During my stay in Ishigaki Island, the weather was bad, so I was planning to make a reservation for Taketomi Island while checking the weather conditions.
1️⃣ I thought the weather would hold up for tomorrow, so in the afternoon of the previous day, I tried to make a web reservation through Veltra, but for some reason, I couldn't book even though there should have been availability. I had no choice but to look at a different brochure and called a travel agency, where I was informed that I needed to make a reservation by noon the day before. I admit it was my oversight, but I think there was insufficient information about the reservation conditions on the Veltra site.
2️⃣ The next day, I visited Taketomi Island in pouring rain. The bus driver's voice was too quiet, and I couldn't hear the explanations about Taketomi Island well. I would have preferred to have something like a cassette tape to listen to properly.
3️⃣ The bus driver on the way back seemed to think it was enough just to drop us off at the terminal, and in the pouring rain, we were left stranded at the terminal, unsure of which boat to take, leaving everyone confused.

However, Taketomi Island had incredibly beautiful scenery. Despite those issues, even with the heavy rain, it didn't leave a bad memory; the wonderful views outweighed everything else, so I'm glad I went. If the weather had been good, it would have been even better!

石垣島滞在中、天気が悪かったので、天気の様子を見ながら、竹富島の予約をしようと思っていました。
1️⃣明日の天気は持ちそうだからと思い、前日午後に、ベルトラのweb予約しようと思ったら、空きがあるはずなのに何故か予約できず。仕方なく、違うパンフレット見て、旅行会社に電話したところ、前日の12時までに予約しないと行けないとの事でした。自分が確認不足だったと言えばそれまでですが、ベルトラサイトからの予約条件の情報が少なかったと思う。
2️⃣その翌日に、土砂降りの雨の中、竹富島見学。バスの運転手の声が小さくて竹富島の説明がよく聞こえない。カセットテープとかでもいいから、きちんと聞きたかった。
3️⃣帰りのバスの運転手は、ただターミナルに連れてくれば良いと思っているらしく、土砂降りの中、ターミナルに置き去りにされて、どの船に乗ればいいのか、みんな迷ってた。

でも、竹富島はとても素晴らしい景色だった。そんな事があっても、大雨でも、嫌な思い出に残らず、あの、素敵な景色の方が上回るくらいなので、行けた事が良かった。天気が良ければ、もっと最高！

The main Churaumi Aquarium is a place I visit every time I come to Okinawa, and it's great. It's really great. The sight of the large whale sharks and manta rays swimming gracefully is so soothing. You can watch them forever without getting bored. My husband, who initially thought aquariums were a bit silly (sorry), stood mesmerized in front of this tank, saying, "Wow!" I highly recommend it.

At the Okashi Goten, those who had pre-ordered were scheduled for lunch, which meant we had a longer time allocated, and there were quite a few people shopping. In the afternoon, we stopped by Pineapple Park, where shopping was also possible, but it seemed like everyone was getting tired and lacked the desire to buy. Samples were provided at various locations, and everyone was able to taste different items in an orderly manner, but this seemed to push people along without stopping to shop. Perhaps because they had already bought snacks at Okashi Goten (since we had quite a bit of time), the amount of shopping everyone did was surprisingly low despite the abundance of samples. I felt it would be nice to prioritize visiting this place first sometimes.

メインの美ら海水族館は沖縄に来るたびに足を運んだ所であるが、いい。やっぱり、いい。
大きなジンベイザメやマンタが悠々と泳ぐ姿は癒されます。いつまで見ていても飽きない。
水族館なんてとちょっと馬鹿にしていた（失礼）初めての夫は“すごいねぇ”と、この水槽の前で動かなくなりました。超オススメです。
お菓子御殿では事前注文された人は昼食をとることになっていたため、時間が長く配分されており、かなりの買い物をしている人達がいた。午後にパイナップルパークに立ち寄り買い物もできましたが、みんな疲れてきていたのか購買意欲がなかったようです。各所で試食が用意されており、全員が順に列になり試食できるよう配慮されいろいろなものを味見できていたけど、逆にそのまま次に進む感じで押し流され買い物のために途中で足を止める人が少なかった。またすでにお菓子御殿で買ってしまったためか（時間が結構あったため）比較するとあれだけ試食を出しているのにかわいそうな位みんなの買い物の量が少ない。時々こちらの方を先に立ち寄りにしてあげるといいと感じました。

I was glad to be able to visit famous tourist spots on my first trip to Okinawa! Although the lunch break was short and I couldn't take my time looking at souvenirs, the cost performance was excellent above all. Thank you!

