Important activity information

• Children 3 and under can participate for free only if they do not require a seat. (In the case that there are open seats available, children 3 and under may use the seats for no extra charge). Should your child 3 or under require a seat, please book one for them from the drop down menu under "Child 4~6 years old'.
• Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Those considering using a wheelchair must be accompanied by a support person as a condition of participation. Please note that we do not provide wheelchair rentals. When bringing your own, only foldable ones are allowed. We will store it lying down in the trunk."
• Participation is not allowed for unaccompanied students below junior high school age.
• Pets are not allowed on the bus tour.
• Please strictly adhere to the designated meeting place and time. If you fail to arrive by the scheduled time, the bus will depart, considering it as a forfeiture of your participation. In case you miss the meeting or departure time and are unable to join the trip, the specified cancellation fee will still apply.
• If a customer disrupts the order of group activities and hinders the safe and smooth operation of the trip—such as by disobeying instructions from our staff, crew, or others involved in ensuring the safety and smooth execution of the trip, or by committing acts of violence or threats against these individuals or fellow travelers—we may partially terminate the travel contract after providing the customer with an explanation of the reasons in advance.
• For itineraries with no reservations made by customers at least 7 days prior to departure, the schedule may be canceled without prior notice.

• Due to traffic conditions, there may be discrepancies in the pick-up and drop-off schedules. At peak season, it is common for drop-offs to be delayed so please keep this in mind when planning your schedule.
• Due to traffic conditions, the order of drop-offs may change.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the bus.
• If you are not a guest at one of the hotels where pick-ups and drop-offs are available, please go to the one closest to your accommodations. If you are unsure, leave the pick-up selection area blank and the local tour operator will contact you regarding the name of the closest pick-up location to your accommodations.
• Please inform the bus driver on the day of the tour if you wish to be dropped off at a different hotel.
• Guests who wish to be dropped-off at the Kariyushi Urban Resort will be drop-off at the closest bus stop (a 2 to 3 minute walk from the hotel).
• Rides on the Nago Pineapple Park's Pineapple Cart is not included in this tour package.
• You may store your suitcase on the bus, however please keep an eye on your personal items at all times. Please understand that urgent luggage withdrawal from the storage area cannot be done.
• There is a 10-15 minute walk from the parking lot to Churaumi Aquarium.
• The tour attendant will not board the bus, but there will be a Japanese-speaking bus guide aboard that does not speak English.
• The tour operator will decide the seating arrangement in case many participants are joining the tour. Please note that participants who booked in an odd number may be seated separately.
• The bus will pass through pick-up/drop-off points that have no participants.
• The meeting time is 10 minutes before the departure time.
• Please note that auxiliary seats may be used.

• We operate from one person, but depending on the number of customers, we may operate jointly with other company's tours. In that case, the meeting place, meeting time, and itinerary (tour order, some sightseeing spots) may change. (We will inform you before departure.) Other company's tour: Cerulean Blue.
• It costs 100 yen to visit the Manzamo Promenade. Please note that the Manzamo Promenade may not be available for viewing due to weather conditions.

• You may leave the tour at any stop, but it will be considered a tour abandonment and no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please have lunch at your preferred time (we recommend the Churaumi Aquarium, as it has the longest stay time). Additionally, there are no specific restrictions on eating and drinking in the vehicle, as long as it is not alcoholic beverages or strongly scented items.
• Regarding seating, it is generally free seating, but during busy times, seats may be assigned in advance. If your group has an odd number of people, you may be seated with other guests. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please note that the guidance is considered part of the service, and refunds will not be issued even if it cannot be provided due to issues such as unforeseen circumstances.
  The tour will be conducted in Japanese only. Guidance in other languages is not available.
• Please note that due to the opening of a large facility, the return time may be significantly delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
• The departure time may be delayed due to road conditions or other factors.
• Stops without passengers will be skipped.
• During bus operations, please follow the times and instructions provided by the bus crew and guide.
• Changes to boarding or drop-off locations cannot be made on the day of departure. If you change your boarding location without prior notice, you will not be able to participate in the tour.
• Please take care of your belongings to avoid theft, loss, or mix-ups at any stop. Luggage loading/unloading by bus staff is a courtesy, and we cannot take responsibility for its management. In case of damage, loss, or theft, neither our company nor the bus company will be liable. Thank you for your understanding.
• Travel costs may be subject to change if there are revisions to transportation services or fares. Thank you for your understanding.
• Large items such as carry-on bags, wheelchairs, and strollers will be stored in the bus trunk.
• Loading and unloading of luggage during facility visits is not possible. Please ask the staff for assistance when boarding or alighting.
