I made a last-minute reservation for a canoe at Kabira Bay, and I was moved by its beauty beyond my imagination.

On the day of the trip, the weather was clear after the typhoon, and there were few people, which were great conditions. The other members of the group were friendly, and thanks to our cheerful and energetic guide, Yuuki, we were able to enjoy a wonderful time together.

Actually, even though my reservation was confirmed the night before, I received a call that it was fully booked for the morning and would be in the afternoon instead. There were also some misunderstandings about the meeting place, and I was feeling discouraged due to the high-pressure attitude of the phone receptionist. However, thanks to Yuuki and Kabira Bay, those feelings were blown away. Thank you! The night jungle tour was also fun, and I was able to enjoy a starry sky that felt like it was raining down.

I look forward to visiting Ishigaki Island again!

前夜に思い立って予約した川平湾のカヌー。想像以上の美しさに感動しました。
当日は台風後の晴れ、人も少ないという好条件。同じグループの人たちも穏やかで、元気で人懐っこい道産子ガイドのゆうきさんのおかげで和気あいあいと、贅沢な時間を楽しむことができました。

実は、前夜に予約確定してたのに当日の朝に満員だから午後にという連絡をもらい、その後も集合場所の勘違いなどがあり、高圧的な電話受付の方にテンションが下がって行きたくなくなっていたのですが、、、
ゆうきさんと川平湾のおかげで、そんな気持ちも吹き飛びました。ありがとう！夜のジャングルナイトツアーも楽しくて降ってくるような星空を満喫できましたよ。

また石垣島に行ったらよろしくお願いします！

We had a clear kayak experience with our two sons, aged 2 and 4, as a family of four. The instructor was dedicated and taught us patiently, allowing everything to go smoothly! When we got stuck on some coral, they quickly provided assistance. Kayaking in such a beautiful sea was wonderful, but I was also surprised by the many other highlights we encountered. The instructor provided detailed explanations for each sight and guided us to points where the kids could see well, making me feel grateful that we chose this shop.

My 4-year-old, who is usually a shy boy, seemed captivated by the instructor's extensive knowledge and quickly warmed up to him, happily sharing the creatures he found. It made me very happy as a parent to see him smiling more than usual during the experience. After kayaking, we had a little extra time, and the instructor suggested to the kids, "Let's go see the fish over there," which made our time after the experience meaningful. I truly felt that this was a wonderful and warm place.

At a moment when the heat and fatigue might have made the kids cranky, they kindly offered them juice, which really helped us start off on a good note. Since they were able to proceed at the kids' pace without worrying about others, I’m glad we chose the private plan. I would love to come back to this shop again next time!

綺麗な海でカヤックをすること自体が素敵ですが、その他にも見どころが沢山あったことに驚きました🪸
一つ一つ詳しく解説をして下さったり、子どもたちが上手く見える様なポイントに誘導して下さったり、全ての対応が丁寧で、こちらのお店にお願いして良かったなと思いました☺️🫧

4歳の子どもは控えめboyですが、インストラクターのお兄さんの豊富な知識に魅了されたのか、すぐお兄さんに懐き、自分が見つけた生き物を嬉しそうに共有していました。いつも以上に笑顔で体験できていたことが、親として、とても嬉しかったです🥰
カヤックから戻って少し時間が余っていたところ、インストラクターのお姉さんが、「向こうに魚がいるから見に行こう」と子どもたちに声を掛けて下さり、体験後も有意義に過ごせました。本当に素敵で温かいお店だなと感じました☺️
暑さと疲れで グジグジしそうなタイミングで 子どもたちにジュースのプレゼントをしてくださり、ご機嫌で始められたことも非常に助かりました✨

他の方に気も遣わず、子どもたちのペースで進めていただけたので、貸切プランにして良かったです😊

I made a reservation at the last minute for my honeymoon, but I had some free time. The staff were all very friendly, and I had a great time! They took lots of photos and videos with a drone! I am very satisfied!