Although it was a bit disappointing to experience the water buffalo cart ride in the rain due to bad weather, I was comforted by the cute water buffalo moving at their own pace. I also enjoyed a relaxing time listening to the stories and singing of the guide.

悪天候で雨の中での水牛車体験でちょっと残念でしたが　かわいい水牛さんのマイペースで進む水牛車に癒されました。ガイドのお兄さんの話や歌声にも癒されのんびりした時間楽しめました。

It's convenient to visit tourist spots while sitting, as you can hit them all in a targeted way. The stay at each location isn't very long, so it can feel a bit rushed, but...

座っていればピンポイントで観光地回れて、便利。一箇所ごとほ滞在時間はあまり長くはないので、慌ただしさはありますが、、

In the half-day course in the afternoon, we toured by glass-bottom boat, bus, and water buffalo cart. It rained quite a bit, but I enjoyed it thanks to the guide's explanations. I think the character of the water buffalo, Tomi, was something special. The self-driving water buffalo cart was quite advanced as well.

午後からの半日コース、グラスボート、バス観光、水牛車で回りました。雨が結構降りましたが、ガイドさんの説明で楽しめました。水牛のトミくんのなんとも言えないキャラクターが良かったと思います。それにしても自動運転水牛車は先進的でした。

Although the duration of each stay was short, thanks to our bus guide, we were able to learn about recommended souvenirs and get a grasp of the must-see spots. Since the lunch break is short, if you want to buy souvenirs as well, you need to eat quickly, so I recommend ordering your lunch in advance. I think the Churaumi Aquarium allows for enough time to see the exhibits. At Nago Pineapple Park, you can ride a cart to explore the grounds and visit the botanical garden, but since the stay was only about 30 minutes, we only had time to look at souvenirs. For those visiting Okinawa for the first time, it's a great way to quickly visit the tourist spots!

1つ1つの滞在時間が短かったですが、バスガイドさんのお陰でおススメのお土産が分かったり、おススメスポットを把握することができました。お昼ご飯の時間は短いのでお土産もかおうとなると急いで食べないといけないので事前に案内されるお昼を頼んでおくことをお勧めいたします。美ら海水族館は水族館を見るのに十分な時間かと思います。ナゴパイナップルパークではカートに乗って園内散策や植物園の見学もできますが滞在時間が30分ほどでしたので、お土産を見る時間しかありませんでした。沖縄が沖縄が初めての方には観光スポットにさくっと行けてオススメです！

The water buffalo walking experience was perfect for families with children. The transportation was smooth, which was great. The cost performance was excellent, and I highly recommend it.

水牛の散歩体験など、子連れにはベストでした。また移動もスムーズでよかったです。
コスパは十分あり、オススメです。

I made a last-minute reservation just two days before the tour, but I was well taken care of, which made me feel at ease before departure! The timing of the tour was perfect, and we were able to enjoy the main attraction, the Churaumi Aquarium, at a leisurely pace. After visiting the aquarium, we spent time at the beach on the premises, which was quiet and allowed us to truly relax while listening to the sound of the ocean. The guide was very kind and provided information about Okinawa's history, photo spots, and driving spots at each stop! It's definitely more economical than renting a car for sightseeing! It was truly a wonderful trip to Okinawa. Thank you!

