I participated as a means of transportation since I didn't drive. There was a Soki soba restaurant I wanted to visit near Churaumi and the Fukugi trees, so I went to eat right after entering Churaumi and then enjoyed the aquarium. However, the grounds were quite large, so I did a lot of walking! Because of the heat, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to walk through the Fukugi trees as much on my route.

車運転をしなかったので移動手段として参加しました。美ら海やフクギ並木の近くに行きたいソーキそば屋さんがあったため、美ら海入ってすぐ食べに行ってから水族館を楽しみました。ただ敷地内が広いためとても歩きました！フクギは暑いせいもあって、あまり並木を通らずに終わるルートで少し残念でした。。

I signed up for a course to visit Kariyushi Beach and American Village.

The kids enjoyed the glass-bottom boat and feeding the fish. Since I usually only use a car for transportation, I got quite tired walking around Churaumi Aquarium. The Fukugi tree-lined path was beautiful, but some people were conserving their energy by taking the bus.

At American Village, it felt like a waste if you didn't decide what to do in advance. I was eating crepes and looking at clothes, and before I knew it, time was up. I wanted to go there separately from the tour; I think we’ll want to visit on our own next time.

That's why I felt the stay was a bit short, so I gave it 4 stars.

The schedule was mostly on track. Overall, it was fun. Thank you!

子供たちもグラスボートを楽しんで魚にエサをあげてました
美ら海水族館で結構歩くので普段移動を車しか使ってない私はそこそこ疲れました
その後のフクギ並木も綺麗でしたがバスで体力温存している方もいました
最後のアメリカンビレッジはやる事を決めておかないともったいなかったです
クレープ食べて服見てたらすぐ時間になりました
ツアーとは別で行きたいくらいでした、また次回自分達で行きたいと思います

なので滞在時間が少なく感じて⭐️4にしました

時間もほぼ予定通りに進行されてました
全体的には楽しかったです

We participated as a three-generation family! From gathering to dispersal, we were well taken care of by the excellent attendant, Kim! Thank you for your support.

There were so many participants from various countries and generations that I couldn't even tell how many languages were being spoken. It was a scene unimaginable compared to bus trips from a while ago.

The rest stops were well-planned, making it comfortable for families with children and elderly participants. There were also many gender-neutral restrooms, which made it easier for everyone to join in. We were able to efficiently visit multiple locations, and during travel time, we could take a nap and then listen to explanations or freely explore once we arrived, with plenty of time to spare.

I have visited the Churaumi Aquarium several times and know my way around, but if you want to see a show and have lunch during your stay, it does feel quite tight on time.

We went during the Obon holiday, but the evening traffic wasn't too bad, and there were regular announcements, so I felt reassured.

The ticket distribution was quite far from the entrance, and we had to gather after walking a lot, which made for a long wait in a hot area where we couldn't sit down. I wish the tickets had been distributed on the bus instead.

The bus was not too cold, the announcements were clear, and it was comfortable and easy to understand after we got off! Thank you so much for everything!!

何カ国語でご対応かわからないほど、
たくさんの国から色々な世代の方が
参加され、ひとむかし前のバス旅行からは
想像できない風景でした

休憩場所も丁寧にとられており、
子連れでも年配者でも安心でした。
ジェンダレスのお手洗いも多く、
色々な方が参加しやすいと感じました。
効率よく、多箇所をまわることができ、
移動時間はお昼寝して
到着したところで説明を聞いたり、
自由に散策したりと
たっぷり時間もありました

美ら海水族館は、私は何度か訪問していて
勝手もわかりますが、
滞在時間の間にショーを見てランチするなら
やはり結構タイトに感じます。

お盆に行きましたが、
夜の渋滞もたいしたことなく
都度都度のアナウンスが
きちんとされていたので
不安もありませんでした

チケットの配布が、かなり歩いた後、エントランスでもないところで集まって配布でしたが、
いなくなった人を探しに行ったり、暑くて座れないところで待ち時間が長かったので、バスの中で配布してほしいと思いました。

バスは寒すぎず、アナウンスもよく聞こえ、降りた後も分かりやすく快適でした！
本当にお世話になりました!!

