It is worth doing this tour because we learned about food from different parts of Japan and we went to small restaurants that serve amazing food that wouldn't know otherwise. Ryo was knowledgeable, polite, easy going and fu to be with. We really like him and the tour. Highly recommended, don't miss it!

This was our first time visiting Japan and this was a good way to start our vacation We boarded the sky bus at 3pm and found places we wanted to go back and explore the following day. The audio recording was helpful in giving suggestions of what is available to explore at each stop. The stop was easy to find when wanting to hop back on the bus.
We enjoyed the sky bus tour and the tickets worth worth the price. The entire family found it worth the price, even the teenagers. The tour was fun for the entire family. :) We will return to Japan to do more exploring.

Great way to get a feel for the city

This is a great way to get an overview of Tokyo and have the ability to get off and explore. We did two of the three lines and felt we had a better layout of Tokyo.
My teenagers even enjoyed it after hours of teasing me prior to arriving for our first ride. The hop on/hop off ability was very nice and the recommendations of why to get off and explore from the audio were helpful. . The stops were easy to find when you wanted to get onto the bus.
It is worth the price and we will ride the sky bus again when we are back in Tokyo. Thanks sky bus for showing us around Tokyo and areas to explore.

This is the first time we visited Tokyo with young children, we chose hop on hop off bus to get an overview of Tokyo. It's very easy for us to find their ticket office in Mitsubishi building, there are plenty of restaurants inside the building thus you can grab someting before boarding the bus. Bus arrival is super on time, clean and spacious. The route design also allow us to view most of the attractive places, bus attendants are helpful and polite.

There are three routes per day for travelers to choose, we managed to go blue & purple line within 24hours, I would strongly advise a well time planning is essential for you to finish all routes.

The disadvantage of the bus route is the bus didn't stop in front of the tourist places, e.g. Sensoji temple (Asakusa line) & Tsukiji fish market. There are about 10min walking distance, as I said, this is our first time in Tokyo, I need to remember where the bus stop is, so that I can find it after visiting the tourist places.

Besides, this is good to have Multilingual Audio Guide in English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese. However, the audio guide will suddenly switch to next introduction before ending the current one. I think this need improvement so that complete information is provided as described

This is the first time we visited Tokyo with young children, we chose hop on hop off bus to get an overview of Tokyo. We enjoyed a second wonderful day on our visit to Japan with our guide Taiji. After a very long day visiting Mt. Fuji, we embarked on a city tour of Tokyo by planning a more leisurely pace. Starting the day by introducing Taiji to his first "Costco experience" was a fun and relaxing way to wind down from the previous day, then we quickly got back into busy mode for the rest of the day until dinnertime. Taiji adjusted quickly on the fly to our fickle plans but managed to combine great food, sightseeing, and shopping into one full and memorable day, including extra trips back to our place to drop off some of our shopping bags! Thank you so much again for showing us a great time in Tokyo, Taiji. We will certainly be back soon!

We had a fabulous time with our guide Taiji. Not only did we luck out in mid December with nearly perfect weather that afforded us with gorgeous views everywhere of Mt. Fuji, but Taiji was able to recommend some great sightseeing as well as shopping spots to us. The highlights included an amazing visit to the kimono museum that Taiji recommended to us that included a magnificent tea room, as well as a fantastic local lunch spot that also included an amazing photo gallery upstairs with one-of-a-kind shots of Mt. Fuji. What an utterly memorable and unforgettable experience! Thank you for all of your hard work and wonderful guidance, Taiji!

I booked this tour hoping my foreign friends would enjoy it. We visited two courses: Asakusa and Odaiba, but the Odaiba course was particularly well-received. The first stop was next to Tokyo Tower. The beautifully lit Tokyo Tower was breathtaking and even for someone living in Japan, it was moving. Since we were on a bus with a transparent upper deck, I was able to take photos of Tokyo Tower from a close-up angle, looking up at it. Additionally, we were lucky enough to see fireworks near the Rainbow Bridge. I wish we could have extended our trip to Roppongi, but there were few buses, so we had to give up. I think the illuminations in Roppongi are beautiful this time of year, so I hope the bus frequency increases a bit. Another issue was that, despite it being Saturday, the service was running on a weekday schedule. According to the staff, they had started running the same schedule all day for a while now. I found out about this on the morning of the tour and had to change my plans, so I felt it would have been helpful if this information was available on the website.