ツアー2日前でギリギリの予約でしたが、しっかりとご対応いただき出発前から安心できました！
ツアーは時間配分も完璧で、メインの美ら海水族館もゆっくりと鑑賞できました。私たちは水族館鑑賞後、敷地内にあるビーチで過ごしましたが、人も少なく海の音を感じられ本当にリラックスできました。
ガイドさんも沖縄の歴史や写真スポット、ドライブスポット等、その都度案内してくださりとても親切な方でした！
レンタカーを借りて観光するよりもかなりお得です！本当にたのしい沖縄の旅となりました。ありがとうございました！

The tour was really fun with a lot of great places to visit and see along the way. I especially loved the aquarium but would’ve appreciated some more time there since it’s the biggest one out of all of the tourist attraction points. The bus tour guide was very friendly and they were also very patient as to wait for everybody to come back before departing.

I really enjoyed the places that we went to but didn’t realize that they took so much time to enjoy and walk through. Especially if you want to go and shop after the activity there wasn’t much time to shop at all. They did mention the big market as an alternative but it can be quite hard to find things you would at the attraction.

I think they could’ve been more accurate with the description of the bus as it said “blue bus with an aquarium logo” but what showed up was a beige bus with a orange and green stripe through the middle so me and other tour goers actually couldn’t find it for 20+ minutes.

If you’re looking for a fast paced tour to see a lot of things then this is probably the tour for you. But I was kind of hoping for more time to shop and be able to actually read the information about things.

I was a bit anxious about how December would compare to February, when the chances of seeing whales are higher. Even after arriving at the destination, they didn't appear for a while. Just when I was about to give up, a huge back emerged. I even saw the tail. However, it was quite far from the boat, so it wasn't as impressive as I had hoped. The cruising time was long, and I felt a bit tired, but the voyage on the vast ocean was enjoyable. The staff were also friendly.

クジラとの出現率が高い２月に比べたら１２月はどうなんだろうと不安ではあった。
目的地に着いても中々出現せず。
諦めかけていた最後の時、巨大な背中を現した。しっぽも見れた。けど船からは距離があり、大迫力まではいかなかった。
クルージング時間が長く多少となり疲労がでたが、大海原の航海は楽しかった。
スタッフの方も気さくでした。

We participated as a family of four with our two elementary school-aged sons. Due to the weather, we couldn't go to the Blue Grotto, but instead, we were able to go snorkeling at a nearby beach. In a way, snorkeling in such a wavy sea might have been a rare experience. The guide was very kind and knowledgeable, so all the kids had a great time.

The only downside was that we couldn't borrow towels. We had brought some just in case, so it worked out.

小学生の息子2人と家族4人で参加しました。
天候の影響で青の洞窟には行けなかったのですが、そのかわりに近くのビーチでシュノーケリングが出来ました。逆に、あんなに波のある海でシュノーケリング出来たのは貴重な体験だったかもしれません。ガイドさんもとても親切で知識も豊富なので子供みんな楽しめました。

残念だったのはタオルが借りられなかった事。念の為用意していったのでなんとかなりましたが。

I was worried about taking my elderly mother on the tour, but the staff were kind and we were able to travel smoothly and enjoyably. The weather was bad, and the glass boat was canceled, but they provided an alternative plan, so we didn't have any downtime. My mother said she didn't feel any discomfort at all and had a great time.

高齢の母を連れてのツアーなので心配でしたが、スタッフの方々も親切でスムーズに楽しく旅行できました。天候が悪く、グラスボートが欠航になってしまったのですが、代案に変えてくださったので時間を持て余すこともありませんでした。
母も全く辛くなかったし、とても楽しかったと話しております。

It was my first experience with mangrove kayaking, and I enjoyed a two-hour tour in calm weather with no wind. Guided by a knowledgeable and lively guide, I was able to make the most of my last day in Okinawa. I went kayaking with my eight-year-old son, who was thrilled to be able to paddle the kayak by himself and kept on rowing. I would love to return for other types of tours on my next trip to Okinawa.

初めてのマングローブカヤック体験でしたが、風もなく穏やかな天気の中、2時間程度のツアーを楽しめました。
ガイドのお兄さんの色々な知識と軽快な語り口に連れられて沖縄最終日のひとときを満喫できました。
私は八歳の息子と二人でカヤックに乗りましたが、息子は自分でカヤック操作できることに喜びを感じてひたすら漕いでくれました笑
また沖縄旅行する際は他のタイプのツアーに戻ってきたいと思います。

On the last night of my trip to Okinawa, I participated in a sunset cruise. Perhaps because it was a Monday, there were fewer people.

