Experiencing the sights from a high vantage point while feeling the breeze was both pleasant and thrilling, making it a lot of fun. It was great to have the guide's explanations, as I was able to learn many details.

風を感じながら高い視線からの観光は心地よくもあり、スリルもあり楽しかったです。
ガイドさんの説明があったので色々詳しく知る事も出来良かったです。

The tour conveyed ANA's commitment to safety and the reasons behind the creation of this facility. From the opening announcement, my ears were delighted, and my spirits were lifted as the tour began. Following the designated route, I was able to observe actual training taking place below the windows. The cabin attendant provided polite and detailed explanations about what was happening, which made everything clear. From the massive engines to small patches, there were real items on display that you typically can't see. I was so captivated by each item that before I knew it, the time for the tour had come to an end. It felt like a tour that echoed the sentiment of "for the customers."

なぜANAがこの施設を作ったのか、安全に対する思いとその本気度が伝わってくるツアーだった。
オープニングのアナウンスから耳を楽しませてもらい、気分が高揚してツアーがスタート。順路に従い進むと、窓下で実際に行っている訓練を臨むことができる。今何をしているのか、ガイドをされていたCAさんから適宜いただく丁寧で詳しい説明で納得。巨大なエンジンから小さなバッチまで、あちらにもこちらにも、普段見ることができない実物が眼前にある。一つ一つのアイテムに見とれていたら、あっという間に終了の時間がやってきた。
「お客さんのために」そんな声が聞こえてきそうなツアーだった。

It just so happened that it turned into a private tour for the two of us. Mr. Yamamoto, who guided us, provided explanations that were very easy to understand, and both his voice and personality were wonderful. We were able to learn more about the work of people from various industries, making it enjoyable even for adults.

I wanted to answer the survey, but I didn't know where to write it, so I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Yamamoto and the ANA staff. From the two participants of the 10:40 AM tour on the 15th.

I was able to truly appreciate ANA's wonderful commitment to safe and secure services. Since it was April, it was also nice to see people actually participating in the training.

ANAの安全、安心なサービスに対する取り組みの素晴らしさが実感できた。4月だったので、実際に訓練に来られている方が見られたのも良かったです。

Since it was before the cherry blossom bloom declaration, I followed the guide's advice to "see with your heart" as we explored (laughs). If the blossoms had been in bloom, I think I would have experienced some truly beautiful sights, like the cherry blossom tunnel.

However, the drive was fantastic, blessed with good weather and a pleasant breeze. Especially right after departing, the view of Tokyo Station from a perfect height was irresistible for fans of retro architecture!

Next time, I want to go in time for the bloom.

桜の開花宣言前だったので
案内上手なガイドさんの"心の目で見てください"に従って周りました（笑）
開花していたら、桜のトンネルなど、とても素敵な景色を体験できたと思います。

しかし、天候にも恵まれ気持ち良い風を受けながらのドライブは最高でした。
特に出発直後の東京駅は、絶妙な高さからの全体を見渡せるロケーションでレトロ建築好きにはたまりませんでした❗️

次回は開花に合わせて行きたいと思います。

Since I live in the city, I thought I could go to this place anytime, but I went out again to enjoy cherry blossoms. It was the peak blooming season, so the cherry blossoms from the open bus were quite beautiful. However, since it was a non-stop tour, it felt like just looking at them the whole time. The guide's stories were interesting, and I learned some fun facts that I hadn't noticed or known before. In reality, the cherry blossoms on Sakura Street in Yaesu, where we gathered, were the most beautiful and I could enjoy them at a leisurely pace. 😊

都内在住なのでいつでも行けると思っていた場所に改めて花見の形で出かけました。
満開の時期でしたので、オープンバスからの桜もなかなかです。
ただノンストップですのでひたすら眺める感じです。
ガイドさんの話しも面白く気が付かなかった、知らなかった豆知識も得ることができました。
実際は、集合場所の八重洲のさくら通りの桜が一番きれいでゆっくり見られたかな(^^)

The explanation provided by the guide was very easy to understand, and they were very considerate, with a wonderful smile. I'm glad I went. If you are interested in working in the airport industry, it's definitely worth attending.

案内された方の説明がすごく分かりやすかったり、沢山気遣って下さり、笑顔が素敵で、行って良かったなと思いました。

I understood that various training is necessary to operate an aircraft. If there had been actual personnel training for water landings, I might have been able to observe more seriously. Since it's a paid experience, I would appreciate it if a drink could be served as part of the in-flight service at the end.

航空機を運航するのに、いろいろ訓練が必要だとよく分かった、着水の脱出に実際の人員が訓練していたらもっと真剣に見学出来たかな？有料なので最後に機内サービスされる飲み物が提供されたらうれしいです。

I was about 15 minutes late due to delays in transportation and getting lost, but there were no reprimands or interruptions, and I was able to enjoy the tour thoroughly. My friends and I were impressed and moved by the wonderful service of the ANA cabin attendants (their demeanor, smiles, and treatment, etc.). Thank you very much for your support. I would like to participate again at a different time.