I wanted to do SUP in the beautiful sea of Miyako Island and see coral and tropical fish, so I joined this program. The conditions were perfect for SUP that day, allowing me to enjoy both SUP and the beautiful sea of Miyako at the same time, which was a truly luxurious experience. The guide, a young man, was very attentive and provided detailed care and guidance, making it feel like a dream that passed in the blink of an eye. There were also snap photos and drone shots taken by the guide, and I received wonderful memories that leave me sighing every time I look back at them. Next time, I want to focus completely on SUP and underwater viewing without bringing my smartphone or action camera (laughs). The staff, including the guide, were all bright and kind, allowing me to spend a wonderful time with peace of mind. Thank you so much!!

宮古島の綺麗な海でSUPもしたい、珊瑚や熱帯魚もみたいと思いこのプログラムに参加しました。
当日はSUPをするには最適なコンディションだったので、SUPと宮古の綺麗な海を同時に満喫できるとても贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。
担当してくれたガイドのお兄さんが非常に丁寧できめ細かい配慮とガイドをしてくださったのであっという間の夢のような時間を過ごすことができました。
ガイドの方によるスナップ撮影とドローンでの撮影もあり、何度見返してもため息ができるような素敵な思い出もいただけました。次回はスマホやアクションカメラを持たずにどっぷりSUPと海中鑑賞に集中したいと思います(笑)

The snorkeling, the phantom island, and the mangrove canoeing were all fantastic experiences. The instructor was very kind and took many photos for us. If I have the opportunity to come back to Ishigaki Island, I would definitely like to experience it again.

I participated alone, and as a beginner, I was a bit anxious, but I felt reassured and enjoyed myself because there was a guide for every 7 to 8 people who taught us carefully. They took a lot of photos, and it became a wonderful memory. If anyone is unsure, I definitely recommend joining!

On this day, I was worried whether the tour would take place due to the earthquake, but miraculously, only the 3 PM tour was held. It was my first experience with clear SUP, and thanks to the instructor's kind and thorough guidance, I was able to stand on the board and paddle. During our free time, with the instructor's generosity, I also had the opportunity to experience clear kayaking. I was able to see the blue coral reefs and many fish. In the end, I received a wonderful video that included many photos and images taken with a drone. I made the best memories in Miyako Island.

この日、地震の影響でツアーが催行されるか心配でしたが、奇跡的に15時のツアーのみ催行されました。初体験のクリアSUPでしたが、インストラクターの方の懇切丁寧な指導のおかげで、何とかボードの上で立って、パドルで漕ぐことができました。自由時間には、インストラクターの方のご好意で、クリアカヤック体験もさせていただきました。青い珊瑚礁や多くの魚も見せていただくことができました。そして、最後には多くの写真とドローンで撮影された画像も入れて、一本の素敵なビデオをプレゼントしていただきました。宮古島で、最高の思い出ができました。

The weather was great, and I enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding in the beautiful emerald green sea. The drone footage and photos were stunning, and I felt it was definitely worth it! Thank you to the instructors as well!

I participated with my boyfriend, and even though I can't swim, I had an amazing time! When I struggled to move forward, the tour guide helped me, which was reassuring. They took a lot of photos for us, and we even got videos, so it's definitely worth it! After it was over, we could also experience it on our own, so I think it's great for those who want to do more.

女の子の力ではなかなか前に進まない時はツアーのお兄さんが助けてくれて、安心しました。

In conclusion, it was really great! The sea was beautiful, and the instructor taught me how to ride properly, so I didn't fall at all!

Instead of everyone moving together, each person has their own instructor!

Also, the drone experience was quite good. They added music and edited the photos into a video for me!

Due to strong winds, we did SUP on a different river instead of Kabira Bay. It was SUP while viewing the mangroves, but I would like to experience SUP at Kabira Bay as well. I was worried since it was my first time doing SUP, but thanks to the guide who taught us carefully, I was able to enjoy it without falling.

風が強かったため、川平湾ではなく別の川でのSUPでした。
マングローブを見ながらのSUPでしたが、川平湾でのSUPも体験してみたいです。
初めてのSUPで心配でしたが、ガイドの方から丁寧に教えていただけたため転ぶことなく楽しめました。

On the second day in Miyako Island, I had a reservation, but due to bad weather, I received a call two hours before on the previous day and on the day itself, and they changed it to the third day, allowing me to enjoy it. Even when I was blown away by the wind, the instructor helped me, and on the way back, I received photos and videos from the drone, which was the best! ☆*ﾟ

宮古島の2日目に予約してたが、天候不良で前日、当日の２時間にも連絡いただき３日目に変更していただき楽しむ事が出来ました
風で流されてもインストラクターの方に助けていただき、帰りには写真、ドローンからの動画もいただいて最高☆*ﾟ

In mid-July, I signed up for SUP at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave, but due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, it turned into a half-day snorkeling experience at the Blue Cave. They kindly offered to transport us back on the bus while still wet, so I made sure to apply sunscreen and wore my swimsuit to participate. Even as a first-time snorkeler, they taught us patiently, allowing me to swim without anxiety, and they checked in to see if I was tired.

