- Adult tickets are for junior high school students and above, aged 13 and up.
Child tickets are for elementary school students aged 6 to 12. - Free for preschool children (ages 0 to 6).
Up to two children may enter free per adult. A child ticket is required for the third child and beyond.

- This activity does not accept any changes to confirmed bookings.
- Re-entry is allowed. If you wish to re-enter, please get a stamp on the back of your hand at the stamp station near the exit gate.
- Please refrain from bringing food into the venue; drinks are permitted.
- Please use public transportation such as trains and buses to access the venue. There is no parking lot at e METRO MOBILITY TOWN, and parking in the surrounding area is prohibited.
- Precautions when using the facility and EV carts
