Not a good tour from the start.

The tour started out badly and ended the same way. First of all the driver/toue guide was supposed to come into the hotel with a sign board with our names on it. This never happened and we had to go outside and track him down. Secondly the driver was supposed to speak English. This was not the case and the driver barely understood anything we were asking of him or any grasp of conversational English. He kept apologizing but this didn't help at all. Thirdly instead of being a guide the driver did nothing but act as a chauffeur taking us from one location to another and letting us out to go on our own. Next the driver or company did not research the locations that we requested since we wanted to go to Pokemon Center at Sunshine City and the driver had no idea where it was and we had to give him directions on how to get there. Lastly we decided to call it an early day due to frustration with our given situation. We asked the driver to please take us to a McDonald's on the way back to our hotel. He kept nodding his head in agreement every time we mentioned McDonald's but never went to the restaurant but instead passed it and took us straight to our hotel. Overall this is a tour I would not recommend. We were really looking forward to it and were very sadly disappointed.
