However, when I called VELTRA, I was directed to an automated voice response that instructed me to log into my account and proceed with the cancellation there. Even after logging in, I could only access the reservation page and couldn't cancel. In the end, I gave up.

Isn't there a better way to handle this?

Personnel was courteous. The included lunch (Japanese) was a very nice experience with typical Japanese food to enjoy.

However, we felt as though we had to enjoy the sites on our own, which is okay, since having some free time to wander around the site is necessary; but the balance with information about the site (and history) and free time was not as we would expect, hence it did feel superficial, and the tour seemed more like being taken to the great places of Kyoto rather than being guided.

I usually drive a minivan, so I don't get to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace, but being on the open deck at a high position felt great. The signs were close by, and the highway was enjoyable as well. It was fun to see the night view from angles I usually can't, both from the side and above. The guide's explanations were easy to understand. Since it's this time of year, I was prepared for the cold and dressed warmly, so it didn't bother me at all. It was wonderful to see the night view not only from Midosuji but also from the highway.

We were blessed with good weather, making it a pleasant tour, but I think sun protection measures are essential since the sunlight shines directly down. Each seat had a fan for heat relief. We leisurely explored the famous spots in Osaka while listening to the guide's explanations, and it was very enjoyable to see things from a different perspective due to the height. When we passed under the highway, the steel beams on the back side of the road came right up to us, which was quite impressive.

I really enjoyed this tour. The walk from ferry to the shrine on Miyojima was totally manageable, even in the extreme heat. The food, snacks and shopping nearby was really great too. After we visited the bomb memorial and museum. This was really interesting and emotional, but I enjoyed learning about it. Again the walking was minimal. Our tour guide was such a sweet-heart too! She was a Hiroshima native, and was born just after the bombing so it effect her loves ones first hand, which resulted in some interesting stories and perspective. I would recommend this tour.

バスの前方からミスとが出ましたが、ミストの水が臭くてどんな水を使用してるのかな?、これが第一印象。その後もの凄く暑くて汗がしたたり落ちながら、名所を廻りますが、道路の混み具合で観光スポットがあっという間に過ぎて行き、観光スポットがよく見られませんでした。あべのハルカスで降車可能とのことで手を挙げてとのことで、手を挙げましたが、下ろしてもらえず終点までいかざるおえませんでした。なので観光予定が大幅にくるってしまいました。とても残念です。バスのガイドアナウンスもよく聞こえませんでした。暑いなかじっと耐えながらバスに揺られていた。こんな印象です。ガイドブックで見つけて予約しましたが、もう2度と乗りたくありません。残念です。

There was no roof, but it wasn't as hot as I expected. They also provide cooling patches as a service. The guide talks about food, so I wish I had taken this bus first to gather information; then I could have enjoyed a delicious dinner.