The sea was incredibly beautiful, so I could look down at the seabed without fear, and I was amazed to see many corals and colorful fish up close. Experiencing the Blue Cave without going to Italy is unique to this place! Since we wore life jackets, I recommend it even for those who are not confident swimmers. Although I didn't get to see any sea turtles, it was the best experience.

7月中旬
川平湾SUP＋青の洞窟シュノーケリングで申し込みましたが、催行人数に満たず青の洞窟シュノーケリング半日になりました。
濡れたままバスで送ってくださるとのことで、しっかり日焼け対策をし水着を来て参加。初めてのシュノーケリングでも、丁寧に教えてくださるので不安なく泳げ、疲れていないかも聞いてくださります。
とにかくキレイな海なので、恐怖心なく海底を覗くことができ、たくさんのサンゴやカラフルな魚を間近に見られることに感動しました。
青の洞窟もイタリアに行かずに体験できるのは、ここだけ！
ライフジャケットも着用しているので、泳ぎに自信がない人にもおすすめです！
ウミガメには会えませんでしたが、最高の体験でした。

In mid-July, under clear skies, we rented one clear SUP and one clear kayak. My wife was a bit nervous, worrying about what would happen if she fell, so we decided on the kayak for her.

First, my wife tried the SUP while I took the kayak. I thought we could switch if it didn't go well, but she managed to stand up easily and even went out further. During our free time, we switched between the SUP and kayak and enjoyed both.

Each group had a staff member with us, which made us feel very secure. They taught us how to paddle, stand, and maintain balance effectively, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sea.

The ocean is truly stunning! We even saw Nemo and Dory. As we are in our mid-50s, we want to experience as much as we can now, as there may be age restrictions in the future that could prevent us from doing so.

Finally, we were moved by the edited footage from the drone we had filmed. We want to cherish and protect the sea of Miyako Island while enjoying it!

7月中旬快晴の中、クリアサップとクリアカヤックそれぞれ1台ずつかりました。妻がビビって、落ちたらどうしようとか不安がっていたので、1台はカヤックにしました(^^;)
まずは、妻がサップを体験、私がカヤック。ダメだったら変わろうと思っていたのですが、難なく立つこともでき、さらに沖合まで行きました。自由時間にサップとカヤックを交代して両方楽しむことができました(^o^)
スタッフも1組に1人ずつ付いていただいて、すごく安心してできました。こぎ方、立ち方、バランスの取り方、ポイントを上手に教えていただきましたので、楽しくきれいな海を堪能できました。
本当に海が綺麗です！ニモやドリーも見えました。
50代半ばの私たちは、今後、年齢制限があって、やれない場合もあるかもしれないので、今のうちにいろんなことを体験したいです。
最後に、ドローン撮影した映像を編集していただき、感動です。
宮古島の海を大切に、守りながらも楽しんでいきたいですね♪

The day of the experience had strong winds, which made it a bit challenging for beginners, but I was able to enjoy stand-up paddleboarding in the beautiful sea, and it was fun.

The staff were kind and great, casually chatting with us before and after the experience and sharing information about Miyako Island.

I'm not sure if we received all the footage from the drone and photography sessions, but I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a shot of us waving at the drone at the end.

However, after the experience, the staff created an original video for us, and the quality was high, which was very moving.