I was able to see views that I can't see in Tokyo, and luckily, we had a great catch while fishing, making it a very satisfying experience. My child is saying they want to go again, so I would like to take care of this again. Thank you very much.

東京では見ることが出来ない景色を見ることが出来て、運良く釣りでも豊漁で、大満足な体験でした。

I didn't catch many fish, but it was a very enjoyable time. As expected, Okinawa is all about marine activities. Thank you to the staff for their courteous service.

多くは釣れませんでしたが、とても楽しい時間でした。やはり沖縄は海のアクティビティてすね。担当者の方も丁寧に接して頂き、ありがとうございました。

Jo was our very professional and sweet guide. With Koh who accompanied us to ensure we were ok all the way. Easy kayak trip with nice cave snorkeling. They took pictures all the way of many memorable moments. Thank you Aruguide for this experience

It was an early morning tour, and we enjoyed paddling together as a parent and child. Since it was high tide and early in the morning, it wasn't too hot, and we had fun paddling. We only managed to catch a crab and a Pacific flying fish that were at the dock. I wonder if we could have seen more of the mangrove roots during low tide.

朝一のツアーでした、親子で力を合わせて漕ぐ楽しみがありました。
満潮時で、朝早かったのでそんなに暑くもなく楽しく漕げましたが、生き物は、カニとミナミトビハゼが船着場に居たので捕まえてみた位でした。
干潮時ならもっとマングローブの根元が見れたのかなぁと思います。

You can take a bus to the places you want to visit in Okinawa. You can also buy souvenirs along the way. It was great to see the Churaumi Aquarium as well. Since I opted for dinner, it took some time on the way back, but once we arrived, we could eat dinner right away. They cooked the steak beautifully, and it was really good. It was delicious.

沖縄で行きたい所にバスで行けます。途中お土産など買うこともできます。美ら海水族館も見ることができてよかったです。夕食つきにしたので帰り道時間がかかったのですが、ついたらすぐ夕食を食べることができました。ステーキをカッコよく焼いてくれてとてもよかったです。美味しかったです。

I appreciate the consideration to park as close as possible to shorten our walking distance, especially during this unusually severe heatwave. It was definitely the right choice to request this. If we had relied on transferring buses, we would have faced long wait times and it would have been very challenging. Above all, the driver's wonderful personality stood out. He conveyed important information accurately while being modest, and he was very dedicated to his work. He observed our situation and provided advice, showing great adaptability, for which we are very grateful. If I have the chance to visit Okinawa again, I would like to request the same driver. Thank you for your help!

例年にない厳しい猛暑の中での観光となったため、できるだけ歩く距離を短くして駐車してくださる心配りに感謝。頼んで大正解でした。バスを乗り継いでいたら、待ち時間も多いし、とても大変だったでしょう。何よりも、ドライバーさんの人間性のすばらしさ。控えめながら、大切な情報は的確に伝えてくださり、研究熱心。私達の様子を見てアドバイスをしてくださり、臨機応変な対応にとても感謝しています。また、沖縄に行くことがあったら同じドライバーさんに頼みたいです。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました！

We came as a group of three and had an absolutely amazing experience with Daan, our tour guide. He was extremely friendly and knew a lot about the local sea life. All the staff at Aruguide were also extremely welcoming and kind. We took the kayaks out to the spot where you can snorkel and also see the cave. The cave itself was fairly crowded but the area around it was incredibly beautiful and so many living things everywhere you look. Colorful fish and beautiful clear water. I couldn't recommend this experience more. 10/10

Relaxed and carefree ride
Unlike a bus trip, the driver was accommodating when my younger child sang songs or needed to use the restroom along the way.
Above all, the driver's personality was truly wonderful...
I would love to meet them again.
I definitely want to use this service again.

