It was a very fulfilling one-day tour. I was able to visit all the places I wanted to see: Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, Manzamo, Okashi Goten, and American Village, so it was great to see them all in one day. The timing of the announcements for each location was also well understood.
If possible, I think it would be nice to have 180 minutes at Churaumi Aquarium since it is large and requires some movement from the parking lot.
とても充実した一日ツアーでした。美ら海水族館、古宇利島、万座毛、御菓子御殿、アメリカンビレッジと行きたかった所だったので、１日で見れてとてめ良かったです。放送で流れる、各地の案内のタイミングも良く理解できました。

On my first trip to Okinawa, I signed up for a bus tour since I didn't have a driver's license, and it was great to visit various places in one day. However, perhaps I was too greedy, as the stay time at each location was short, which seemed a bit too busy for my 69-year-old mother. It might be more suitable for younger people. There were also several participants who were traveling alone, and they seemed to be enjoying themselves.
During the tour, I particularly liked the aquarium and Kouri Island. The bus played music from a music box, and at various points, there were automated announcements in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and English explaining the sights we were passing, which helped me learn a bit more about Okinawa.
At one point, I felt frustrated with some people who didn't keep track of the return time, which I think was a misunderstanding of the schedule. Even though it was a trip, I would have preferred if everyone could adhere to the time so we could enjoy the experience more comfortably. (There were also automated announcements regarding such reminders.)

途中、時間を勘違いをしたのか、戻る時間を守らない人達に不満を感じ、旅行とはいえそこは守っていただいて気持ちよく過ごしたかったです。(そういう注意事項の自動音声アナウンスもありました)

I think it's good for family and romantic outings. However, instead of spending time at the aquarium, I believe you would be more satisfied by increasing your time at American Village for shopping and dining. Aquariums are all pretty similar, and the dining options are just ordinary buffets. It's just expensive. If you're going to pay the same price, you might as well enjoy a hearty hamburger or American cuisine.

I used this service for a trip with my sister's family in October. Since I was unfamiliar with the area during another trip and had to rush around without knowing the bus routes, this time I chartered a taxi and was able to fully enjoy my time. The driver was warm and shared information about the sights, food, buildings, and Okinawan history on the way, which kept the kids entertained and well-behaved until we reached the Churaumi Aquarium. Upon arrival, the driver informed us about the aquarium's features, the beach, and the dolphin show schedule. It was such a relaxing experience. The driver also advised us about crowded areas in advance, allowing us to postpone some places we planned to visit to the next day. We spent a leisurely day at the Churaumi Aquarium, played a lot, and I felt a bit guilty for falling into a deep sleep on the way back.
We were dropped off at the hotel, and the kids really warmed up to the driver, saying they felt sad to say goodbye. I definitely want to use this service again next time. Thank you very much.

ホテルまで送迎してもらい、子供たちもすっかりドライバーさんに懐いて
さよならが寂しかったと言ってました、次回も必ず利用したいです。

My foreign husband visited Okinawa for the first time, and it was my first visit in 10 years! There were many places I wanted to go, but due to the heat and travel fatigue, we narrowed it down to two locations. We went to Churaumi, so most of the 7-hour course was spent on the round trip and at the aquarium, but we were able to take commemorative photos at a spot overlooking Kouri Island and the bridge, which became a wonderful memory!
On the other hand, I used a cashback campaign, but the response was not smooth, which was frustrating. (The only communication was a message stating that phone inquiries were not possible.) Since the driver was from a different company, I couldn't find out how the cashback would be processed when I asked in the car, and since I couldn't make inquiries by phone, I had no choice but to wait... For that reason, I would give it a 2-star deduction. However, the tour itself was very convenient, so I recommend it!

Since I had extra time than planned, I made a reservation the day before and participated alone. I recommend this for those without transportation who want to visit the main tourist attractions on the island.
Regarding the Churaumi Aquarium, I felt the time allocation was satisfactory, but for those who want to have a proper lunch or take their time exploring the exhibits, it might not be enough. You can see the dolphin show!
In my personal opinion, instead of ending at American Village, it might be nice to change the location to a place where you can enjoy the sunset and take beautiful photos.