Before the ship set sail, we enjoyed a buffet-style setup with soup, snacks, and coffee available for us to take freely. There were two types of soup, both of which were delicious. By the time the main dishes were served, I was already full from snacking while drinking beer.

That day, we were blessed with good weather, and the view of the sunset sinking below the horizon was truly beautiful. The ship moved slowly, and with a singer playing guitar and singing, the atmosphere on board was lively, allowing us to have a wonderful time!

I chose a course meal, which included an appetizer, two main dishes, and dessert. I was able to create great memories by enjoying events on the ship and soaking in the sunset on the third deck.

沖縄旅行の最後の夜にサンセットクルーズに参加しました。
月曜日だったせいかもしれませんが、人が少なかったです。

船が出航する前から、スープやおつまみ、コーヒーを自由に取るビュッフェ形式で楽しんでいました。
２種類のスープがあり、どちらも美味しかったです。
メインディッシュが出る前に、ビールを飲みながらつまみでお腹いっぱいでした。

その日は、天気に恵まれ、サンセットが水平線に沈んでいく景色が本当に素敵でした。
船がゆっくり動き、ギターを弾きながら歌う歌手の演出で、船内のムードも盛り上がり、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました！

食事はコース料理にしました。前菜、メインディッシュ２品、デザートがあります。
船内でイベントを楽しんだり、3階デッキで夕陽を満喫したりして、良い思い出を作ることができました。

We were given the option to pre-order Okinawan soba on the bus ahead of the stop at Okashi Goten. We chose not to order as we wanted to look at other options. When we arrived, the pre-ordered food was ready on the tables. We only had 35 minutes at this stop and as the restaurant was busy we didn’t risk ordering food.

Churaumi Aquarium is lovely and you could easily spend a full day there. I recommend checking the times for the planetarium as we were sad to miss this!

I was most excited for Pineapple Park and had assumed that despite the pineapple cart ticket not being included in the tour, we would still have the opportunity to do it out of our own pocket. This is not the case. Instead we were given a ticket for the “shopping route” which meant we didn’t see ANY of the park and instead spent the 30 minutes walking through a big long gift shop. There was free wine samples but I could’ve done with a full glass after this long day.

I had my first experience with sea kayaking together with my husband. Even though I'm not great with ocean activities, I was able to enjoy it. At first, I couldn't find the shop's location, so I called. I parked in a space adjacent to the café next door, and after going down a narrow path, I found a grassy area with the shop further back. It's a hidden gem with a private feel, very quiet, and I could relax and enjoy myself. The instructor was friendly and kind, and I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much!

主人と一緒に、シーカヤック初体験。
海遊びが苦手な私でも楽しむ事ができました。
最初お店の場所がわからず、電話しました。
隣のカフェに隣接したスペースに駐車し、脇にある細い道を下ると芝生広場があり、その奥に店舗があります。
知る人ぞ知る&プライベート感があり、とても静かで、ゆったりのんびり楽しむことができました。インストラクターのお兄さんもフレンドリー且つ親切で素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。本当にありがとうございました！

We couldn't go to the Blue Grotto due to the weather, but our guide was really kind and made various suggestions, so we had a great time!

天気により青い洞窟まで行けなかったけど、ガイドさんがすごく優しくて、いろいろ提案されて楽しく過ごしました！

We participated as a family of four. The water buffalo cart (with island songs) and round-trip ferry were great value, and we are grateful for the friendly service. It was our first time in Ishigaki Island, and it became a wonderful memory. I definitely want to recommend this to everyone.

家族4人で参加しました。水牛車(島唄付き)と往復フェリー込みでコスパに優れ、親切な対応に感謝しております。初めての石垣島、良い思い出になりました。是非皆さんにお勧めしたいです。

The price for the water buffalo cart and ferry is surprising! It takes about 10 minutes by bus from the Taketomi Island ferry terminal to reach the center. After that, we enjoyed a ride on the water buffalo cart while listening to the guide's stories and the sounds of the sanshin and singing. I could really feel the guide's love for Taketomi Island, which was nice.

