The tour was refreshing and enjoyable since everyone except for three Japanese people were foreigners. The tour guide, Kousei, spoke English and Japanese clearly and understandably, which was great. We were able to visit only the sightseeing spots we wanted without any waste of time.

ツアーは3組の日本人以外は全て外国の方だったので、とても新鮮で楽しかったです。ツアーガイドkouseiさんの英語、日本語のガイドも聞きやすく、わかりやすく良かったです。行きたい観光スポットだけを無駄なく回れました。

You can actually visit the training facilities and observe the training while receiving explanations from ANA staff (this time it was a cabin attendant). I was able to see the training for ground staff, mechanics, and pilots, and they answered my questions kindly, which made me very satisfied.

実際に訓練されている所を、ANAスタッフ(今回はCAの方でした)の解説を伺いながら見学することが出来ます。グランドスタッフ、整備士、パイロットの訓練が見れ、質問にも丁寧に答えていただき大満足でした。

I thought we would be wearing something like goggles, but instead, images of the streets from that time and the guide appear on the car window without any of that. It's very interesting.

ゴーグルのようなものをつけるのかと思ったら、そういうのなしに今見えている車窓に当時の街並みやガイドが出てくる。とても面白い。

It was fun. When I passed through Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi-mae, I saw the streets of Nihonbashi from back then, and I could clearly see Echigoya at Mitsukoshi-mae. The current scenery overlapped with the images from that time, and it truly felt like a time trip. I enjoyed it all the way to Asakusa.

楽しかったです。日本橋三越前を通過するときに当時の日本橋の街並みと三越前でちゃんと越後屋が出ました。今の風景に当時の映像が重なりまさにタイムトリップ浅草まで楽しめました。

While passing through the Imperial Palace, I was able to see Edo Castle, and I enjoyed traveling from Tokyo Station to Asakusa as if I were on a time trip. The guide, Oedon, was also great. ☺️

皇居通過時に江戸城が出たり、タイムトリップしながら東京駅から浅草まで楽しく移動できました、ガイドのオエドンも良かったです。☺️

I had a great time! The staff was very polite and attentive! Above all, it was a sight that I don't usually get to see! It was definitely worth it!

One of the means of transportation when traveling is by airplane... but it's not just that; it's a valuable experience to see a part of the aviation industry behind the scenes. Even if you don't usually see it, it's reassuring to know that there is effort put into it. I believe this is enjoyable not only for airplane enthusiasts but also for families.

旅行へ行く時の手段のひとつが飛行機…だけではない、航空業界の裏側の一部を見学できる貴重な体験です。
普段見ることがなくても、努力があるから安心して乗ってられるのね。
と思いますし、飛行機好きはもちろん、親子で楽しめます。

I was able to see how the employees are committed to safety. I was lucky to see the mock-up actually in action! It was clear that they are conducting training focused on realism! I would like to experience another tour!

I have participated in the Blue Hangar Tour several times, but this was my first time joining the Blue Base Tour. It had a different sense of presence compared to the Hangar Tour, and it was a valuable experience that reaffirmed ANA's high awareness of safety.

これまでブルーハンガーツアーは何度か経験させていただきましたが、ブルーベースツアーは初めての参加でした。
ハンガーツアーとは違った臨場感があって、ANAの安全に対する意識の高さが再認識できて貴重な体験となりました。

This time, the attendant was an employee from Grahan. I was able to hear behind-the-scenes stories directly, which added a different level of interest compared to before.

今回のアテンド役ははグラハンの社員の方でした。裏話なども直接聞くことが出来て、今までとは違った面白さがありました。

My visit to ANA Blue Base was absolutely worth it. One of the best parts was that I could join a guided tour in Chinese in Japan, and the explanation was clear and well organized. The tour gave me a great overview of ANA’s history, and it was impressive to see real training scenes where ANA staff practice and prepare for their work. The souvenir shop also had some unique and interesting items, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended if you’re interested in aviation or ANA—definitely a place worth visiting.

