I was able to tour the training facilities and truly felt that the safety of aircraft is supported by many people. Additionally, the guide was very accommodating and had a wealth of knowledge, answering various questions accurately.

研修設備を見学出来て、多くの人達によって航空機の安全が支えられているのが実感できました。またガイドの方の対応も非常に良く、且つ知識も豊富でいろいろな質問にも的確に答えられていました。

ANA's super popular tour! It fills up quickly, so I made a reservation a month in advance and was really looking forward to it! The content exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed that I could see the actual training scenes of the cabin crew and pilots from a distance. It was truly amazing and very engaging!

I was moved by the training scenes that I normally wouldn't get to see in everyday life! The tour guide was also an active cabin crew member, and everything about their attitude, movements, and speaking style was perfect!

This tour for 2000 yen is incredibly generous! Laughing aside, the content was more than sufficient! The only tour that left me wanting to repeat it again was this ANA tour! If I have the chance, I will definitely do it again! I love ANA!

I've experienced Tokyo sightseeing several times, but seeing Tokyo from the high vantage point of the Sky Bus was something else. The detailed explanations from the guide at key points made it even more enjoyable.

東京観光は何度の経験しているけど、あのスカイバスの高い目線で見る東京は別物でした。またガイドさんの要所要所での詳しい解説があってより一層楽しい一時になりました。

This is my fourth time participating with this company. There were a total of 36 participants, and only two of us were Japanese. We efficiently toured Kamakura, coming from various countries to Japan. The guide planned the route considering the crowds, starting with Komachi Street where we enjoyed some street food, then visiting Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. Next, we saw the Great Buddha of Kamakura, took a ride on the Enoden train, and got off to take photos 🤳. Finally, we visited a shrine on Enoshima ⛩️ and enjoyed some seafood cuisine before heading to Tokyo Station. It was a great experience!

この会社の参加は4回目です。
全員で36名参加で日本人は私達２名でした。色々な国から日本に来てツアーは鎌倉を効率よく廻ってくれました。
ガイドさんが混む順を考えて最初は小町通りここでは食べ歩きをして鶴岡八幡宮に参拝し、次は鎌倉大仏、江ノ電に乗り途中下車写真撮影🤳最後に江の島で神社⛩️参拝して海鮮料理を堪能して東京駅に向かうという感じで良かったですよ。

Since it was my first time making a reservation online, I was a bit anxious about how it would turn out, but the guide, Kousei, was very good at Japanese and explained everything clearly, making it a lot of fun (*´∀｀*🎶). There were people from various countries, and even though I was in Japan, it felt like I was abroad, which was enjoyable 🙆. I highly recommend it because you can see Mount Fuji from various angles 🗻.

初めてネットで予約したので、どの様になるか不安でしたが、ガイドのkouseiさんは日本語も上手な方で分かりやすくとても楽しかったです(*´∀｀*🎶)
色んな国の方も来ていて、日本に居てますが海外に来てるみたいで楽しかったです🙆
色んな角度の富士山を見れるのでおすすめです🗻

I was able to participate at just the right time since it was held on a holiday.

A current flight attendant served as the guide, and I was able to see related aspects of the event.

There was also a souvenir corner, which had some modern items, but the selection was limited.

I went on a sightseeing tour in Tokyo with friends for the first time during the Golden Week event, riding on an open deck. It was quite thrilling to see the Rainbow Bridge and Kachidoki Bridge from below while being in the city. I never imagined I would be driving on the highway with the top down; it felt unbelievable! The day after Children's Day, there were carp streamers and sanma streamers at Tokyo Tower. I was impressed by the guide's skillful explanations, and before I knew it, the tour was over. I would like to participate again in a different season. Thank you for your hospitality.

GWのイベントで友人と初めてオープンデッキでと都内観光しました。都内にいながら下から見るレインボーブリッジやかちどき橋はなかなかスリル満点でした。
高速道路をオープンで走るなんて考えてもみなかったからウソでしょ?って感じでした。
こどもの日の次の日で東京タワーには鯉のぼりとサンマのぼりがありました。
ガイドさんの巧みな説明に感心しながらあっという間に終わってしまいました。
今度は季節を変えて参加したいと思っています。

I participated in the May holiday break. There were many families in the same group. I think the panel exhibits are designed with families in mind, but I believe the content is satisfying enough for adults as well. I think it would be great to set up a "long, in-depth viewing course," even if it meant doubling the price.

5月連休に参加しました。同じ組は家族連れが多かったです。
パネル展示は家族連れを意識していると思いますが、中身は大人でも十分に満足できる内容だと思います。
料金が倍になってもよいので「長時間じっくり見学コース」を設定してはどうかと思います。

I had wanted to go for a long time, but I couldn't make a reservation until now, so I finally got to participate. I took the monorail to get there, and I got a bit lost, but I arrived safely. I wish I could have bought a drink near the entrance.

以前から行きたかったけど予約が取れなくてやっと参加できました。モノレールで移動したのでちょっと迷ってしまいましたが無事に到着。入口当たりで飲み物と買えたらよかったな〜

There was a lot of traffic, and the driver had a tough time, but the tour guide was kind, and it was great with a small group. Of course, the weather was nice, and Mount Fuji was amazing.