バス旅行と違って、下の子が歌を歌ったり、途中でトイレ！などと言っても対応してくださりました。

Even an 11-year-old child was able to enjoy snorkeling safely! The beauty of the sea was astonishingly different from that of the main island. I was very satisfied to be able to feed the fish and see the schools of fish up close.

11歳の子供でも十分安全にシュノーケリングを堪能できました！海の綺麗さは本島とは段違いに綺麗で驚きました。魚の餌やりもでき魚群を間近でみることができとても満足です。

I was able to make good use of my time while sightseeing on the way to Nago. The prices were reasonable, which was great. Next time, I would like to use a course that takes me to the southern tourist spots while moving to Naha Airport.

名護への移動で、観光しながらうまく時間使えました。価格もリーズナブルでよかったです。次回は那覇空港へ移動する南部観光地を巡りのコースを利用したいです。

The driver, Mr. Narusoko, was polite and a very nice person. He researched various information tailored to our interests and shared it with us. When he didn't know something, he humbly said, "I'm sorry for my lack of knowledge." His choices for the route and time management were perfect, and we had a wonderful experience. I'm really glad we asked for his services! Thank you very much!

担当ドライバーの成底さんは、礼儀正しく、とても良い方だった。私たちの関心に合わせて、いろいろな情報を調べてくださり、教えてくれた。知らないことは、「勉強不足ですみません」という感じで、とても謙虚。ルート選び、時間配分も完璧で、素晴らしい体験ができた。本当にお願いして良かったです！

I participated with my elementary school child, who is not good with the ocean and marine life. I signed up hoping to create fun memories in the beautiful waters of Okinawa, and the guide, Dan, was truly wonderful. He really lifted the children's spirits, and they enjoyed it even more than I had imagined.

Kayaking was quite hard, but it was great to enjoy nature more than just arriving by boat to the cave! We returned about 15 minutes late, but I was really grateful that the staff handled it without any complaints.

As we were leaving, Dan saw us off to the car and waved until we were out of sight, which made me very happy. If I have the chance to go to Okinawa again, I will sign up for Algaid's tour! Thank you, Dan!

海と生き物が苦手な小学生の子供を連れて参加しました。綺麗な沖縄の海で、楽しい思い出を作ってほしいという想いから申し込んだのですが、ガイドのダーンさんが本当に素敵な人で、上手く子供たちの気分を盛り上げてくれたので、想像以上に楽しんでくれました。
カヤックは中々ハードでしたが、ボートで洞窟に乗り付けるより自然を満喫できたので良かったです！
お店に戻ってくる時刻が15分くらい遅くなってしまったのですが、スタッフの皆さんが嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれたことも、本当にありがたく思いました。
帰り際にはダーンさんが車まで見送ってくださり、私達の姿が見えなくなるまで手を振ってくれて、とても嬉しかったです。
また沖縄に行くことがあれば、アルガイドさんのツアーに申し込みます！ダーンさん、ありがとうございました！

This was my second time participating at the request of my child, and it was amazing again! We jumped into the waterfall, slid down a natural slide, and above all, the zip line was the best! Even though I was nervous, the staff were kind and encouraging, and I managed to complete it, which gave me an incredible sense of accomplishment. It was the best experience to feel the great nature of Okinawa up close. I highly recommend it!

子供のリクエストで2回目の参加でしたが今回も最高でした！滝壺にとびこんでみたり、天然の滑り台をすべったり、、何よりジップラインが最高でした！ドキドキしながらもお兄さん達が優しく励ましてくれて何とかクリアでき達成感はんぱなかったです^_^沖縄の大自然を肌で感じる最高の体験です。オススメです！

I participated in the afternoon session, but the area around the Blue Cave was very crowded. The instructor mentioned that it was less busy today, but... During feeding time, the children seemed to have a lot of fun surrounded by many fish. Thank you very much!