The most impressive thing was how kind everyone, including the person who guided us, was. It was very helpful to see the behind-the-scenes operations that I usually only observe at the airport! It's clear that they work hard every day for the safety of customers, allowing us to use their services with peace of mind! I also saw for the first time that there are various tools depending on the job type! Please continue to prioritize safety and treat customers with kindness and smiles. Thank you very much!

This tour allows you to see ANA's training facility. The tour is explained by cabin crew members. On the day of the tour, I happened to see the cabin crew conducting emergency rescue training. Additionally, a pilot was performing simulation training. In this way, you can witness aspects that are usually not visible at this facility.

The tour provides explanations about cabin crew members, ground staff, pilots, and maintenance personnel. It is a tour that anyone, even those who have never flown on an airplane, can learn from thoroughly.

本ツアーは、ANAさんの訓練施設を見ることができます。ツアーは、CAさんが説明して頂けます。当日は、たまたまCAさんの救命救護の訓練を見ることができました。また、パイロットの方がシュミレーションの訓練を行なっていました。このように、この施設では普段見ることのできない様子を見ることができます。
ツアーは、CAさん、グランドさん、パイロットさん及び整備士さんについて説明して頂けます。
飛行機に乗ったことのない方でも十分に学べるツアーです。

It was great to see various famous spots like the Imperial Palace, the National Diet Building, and Yasukuni Shrine. The tour lasted just under an hour, making it a nice sightseeing experience.

The guide also shared a lot of information, which was wonderful.

皇居や国会議事堂、靖国神社など色々な名所と見ることができてよかった。
時間も1時間弱で、いい観光になりました。

Since joining ANA, I've been learning about various training and studies! I had the opportunity to visit places that are not easily accessible, and I realized how important it is to learn in an environment that prioritizes passenger safety. The facilities are equipped to train in conditions similar to real-life situations, allowing us to learn through experience, which I believe is very valuable. When I board a plane, I feel a strong desire to support each of the staff members.

ANAに入社してどんな訓練や勉強をしているか！なかなか見ることの出来ない場所を見学出来て、乗客の安全を１番として様々な分野を学ばれて、現場と同じ状況で訓練が出来る設備が整っている事で、体感しながら学べる事はとても大切な事だと思いました。
飛行機に乗る時に、それぞれのスタッフの方へ応援したい気持ちになりました。

I realized how amazing the people working at the airport are! It's because of their daily efforts that we can safely and enjoyably board airplanes, and I can't help but feel grateful. I understood well during this tour how both jobs that directly interact with passengers and those that don't are essential. The facilities also made me feel the airport atmosphere, and I think those who love airplanes and airports were thrilled the entire time! The staff who guided us were fun and explained everything clearly, and I was delighted by their offers to help with photos! Lastly, when I bought some merchandise, I noticed the ANA logo on my credit card, and I was impressed when they said, "Thank you for always supporting us." I want to learn from their thoughtful consideration and friendly interactions. Thank you for everything! I look forward to being taken care of on the plane next time!

空港で働く方々の凄さがわかりました！日々の努力してくださっているからこそ私たちが安全に楽しく飛行機に乗れているんだと思うと頭が上がりません。直接乗客に関わる仕事もそうでない仕事も今回のツアーでよくわかりました。施設内も空港を感じられて飛行機や空港が好きな方は終始大興奮だったと思います！また案内してくださった係の方も楽しくわかりやすく教えてくださりましたし写真のお手伝いの声かけも嬉しかったです！最後にグッズを買いましたが私のクレジットにANAのロゴが付いていたのを見逃さず「いつもありがとうございます」とお声かけくださったのには脱帽でした。細やかな配慮と声かけ見習いたいです。こちらこそいつもありがとうございます！次は機内でお世話になります！

I was very satisfied that I could not only see the equipment used for training but also observe the actual training. I hope to never encounter an emergency while on a plane, but the training was extremely interesting. The hour flew by so quickly that I felt a bit sad when it was over.

