I wanted to visit various places under the hot sun, but I didn't have the energy to walk, so riding the double-decker bus was the best way to sightsee. I got to see all the places I wanted, like Abeno Harukas, Tsutenkaku, and Dotonbori. I recommend that everyone try it at least once!

暑い日差しの中いろいろな場所にいきたかったのですが、歩く元気もなかったので、二階建てバスは、乗ってるだけで観光が出きて最高でした。あべのハルカス、通天閣、道頓堀、観たい所ばかりだったので、みなさんも一度乗られるといいですよ！おススメします

Since I came all the way to Osaka, I wanted to extend my trip a bit further to Kyoto, and I decided to join this tour that seemed efficient for visiting various places. Even though I was exhausted from the summer heat in Kyoto, I was able to enjoy a fulfilling time without the hassle of navigating trains or checking timetables. At Kiyomizu-dera, I ran out of time and could only manage to grab lunch without being able to worship, which I regret a little. I understand there are limits to the time spent on-site, but it seems there was no strict need to adhere to the prior notice stating, "Lunch will be on your own at Kiyomizu-dera." I wish I had eaten my bento during the transfer from Fushimi Inari Taisha, but I’ll take this as a lesson for next time.

せっかく大阪まで来たので、もう少し足を伸ばして京都まで行きたいと考えていて、効率よく色々回れそうなこのツアーへの参加を決めました。真夏の京都の暑さにぐったりしながらも、自分で電車などで移動するわけではないので、地図を見たり時刻表を確認する手間もなく、すごく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。清水寺では時間が足りず、ランチをとるのがやっとで参拝には至らずだったのがちょっと心残り。現地での滞在時間には限界があるのはわかっていますが、事前の案内に『清水寺で個々で昼食です』というお話を忠実に守る必要もなかったようなので、稲荷伏見大社からの移動中にお弁当を食べちゃうみたいなことをすれば良かったなぁと後悔してますが、次回の教訓にします。

I was frustrated because many of the tour participants were foreigners and didn't return by the meeting time. Also, the restrooms at the tourist spots were extremely dirty; there were empty takoyaki boxes in the sanitary bins, toilet paper thrown on the floor, and feces on the toilet seat, making them unusable.

ツアー参加者は外人ばかりで集合時間になっても戻ってこない人が多くてイライラしました。
それと観光地のトイレがサニタリーボックスにたこ焼きの空のゴミ、トイレットペーパーは床に捨ててある、便が便座についている等異常に汚く使うことができませんでした。

It's just too hot. I couldn't even focus on the wonderful stories from the guide. I felt my consciousness drifting away. It might be better to avoid summer. I was exhausted all day.

暑すぎるの一言。ガイドさんの素敵なお話も入りません。意識が遠のきました。夏は避けた方がいいかもしれないですよ。一日ぐったりでした。

It was hot, but I had a great time. They provided cooling sheets and fans, and the mist shower was also in operation. I felt like I was ready for battle! I wanted to go to the Umeda route, but it was too hot to manage. I deducted one point because of the heat. I'm sorry for the inconvenience despite their heat countermeasures. The guide and driver were also very kind! If I go to Osaka again, I will definitely ride again. Next time, I want to go in spring or autumn!

梅田ルートも行きたかったけど、暑くて無理でした。

I had a great time seeing Osaka from a different perspective efficiently. It was quite a challenge this year with the extreme heat. Once it cools down, I’ll take the northern route too!

I was initially worried about what it would be like in the extreme heat without a roof, but I was drawn in by the guide's fun and lively talk, making it a very enjoyable time! Next time, I would like to participate in the half-day course.

屋根がないので、猛暑の中最初はどうなるか不安でしたが、ガイドさんの楽しくて軽快なトークに引き込まれ、とても楽しいひと時となりました！次回は半日コースに参加してみたいと思います。

The guide provided thorough explanations, making it easy to understand, but since we were viewing the famous spots from the bus, there were moments when they were briefly out of sight depending on the timing.

Also, perhaps because of the extreme heat, we were given cooling gels (frozen cooling patches), but they were painful on sunburned skin. It's best to prepare your own measures against the heat.

Overall, I was able to understand the differences between the streets and appreciate the size of Abeno Harukas, so it was a good experience.