体験の日は風が強く初心者にとっては少し大変でしたが、綺麗な海でサップを体験することができ、楽しかったです。
体験前後にも気軽に話しかけてくださったり、宮古島について教えてくださったり、スタッフの方々も優しく良かったです。

ドローン撮影や写真撮影など、撮影したもの全てをいただけたのかが分かりませんが、最後にドローンに向けて手を振ったショットがなかったのが少し残念でした。

ただ、体験後にスタッフの方がオリジナルの動画を作成してくださり、そのクオリティが高く、とても感動しました。

I experienced clear stand-up paddleboarding for the first time. I participated with my college student daughter. Although I was nervous, the staff kindly taught us, which eased my tension and made for a very enjoyable time. At first, I struggled to go in the direction I wanted and had moments of doubt, but the staff encouraged us with various comments and conversations, which helped keep our spirits up. I appreciate the pleasant communication. The stunning scenery elevated my mood and made it a great experience. I would love to come back and enjoy this again when I visit Miyako Island.

初めてクリアsupを体験しました。大学生の娘と2人で参加させていただきました。ドキドキしながらでしたが、スタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくれ緊張がほぐれ、大変楽しい時間となりました。初めはなかなか上手く行きたい方向に進めなかったり、思うようにいかず、大丈夫だろうかと思う場面もありましたが、とにかくスタッフの方がいろいろ声かけいただいたり、違う話をしていただいたりで気持ちを前向きにしてくれました。気持ちのよいコミュニケーションに感謝しています。最高の景色で気分を高めることができいい経験となりました。また宮古島に来た際にはお世話になりたいです。

I tried stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time, and thanks to the guide who taught us carefully both on land and on the water, I was able to finish the tour safely and enjoyably! The scenery when I was paddleboarding in such a beautiful place is still fresh in my mind! The guide also shared information about restaurants and spots on Ishigaki Island while we were in the car, so it was a satisfying tour!

It was my first time kayaking, but the guide was very thorough in teaching us, so I had no worries at all. Our valuables were kept in a locked box, and we only brought water and our mobile phones onto the kayak. They took so many great photos that I felt we didn't even need to take our own. They also filmed us with a drone, and the surprise gift at the end was fantastic. The guides were all kind and greeted us with bright smiles throughout, making it a fun memory. Thank you for providing an experience that was worth more than the price!

初めてのカヤックでしたが、ガイドの方がとても丁寧に教えてくれるので何の心配もありません。貴重品は鍵付きのBOXで預かってもらえて、カヤックに持ち込むのは水と携帯電話。写真を沢山撮ってくれて自分達で撮る必要はないんじゃないかなと思うくらい良い写真ばかりでした。ドローンで撮影もしてもらい、終わったあとのサプライズプレゼントは最高でした。ガイドの方々が皆さん親切で終始明るい笑顔で接してくれたので楽しい思い出になりました。お値段以上の体験をさせてもらいありがとうございました！

The weather was great and the view was amazing. The guide's explanations were very enjoyable, and I was excited the whole way until we reached the island of illusions! The sea was so beautiful that I was surprised.

I experienced snorkeling near the Blue Cave for about an hour. The weather was bad that day with high waves, but I was able to see fish that usually don't come to shallow waters, so it seems like the weather doesn't matter much unless it's pouring rain. When the sun peeked out occasionally, the sea was very blue, and there were many colorful fish, which was beautiful. I was very satisfied because I even saw Nemo.

Regarding the activity arrangements, I received a call for final confirmation around 5 PM the day before, which was reassuring. Originally, I had booked a plan for two activities, SUP and snorkeling, in the morning, but due to a lack of participants, I ended up only experiencing snorkeling. Since it was my first time, I was quite tired, so I think it was fine to just do snorkeling.

1時間ほど青の洞窟付近の海でシュノーケリングを体験しました。当日は天気が悪く波が高かったのですが、その分普段浅瀬にいないような魚たちが見れたそうなので、天気は大雨じゃない限りは気にしなくて良さそうです。
たまに晴れ間が見えた時に海がとても青く、カラフルな魚がたくさんいて綺麗でした。ニモも見れたのでとても満足感が高いです。
アクティビティの調整については、前日の17時過ぎくらいに電話がかかってきて最終確認が出来たので安心できました。もともと予約をしていたSUPとシュノーケリングの2アクティビティを午前のみで行うプランについては、人数不足ということでシュノーケリングだけを体験することになりましたが、初めてだったこともありかなり疲れたのでシュノーケリングだけで良かったと思います。

I signed up for a half-day course that included SUP and snorkeling at the Blue Cave, but I was informed the day before that it was canceled due to not reaching the required number of participants. Since I had other plans in the afternoon, I reluctantly changed to the half-day SUP course. It was disappointing not to go to the Blue Cave, but I was surprisingly able to stand up easily and had a lot of fun. During the shuttle, they also recommended some great restaurants, and all the places were delicious, making for a wonderful trip.