訓練で使用する機材はもちろん、実際の訓練も見学できて大変満足です。
飛行機に乗っているときに緊急事態には遭遇したくないものですが、訓練は非常に興味深かったです。1時間あっという間に終わってしまいさみしいくらいでした。

This time we had a Nepali guide. He was very kind and actively engaged with us Japanese tourists, creating an atmosphere where we felt comfortable asking questions. The explanations during the car ride were mainly in English and Chinese, but he also conveyed important points in Japanese, so we had a completely enjoyable day without any difficulties. 親切な方で、日本人にも積極的にお声がけくださり、こちらからも質問等しやすい雰囲気でした。
車中での説明は英語、中国語がメインのようでしたが、大切なポイントは日本語でも伝えてくださったので全く不自由なく楽しい１日になりました。ありがとうございました。

You can visit the Great Buddha of Kamakura, Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, and Enoshima. You can also visit famous locations that were featured in Slam Dunk via the Enoshima Electric Railway. Since this tour departs from Tokyo, I highly recommend it for those who have never been to Kamakura. We were able to efficiently see all the highlights. The tour was conducted in English, and I can’t thank our guide Alex enough for his hospitality. He was a great guide.

鎌倉大仏＋鶴岡八幡宮＋江ノ島を周れる。江の島電車でスラムダンクの舞台にもなった有名場所も訪れられる。東京から出発しているので鎌倉に行ったことない方は是非お勧めしたい。効率的に見所を周れた。英語での催行ツアーになったが、ガイドのAlexのホスピタリティには感謝しかない。良いガイドだった。

Arriving a little before the meeting time, there was a panel where you could take pictures in your favorite uniform, which was also interesting. There were items for sale that seemed like nice souvenirs, so it was enjoyable to look at those as well. During the tour, you mostly just listened to explanations and couldn't take many photos, but the explanations were clear and thorough, using panels to illustrate the points, making it very engaging. I thought it would have been even better if I had some kind of material to keep since I couldn't take photos. During this tour, I saw various professionals when boarding the plane and wondered what kind of work they do. Naturally, I realized that it’s a much more challenging job than I had imagined. I also heard suggestions like, "Next time you fly, look out for this," which made me even more excited about flying. Overall, it was a short but rich tour that I found very fulfilling.

集合時間の少し前に到着するとパネルがあって好きな制服で写真撮れるコーナーがあるのでこれも面白いかも。記念のお土産になりそうな物も売っているのでそれらを見てても楽しいです。見学中は説明を聞くのみでほとんど写真は撮れるませんが、説明はわかりやすく丁寧でパネルなども使って話してくれるのでとても興味深いものでした。写真が撮れないぶんちょっとした資料みたいのが手元に残ったらもっとよかったと思いました。今回のツアーで飛行機に乗るときいろんな職業の人がいて実際どんな仕事しているんだろうって思いながら見ていてましたが、当然のことながら思っている以上に大変な仕事だと思ったし、今度飛行機に乗るときはこんなところも見てください。みたいな話も聞けてますます飛行機に乗るのが楽しみな短時間ながら中身の濃いツアーだったと思います。

While listening to CA's polite explanation, I toured the facility where training is conducted, viewing it through glass. I was able to learn about the behind-the-scenes of the airplanes I usually fly on.

CAさんの丁寧な説明を聞きながら、実際に訓練中の施設をガラス越しに見ながら見学コースを回りました。普段乗っている飛行機の裏側を知る事が出来ました。

I heard that people from six different job categories regularly receive training. I think it's a tough job that requires self-improvement, but thanks to everyone, I can ride with peace of mind. Thank you very much. This time, I was attended to by the cabin attendants. Next time, I'm also interested in the ground handling staff and aircraft maintenance engineers. There are many new goods available, and I purchased a lot.

