The tour was so organized from the hotel pick up and back. We enjoyed the buffet lunch (grill your own style) and the Gotemba outlet. The Mt. FUJI view was so spectacular during that day from the Mt. Hakone and the cruise along the lake asahi!

The whole experience was wonderful, we were staying at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel so it was easy as the main lobby was the pick up point for us, after the pick up we were taken in the coach to the main station where the bUs took us to the ride, although being a weekend the drive was slow due to traffic, we enjoyed with the guide Ann, who spoke excellent English, had a great sense of humour and kept the whole list interesting with insights about the places we would see along the way.
Each and every sight was worth it, a great way to see the place and enjoy the ride back on the bullet train which dropped as back to Shinagawa station straight away.

Highly recommended for any tourist to take this trip with them.

Nice trip with very good guides. Got exactly what was promised with a wonderful view of mount Fugi .only thing is maybe a choice of 5th station instead of the rope way would be nicer. Shopping was good as was the lunch.unlike in most other countries it was so relaxing that the guides are not hinting about their tips,when we gave them. A little present not cash they were so surprised .

The tour guide is very cheerful. She's got a lot of inputs about mt. Fuji and the towns we passed by. She taught us numbers from one to ten in japanese where you can get and absorb right away because of the way she presented it. she also taught us how to make mt fuji art made out of origami paper during the bus ride. The drivers were very good and very efficient even with the long and winding road. It doesn't make my kids dizzy. It was a great and fun experience.

It was easy to get to the meeting point and the tour bus was clean.
Also the tour guide and the driver were professional so that we didn't have any trouble during the tour.
Lunch was a bento with U-dong, whcih was ok for me as an Asian.

Additionally I took Shinkansen Bullet Train the way back to Tokyo, and I guess it was wonderful choice(no traffic jam!!!). I arrived at Sinagawa station, but it also stops at Tokyo station.

My husband and I attended the Day tour to Mt. Fuji on Saturday. We were picked up near the LOVE statue in Shinjuku which is very convenient to everyone. Also audio was given to us which is on different languages through out the tour. Free wifi was on board and the tour guide were awesome including the driver. They were very helpful in everything. I will recommend this tour to my friends and I believed that it's worth the money.

The tour guide (kamiko) took care of the whole tour bus group from the hotel to the bullet train. Pickup was right outside of our hotel and straight to mt. Fuji which was very clear that day! Then to hakone for a cruise on the lake and a cable car up to the too of that mountain to see mt fuji across the lake. Then we were dropped off at the bullet train station with ticket included. The whole day was carefree!

Enjoyable tour, very helpful tour guide who did her best to make sure we got to every place! It was a clear day so we managed to see Mt Fuji (I understand this doesn't always happen). We couldn't go to eat the egg at the volcano because of the earthquake situation. But Hakone was beautiful! Definitely the highlight of my trip to Japan, and my parents enjoyed it too. I would highly recommend this day trip :)

I took the water bus from in front of the Tokyo Skytree during a weekday in Golden Week. The ride on the river was only about 15 minutes, and I think it would have been better if it had been closer to 30 minutes. I also think there should be course options like a downstream ride on the Sumida River.

Everything was great on this tour! The tour bus was very comfortable and our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though we only went to the 2nd station, I think that was great. We were lucky because we were able to see Fuji clearly as the clouds passed. Then we stopped for lunch, which was prepared and waiting for us when we arrived. The lunch was definitely worth the extra money. Next we arrived at Lake Ashi and rode the pirate ship to the other side of the lake. Great scenery and even a glimpse of Fuji from the lake. We then took the Komagatake ropeway tram. It was very crowded and we probably had to wait an hour to get on the tram. Beautiful views and a short hike to a shrine were waiting at the top. Lastly, we were dropped off at the train station and rode the bullet train back to Tokyo. I would definitely recommend taking the bullet train back because otherwise it would add another 2-3 hours to the day if you take the tour bus back. All in all, everything about this tour was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone.

The food for eat as much as you like which mention on the tours was not a good quality. If you never have Yakiniku before you went on this tour you will never have Yakiniku again. My husband and I have Yakinuku in Tokyo last year but this was completely poor quality. We did not see anyone locally went in there but only for group tour. Unfortunately the weather not so good with foggy. The tour operator decided that the ropeway have to cancel due to safety but still operate the ship. We can't see anything . It should not operate the ship but offer alternative tour. We are all crammed on to the boat like sheep in the farmer lorry! The reason I booked this tour is to see Mount Fuji as we went to summit last year and would like to see him from distance. The tour guide was pleasant. Very disappointed, waste my day and money.

When coming in to any new place to visit, we look for bus tours such as this. The tour was informative and gave us an idea of places we would want to return to and explore fully. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was worried about using a service such as Veltra but I had no problems whatsoever. We plan on doing the bus tour again when friends visit and using Veltra. Highly recommend!

Driving on the Shuto Expressway felt like riding a roller coaster, and it was so much fun!! The prices are reasonable, and since it departs near Tokyo Station, I think the access is very good too.＾＾

Tokyo 1-Day Bus Tour with Tokyo Skytree & Tokyo Bay Cruise

Good Introductory Bus Tour

It was raining a lot the entire time we were on the tour. At the Imperial Palace, there was no time to roam around because we were following the guide and the group took many pictures under the rain. At Asakusa, we were allowed to roam around on our own and strolled along the shops at our own pace. However, we had to wait for everyone at the tour to get back on the bus. Some people choose this to be their last stop and we lost time due to miscommunication. We ended up with less than 10 minutes to spend at the outer fish market.

The main highlights of this tour is the bus ride with the audio commentary and the buffet lunch. The lunch location overlooks the bridge and statue of liberty - spectacular view. There is not enough time to explore the stops provided in the tour. It is best to choose an area to explore and have the bus drop you off as your last stop. We chose Shibuya as our last stop and walked back to Shinjuku.

Other Tips:
1. This tour is good for people arriving on the first day and dont want to explore too much.
2. If you want to eat Japanese food, i would suggest not selecting the lunch. We were full from the American lunch and did not have room to eat dinner!
3. If you like to explore and walk at your own pace (whether fast or slow), then you should not select this tour.

Superb tour

I had Mount Fuji on my bucket list and it was simply breathtaking. I was very lucky as the weather was just right to have a spectacular view from Lake Kawaguchi. We made it to the fourth station on Mount Fuji but the clouds had rolled in by then. If I had to make one recommendation to the tour, I would ask for more time at Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi and less time at the Ninja village. (That was a little weak)