交通機関の遅れと、道に迷って15分程遅刻してしまいましたが、お咎めも中止もされず、とても素晴らしい対応で、見学を十二分に楽しめました。ANAのキャビンアテンダントの素晴らしさ（ものごし、笑顔の待遇等々）を友人4人で感心、感動しました。大変お世話になりました。また、見学の時間帯を変えて参加したいと思っています。

The tour route is a place I visit every year for cherry blossom viewing, but the cherry blossom tour from the open-top bus was very enjoyable. The cherry blossoms were beautiful, but the historical background explained by the guide through their lively talk, along with the views of the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Skytree, and the cityscape, left a lasting impression on me. I had a wonderful time. Thank you, guide!

ツアーのコースは毎年花見散歩で巡っている所ですが、オープントップバスからの桜巡りはとても楽しかったです。
桜も美しかったですが、ガイドさんの軽快なトークで歴史的背景の説明を聴きながらの皇居、スカイツリーそして街並みの景色は心に残りました。
とても素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

The timing and weather were absolutely perfect, allowing us to have a wonderful cherry blossom viewing experience. Since I was with my elderly parents, I think we enjoyed it more comfortably than if we had been in a crowded area.

Also, the guide was great at keeping us entertained. Their professionalism really shone through.

The difficulty in finding the meeting point and the confusion were a bit of a downside, which is why I deducted one star, but I believe the experience was more than sufficient for the price.

タイミングも、気候もとってもベストだったこともあり、素敵なお花見タイムを過ごせました。高齢の両親を連れていたので、人混みの中でお花見するより、快適に楽しめたと思います。
あと、ガイドさんが楽しませてくれるのが良いですね。プロの面白さです。

集合場所のわかりにくさ、混乱具合がちょっとマイナスポイントで星１つ減にしましたが、価格に対して充分すぎる内容だと思います。

The experience in the business class and the actual cockpit of the A320 (old model) was so realistic that it was moving.

I saw the actual disaster training being conducted and witnessed the hard work of everyone working on board. I asked various questions, and the flight attendant in charge kindly answered with a smile. I was happy when she said, "Let's meet again on board next time!"

災難訓練など実際に行われているところをみて、機内で働く皆さんの大変さを目にしました。色んな質問をしましたが案内役のCAさんも気さくに笑顔で答えてくれました。またの機会に機内で会いましょう、と語りかけてくれて嬉しかったですよ！

This time, it was a very meaningful and enjoyable visit. It was my first time visiting ANA Blue Base, and coincidentally, we were the only group being guided. The guide was very thorough in showing us around each facility and explained many interesting episodes along the way. Thanks to that, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of ANA.

Although it was before full bloom, we were blessed with good weather and were able to comfortably visit the famous cherry blossom spots. It was refreshing to view the city from a high vantage point, and the guide's stories were interesting, making for an enjoyable hanami experience.

満開前でしたが、天候に恵まれ、快適に桜の名所巡りができました。
高い視点から街を眺めるのも新鮮で、ガイドさんの話も面白く、楽しく花見ができました。

Compared to other companies' open-top buses, the brown glass windows create a sense of poor visibility (perhaps due to UV protection?), making it particularly not recommended to ride after it gets dark. Unfortunately, there are hardly any illuminated spots, so you need to strain your eyes to see the cherry blossoms.

While I enjoyed the pleasant drive with a gentle breeze (though this depends on the weather and seating), the cherry blossom viewing was disappointing. There is only one location where it becomes a tunnel of cherry blossoms (the total passing time is only about ten seconds), so it felt like the open-top experience didn't have much meaning.

I appreciate the effort of the guide in trying to make it exciting, but I won't be returning.

他社のオープントップのバスに比べると、ガラス窓がブラウン系のため（UVカットなのかしら⁈）視界不良感が否めず、薄暗くなってからの乗車は特にお勧めできません。（残念ながら、ライトアップされている箇所がほとんどないので、目を凝らさないと桜が見えないレベル）
そよ風が気持ちいいドライブは楽しめたけれど（但し、天候と座席によりけり）肝心のお花見は期待外れ。
桜のトンネルとなっている場所は１か所なので（通過時間はトータルで十数秒程度）、オープントップの意味があまりないように感じました。
ガイドのお姉さんが一生懸命盛り上げてくれたので感謝していますが、リピはなしです。

I was able to see cherry blossoms in various places in a short amount of time. It was wonderful to bask in the sunlight and spring breeze. Also, the guide's announcements lifted our spirits and created a fun atmosphere.

You can tour the facilities, and the flight attendants who actually work there guide you and provide explanations. It's really fun. They also answer questions politely. It feels a bit like a social studies field trip in elementary school.