外国人の友達が喜んでくれるといいなと思い、このツアーを予約しました。浅草コースとお台場コースの２つを巡りましたが、特に好評だったのはお台場コースです。まず初めの停留所は東京タワー横。綺麗にライトアップされた東京タワーは圧巻で、日本に住んでいる私にとっても感動的でした。乗車していたのが上がスケルトンになっているタイプのバスだったこともあり、接近して見上げるような角度で東京タワーの写真を撮ることができました。また、偶然にもレインボーブリッジの脇に花火を見ることができ、ラッキーな思いもできました。六本木まで足を伸ばせたら良かったのですが、バスの本数が少なく、断念しました。六本木のライトアップも綺麗な時期だと思うので、もう少し本数が増えれば良いのになぁと思います。また、最も困った点は、土曜日だったにもかかわらず平日ダイヤで運行していたことです。担当の方いはく、少し前から終日同じダイヤで走るようになったとのこと。当日の朝そのことを知り、予定を変えなくてはいけなくなったので、HPの方にも情報が載っていると良かったなと感じました。

Bus drivers very helpful, staff generally very kind and helpful. The two routes we took encompassed quite a great deal of the city. We preferred the route that took in the Rainbow bridge. We had a job finding the office to collect our ticket after getting our online voucher, but a kindly bus driver took us to the office and dropped us off. Once there we were able to get our tickets and were off. The bus is hop on hop off but limited in time, so we were only able to do the two routes in one day as there was a gap over lunch time, which is why we found a little restaurant near the office to while away the time until the afternoon bus. They are not as frequent as we have found in other cities, but on the whole worthwhile for the money.

Our guide was patient, friendly, informative, and very eager to show us the wonderful city of Tokyo. We had a custom itinerary, and she took us to each place and explained many things we would not have known on our own. The company even allowed us to choose our own restaurant because we have special dietary restrictions. The guide used public transportation, and helped us to familiarize with it. Very satisfied with the tour, all 6 people really enjoyed it!

The bus ride is fine for a speedy trip through parts of Tokyo. We had good weather, but I would not do this in the rain. The guide was a bit out of sync at some points and cut the commentary short when you went past locations at higher speeds. It was a good intro to Tokyo, but I am not sure I would recommend it for the price.

The morning part was unable to enjoy due the rain but the afternoon was great. The tea ceremony will teach you the culture and the lunch at luxurious hotel was amazing. Lots of vegetarian choices were made available to enjoy. It was a great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo. Great and fun day in Tokyo. Loved it !

Since my workplace is in Nihonbashi, none of these places were new to me. However, I was truly surprised at how fresh everything felt from a different perspective. I was also satisfied with the staff's service. Thank you very much.

Tomoko was our guide, she was amazing! Informative, chatty, fun and very friendly. She most definitely deserves an A+ review. We visited all sites listed along with a tourist centre in Ginza. The attractions we went to were beautiful and we had just enough time in each to get a feel for them. I would definitely recommend staying at the Sensoji Temple, or visiting at a later date because the markets there were great.

Above all, the 5 of us who travelled and went on this tour together would recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo to go along, it's informative, fun and is a great starting tour.

Fun! Fun! Fun! We enjoyed every kilometer!

The bike tour was amazing! We really loved exploring the various parts of East Tokyo on our bikes. It's a great way to experience Tokyo from a different point of view and to explore the nooks and crannies of the city that cannot be found on most tourist maps. The bikes were easy to handle and our guide Hiro made sure that our safety gear and seats were properly fitted before we began our adventure. The route was challenging but not too intimidating, which is saying a lot considering that both of us hadn't been on a bike in YEARS! Despite our inexperience, we were able to accomplish the tour with Hiro's help and guidance.