ガイドさんがしっかりと解説してくれるので、わかりやすいですが、バスの中から名物スポットを見るので、タイミングによっては、瞬間的に見えなくなるところがあります。

また、猛暑の中だったからか、冷却ジェル(冷凍された冷えピタ）を渡されましたが、日焼けした肌にはイタイ。
暑さ対策は、ご自身で。

全体的には、筋と通りの違いも分かったし、あべのハルカスの大きさも感じ取れたので、良かったです。

It was my son's and my first trip to Osaka, and thanks to our guide, we were able to enjoy sightseeing even more. Choosing to go in the summer evening was the right decision.

A towel on my head and a hat with a brim. I'm well-prepared for sun protection. However, this intense heat is overwhelming. The bus is running, and I can feel the wind, but it's hot air. The only relief is the mist coming from the second floor. It's a lifesaver.

I will ride again, but in autumn or winter. I prefer the cold.

It was fun. The kids were constantly looking around, their heads turning 360°. I wish there had been a guided town walk. Please plan that. I'm sure there will be customers for it.

次回も乗りますが、秋・冬にです。寒い方が良いですね。

In 2018, during this intense heat, the open-deck double-decker bus was in the time when the sun was directly overhead. The outdoor temperature felt like it was over 40°C. However, thanks to the mist coming from the bus, it was quite cool? (Maybe it just felt that way.) I thought the morning ride wouldn't be too hot, but I was completely wrong. It was indeed hot. Since we were constantly moving, there was a breeze, which felt refreshing. No, it was warm wind. I wish the sightseeing tour could be longer and more leisurely. I wouldn't mind paying a higher price for that. It was way too short. I would like to ride again in the fall or winter. Cold weather would be better.

外の体感温度は40°越え。しかし、バスの四方から出てくるミストのおかげでかなり涼しく？（感じただけかも）午前便で暑くないかも思っていましたが
とんでもない。やはり、暑い。ずっと走りぱなしなので風がくるから涼しー。
いや、温風でした。もっと長くゆっくり観光案内してほしいです。料金高くても良いから。あまりにも短すぎ。また今度秋・冬に乗りたいです。寒いほうがよいですね。

It was a bus tour on a day when the maximum temperature was expected to exceed 35 degrees. The weather was so nice that I almost considered not participating (laughs). The inside of the bus was not as hot as I expected, and the sunlight during the traffic stops wasn't too bothersome. The views unique to an open bus were fantastic! (^｡^)

最高気温３５度超えが予想される日のバスツアーでした。
あまりの天気の良さに、参加を見合わせようかと思ったぐらいです（笑）
バスの中は思ったより暑くなく、信号停止中の日差しもあまり苦になりませた。

Recently, I used the double-decker open-top sightseeing bus in Osaka to visit various attractions! There are four departures a day from Osaka Station on the Umeda route.

Unfortunately, it was raining, but I was able to enjoy visiting various places without getting wet.

I've been to Osaka more than ten times, but this was my first time doing such an activity. I highly recommend it for hot summer days or rainy days, as you can enjoy a lot without getting tired.

I visit Osaka frequently, but since I usually travel by train, I was able to enjoy Osaka from a different perspective this time! I got quite lost trying to find the meeting point, so I think a clearer map would have been helpful.

大阪にはたびたび訪れますが、いつもは電車での移動なので、違った視点から大阪を楽しめました！集合場所がわからずかなり迷ったのでもう少しわかりやすい地図だとよかったと思います。

It was just as I had heard from my wife, who has lived in Osaka for four years. However, since it was my first bus tour, the bus stop was hard to find. The weather was great, but it was too hot, so a hat, UV protection items, and drinks are essential. I highly recommend them.

大阪在住歴4年の妻からの話で聞いてた通りだった。が…初めてのバスツアーだった為バス乗り場が判りにくかった。
天気に恵まれましたが、暑すぎるので、帽子、UVカット用品、飲み物は必需品ですよ。オススメです。

I thought that once I made the reservation online and completed the payment, that would be the end of it. However, it turns out that I needed to either print the application form displayed online as proof of payment or send it via fax to the hotel and present it to the guide. I chose the fax method, but when I tried to send it, there were system errors on the site, and I attempted three times without success. As the meeting time was approaching, I hurriedly emailed the contact listed on the site, and they called me back right away, saying that since the payment was confirmed online, I could just inform the guide, and everything would be fine. When I relayed this to the guide, they responded very kindly. I was very happy! I was able to participate in the tour comfortably. Thank you very much!