I was able to enjoy my time safely while operating the kayak myself. It’s completely fine for beginners, but experienced paddlers might find it a bit lacking.

カヤックを自分で操作しながら、安全に楽しく過ごせました。
初心者には全く問題なく、ただし経験者には物足りないかもです。

We participated as a three-generation family from a first grader to a 59-year-old. The instructor's explanations and stories were enjoyable, and the duration of the activity felt just right.

小1から59才の親子3世代で参加しました。インストラクターの説明や話も楽しく時間の長さもちょうどいい感じでした。

It was our first time fishing as a couple, and we had a great time thanks to the thorough guidance we received. They made sure we would catch fish, and we really enjoyed it.

Both my husband and I caught several fish, and we ended with smiles, realizing how fun fishing can be. It was also nice to participate without having to bring any gear.

夫婦ともに初めての釣りでしたが、何から何まで教えてくださり、必ず釣れるように一生懸命アテンドしてくださって楽しかったです。

夫も私も何匹も釣って、釣りって楽しいんだねーって笑顔で終わることが出来ました。手ぶらで参加できるのも気軽で良かったです。

The staff were cheerful and nice.

Due to the boat swaying, about 7 out of 30 people ended up vomiting. There were various people, from children to adults, who vomited both going and returning... Everyone was holding black bags... It was quite an indescribable tour.

We had time for snorkeling twice, but the first time was just to get used to it. I thought I had entered, but I got out right away. I was waiting in line towards the back of the group to get into the water, so my time in the sea might have been shorter as a result.

I unexpectedly joined a tour to see sea turtles and paid the participation fee midway, but only one out of our family of four was able to see them.

It seems they were quite small and far away.

Maybe we were just unlucky...

The staff moved quickly and were always smiling, which was nice.

スタッフさんは明るくてよし。

船が揺れたため、30人中7にくらいが嘔吐してました。子供から大人まで様々な人が行きも帰りも嘔吐して、、、。
みんな黒い袋持って、、、
なんとも言えないツアーでした。

2回シュノーケルする時間ありましが
1回目は、体慣らす程度です。
入ったと思ったらすぐ上がりました。
海に入る列の後ろの方で順番待ちしてたので、余計海にいる時間が短かったのかもしれません。


急遽、海亀見れるツアーに
途中で参加費を払って体験しましたが
家族4人中見れたのは１人だけでした。

かなり遠くで小さく見えたみたいです。


運が悪かったのでしょうか。。

I had a kayaking experience on the Hija River, where I was able to fully enjoy the charm of nature. The instructor's explanations were very interesting, teaching us about the river and the surrounding nature and wildlife in an easy-to-understand manner, mixed with humor. Thanks to this, it became a learning experience rather than just a simple activity. Along the way, I was able to see magnificent mangrove forests, and I was moved by their unique shapes and ecology. As we leisurely paddled along the calm river, the sounds of birds and the wind provided a precious experience that made me forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This kayaking trip became a wonderful memory, allowing me to feel both the richness of Okinawa's nature and the warmth of its people.

比謝川でカヤック体験を行い、自然の魅力を存分に味わうことができました。インストラクターの方の説明がとても面白く、ユーモアを交えながらも分かりやすく川や周辺の自然、生き物について教えていただきました。おかげで単なるアクティビティとしてだけでなく、学びのある時間になりました。途中では立派なマングローブ林を見ることができ、その独特な形や生態に感動しました。静かな川面をゆったりと進みながら、鳥の鳴き声や風の音を感じる時間は、日常の喧騒を忘れさせてくれる貴重な体験でした。今回のカヤックは、沖縄の自然の豊かさと、人の温かさを同時に感じられる素晴らしい思い出となりました。

Having Chinese friends made the guided tour in Chinese extremely helpful. We were able to fully enjoy the northern course, and it seemed that we received useful advice from the guide for our activities later on.

