Tokyo
Slightly disappointed: although they offered pickup at various hotel, I did not benefit from it. I wasn't lodging in their listed hotel but they did not offer to pick up at one of the hotels close to where I was sleeping.
Otherwise, everything else was ok
Good trip. If there's a little more time to ride the roller coaster at the 4D theme park, it would be even better!

Would've preferred more explanation at the locations. The details were only in the bus on the way to the locations and details were not that much.
Our tour guide was very lovely though! :)

I had a wonderful time on this trip. Our tour guide Levin was great. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He took great care to insuring that we all had the best experience possible, which included recommendations about local treats, shopping, and interesting things that could be done alon the way. He went above and beyond the tour requirements by answering many of my questions about Japan, and gave great recommendations regarding places to eat and things to do in Tokyo. The trip itself was fun, we got very lucky and were able to see Mt. Fuji throughout the entire trip. The lunch at Ninja village was delicious. The ninja village would be a fantastic experience for the children. I wish I realized that even though it was 80 plus degrees in Tokyo, it's going to be very cold on the 5th station( about 50 degrees), a sweater would have been great to have up there. The 4D ride was fantastic! We got to see Mt. Fuji in all its glory. I would greatly recommend this trip to families traveling with children. The only negative comment is the amount of time we got to spend at each stop. If it was extended by 1 hour to 2 hours the expyeiyld have been even better and we wouldn't feel like a marathoners. Trying to absorb everything in under 30 min.

In general good tour with good guide but they cancel my hotel pick up without any explanation. Except that everything what great
Overall well done with highly motivated guide. Would prefer Japanese food for lunch, not European style.
My sister and I had a wonderful time touring Mt Fuji on the Golden trip. The price was very reasonable and we saw quite a bit. We lived in Japan growing up in the 60's and I had been on Mt Fuji when I was 11 years old. At the time I was in the Boy Scouts and we were attempting to hike to the top of Mt Fuji, but the winds were strong when we awoke in the morning and our scout master aborted the trip. I did come home with the hiking stick that they still sell, but I lost mine over the years. I bought another hiking stick at a store at the 5th station on Mt Fuji and will return next year and make a successful ascent. I am recovering from Achilles surgery, so doing it this year was not an option.
We just came back from Mt. Fuji tour and somehow felt disappointed that we did not get to see the mountain due to foggy weather. However, we still had a good time taking the sky gondola and cruise on Lake Ashi. Our tour guide had been very informative, I would recommend people to do this tour, but not if the weather is foggy/rainy.
For meeting at 7am - we didn't start hiking until much later. Perhaps hiking should start earlier and for longer. There should be more time at the top and more warning about going downhill.
Being our first time to Japan, we obviously had to say hello to Fuji-san. Signed up via Veltra with Japan Panoramic Tour Agency. We were kinda anxious as it was also our first experience signing up with an online provider (sight-unseen) and we weren't sure what to expect. Our fears were unrealised, thankfully!
We were met at the designated pick-up point in Shinjuku and started our journey to Mount Fuji in a comfy bus. Along the way, we had opportunities to admire the vastness of Lake Kawaguchi, enjoy yummy blueberry ice-cream, collect cool spring water in Oshino Hakkai, and have filling lunch in a Ninja Village before getting in some fun being 'ninja-like'. We even had a cool photo shot with a ninja!
At the 5th station stop, Mount Fuji left us breathless and awed. We were so blessed to catch sight of it before it did a 'vanishing' trick in the mist! The fabulous 4D experience with Fuji Airways gave us wonderful sights of Fuji-san, which we otherwise would not have had.
Although it seemed a bit rushed at times, on the whole this was a day trip well worth the time and expense. For sure, we had a great day up the mountain!

You can get to see Mount Fuji most part of the tour. The tour guide Jack was very informative and helpful.
The view of Mt Fuji from Lake Kawaguchi was awesome. I recommend having the blueberry ice creams they sell there. It was very yummy.
The 8 ponds around Mt Fuji at Oshino had crystal clear water and it was very beautiful. From there we proceeded to the Ninja village where we had a good buffet lunch and played some Ninja games. We tried throwing some Ninja star shaped weapons on targets, went in to the maze and got lost several times. Took some cool pics with the Ninjas. From there we went to Fuji Q Highland and I must say that this was one of the highlights of the tour. The 4D show was AWSOME and I wish I experience that again. You get to fly over Mt Fuji and see it in different seasons.
Overall the tour was very good and good value for money

It was overwhelming experinced seeing Mt. Fuji in my whole life, thank you veltra for your company and most especially our driver and our very patient knowledgeable tour guiide, well done,
Our tour guide was awesome. One of the best tour guides I have had on a trip!
I booked the tour one day before and was happy that I did it for myself and 2 cousins. The trip turn up to be good except that we can't see the whole view of Mount Fuji due to weather. The trip end with a good bonus to see a 4 D show about Mount Fuji. Good experience, recommend Day your.

