Okinawa Main Island
Due to the typhoon, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave. However, we were suggested river trekking the day before, and my family of four (son, 13; daughter, 11) participated. I was really looking forward to the Blue Cave on this trip, so I left the hotel feeling a bit disappointed, but once we started trekking, my spirits lifted immediately. The kids had an amazing time swimming and jumping in the waterfall, and they learned tips on skipping stones from our guide. It was a fun experience like no other. My daughter said, "The guide was super nice!" and we were all very satisfied.
I highly recommend the adventurous river trekking. Both the mountains and our guide (Mr. Izushi) were fantastic!

が、前日の連絡でリバートレッキングを提案していただき、家族４人（息子13、娘11）で参加しました。
今回の旅行で青の洞窟を一番楽しみにしていただけに、残念な気持ちをひきずりつつホテルを出たのですが、いざトレッキングをしてみるとテンションが一気にＵＰ。
子供たちも、滝で泳いだりジャンプしたり、ガイドさんに水切りのコツを教えてもらったりと
今までにない楽しい経験をさせてもらいました。
娘は「お兄さん、め～っちゃ優しかったね♡」と、こちらも大満足。

I used the night service with the barbecue set. The barbecue area on the third floor had an outdoor vibe, reminiscent of a beer garden, and we had a great time! 料理の量は十分で、２人で肉を食べきれないぐらいです。男女ならもう少し野菜多めで肉少なめでもいいかな。
ディナークルーズは初めてでしたが開放的な雰囲気で会話を楽しめとてもよかったです。
行ったときは台風が接近してて風が強かったのですが、店員さんが気をきかせてくれて2階の船内席に移動させてもらいました！2階はアーティストの沖縄ライブもやっているのでダブルで楽しめました。おすすめです。

It was great for efficiently exploring Okinawa, especially since it was my first time there and I wasn't used to driving. Walking along the Fukugi tree-lined path was something I wouldn't have thought to do unless I was taken there on a tour, but thanks to that, I had a wonderful experience. In July, I participated with four gospel friends. The place I really wanted to visit on my first trip to Okinawa was the Churaumi Aquarium. I was staying with friends who live in Okinawa, so while they were at work, I planned to enjoy the aquarium. We took a 2-hour kayaking adventure along cliffs near Malibu beach provided by Aruguide. We enjoyed the activity very much thanks to Ryan who was our energetic instructor with expertise on kayaking in Okinawa waters. This was a bonus to us as we never expected to have an English speaking trainer whom we could communicate at ease since we don't speak any Japanese at all.
The tour began with a pickup in front of DFS near Omoromachi Station on the Yui Rail. This time, we visited the northern part of the island, which is not typically included in personal travel itineraries.
On the day of the tour, there were only five participants, making it a very small group. However, this allowed for a well-organized and smooth experience.
We were fortunate with the weather, and the views at Cape Hedo and Daichi Forest Park were beautiful. Although we walked and worked up a sweat, we were able to enjoy the sightseeing with a refreshing feeling (though it was quite hot!).
For lunch, we had a buffet at Okuma Private Beach & Resort, which offered a wide variety of fruits and desserts, including cakes. It was satisfying even when including the regular meal.
Next, we visited the Churaumi Aquarium (the last stop was Nago's Okashi Goten). Although I had been there once before, I didn't have time to explore the entire aquarium, so this time I focused on feeding the whale sharks and watching the dolphin show, which I missed last time.
The dolphin show was shorter than I expected, which was a bit disappointing, but the content was enjoyable, and I wished it had lasted longer.
Given its short duration, I felt a bit let down.
If I could wish for anything, it would be to have a little more time for strolling around the Churaumi Aquarium.
Nonetheless, I was very satisfied with the northern sightseeing experience.

今回は、個人の旅行では中々行かない北部の観光です。
当日は、5名でのバスツアーとなり、非常に参加人数の少ないツアーでしたが、人数が少ないだけに時間行動がしっかりできてスムーズなツアーでした。
お天気にも恵まれ、辺戸岬、大石林山も景観が良く歩いて汗はかくものの爽やかな気持ちで観光出来ました（しかし、暑かったぁ〜苦笑）。
昼食は、オクマプライベートビーチ&リゾートでのビュッフェですがフルーツやケーキなどのスイーツの種類が多く、通常の食事を含めても満足出来るものでした。
次に美ら海水族館でした（最後は、名護のお菓子御殿）。
一度行った事があるものの水族館全体を見回る時間は無いので、今回はジンベイザメの餌やりと前回見られなかったイルカショーに絞り、見て来ました。
イルカショー、思っていたよりショーの時間が短く拍子抜けでしたが、ショーの内容は楽しく、もっとやって貰いたかった。
短かっただけに残念でした。
美ら海水族館は、欲を言えば、散策の時間をもう少しとって貰えると良いと思います。
それにしても北部観光、満足です。

The cave itself is wonderful. If you don't mind bumping into other tourists on your way in and out, it's a great not-too-long activity. There was a huge line to take a photo in the bluest part of the cave, so me and my boyfriend decided to have our guide take our photo in another spot (still insanely gorgeously blue) so we could spend the rest of the time snorkeling.
What I liked aside from the cave were two things: first, they give you "esa" (bait) and you just hold your hand out and the fish come to you! The next thing was that everyone's guide has this really nice underwater camera and they take photos of you the whole time, like 100. You can download them on to your phone and they also give you a CD at the end for free. Beautiful photos, great for couples.

After 30 years, I visited Okinawa. My husband went diving, and I was wondering what to do, so I searched and found the tour I participated in. Reading other people's experiences, I wondered if it would be okay to join alone, but on the day of the tour, everyone else was also participating solo, which made me feel relieved. We headed straight north to Cape Hedo, trekked at the power spot of Daisekirinzan, enjoyed a luxurious lunch with a view of the pristine white sandy beach, and visited the Churaumi Aquarium. The bus was comfortable, allowing for a pleasant sightseeing experience! Since everyone else was also participating alone, we enjoyed a lunch buffet together, chatting in a mix of English and Japanese, and the day flew by. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Okinawa!