ネットで予約を申し込んで支払いを済んだら終わりだと思っていたら 、ネット支払い完了の証明として 、ネットで表示される申込書を、 印刷するか 、ホテル宛に FAX を 送信してその書類をガイドさんに提示しないといけないらしく…
私は FAX の方法を選んで 行ってみたら サイトの システムの不具合で 3回試したけれど エラーになり…、 集合時間が 迫ってきて、 慌てて サイトに 表記してある 連絡先へメールをしたら、すぐ電話がかかってきて、 ネットを見たらきちんと支払いがしてあるからガイドさんに 言ってもらったら大丈夫ですよ。 と言ってくださったので 、ガイドさんに伝えたら、 快く応対してくれました。
とても 嬉しかったです ！
気持ち良くツアーに参加するのとができました。

I had visited Osaka many times on business trips, but I realized there were still so many things I didn't know. We did get caught in a bit of rain, but our guide was fantastic! It was a very enjoyable time in a different way. Thank you for the precious time. If a new route is created, please let me know.

I stayed in Osaka for three days, and while searching online for a day trip to Kyoto, I found this tour. My mother and I participated in a monitor tour, which offered a free spot for one person if we submitted our experiences. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of the tour, and there were many school trip students, tourists, and foreigners everywhere. The rain made it difficult to move forward as umbrellas kept bumping into each other, and we often had to return early. My mother also had trouble walking, so we bought some souvenirs and returned to the bus early to rest. I was really happy that our tour guide, Haru, was considerate and checked on us frequently. I am very grateful for that. I hope for better weather next time and would like to participate again.

大阪に3日間滞在するので、一日京都へ行ってみようとネットで検索していたら、このツアーを見つけました。母と二人で参加し、モニターツアーで、体験談を投稿すると、１人分が無料になるということに魅力を感じ参加することにしました。当日はあいにくの雨で、どこも修学旅行生や観光客、外国の方で人が多く、雨も降っていたので、傘が当たってなかなか前に進めず途中で帰ってくることが多かったです。母も足が悪く、歩くのが辛そうだったので、お土産を買って早めにバスに帰り休んでいました。そけで、添乗員のハルさんが気をつかってくださり、よく声をかけていただけたことが嬉かったです。すごく感謝してます。次回は天気に恵まれることを祈り、また参加してみたいとおもいました。

I was glad to be able to see the illuminations in Osaka from the bus.

They were very beautiful.

However, when we first boarded, there were no blankets or heating pads at our seats, and we waited until just before the bus departed. The staff didn't notice this at all until we mentioned it. I found it strange that they didn't realize it when they first showed us to our seats.

とてもきれいでした。

ただ最初に乗車した時に、私たちの席だけ毛布もカイロもなく、
バスが発車する寸前まで待っていましたが、
それを伝えるまで係員の人はその事に全く気付いておられませんでした。
最初に席に案内してくれた時に気づかなかったのかなと不思議でした。

The tour had about 80-90% international participants, and the guide provided information about the sightseeing spots in both Japanese and English. (It felt like participating in an overseas tour...) I was prepared, but the schedule was quite tight! At each destination, we were told to return by a specific time, and before you know it, the time is up. However, I recommend it for those who want to see many famous places in Kyoto in one day! There was the unfortunate news that Kiyomizu-dera is undergoing major renovations!!! But overall, I think it was a great value tour that covered a lot of highlights. Thank you!

ツアーは、８・９割が海外の方でガイドさんが日本語と英語で観光地の案内をしてくれました。（海外ツアーに参加している様な気分も味わえたり．．．）
覚悟はしていましたがかなりタイトなスケジュールです！
各目的地に着くと何時何分までに戻って来てくださいと言われ。あっという間に時間が来てしまいますが、１日で京都の名所をたくさん回りたい方にはお勧めです！
楽しみにしていた清水寺が大改修中！！！という悲劇もありましが、トータル的にはいいとこ取りのお得なツアーだったと思います。ありがとうございました！

The Chinese audio is full of mistakes!!! What the guide is saying is completely different. Can you make an effort to ensure consistency? Customers are paying properly! I was disappointed.
Also, although it was written online that seats could not be specified, when I got on the bus, the seats had already been assigned to someone else. Japanese people were assigned seats at the front, while foreigners were assigned seats at the back! It's unfair. It has nothing to do with the order of arrival!
I absolutely do not recommend this to foreigners!!!!
I will never use it again!