We had some anxiety on our first trip together, but since we were participating in an event in Okinawa, we decided to hire a private car instead of joining a package tour. The car was spacious and comfortable, which was great. Our driver was a Chinese gentleman who spoke Japanese fluently and was very kind. His ability to maintain a comfortable distance while being helpful was appreciated, and he quickly took photos for us, which we were grateful for. I knew Shuri Castle was under reconstruction, but it was still a bit disappointing to see it in that state. We were able to visit many attractions, including the Himeyuri Monument and Pineapple Park. The driver spoke only broken Japanese, and I often couldn't understand what he was saying, which made me question whether he understood me. He said he understood when I explained the change in sightseeing spots first thing in the morning, but I was left wondering.
I was taken to a place I said to skip. Even though I mentioned the Heart Rock on Kouri Island, I was brought to the parking lot in front of the beach. There wasn't much time lost at either location, though. When I said I would shop for 20 to 30 minutes at the roadside station and returned, the driver was not there. He was shopping as well. I didn't have to wait too long, but the driver had a vibe that made it hard to get too upset.
However, his driving was rough, he was speeding, and to top it off, he was using his phone while waiting at a traffic light, which I would like him to stop for safety reasons. Well, the driver of the jumbo taxi I arranged through another service was also talking on the phone while driving.
日本語が片言しか喋れないドライバーさんで、何を言っているのかよく聞き取れずこちらの言うことも理解されているか疑問でした。朝イチで観光場所の変更を説明して解ったと言っていたのですが、？でした。
スキップすると言った場所に連れて行かれた。また古宇利島のハートロックと言ったのにビーチ前の駐車場に連れて行かれた。2箇所ともそんなに時間のロスはありませんでしたが。道の駅で20分から30分買い物しますと言って戻ってきたらドライバーさんいませんでした。ドライバーさんも買い物してました。これもそんなに待ちませんでしたが。まあ何故かそんなに腹を立てる気にならない雰囲気を持つドライバーさんでした。
ただ運転が荒い、スピード出し過ぎ、そして極め付けは信号待ちで携帯を操作してましたが、これは安全上の観点からやめていただきたいです。まあベルトラ以外で手配したジャンボタクシーのドライバーさんも運転中に携帯で話していましたが。

The driver was from China. I think they also cater to foreign (Chinese) customers. Their Japanese was decent. This time, I used their service for sightseeing in the southern region, and it seemed like they were quite knowledgeable about the area, so I felt comfortable leaving it to them. Additionally, at each destination, they opened the back door for us, which I thought was very polite.
This might have been coincidental, but since I was taking photos and videos, my smartphone battery was draining quickly. It was helpful that they lent me a car charger for my smartphone (iPhone).

We colored four pieces, two for the children and two for the couple! The staff were very kind and interacted well with the kids, making the painting experience a lot of fun! Each of us painted our favorite colors, and we completed our original shisa. It wasn't too difficult for the children, and the adults were also focused on coloring, so time flew by (laughs). It was great that we could take them home the same day. It became a wonderful memory! Thank you very much!

I got lost while relying on my smartphone, but thanks to the kind person who gave me directions, I just barely made it on time. I was feeling anxious, so hearing "It's okay" was very comforting.
The explanations of the processes and tasks were concise and easy to understand. They didn't interfere unnecessarily, but they were quick to provide support when I needed it, which was really helpful.
Even though we worked until the very end, I was grateful that we could take photos with just the finished piece, and then with the creator and everyone together.
My children have grown up, and we haven't had experiences like this as a family lately, but I really enjoyed it after such a long time. Thank you very much!!
P.S. Since there are samples available, I think even those who are not good at coloring can enjoy it. The children seemed to be having a great time.

The initial itinerary was to leave the hotel for ① Sefa Utaki ② lunch ③ the Yachimun no Sato area ④ a shop for sata andagi, and then return to the hotel. However, we ended up spending more time than expected at ①, and one of the shops we wanted to visit was unexpectedly closed, so we had to change our plans. During that time, the driver kindly informed us about the travel times to our destinations and recommended some wonderful places to visit.
They also patiently explained how to buy tickets at our destination, and the reunion when returning to the car was smooth, which helped us avoid wasting time. Additionally, while driving, they shared interesting stories about life in Okinawa and fun trivia, which kept us entertained.
It was incredibly helpful for traveling in an unfamiliar area!

