I was unsure about where to visit in Osaka, especially around Umeda. However, in just one hour, I discovered some places to see near Umeda. Of course, Osaka Castle is a must-see, but I also found out that there was an outdoor concert at Nakanoshima, so I decided to check it out. While it's fun to create a detailed travel plan with a guidebook, I was able to experience the excitement of choosing seasonal attractions.

大阪はどこを見たら良いか迷っていました。特に、梅田近辺を見物するのに。そこで、この1時間で梅田付近の見たいところを発見。もちろん、大阪城は外せませんが、中之島で屋外コンサートがあることが分かり行ってみることとしました。ガイドブックで細かく旅行プランを作るのも楽しいですが、旬な観光を選べる謳い文句を体験できました。

The weather was favorable, and the conditions were perfect. I wish I had a little more time. I thought it would be good to combine the Umeda route and the Namba route.

天気にも恵まれ、最高のコンディションでした。もう少し時間があればなと思いました。
うめだルートとなんばルートを合体させたルートでもよいと思いました。

Departing in a somewhat mysterious space among foreigners! Everyone was friendly, and it felt fresh, as if I were in another country. The driver and the guide were also very refreshing. The step platform for getting in and out of the car was appreciated. The explanations from Japanese to English made me feel like I understood a bit of English, which was quite an enjoyable experience.

外国人の方に混じって、ちょっと不思議な空間で出発！
皆さんフレンドリーで何処の国にいるのやら……新鮮でした。
運転手さんも、ガイドさんもとても新鮮でした。車の昇降にステップ台は有り難かったです。
日本語から英語での説明は英語がちょっと理解できた気がしてなかなか楽しい経験でした。

It was my second trip to Osaka after 10 years, and since I didn't know anything about the city, it was great to be able to see the town while listening to the guide's stories. A typhoon was approaching, but the bus had a roof, so we didn't get wet in the rain. I think it would have been tough to walk around in the rain for a long time, so it was nice to be able to tour the area in a short time by bus.

大阪は、10年ぶりの二度目の旅行でしたが、大阪について何も知らないので、ガイドさんのお話を聞きながら、町を見ることができてよかったです。台風が来ていましたが、バスは屋根付きで雨にぬれずにすみました。雨の中、ずっと歩くのは大変だったと思うので、バスで短時間でまわることができたのはよかったです。

The guidance was very clear, and it was great.
It was unfortunate that the weather was bad and the bus roof couldn't be opened, but it turned out to be a nice sightseeing experience in Osaka.

It was a weather with occasional light rain, but the bus roof never closed, allowing for wonderful sightseeing with great visibility. Initially, I thought that the one-hour sightseeing time might be short, but considering the open-air conditions and the plan to head to Dotonbori afterward, it turned out to be just the right amount of time.

時折パラパラと小雨がちらつく天気でしたが、途中でバスの屋根が閉まることもなく、素晴しい視界での観光でした。当初は１時間という観光時間が短いかなと思いましたが、吹きさらしの状態であることや、観光後に道頓堀に廻る予定だったことあり、ちょうど良い時間でした。

At first, it drizzled, and we had to close the roof of the bus. The online information mentioned that "raincoats will be distributed in case of rain," so I was prepared for a tour in a raincoat based on the weather forecast, but I was glad to avoid getting wet from the cold rain. However, it was disappointing that we couldn't see tall buildings like Abeno Harukas and Tsutenkaku clearly. Still, I was satisfied with the tour as I was able to grasp an overview of Osaka and the one-hour duration was adhered to.

最初に雨がぱらついて、バスの屋根を閉めた観光になりました。WEBでの案内では「雨の際はカッパを配付する」とあったので、天気予報から雨ガッパでの観光を覚悟していたのですが、冷たい雨に濡れずにすんだのは良かったです。しかし、アベノハルカスや通天閣など高層建物が十分に見れなかったのは残念でした。それでも、大阪の概要をつかむことができたこと、１時間という所要時間が守られたことなどの点で満足のいく観光でした。

Of course, I've been to Osaka many times, but taking this bus allows you to see the landmarks all at once, and the explanations are thorough, so I was able to learn things I didn't know before. It's a meaningful way to spend your time when you have a little free time. I also continued to use the Umeda route, but I felt like the wait was a bit wasted since there was over an hour of downtime before my transfer. Most of the other passengers were also using both the Namba and Umeda courses, so it would be appreciated if you could minimize the waiting time between transfers. If I have time in Osaka, I plan to ride the same course repeatedly.

勿論大阪には何度も来ていますが、このバスに乗ると名所？をまとめて見られるし、解説が丁寧なので今まで知らなかったことも勉強できました。
ちょっと時間が出来た時に利用すると有意義に過ごせます。
うめだルートも続けて利用しましたが、乗り継ぎまでに１時間以上時間が空いたので待ち時間がもったいなかった感じです。
同乗した方もほとんど「なんば」「うめだ」両コースを利用していたので、乗り継ぎにあまり時間が空かないようにして頂くと有り難いです。
大阪で時間が出来たら例え同じコースでも繰り返し乗ろうと思います。

I met them through the PTA for my child, and this year marks our 20th anniversary. We gradually saved up for a two-day, one-night trip. Since it was my first time in Osaka, we decided to tour by bus. It was great! I thought it would be nice to ride again when the ginkgo trees change color!

