Important activity information

• Children aged 0-3 are free of charge but do not have a seat. One child per adult can be accompanied for free.
• Please strictly adhere to the meeting time and the designated times for each tourist facility. Those who arrive late will not be able to participate, and refunds will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, or if the bus cannot depart on the day due to weather or other force majeure, we will contact you via reservation email or phone 1-2 days before departure. Please note that a full refund or date change will be provided.

• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
• After completing the reservation, unless there are special circumstances such as suspension of service, the organizer will not contact you, so please come to the meeting place on the day of the trip.
• There will be a Chinese-speaking guide at the destination. Look for the sign "EasyGo" as a marker.
• As a general rule, the vehicle used will be a large bus with a capacity of 45 to 49 passengers, and the minimum number of participants is 1. The size of the vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of participants. If there are 10 or fewer participants, a small commercial vehicle with a Chinese driver will be arranged. Please be aware of this in advance.
• The guide is a Chinese guide residing in Japan. They are unable to speak Cantonese, Taiwanese, or English. It is recommended that those who cannot accept guidance in Chinese refrain from making a reservation.
• Lunch is not included. There are places where you can have a meal.
• Except for carry-on bags, if you have large luggage, you are allowed one 28-inch suitcase per person, which will be placed in the bus's luggage compartment. Please indicate the number of items to be placed in the bus's luggage compartment when making your reservation.
• Luggage that includes dangerous or offensive items that could cause injury or discomfort to passengers is not allowed inside the vehicle. Additionally, placing luggage in the aisles or on the seats is prohibited.
• Please note that the itinerary, timing, and arrival time of the tour may be temporarily changed due to the weather, traffic conditions, or unexpected emergencies on the day of the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you have reservations for a restaurant or a return flight on the day of travel, please allow at least a 2-hour buffer to avoid delays. Please note that the organizer is not responsible for any inability to reach the scheduled location or catch a flight due to traffic congestion, other acts of God, or emergencies, and we do not accept complaints or negative reviews in such cases. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you wish to leave the group during the tour, please inform the local guide. Please note that if you leave the group midway, it will be considered as abandonment, and any accidents or incidents that occur after leaving the group will be your responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.