We participated as a couple. We shared one kayak for the two of us, while the guide had another kayak, and we followed the guide's lead. The guide taught us how to paddle before we set off.
It was a windy day with somewhat high waves, making it challenging to paddle in certain areas, but that made it all the more rewarding and fun. Along the shore, we could see various plants and animals, including mangroves and migratory birds, showcasing the unique ecosystem of Yanbaru.
The flow of the day was as follows:
(1) Gather at the meeting point
(2) Move from the meeting point to the departure location
(3) Kayak departure
(4) Return to the departure location
(5) Disband at the departure location or return to the meeting point's cottage to take a shower before disbanding
As a note, you will definitely get wet, so it's best to come in clothes that can get wet. Also, you can bring drinks on the kayak, so it's a good idea to prepare some.
カップルで参加しました。カヤックは私たち２人で１隻、ガイドさん１人で１隻で、ガイドさんの誘導についていくかたちでした。漕ぎ方は出発前にガイドさんが教えてくださいます。
風が強い日で波が多少高く、場所によっては漕ぐのが大変でしたが、その分漕ぎがいがあり楽しかったです。岸沿いには様々な動植物が生息しており、マングローブや渡り鳥など、やんばる特有の生態系を見ることができます。
当日の流れとしては以下になります。
(1)集合場所に集合
(2)集合場所から出発地点へ移動
(3)カヤック出発
(4)出発地点に戻る
(5)出発地点にて解散・もしくは集合場所のコテージに戻りシャワーを浴びて解散
注意点としては、必ず濡れるので、濡れてもよい服で来るとよいと思います。
また飲み物もカヤックに持ち込めるので、用意しておくとよいと思います。

Since I was staying in Naha, I had an experience at the Okinawa Craft Village nearby. It was built in 2022, and the facility is really beautiful, with various workshops and exhibits that are enjoyable on their own.
The experience starts with choosing the wood and deciding on the shape, allowing you to customize it as you like. However, there are so many options and a lot of interesting stories about the wood, which makes it quite difficult to choose! (laughs)
I learned that wood has a lot of charm and depth!
Shaping the wood can be challenging if you are particular about the form, but the instructors are very thorough, so it's manageable. You follow the steps in the process, and before you know it, you’re working away and time flies by. (I was skeptical about making a pen in three hours, but I got so absorbed that three hours passed in no time! laughs)
Of course, you can replace the core, so it can be used for a long time, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it ages. It’s said that occasionally soaking it in oil makes it even better. Since I made this one myself, I want to take good care of it.
Next time, I’d like to bring my parents along! Thank you!
那覇に滞在だったので、近くにあるおきなわ工芸の杜で体験しました。
2022年にできたとのことで、すごくきれいな施設でいろんな工房や展示物があり、それだけでも楽しめる内容でした。
体験は木を選ぶところから形を決めるなど、自分の好きな様にできる反面、種類も豊富で木にまつわる話をたくさんしていただけるので、かなり迷います！笑
でもそれほど木には魅力や奥深さがある、と今回勉強になりました！
削りは形をこだわれば難しいのですが、丁寧に教えていただけるので大丈夫です。順を追って作業していくのですが、気が付けば黙々と作業してあっという間に時間が過ぎていきました。笑 （ペン作りで3時間？！と疑っていたのですが...没頭してあっという間に3時間過ぎます。笑）
もちろん芯を入れ替えればずっと使用できるので、これからの経年変化も楽しみです。時々オイルなどを染みこませるとより良いそうです。自分で作った1本なので大事に使用していきたいです。
次回は両親を連れていきたいな～と思いました！ありがとうございました！

We used the service for both our arrival and departure with our family. For the arrival, they were waiting with a sketchbook that had our name on it, so it was easy to find them. We arrived at the hotel without any issues while chatting about the weather in Okinawa. For the return, we chose a private charter sightseeing plan and decided to do some sightseeing on the way from the hotel to the airport. They came to pick us up at the hotel right on time. We confirmed our plans in the car and were able to enjoy sightseeing for the full duration. Since we had a little extra time, they took us to an island we didn't know about, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. I was grateful that they took photos for us. It was nice to hear fun stories from a local during the ride. It was so comfortable that I ended up dozing off in the car. They also made a stop for us to buy souvenirs, so thank you for being flexible. I would like to use this service again when I come back to Okinawa.

