體驗中將使用「工房うるはし」親自進入山中採集的大宜味村產香檸（シークヮーサー）修剪木。
會依照手部大小來決定筷子的長度與粗細，並使用砂紙削磨至理想的形狀。
完成形狀後，以電烙筆烙上名字，最後塗上亞麻仁油作為保護與收尾，即大功告成！