At the end, I was able to take photos of the water buffalo up close, which was very soothing. Everyone was delighted and said they were cute. After that, we had free time and could choose a ferry at 4 PM or 5 PM.

It rained, but it cleared up quickly, and I enjoyed strolling around, seeing the island's plants, vibrant flowers, and butterflies. At Kaiji Beach, I felt liberated from everyday life and was enchanted by the cobalt blue sea. I definitely want to stay next time! Thank you very much!

水牛車とフェリーでこの価格は驚き‼️
竹富島フェリー乗り場からバスで約10分で中心地へ到着。その後水牛車に乗ってガイドさんの話や三線と歌を楽しむ。ガイドさんの竹富島愛が所々に感じ良かったです
最後に水牛の写真もとても近くで撮らせて貰い癒されました。皆、可愛いと大喜びでした。
その後は自由行動で16時か17時のフェリーを選び自由行動。
雨が降ったがすぐ晴れて島の植物、鮮やかな花、蝶を見て散策し、カイジ浜では日常から解放されコバルトブルーの海の色に酔いしれました。次回は是非とも宿泊したいです！

I used this service for a trip with my 75-year-old mother. Initially, we only planned to visit the Churaumi Aquarium, but due to my mother's requests—she mentioned that a friend said Pineapple Park was great and that she wanted to see the long bridge—we looked for a course that combined these attractions and decided on this one.

The bus was shared, and it seemed that there were more customers from English-speaking and Chinese-speaking countries than Japanese. The guide provided only the necessary minimum explanations, but we were able to get the required information from the recorded audio guides in various languages, so there were no particular issues.

If you’re on the same course, renting a car would give you more freedom with your time, but if driving is difficult, I think this option is better.

75歳の母との二人旅で利用しました。
当初は美ら海水族館だけ行く予定でしたが「友人がパイナップルパークがよかったと言っている」「長い橋も見てみたい」との母の要望で、これらが一つにまとまったコースはないかと探した結果、これに決めました。
バスは混載で、見たところ日本人より英語圏や中国語圏のお客さんのほうが多いように思われました。ガイドさんは必要最低限の説明でしたが、録音された各国語の音声ガイドで必要な情報は得られ、特に問題はなかったです。
同じコースならレンタカーで回るほうが時間が自由になりますが、運転が大変などといった場合は、こちらのほうがよいと思いました。

The guide and driver were kind and pleasant, making for a fun day. I'm glad I chose this tour.
- At Manza Beach, the arrival time was in the evening, which was unfortunate due to backlighting. I think it would be better if the course could be changed.

-万座毛　到着時間が夕刻という事もあり、逆光で大変残念でした。コース変更できたら良いと思われる。

The first stop, Cape Hedo, offers a magnificent view. At Oishi Forest Park, it was not crowded, so we could walk easily. If it were a busy season, it would probably be congested and hard to walk. The sounds of birds, sunlight filtering through the trees, and the unique rock formations create a powerful spot!

We had three hours at the aquarium, so we were able to see everything, including the whale shark, sea turtles, and the dolphin show. On the way back, the sunset was beautiful, and although we walked 17,000 steps and were tired, it was a lot of fun.

大石林山はすいていてサクサク歩けました。混んでる時期なら渋滞して歩けないでしょう。 鳥の声 林から差し込む日差し 奇岩のパワースポット！
水族館は3時間あったのでジンベイザメ、海ガメ、イルカショーまで全て見れました。帰りも夕焼けがきれいで、徒歩1.7万歩疲れましたが楽しかったです。

This time, I participated in the course at Kouri Island and American Village. There were many participants from overseas, and I was worried about the timing, but thanks to the bilingual guide, the sightseeing went smoothly.
At American Village, I was able to see a beautiful sunset, which was amazing! Thank you!