First of all, the tour itself was good. We were able to visit various places by bus in one day, which was convenient. However, the female guide was disappointing.
The first issue was when we arrived at each location. At first, it was manageable, but as the tour progressed, perhaps due to time constraints, she would rush ahead to the entrance, leaving the tour group behind, and wave from a distance saying, "This way!" Everyone was desperately trying to find the guide who had disappeared. I felt this only added to the time we spent searching for her.
The second issue was the obvious difference in how she treated people. She openly displayed her preferences. She was overly friendly and polite to foreign tourists, while she treated us Japanese tourists with indifference and gave curt responses. It's natural for anyone to have likes and dislikes, but I wished she would treat everyone equally in her professional role.
I believe she may not be aware of this, so I wanted to share my thoughts. It may seem like a minor issue, but I think it's important to make the most of our limited time during our trip. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste, but I would like to participate in a tour again, so I hope for improvements.
最初に。ツアーそのものは良かったです。バスで1日色んなところを周れたし、楽チンでした。
ただ、ガイドの女性が残念な感じでした。
一つ目は、各施設に着いた時。最初の方はまだマシだったけど、後半になってくると時間に余裕がなくなってきたのか、ツアー客置いてけぼりでさっさと一人で入場口まで行き、遠くの方から『ここですよ〜』と手を振ってる始末。皆、何処に行ったかわからんガイドを必死で探してました。これでは余計に時間が掛かってた様に思います。
二つ目は、明らかなる人に対しての対応の違い。自分の好き嫌いを分かりやすく表に出しておられました。特に外国人には凄く愛想よく親切過ぎるくらい丁寧な対応で、私達日本人観光客には適当な対応で、無愛想な受け答えをされてた人も他に見かけました。人間誰しも好き嫌いがあってもおかしくはないけど、仕事として皆平等に接して欲しかったです。
だぶん、自分ではお気付きではないのだと思いますので、この投稿をさせて頂きました。些細な事かも知れませんが、限られた日数、限られた時間いかに有意義に過ごすかは大切なことだと思います。今回は残念ながらあと味悪い旅行になりましたが、また是非ツアー参加したいと思いますので改善宜しくお願い致します。

After getting off the bus, there was quite a distance to the aquarium, and it was so large that we got lost. It would be helpful if the bus could stop a little closer. If that's not possible, I would appreciate it if the guide could lead us to the entrance.
The guide informed us of the meeting times each time, but since we are older, I thought it would be nice if they could provide a handout to avoid any misunderstandings or worries about forgetting.

I went to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium on a bus tour with Veltra. The admission tickets were already arranged, so we were able to enter smoothly.
For lunch, we were on our own, so I enjoyed a meal at the restaurant inside the aquarium. The paid seats were next to the aquarium tanks, but I chose a free seat where I could see the entire tank.
This year, I will be taking my children with me.

Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and Manzamo were all places I wanted to visit, so I was satisfied to see them all! I would have liked to take my time at a few more places, but I enjoyed the key spots! Okinawa is beautiful everywhere, the weather was great, and it was wonderful. The staff were polite, refreshing, and lovely. I would like to use this service again!

I used this service because I wanted to efficiently visit places like Kouri Island and the Churaumi Aquarium. The driver recommended beautiful sightseeing spots along the way, and we were able to stop by them. I was moved to see scenic spots like Cape Zanpa that aren't frequented by many tourists. It was also a lot of fun to take photos and chat about Okinawa during the trip. Since I was traveling with children, the charter was very convenient and helpful.