中国語の音声は間違いだらけ！！！ガイドさん話している意味と全然違います。一致するよう、努力してくれるか？お客さんはちゃんとお金を払っているのに！がっかりしました。
また、ネット上で座席が指定できないと書いてのに、バスに乗った時、座席がすでに誰かに指定されました。日本人が先の座席で、外国人は後ろに指定されました！不公平です。到着順番となんの関係もありません！
外国人に、ぜったいおすすめしない！！！！
二度と使わない！

It was a course that took about an hour to tour around Osaka city on an open bus. I think it's a good value for 1500 yen. I recommend it for those visiting Osaka for the first time.

オープンバスで大阪市内を約1時間周るコースでした。
1500円でコスパはいいと思います。

The weather was nice and it felt really good. The open bus was the best. The timing was just right and it was easy to use. I always use it when I go to Osaka.

The guide seemed very experienced and provided explanations that were easy to understand. The charm of Osaka was compactly presented for first-timers, and I would like to use a different route next time. The weather was nice, so everyone looked a bit hot. However, if the boarding number for the meeting place had been noted, I think I could have gone there without getting lost, but I passed it by. I had enough time and was able to board, though! Anyway, thank you very much.

ガイドさんがベテランのようで、とても分かりやすい説明でした。初めての大阪の魅力がコンパクトにまとまり、次は別ルートでお世話になりたいです。天気が良かったので、皆さん頭が暑そうでした。ただ集合場所の乗り場番号を記載してあれば、迷うことなく行けたかと思いますが、通り過ぎてしまいました。時間に余裕があり乗れましたが！とにかくありがとうございました。

Due to the holiday, there was traffic.
However, it worked out well, allowing us to take our time more than usual. Traffic can be good too!
The view of the sky from the second floor was beautiful!

でも、それが功をそうして、いつもの時間よりもゆっくりと周れた。渋滞もまた良し！

One of the best tour guides in my entire duration of stay in Japan and taking endless day trips with others companies. Peter was simply amazing with lots of knowledge about the places we visited.

The tour with the tour guide Je○ and the driver Miy○ was packed with activities alongside people from various countries. I was disappointed that I couldn't communicate well due to my lack of confidence in my English skills. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, which made it feel like we were just going through the motions, and the hassle of carrying an umbrella and needing rubber boots diminished the enjoyment. However, the tour guide provided historical explanations to help make up for it. We visited four major tourist spots, each taking about an hour. It was hard work, but I think it's great to be able to see major attractions. However, I believe many people might prefer a plan that allows for more in-depth sightseeing (just a personal wish). Also, I would like to see courses that include places like Byodoin and Amanohashidate in the Kyoto sightseeing plan. This was my first time using the monitor, and I would like to do it again. I enjoyed the experience aside from the weather. Thank you for your assistance.

添乗員のJe○さんと運転手の宮○さん、各国の外国の方々と盛り沢山のツアーでした。英語力に自信が無いのでコミニュケーション出来ないのが残念でした。只、生憎の大雨の日で予定をこなす感が強く、傘を持つ煩わしさと長靴が必要な天候で楽しみ半減。ですが、それをフォローするように添乗員さんが歴史の説明をして下さった。観光地四カ所は、それぞれが一時間前後。ハードでしたがメジャーな観光地を回れるのは良いと思います。が、じっくり観光するプランを求めている方も多いかと思いました（個人的希望ですが）。あと、京都観光プランに平等院や天橋立などのコースも検討して頂きたいです。初めてモニターを利用させて頂きましたが、また、モニターしたいです。天気以外は楽しみました。お世話様です。

The trip was a good introduction to Osaka. The trip was an hour long which we found to be the right length of time to be on a bus tour with three teens.

The English "audio-guide" was okay but it would have been better if we had been able to go back track or fast forward forward the tape 15 seconds or so at a time, so as to get in sync with what we were seeing out the window. This feature seemed to be unavailable. Also, I found the head phones didn't stay in my ears well, so it may be a good idea for future tourists to bring along their own head phones to plug into the audio set.

The bus has glass sides which meant we were nice and sheltered. It is a good idea to bring a hat and something to drape over one's arms as the sun can get pretty hot through the glass.

Also, perhaps the place where one catches the bus could be made a little bit clearer. We ended up waiting by the spot where the brochures were, but in fact this was not where the bus stopped. None the less, we were able to see the bus stop a a couple of stops along the bus platform.