今回は古宇利島・アメリカンヴィレッジのコースに参加しました。海外からの参加者の方が多く、時間など心配でしたが、バイリンガルのガイドさんのおかげでスムーズに観光できました。

I thought it would be quite difficult to visit three islands in one day on my own, so I signed up for this tour. At the reception counter, I was given tickets, and I handed them over each time I used the boat, bus, water buffalo cart, or had a meal. While there isn't a dedicated guide, there are people waiting with cards displaying the tour number I was given in advance when I got off the boat or bus, and they let me know what to do next. Following their instructions to get on the vehicles, have meals, and gather at the designated times made it easy to enjoy the experience, even as a solo participant.

個人で3島を1日で回るのはなかなか大変と思い、このツアーに申し込みました。
受付カウンターでチケットを渡され、船・バス・水牛車・食事を利用するたびにチケットを渡していく感じ。専属のガイドがつくわけではありませんが、船やバスを降りれば、事前に教えられたツアー番号のカードを持った方が待っており、次にどうすればよいか教えてくれます。その指示に従って乗り物に乗ったり、食事をしたり、時間になったら集合するだけなので、一人参加でも気軽に楽しめました。

It was good. It was my first time on a tour with an earphone guide, and it felt a bit lacking. But the guide played the sanshin, and it was fun.

良かったです。イアホンガイドのツアーが初めてでちょっと物足りなかった。でもガイドさんがサンシンを弾いてくれて楽しかったです。

I contacted them to let them know I was 5 minutes late due to getting lost, but they responded graciously, and after I arrived, the guidance was smooth, allowing me to join everyone without further delay. During the tour, they also took sunset photos and sent them to me later via LINE.

道に迷って5分遅れを連絡したのですが、快く対応していただき、到着後もスムーズな案内で皆さんに遅れる事なく合流できました。
ツアーではサンセットの写真も撮っていただき、後からLINEで送ってくれました。

The stay at Wanmouza and Kouri Island was particularly short, so I couldn't take my time to take photos. I thought there wasn't much to see at American Village, so it might not be worth going.

万毛座と古宇利島の滞在時間が特に短くて、ゆっくり写真を撮ることもできなかった。アメリカンビレッジは特に見る所もなく行かなくても良いかと思いました。

If this your first time to Okinawa, this tour is a good way to see North Okinawa without the hassle of taking public transportation. The bus plays a recorded English commentary for those who can't understand Japanese. Bus was on time and Japanese lady guide was nice. She sang quite a few Okinawan songs during the tour which was entertaining. Good singer too!
After picking up all participants from various hotels, the tour started with a short stop at Cape Manza, then to Kouri Island and a lunch stop after. Next, we went to Churarium Aquarium (150min stay) which is located at Ocean Expo Park with free dolphin show at various time throughout the day , turtle & manatee pool outside the Aquarium. (There're many electric trolley that go around the park for Y200 unlimited ride) Managed to see Emerald Beach, Okinawan Village (I don't find this one interesting), and watched the 15-20min Dolphin show @3pm (this is the highlight of the tour) Walked back to the bus scheduled to leave at 3:40pm
Re: Nago Pineapple Park, nothing much going on here. Walked the Dinosaur botanical garden, sample some wine & snacks.
Overall, if you have time to spare, this is a long but quite enjoyable tour.

I think most of the people who participated in this tour were mainly interested in the Okinawa's Okiishi Forest, and not so much in the Churaumi Aquarium. If possible, I would like to have about 30 more minutes to explore Okiishi Forest at a more leisurely pace. I believe time adjustments can be made at the roadside station afterward, but what do you think?

It was great that we arrived at the Churaumi Aquarium just in time to see the dolphin show.

今回このツアーに参加したほとんどの方が大石林山目当てで美ら海水族館はそんなに興味がない方ばかりだと思います。出来ればもう少しゆっくり大石林山をまわれるようにあと30分ぐらい多めに取って欲しいです。時間調整はその後の道の駅でも出来るかと思いますが如何なものでしょうか？
美ら海水族館に着いてタイミング良くイルカショーが見れたのは良かったです。