６種の職種の方々が定期的に研修を受けられると聞きました。
自己研鑽が必要な大変なお仕事だと思いますが、みなさんのお陰で安心して乗る事が出来ます。ありがとうございます。前回・今回はＣＡの方のアテンドでした。次回はグラハン・航空整備士 他のアテンドにも興味あります。
新しいグッズが増えていて、たくさん購入しました。

I had a lot of fun.
I was able to hear various things, such as the training content and the uniforms.
It was great to hear stories about mechanics, which don't usually come to light.

Also, I thought I would just be watching the practice scenes, but they spent more money on this tour than I expected.

かなり楽しかった。
訓練内容や制服の話など、色々聞けます。
あんまり表に出てこない、整備士とかの話も聞けてよかった。

あと、練習風景見るだけと思ってたけど、思ったよりこのツアーのためにお金かけてた。

As expected from the pre-reviews, this tour was mostly filled with foreigners. There were only three groups of Japanese people, including us. However, the tour conductor was half-Japanese and half-Chinese, and spoke to us in Japanese, which was reassuring.

Due to the weather, we couldn't go to the fifth station of Mount Fuji in the morning, so our first stop was Asama Park. After that, we took photos at the Nishikawa Clock Shop and headed to Lake Kawaguchi. When I mentioned I wasn't interested in matcha, they said I could freely explore.

Lake Kawaguchi was beautiful. After that, the weather improved, and we were able to go to the fifth station, which was my long-awaited dream. It was cold, but I was truly moved. At Oshino Hakkai, we had houtou and were very satisfied!

It was my first time seeing Mount Fuji, and I was surprised at how beautiful it looked even from the bus on the way there. It was truly a great tour, and I felt a bit guilty for how inexpensive it was. It was a wonderful experience.

前評判通りほぼ外国人しかいないツアーです。ウチ含め日本人は3組だけでした。けどツアーコンダクターの方は日中ハーフの方で日本語で話してくださったので安心でした。
朝の時点で天候のため富士山五合目が無理で、1発目が浅間公園でした。その後日川時計店で写真を撮り、河口湖へ。抹茶に興味がないと言ったら自由に散策してて良いですよとのこと。
河口湖綺麗でした。
その後は天候が良くなり５合目いけることになり、念願の富士山５合目にいけました。寒かったけど本当に感涙です。忍野八海ではほうとう食べて大満足！

人生初の富士山でしたが、行きのバスの中からも普通に美しく見えて驚きました。
本当に良いツアーで、こんな安くてなんか申し訳なかったくらいです。素晴らしいツアーでした。

The staff provided a thorough tour of the spacious facility and answered even the most unreasonable questions sincerely, collaborating with their colleagues. Hearing that not only the pilots but also the ground staff and maintenance personnel are continuously studying to obtain qualifications and undergoing repeated training made me realize that our ability to comfortably fly on airplanes is not something to be taken for granted.

広い館内を丁寧にご案内頂き、無茶な質問に対しても社員の方と連携して誠実に回答されてました。
パイロットさんだけではなく、グランドスタッフの方や整備士さんが日々資格取得のために学ばれ、繰り返し訓練を行っておられることをお聞きすると、私達が普段快適に飛行機に乗ることが出来るのは当たり前のことをではないと学びました。

I attended alone, but I had a great time!!!! After each booth's explanation, there was a Q&A session, so I was able to ask a lot of questions and learn in a very enjoyable way. 😍

Even though I attended alone, thanks to the staff and other participants who kindly took photos for me, I was able to capture some memorable pictures. 😊

I had so much fun that I want to come back with friends for a different course next time.

Every time I go, I can feel ANA's commitment to safety. During the tour, when the guide told me that I have great knowledge about airplanes, I was very happy. No matter how many times I go, I always make new discoveries, so I want to go many times.