渋滞ばかりで、運転手さんは大変やったけど、添乗員さんは親切で、少人数で大変よかったです。もちろん天気が良くて富士山は最高でした。

The staff provided detailed explanations about the duties of each position and the various training areas. The female staff member actively checked to see if there was anything I didn't understand.

スタッフは各ポジションの仕事内容やそれぞれの訓練エリアについて詳しく説明してくれました。女性スタッフは私がわからないところがないか積極的に気にかけてくれました。

I participated in a day trip to Mount Fuji on April 29th. I felt it was great to be able to efficiently sightsee within a limited time. My wife and I were the only Japanese participants, but our conductor, Mr. Zhang Yu, was always polite and provided clear explanations, for which I am grateful. I wish you continued success in the future.

４月29日の富士山日帰り旅行に参加いたしました。
限られた時間で効率良く観光でき、参加して良かったと思いました。
日本人は私共夫婦二人だけでしたが、コンダクターの張宇さんには、終始丁寧に
解りやすく対応頂き、感謝しております。

The person who attended to us was a flight attendant, and this time there were two observers, including myself. The other observer was someone aspiring to become a flight attendant with ANA. They informed me in advance and guided us from that person's perspective, which was very heartwarming. It was quite impressive to see how their eyes sparkled with excitement.

アテンドして頂いた方が客室乗務員の方でして、今回は私を含めて2人の見学者でして、もう1人の見学者はANAの客室乗務員を目指しておられる方で、私に断りをいれて、その方の目線に立って案内され、とても微笑ましく、その方は目を輝かしておられたのがとても印象的でした。

I was able to visit the facility where the ANA Group conducts training, and I witnessed the training in action. It made me realize the daily efforts they put in for safe and stable transportation.

ANAグループの皆さまが実際に研修する施設を見学できるとあって、実際に研修しているのを目の当たりにすることができました。
日々の安全安定輸送の為に日々努力されているのだなと思いました。

It felt like an overseas trip since everyone except for my spouse and me were foreigners, which was refreshing. The tour guide's service was the best I've ever experienced. Although the tour itself had a bit less time at each location, we enjoyed it thoroughly.

私達夫婦以外全て外国人、まるで海外旅行の様で新鮮でした。
添乗員さんの方の対応過去1番良かったです。
ツアー自体は各所時間少なめでしたが十分楽しめました。

I visited the training facility and observed from above. The flight attendant explained everything to us. It was very interesting and enjoyable to learn about the behind-the-scenes efforts and the important training that the staff, whom we usually see at the airport, undergo for safety. Even though I'm in my 50s, I felt excited. What was once just a means of transportation has become something special that I appreciate while flying. I'm glad I went. I highly recommend it.

訓練施設を、上から見学しました。CAさんが説明してくださいました。普段、空港で見ているスタッフの方々が、安全のためにどのようなことを大切にし訓練しているかなど、裏の努力を知ることができ、とても興味深く楽しかったです。50代ですがワクワクしました。ただの移動手段だった飛行機が、感謝しながら乗る特別なものになりました。行って良かったです。おすすめです。

I was able to see the training facility of ANA, and my grandchild was so excited, saying that they want to come with the whole family next time. I'm really glad we came.

It's just watching a low-quality synthetic screen on the TV in the car. The content isn't interesting either. I feel nauseous from seeing the real streets through the screen. On top of that, it encountered an error and had to restart the system. I felt like I missed out on the parts that were skipped due to the error.

車の中で質の悪い合成画面をテレビで見るだけ。内容も面白くない。現実の街並みを画面を通して見ることで酔う。おまけに途中でエラーになり、システム再起動。エラーで通り過ぎた部分は飛ばされたので、損した気分。

Thank you for your help. I enjoyed my grandson's spring break. However, I think it would have been even better if we could have gotten closer to experience the size of the airplane and such.

お世話になりました。孫の春休みで楽しめました。しかし　もう少し近くに行って飛行機の大きさ等が体験できたら　もっと良かったのではと思いました。

I was guided by Kousei. He is fluent in Japanese, so I had nothing to worry about. In advance, he sent me an email with not only the meeting time and place but also the bus number we would be taking that day and a photo of the flag as a landmark, which made it easy for me to head to the meeting spot. We were the only Japanese people, but I really appreciated that he provided the guidance in English first and then in Japanese. If I have another opportunity, I would love to join him on another tour.

We were able to see Mount Fuji beautifully without any clouds. The black eggs at Owakudani were delicious and had a mild flavor. It was a bit disappointing that Oshino Hakkai had become too commercialized.

Kouseiさんにガイドしていただきました。日本語も堪能で何も心配することはありませんでした。事前にEmailで、集合時間や集合場所はもとより、当日乗車するバスのナンバーや、目印となる旗の写真も送っていただいて安心して集合場所へ向かうことができました。日本人は私たちだけでしたが、英語でガイドのあと、日本語でもしていただきとても感謝です。また機会がありましたら、他のツアーでご一緒させていただきたいです。
富士山は雲がかかることなくきれいに観ることができました。大涌谷の黒たまご、味がまろやかで美味しかったです。忍野八海は観光地化されてしまって少し残念でした。

It was fun to have an active flight attendant explain things to us and answer our questions politely. We also got to take a commemorative photo together.