子供のPTAで知り合い、今年で20周年をむかえ、少しずつ積み立てて、一泊２日の旅行でした。大阪は初めてだったので、とりあえず、バスで巡ることになりました。良かったです。銀杏が色ずく頃にまた乗れならいいなあ！と思いました。

I've been to Osaka several times, but I hadn't explored much, so I decided to take a ride. The weather was too nice and hot, but the cooling patches and mist helped ease it a bit. The vehicle slows down and stops at key points, so you can enjoy the view from the window quite a bit. I think it's a good way to see the general areas.

大阪には何度か来ていますが、あまり、あちこちに行ってなかったので、乗車してみました。
お天気が良すぎて暑かったのですが、冷えピタとミストで幾分か和らぎました。
要所要所で減速したり、停車してくれますので、車窓でも結構楽しめます。大体こんな感じという所を見て回るにはいいと思います。

I thought I could see Osaka Castle from the second floor of the bus, but I only got to see it a few times, mostly when we were between buildings or crossing intersections. Since the street trees hadn't shed their leaves, there were hardly any photo opportunities.

大阪城をバスの二階から見学出来ると思って乗車しましたが見れたのは数回でビルの間や交差点を横切る瞬間などと、街路樹が落葉してないのでシャッターチャンスはほとんどなかった。

I live in the Kansai region, but I really enjoyed it. The weather I was worried about held up somehow, and I explored Osaka in a pleasant climate. I definitely recommend it to those from outside the prefecture!

The weather was nice, and I enjoyed sightseeing while listening to the guide. I felt like I got to know Osaka a little better. If I have the chance to go again, I would like to try a different course.

It was my first time in Osaka, so I didn't know anything and took a sightseeing bus. I was able to visit the main attractions, which was great and very helpful. After getting off, I moved around by train to the places I enjoyed visiting, and I was very satisfied.

初めての大阪でしたので何も分からず観光バスに乗りましたが主だった所を観光出来とても良かったし、助かりました、下車してからは観光したときに良かったなーと思ったところを電車で移動し大いに満足しました、

The guidance from our tour guide, Jewel, was precise and her storytelling was wonderful. Aside from us, the rest of the group was made up of foreigners, but I believe it was largely thanks to her that everyone adhered to the meeting times at each location. I also forgot the driver's name, but his safe driving and humility left a good impression. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

添乗のジュエル？さんの案内が的確で語りも素晴らしかった。私達夫婦以外は全員外国の方でしたがどの場所の集合時間がきちんと守られたのは彼女の功績大だと思います。また名前は失念しましたが運転手さんも安全運転と謙虚さが好印象でした。また機会があれば利用したいと思っています。

My first solo trip to Osaka. I met a friend in Osaka and decided to join your bus tour for some sightseeing on my way back. One hour was barely enough; it was packed with highlights. Even though I was on the bus, I enjoyed it thoroughly, and despite the hot day, I managed to cope with the mist and cooling patches.
Please consider creating a two-hour course as well.

初めての大阪ひとり旅。大阪で友達に会い、帰りに市内観光をと思い御社のバスツアーに参加しました。１時間じゃ物足りないくらい、見どころ満載でした。バスの上からだったのですが、十分楽しめましたし、暑い日でしたが、ミストと冷えピタで何とか凌げました。
２時間コースも是非作ってください。

It was a sunny day with temperatures close to 30 degrees, but with the mist from the roof, it wasn't too hot. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and the hour flew by! I wanted to stay on longer.

We came to Osaka for our wedding anniversary trip. We arrived in the morning and had some time before our departure, so we ate Kansai-style udon and then had grilled squid at the basement of Hankyu Department Store before boarding the bus. The double-decker bus was very spacious, and the mist felt really nice. The weather was great, and as one of the purposes of this trip was to explore Osaka's gourmet food, we chose the Namba route. After arriving at the Osaka Station Bus Terminal, we quickly enjoyed takoyaki, headed south, and indulged in okonomiyaki, kushikatsu, and fugu. Next time, I want to join the northern route that includes Osaka Castle.

