generation experience. The river's flow was gentle and shallow, so there was no fear, and we had a great time. The guide was friendly and provided reassurance, even when the steering didn't go perfectly or was a bit delayed. Since it was a half course, the actual time spent kayaking was about an hour, so only the child brought a water bottle, but on a sunny summer day, it might be a good idea for adults to bring one as well. My great-grandmother seemed a bit tired, but the adults found it very enjoyable. The guide also took photos at various points and provided us with the images at the end, which was a nice touch. I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

We participated in the morning big loop course as a family of four. There were about ten people in our group. We considered going on our own, but we are really glad we joined this tour. Above all, our guide was wonderful—gentle, fun, and reliable! They explained various things in the forest in a way that even our elementary school children could understand, and our indoor-oriented child was very interested and listened intently. (They might have seemed unfriendly since they don't show their feelings much, but they were actually having a great time!) We didn't encounter any bears, but we were able to see mandarin ducks, a herd of female deer, and a magnificent male deer with impressive antlers. Before participating, the kids said, "We can't walk for three hours! No way!" but they were surprised to find it was over so soon. Next time, we want to join the full-day course. Thank you very much!

I participated with my mother at the beginning of August, and I think it was really fun. The day before departure, I received a message from the person in charge, and we discussed and decided on the meeting place and time. They provided transportation to an easy-to-find spot near the bus stop.

There are no changing rooms on site, but you can change at a nearby restroom. When we went rafting, I felt that the river was really beautiful. It took about 2.5 hours in total. During the last 30 minutes, I was able to swim a little.

I have done stand-up paddleboarding a few times, but I have never experienced such clear rivers and lakes. I was able to see all the way to the bottom of the Chitose River, including fish and water plants. I think it would have been even more beautiful if the weather had been a bit sunnier, but I was more than satisfied even with the cloudy weather.

We were able to see Ezo deer bathing, a white-tailed eagle, a black kite, and a heron, all thanks to the quiet atmosphere. Although we couldn't see the red-crowned crane in the wetlands, we were able to spot one on the way back and capture a photo.
I think this is an activity that everyone should experience in the Kushiro Wetlands!

Since there was support, I didn't have any physical issues!
I felt that even though it wasn't raining, some measures were necessary as the clothing was a bit cold.

It was my first time in Shiretoko, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the guide's explanations and support were pleasant, making it a quick and enjoyable experience. In the end, I was lucky enough to see a wild brown bear as well. I would love to go again.