This tour might not be the best for beginners who have just recently learned how to ride a bike as the roads and crowds are sometimes challenging to navigate through and around. We kept quite a speedy pace, possibly because there were just two of us on our tour, but we managed to keep up and enjoyed the experience immensely.

We absolutely loved the picnic in the Imperial Palace Garden. Hiro went above and beyond with the food he prepared. It was delicious and filling and a welcome break before we set off on the final leg.

Hiro, though not fluent, speaks good English and demonstrates a great knowledge about all the places that we visited. He even prepared some visual aides to help us appreciate the history of Tokyo. And he also took pictures of us while we rode our bikes so we didn't have to worry about documenting our tour as we enjoyed the day.

Not sure if it is just because we had not ridden a bike in a while, but towards the end you will really start to feel the strain on your bum. A bit more padding, or seats specially designed for females might be nice.

Scheduling our tour on a weekend was great because there was less vehicular traffic on the roads, however, on Sundays, lots of places are closed and we missed out on some places on the tour itinerary. Other than that, we have no complaints.

Would highly recommend this tour!

I'm a Tokyo resident but since the expiration date of my points was approaching, I decided to join a fun tour in Tokyo and chose this one. You can't really ride a bike in the heart of the city so it looked fun! The day of the tour we met up at Toranomon Hills. We learned how to ride the bikes and headed for the road.

Until we reached Hibiya Park, I was still getting used the bike while we rode, and at the park, I adjusted the height of my seat etc. After that, we followed this route:

The Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, Hibiya, Ginza, Tsukiji Fish Market, Kachidokibashi, Tsukuda, Tsukishima, Toyosu, Toyosu Market, Odaiba, (the water bus), Hinode Pier, Hamamatsu-cho, Zojo-ji Temple, tea at Shiba Park, Atago, Toranomon Hills.

Our guide knew so many interesting things about places like the Imperial Palace, Tsukiji Fish Market (and many more) which made it a great sightseeing bike tour. We dropped by places that you can't reach by train and on foot. I fully enjoyed both Edo and Tokyo. Of course, I had fun cycling too. It's pretty thrilling to cross the intersection on a bike at Ginza 4-chome! We spent a great time on the water bus right at sunset.

It was a fun tour even for people like me (I did feel a little sore) who don't normally ride bikes!

I had 3 days off in a row and was planning a bus tour through other travels websites, but I couldn't find anything good. I decided to search on Veltra since I used them for a trip abroad and happened upon this tour!! I wanted to go cycling beforehand, so I quickly reserved a spot. I was glad that I could reserve it the day before, and after I did, I quickly got a reply from the instructor.

On the day of, there were only two of us participating, so I was a little anxious, but we were shown around the private parking area of Toranomon Hills and were told we could ride fashionable GIOS bikes so it was really exciting. I wanted to go outside and cycle as soon as possible. They provided helmets, gloves and water and also looked after our hand luggage.

Since I usually don't ride a bike, I didn't understand the traffic regulations but thanks to our experienced instructor's help, I was able to relax and enjoy the scenery.

I had been to the places we visited before, but on the bike, it felt like going to a place I'd never been to. We had photos taken for us along the way, so you don't have to worry about you camera getting in the way or any damage being done to it. There were all sorts of things we could experience that weren't on the schedule too such as the Tsukiji Fish Market, talking with the locals, a delicious bento for lunch from an old sushi shop, hot matcha, tasty coffee and homemade jam, sweet and strong apple juice, hot grilled sweet potatoes in Ryogoku...

Riding a bike all day does make you a little sore, but it wasn't too difficult at all. Instead, it made me want to ride a bike more often. It feels great to be able to go so far on a bike and you'll be able to feel you achieved something.

The day after the tour, I took a look at a bicycle shop that I'd never been in before.

I will join this tour again!