Great trip to Mt Fugi. We're fortunate with good weather had great view of the mts and scenery. The little towns were cute, would have been nice to have more time to walk around but a very full day. The fresh spring water was really cold and refreshing.
Mario was very informative tour guide. Had hands on experience climbing Mt fugi, able to give first hand account about climbing Mt fugi. Thanks for the experience.

Was a great tour, good weather allowed to see the scenery and mt Fugi well. The fresh spring water in Oshino was cold and refreshing. Mario was a great tour guide, was able to share first hand experience about climbing Mt Fugi. If only I had more time I would come back to climb trail. But fortunately the clouds broke so was able to get pictures of the summit. The Fugi simulation was nice allowed to see and experience the different seasons on the mt. Would have been nice to have a little more time at sites but with full day saw alot. Thanks!!

Yesterday, myself and my two teenage daughters took the trip to Mt Fuji, surrounding lakes, and Hakone. It was a wonderful and relaxing day, full of beautiful scenery and lots of opportunities for souvenir shopping.
We were picked up by our friendly and courteous driver at the time we had pre-arranged. He arrived on time to our hotel, and welcomed us into the large and comfortable van. It was very spacious for the three of us and all of our packages, and could easily have fit five adults comfortably.
About an hour's drive took us to the lakes with a view of Mt Fuji. We had as much time as we liked to stroll in the lovely garden by the lake, and do some shopping for local products.
We then moved on to ascend Mt Fugi itself. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Our driver was very helpful, and encouraged us to take our time at every stop. He arranged a few extra rest stops to ensure our comfort.
From Mt Fuji, we moved on to the hot springs at Hakone. There, we had a lovely lunch, temple visit, and shopped for some souvenirs. We chose not to bathe, but we could have if we wished.
All along the way, the scenery was lovely, and we were so comfortable in our own private van. It was a very memorable and enjoyable day. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a change of pace from the busyness of Tokyo for a day. I would recommend that perhaps the traffic was a bit heavy on Sundays as so many of the locals were out enjoying the same locations, so it might be better to schedule for a weekday.
no problem but cloudy so no possiblility to view Mount Fuji. So a bit disappointed
It worths every penny. Do not miss it. Great tour. Great staff. I came from Saudi Arabia and I am glad that I went on this tour.
Although it took almost double time to get to the first destination because the day we attended tour was just before holiday and everyone went their hometown, the guide Hiroshi-san was entertaining us and taught us many aspects of Japan!
That was shame that at some destination we had only a half of normal time, so we had to rush seeing the places, but that's due to the traffic jam and couldn't be helped.
Thanks to guide's tip, we were able to get a good blueberry ice cream!

Itinerary was good and tour was well organized.
Mari-san, our tour guide, was knowledgable, friendly and funny. We enjoyed our day very much.
We were 5 people in this tour.
Here are the good points of tour:
1. The tourguide was very passionate and friendly.
2. Two drivers drove safely
3. The lunch was good
Here are the bad points:
1. The tour guide talked too much, continuously from Tokyo to Fuji mt. All the bus really need the time to rest and time to talk to our friends.
2. No time for seeing the moutain. From tokyo to Fuji mt: there were 3 times the bus stop in a place for toilet. Everytime, about over 15 minutes including lunch time. But the time at the 5th grade of the mt was only 8 minutes. We needed more time there
3. We didnt see even the shape of Fuji mt
We had day just staying in the bus from 7 am to 9pm. It was waste of time and money. This tour was for nothing!
We were lucky that Fuji revealed itself but unlucky with wet weather after that. But this was a good trip and made interesting by our guide Hiro. He had information on the destinations but also on all the places we passed and visited. Highly recommended
The highlight for me was the hotel the Onsen and the day in Hakone
Nice experience!!
Really great tour. We got picked up on time from a hotel near to where we were staying which was very handy and well organised. Our guide, Levin, had perfect English, was very helpful and informative and made the tour extremely enjoyable. There were plenty of break stops along the way and the bus was very comfortable. Due to unforeseen traffic our itinerary changed however this was handled really well and we still got to make each stop as planned. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great but Levin still made each stop fun and interesting. The lunch provided was excellent food and we got to experience the traditional Japanese culture. We didn't have much expectations for the 4D experience but it was actually brilliant and we really enjoyed it. Overall it was a really great trip and we would highly recommend it to anyone who's thinking of doing the Mount Fuji tour.

Long day on bus from Tokyo. Mt Fugi socked in with fog so unable to see any of it. Guide was pretty good but sometimes hard to understand. She had a full bus and the 3 hrs to try to keep people interested. Gondola and boat ride were fun but also fog prevented much views. Ride back on bullet train was fun. Lunch was mediocre.
We enjoyed the whole tour and the food.