中国人の友人達だったので中国語ガイド付きは非常に助かりました。コースも北部を満喫出来ましたし、後日以降の活動に役立つアドバイスをガイドさんからいただいていたようでした。

The taxi driver recommended places and provided time estimates, allowing us to visit the spots we wanted at our own pace!

タクシーの運転手さんがおすすめや時間の目安を教えてくださったので、自分たちが行きたいところをマイペースにまわってもらえました！

The explanation of coral ecology provided a great research opportunity for the children during summer vacation. We went snorkeling in the rain, but once we got into the water, there were no issues. The staff was very attentive, and we had a wonderful experience.

サンゴの生態から説明がはいり、子供たちにとって夏休み研究になる事柄でした。雨の中シュノーケルを行いましたが海に入ると問題なくまたスタッフの方が非常に気を配って頂き楽しく体験できました。

As stated, the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience incredibly enjoyable! They taught us various names of fish and took many wonderful photos! Swimming from Maeda Point allowed us to see plenty of fish along the way, and it was more fun than going by boat to the snorkeling spots! All the photos they took were beautiful and will be great memories. Some photos were available for a fee, but they kindly provided them for free via AirDrop! I will definitely rely on them again next time!

魚の名前もいろいろ教えてもらったり、素敵な写真もたくさん撮って下さいました！真栄田岬から泳いで連れて行ってくれるので、道中もたくさん魚が見れるし、船でシュノーケルスポットまで行くものよりも楽しかったです！
撮ってくださった写真がどれも素敵で、とっても思い出に残りました。
写真は有料のところもありましたが、こちらはエアドロップで無料で下さいました！
次回も絶対こちらでお世話になります！

I used this service for a trip with two female friends. Neither of us had a driver's license, and we had a pretty clear idea of the places we wanted to visit, so we decided to use a private taxi for flexibility.

The driver was very kind and listened to our requests while suggesting various plans and destinations. He skillfully managed to show us places we didn't know about and even took photos for us, which we really appreciated. Inside the car, he chatted with us at just the right amount, making it a comfortable experience.

We ended up spending too much time at the sightseeing spots, but he adjusted our schedule so we could return to the hotel on time, for which we are grateful. We will definitely use this service again when we visit Okinawa!

友人と女性二人旅で利用しました。二人とも免許を持っておらず、行きたい場所は割と決まっていたので自由の効く貸切タクシーを利用することにしました。
ドライバーさんはとても親切で、こちらの要望を聞きつつ色々なプランや行き先を提案してくださいました。知らなかった場所などにも上手く時間を作って案内して下さったり、写真を撮って下さったりとありがたかったです。車内では適度にちょうど良くお話をして下さったりもして、快適でした。
わたしたちが観光箇所でゆっくりしすぎてしまったのですが、うまく時間内にホテルに戻るよう調整頂けて感謝です。また沖縄に行く際は利用させて頂きます！

I participated with my grandchild, so we chose a course that included Pineapple Park and the Churaumi Aquarium. At Pineapple Park, we were thrilled by the parade of our favorite dinosaurs, and at the Churaumi Aquarium, we were amazed by the giant whale sharks and rays! My grandchild was also very interested in the colorful fish living in the coral reefs. There were quite a few international tourists among the participants, making it a fun and culturally rich tour. I was impressed by the tour guide's fluent English and efficient attitude. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

孫と２人で参加しましたので、パイナップルパークと美ら海水族館が入ったコースを選びました。パイナップルパークでは大好きな恐竜たちのオンパレードに大喜び、美ら海水族館では巨大なジンベイザメやエイに感動！サンゴ礁に住むカラフルな魚たちにも興味津々の孫でした。参加者は、外国からの観光客もけっこういらっしゃいましたので、国際色豊かな楽しいツアーでした。添乗員さんの流暢な英語とテキパキとした態度に感心しました。すてきな旅を、ありがとうございました。