This was my third time participating in the Blue Base Tour, and even though it's the same facility, having different navigators provides new perspectives and explanations. The training scenes I get to see also vary each time depending on the timing, which adds a completely fresh enjoyment! The employees' wealth of knowledge, clarity in their explanations, and friendly hospitality are truly outstanding every time I visit.

Blue Base Tourの参加は今回で3回目でしたが、同じ施設でもナビゲーターの方が違うとまた新たな観点でご説明いただけたり、拝見できる訓練風景も毎回タイミングによって異なるので全く新鮮な楽しさがあります！社員の方々の知識の豊富さやご説明のわかりやすさ、おもてなしの親しみやすさはいつ伺っても本当に素晴らしいです。

I was pleasantly surprised that a current flight attendant provided the explanation. The content was well memorized and easy to understand. I brought my grandchild along, and I think they became interested in the airline, so I am very satisfied with the participation.

説明を現役CAの方が行ってくださったのは良い意味でびっくりでした。
説明内容もよく暗記されていてよく理解できました。　孫を連れて行きましたので航空会社に興味を持ってくれたと思いますので、参加して大変満足です。　

It was a tour in English, so it helped me study English! Since there were many international participants, I had a lot of fun talking with people from overseas! It felt like I had an experience that was not quite Japan, even though I was in Japan.

英語でのツアーなので、英語の勉強になりました！
また海外の方が多いツアーなので、海外の方と話したりとても楽しかったです！
日本なのに日本じゃないような体験をしました

Among the various bus tours available, this one matched my needs perfectly. Since I understand English, I thought it would be fine to participate in this tour. There were six Japanese participants, including myself. I joined alone, but there were also foreign participants who came alone.

The guide was considerate and communicated necessary information in Japanese as well (though they humbly mentioned their Japanese wasn't very good, it was actually fine).

The bus was spacious, equipped with Wi-Fi and charging ports. The stops at service areas along the way were appropriate.

The guide not only announced recommended lunch options but also provided explanations from the perspective of Japanese religious views for the foreign participants. I felt a sense of respect in that. Even if you don't understand English, you can still join, but the English guidance is definitely worth listening to.

色々あるバスツアーの中で自分のニーズにマッチしていたのがこちらでした。
私は英語はわかるので、こちらの参加でも大丈夫かと思い参加しました。
日本人参加者は私を含めて6人でした。私は1人で参加でしたが、外国の方も1人で参加の方もいらっしゃいました。

ガイドさんは気を遣ってくれて日本語でも必要なことは伝えてくれました（本人は上手ではない日本語でと恐縮されていましたが、そんなことはなかったです）。

バスは広く、wi-fiや充電も完備でした。
途中のサービスエリアでの停車も適切でした。

ガイドさんは、おすすめのランチのアナウンスだけではなく、外国人に対して、日本人の宗教観に立った説明をされていました。リスペクトを感じました。
英語がわからなくても参加できますが、英語でのガイドも拝聴の価値ありです。

I’ve lived in Tokyo for 10 years and thought I’d seen it all — but Time Trip Taxi genuinely surprised me. What looks like a regular taxi ride from Tokyo Station to Asakusa transforms into an immersive AR journey through Edo-period Japan. The moment the visuals kick in and modern Tokyo fades into old Edo, you completely forget you’re just sitting in a cab. The virtual guide walks you through the history in such an engaging way that by the time you step out in Asakusa, you see the whole area with completely different eyes. The temple, the streets, the atmosphere — everything hits differently when you actually know the story behind it. The transition between the AR visuals and the real city is seamless and so well done. Honestly one of the most unique and memorable experiences I’ve had in Japan.

It was a fun experience, it would be an amazing experience especially for young children

It was the best season for cherry blossom viewing, so the roads were congested and our departure was delayed, but I was able to enjoy the cherry blossoms from a different perspective on the second floor of the bus. The weather was nice, so the sunlight was quite hot.

お花見ベストシーズンだったので道路が混み合って出発が遅れましたが
バスの2階からいつもとは違う目線で桜を楽しむ事ができました。
お天気が良かったので日差しが暑かったです。

It was raining, and I wore the poncho I brought. I sat in the second row from the front. The rain gradually got stronger, and the view of the cherry blossoms was disappointing. Finally, when we were heading back, the roof came out. I wish we had had a roof from the beginning on a rainy day. The guide's sightseeing explanations were good. It would have been perfect if it had been sunny.

雨が降っていて、持参したポンチョを着て、1番前から２番目に乗りました。雨が段々強くなり桜も視界が悪く残念でした。
後半帰る時にやっと屋根が出て来ました。
雨の日は最初から屋根有りでお願いしたかったです。
ガイドさんの観光説明は良かったです。
晴れていたら最高でした。

I rode an open bus for the first time. The view of the cherry blossoms from up high was great. The view from the open bus is the best.