SUPと青の洞窟シュノーケルが半日にできるコースを申し込んだのですが、前日に人数に達してないため、開催されないと連絡が…。
午後から別の予定が決まっていたので、仕方なく半日のSUPコースに変更しました。
青の洞窟に行けなかったのは残念でしたが、意外に簡単に立つこともできて、とても楽しかったです。
送迎の時にオススメのご飯屋さんなども教えていただき、どのお店もとても美味しくいい旅行になりました。

Due to changes in the weather, I had to join this tour in the afternoon on short notice. The instructors were polite and kind, and I was really surprised to see over 20 participants from both the East and West. Instructor Ryu explained the tour details in both Japanese and English, and by the time we arrived at Kabira Bay, the atmosphere in the vehicle was really nice.

Once we arrived, we joined another group of instructors and split into smaller groups to go paddleboarding. Although the wind was strong, the weather was great, and the water was crystal clear—it was amazing!

Paddleboarding requires more arm strength than it looks, so I want to train more and participate again. I'm grateful to have joined a tour that will be a memorable page in my life. Thank you very much.

天候の変化により、急遽、午後にこちらのツアー参加となりました。
インストラクターの方々は丁寧で優しく、ツアー参加の方々も洋の東西を超えて20名超の参加ですごくびっくりしました。インストラクターのRyuさんは、日本語と英語でツアー内容など説明してくださり、川平湾につく頃には車内は本当にいいムードでした。
現地では別のインストラクターの方々と合流し、グループに分かれてSUPに乗りました。風が強かったけれど、お天気もよくて水も透き通っており、最高でした～！！
SUPは見た目以上に腕力も必要ですので、もっと鍛えてまた参加したいと思います。

On this tour, I went snorkeling at the Blue Cave in the morning and experienced stand-up paddleboarding at Kabira Bay in the afternoon. The staff contacted me via email before the trip to provide details about the itinerary, what to bring, and important notes.

During the morning snorkeling at the Blue Cave, I was assigned to a group of foreigners. To make it easier for me to understand (since I am more accustomed to Japanese), the staff member Mr. Kameyama kindly offered to explain in both English and Japanese, which I really appreciated.

It was my second time snorkeling, but I was still nervous and not very good at swimming. Mr. Kameyama stayed with me using a float ring, which made me feel really safe. He also captured wonderful moments with a camera, and my friend and I had a fantastic time!

The stand-up paddleboarding experience at Kabira Bay was my first. Our guide, Mr. Hiroki, provided the lecture, while Ms. Suzuka acted as the interpreter. Both of them were very enthusiastic and friendly, and I was able to learn how to paddleboard quickly. The round trip was more tiring than I expected, and when my friend got exhausted on the way back, Mr. Hiroki paddled in his place. I was truly grateful for that help!

今回のツアーは午前中に青の洞窟でシュノーケリング、午後に川平湾でサップを体験しました。
スタッフの方は前日までにメールで連絡をくれ、旅程の詳細、持参品や注意事項などを教えてくれました。
午前中の青の洞窟シュノーケリングでは、私は外国人グループに振り分けられました。より理解しやすいように（私は日本語の方が慣れているので）、スタッフの亀山さんが、英語に加えて日本語でも説明をすると言ってくれ、本当にありがたかったです。
シュノーケリングは2回目でしたが、やはり緊張しましたし、泳ぎも得意ではありません。亀山さんがフロートリングを使ってずっと付き添ってくれ、本当に安心できました。カメラで素敵な瞬間も撮ってくださり、友人と私はすっかり夢中になって楽しみました！
午後の川平湾サップ体験は初めてでした。ガイドのHIROKIさんがレクチャーを、SUZUKAさんが通訳を担当してくださいました。お二人はとても熱心でフレンドリーで、すぐにサップを覚えることができました。往復は思っていた以上に疲れ、帰り道で友人が漕ぎ疲れてしまった時には、HIROKIさんが代わりに漕いでくれました。本当に助かりました、感謝しています！