結婚記念日旅行で大阪に来ました。朝到着し出発まで時間が有ったので関西風うどんを食べ、阪急百貨店地下でイか焼を食べた後バスに乗車。２階建てでとても開放感がありミストがとても気持ち良かったです。天気も良く今回の旅の目的の１つである大阪グルメ食べ歩きをする為の下見として、なんばルート選びました。大阪駅前バスターミナルに到着後、早速たこ焼きを食べ南に下りて行き、お好み焼き・串かつ・ふぐを堪能できました。今度は大阪城のある北ルートにも参加したいと思います。

On August 30th, I participated in a tour with five friends that departed at 5 PM. The bus was a red double-decker, and since the weather was nice, most of the roof was open. There were air vents and misters blowing out here and there, so the heat wasn't a concern. Additionally, everyone was given two cooling patches, and fans were provided at our seats. A guide accompanied us on the bus and provided very detailed explanations, including historical information. Everyone was very satisfied. Next time, we plan to join the southern route. 8月30日友人5人で夕方五時出発のツアーに参加しました。バスは赤い二階建て、天気も良かったので屋根の大半がオープンでした。ところどころにエアー噴き出しやミストが吹き出され、暑さは気にならなかったです。更に、冷えピタ二枚入りを全員に配られ、席にはうちわが用意されていました。このバスにはガイドさんが添乗されています。とても丁寧に歴史的な事も含め説明がありました。全員大満足でした。次回は南廻りのコースに参加する予定です。近鉄バスさんありがとうございました。

I had a very meaningful time sightseeing in the city on a two-story open-deck bus while listening to the guide's detailed explanations. It was great to see the landmarks from the window in such a short time. I would like to join a different course next time. The heat was tough, but it's August after all!

I was looking forward to the day, but due to poor health, I called the Kintetsu Bus Center to cancel, but they wouldn't accept it, saying, "You can only cancel through VELTRA online." I researched several times, but in the end, I couldn't figure it out, and time passed. The website says to contact Kintetsu, but they didn't listen to that, and I was left feeling uncomfortable. I'm very disappointed.

当日楽しみにしていたのですが、体調不良で、キャンセルの電話を近鉄バスセンターに入れましたが、受け付けていただけず、「VELTRAはインターネットでしかキャンセルできません」とのことで、何度か調べたのですが、結局わからないまま、時間が来てしまいました。
HPでは、近鉄に連絡とありますが、そういうことは聞いていただけず、不快な思いをするばかりでした。大変残念です。

This time we took the North Course, but next time I definitely want to try the South Course as well. When I immediately told my friends, even the locals from Osaka said they wanted to try it! It was satisfying not just for foreigners, but for Japanese people as well. The explanations were easy to understand and very helpful.

今回はきたコースでしたが、次回はみなみコースも是非行ってみたいと思います。
直ぐに友人に話してみたら、地元の大阪人も言ってみたいと言ってました！外国の人ばかりでなく、日本人にも満足でした。

It was very good to have a general idea of the locations of the tourist attractions. It helped me a lot to have a rough understanding of the positions while strolling around the city. It was a scorching day on August 5, but there were only ten Japanese customers and one female guide. It was quite hot, and one of my companions started to feel unwell. I recommend using this service only on days when you are in good health during the summer. I took the Namba South route, but next time I would like to try the North route as well.

大まかに観光名所の位置が確認でき大変良かったです。市内を散策する際にも、だいたい位置を把握できていたので助かりました。8月5日の猛暑日でしたが、お客さんは日本人10人で女性ガイドさんひとりでした。かなり暑く、同行者が体調を崩しかけました。夏は体調万全な日の利用をオススメします。南なんばルートに乗りましたが、次回は北ルートにも乗りたいです。

It was great that I could efficiently visit multiple places. However, the locations I visited this time all required a good amount of stamina to walk around, and it felt a bit tough, especially on hot summer days.

複数個所を効率よく回れたので良かった。
しかし、今回回った場所はどこも歩くのに体力が必要で、特に夏場の暑い日は少しきつい感じ。

I also participated in the South Route in the morning. It was a great opportunity to understand the history and characteristics. The best part was when I made a mistake with the time and contacted them; they kindly moved me to the next session since there were available spots. I am very grateful for their wonderful support.

I decided to participate after reading the reviews.
It was my first bus tour. The bus was very clean, and each seat had a USB port, making it convenient and comfortable. The kind tour guide and driver made for a fun trip. I heard there were many Japanese participants this time, but the explanations in English were enjoyable, and I was able to use the empty seats. It was very hot in Kyoto, but I was comfortable. I thought the sightseeing time before departure might be short, but the time allocation was perfect! Along the way, the driver handed out chilled towels, which felt great. The bus, flags, and tour guide were all lemon-colored, making it easy to identify, so I didn't get lost at all! I would definitely like to use this bus tour again if I have the chance. I highly recommend it!

初めてのバスツアーでした。とてもキレイなバスで それぞれの座席にUSBがついていて便利で快適、そして優しい添乗員さんと運転士の方と楽しい旅となりました。今回は日本人の参加者が多いとのことでしたが英語での説明も楽しく、空いている座席も使わせて頂き とても暑い京都でしたが 快適でした。出発までは観光の時間が短いかな？と思っていたのですが、これまたベストな時間配分！途中、運転手さんがキンキンに冷えたおしぼりを配ってくださり とても気持ち良かったです。バスも旗も添乗員さんもレモン色でわかりやすく、迷うこともありませんでした！また機会があれば 利用したいと思えたバスツアーでした。おすすめですよ！

I attended a concert by Kanjani Eight with my daughter from Fukuoka! I wanted to see the night streets of Osaka during the break between the performances, so I participated‼️ It was very beautiful. 1500 yen is cheap. I want to participate again next time I go.