施設をみて回れて、実際に働いてるCAさんが案内しながら説明してくれます。すごく楽しいです。質問にも丁寧に答えてくれます。小学校での社会科見学みたいな感じでしょうか。

I signed up for the tour just two days after the cherry blossoms began to bloom.

Thanks to the summer-like heat during the day, the cherry blossoms started blooming all at once. It was very cold during the night portion, so I recommend preparing for the cold. The open-top bus was very chilly.

ちょうどツアーの2日前にサクラの開花が始まりツアーに申し込みました。

日中は夏日でとても暑かったお陰か一気に桜が咲き始めました。
夜の部でとても寒かったので防寒対策をお勧めします。
オープントップバスはとても寒かったです。

It was my first time participating in a tour, and I was deeply satisfied to learn about airplanes from the perspective of those who are actually involved in the industry, driven by my curiosity and interest. I feel that it's enjoyable for everyone, from children to adults, not just airplane enthusiasts and mechanics. In particular, I think adults can learn a lot from it. I deducted one star because the person I happened to be with was too aggressive, which made the final experience time disappointingly short.

初めてのツアー参加でしたが、好奇心というか興味というか飛行機にまつわるエトセトラが実際に関わる人という視点を通して深く学ばせてもらえて大満足でした！
飛行機ファン、メカフェチのみならず子供から大人まで楽しめる気がします。
特に大人はいろいろ学べる気がしますよ。
星ひとつ減らしたのはたまたま一緒になった人が積極的過ぎて最後の体験時間があまりに短かったのが残念だったため。

Each area we were able to visit was truly wonderful. Since it was a place we normally wouldn't have the chance to see, we made sure not to waste a single moment during our visit.

見学できた一つ一つのエリアが大変素晴らしかった。

The facility itself is primarily focused on training, so the visit was just from a high vantage point, but it was a valuable experience to see the pilots and cabin attendants actually training. As an airplane enthusiast, I thought it would have been nice to see a few more types of cockpits and engines. The cabin attendant who guided us was very pleasant, but the reception staff did not leave a very good impression.

施設自体はもちろん訓練するのが主体なので、見学は高い所から見るだけでしたが、実際に訓練しているパイロット、キャビンアテンダントさんを見る事が出来て、貴重な体験でした。飛行機好きとしてはもう少しコックピットやエンジンの種類があれば良いかなと思いました。また案内してくれたCAさんはとても感じが良かったのですが、受付の方はあまり印象が良くなかったです

It was supposed to be a cherry blossom viewing tour, but it was a bit early for the blossoms... However, I was able to enjoy the sightseeing thanks to the guide's lively talk and explanations. The bus operation was also smooth and went well. Thank you to the driver and the guide.

桜見の観光ということでしたが、桜にはちょっと早かった…
しかし、ガイドさんの軽快なトークと解説で楽しく観光できました。バスの運行もスムーズで順調でした。

This is a tour to visit the training facilities of ANA's cabin attendants and ground staff. Photography is prohibited inside, but the exhibition area at the beginning allows for photos, featuring model planes, airplane wheels, engines, and other displays.

ANAのキャビンアテンダントさんやグランドスタッフさんの研修施設を見学するツアーです。
内部の撮影は禁止となっていますが、初めにある展示エリアは撮影が可能で、モデルプレーンや飛行機の車輪、エンジンなどの展示がありました。

The explanations were easy to understand, and since it was a tour with four people, it was easy to ask questions, making it a meaningful time. I appreciated the quick responses, such as when the dedicated staff promptly inquired and provided answers to our questions. It was an interesting experience to witness the actual training in person. I look forward to enjoying a different perspective on my next flight.

説明も分かりやすく、４名のツアーだったこともあり質問もしやすく、有意義な時間でした。質問に対して、担当の専門スタッフにすぐ問い合わせて解答いただくなど、迅速な対応がありがたかったです。実際の訓練の様子を目の当たりにする機会は興味深い体験でした。次回の搭乗時は違った角度から楽しめることを期待しています。

I was glad to be able to see the training scenes. As a company-wide initiative, I strongly felt the hospitality.

From the moment I entered the building, I was greeted by the warm words of the staff. Even before passing through the airport-like gate, there were so many attractions and experiences (like AR dress-up) that I felt like there wasn't enough time to enjoy everything. The attending staff were very warm and attentive. It wasn't just a tour of the training facility; there were various display materials along the tour route, each accompanied by detailed explanations. I also got to see staff who were actually training (ground staff in lectures, pilots studying on their own, cabin crew training with AED, pilots and cabin crew undergoing escape training, and maintenance staff listening intently while looking at the wings) during my visit on a weekday afternoon. I was extremely satisfied with the time spent, as I could truly feel the staff's sincere attitude towards safety and their hospitality.

建物に入った瞬間から、スタッフの温かな言葉がけ。空港みたいなゲートを通る前の時間も、時間が足りないぐらい、見どころや体験(ARで着せ替え)があります。
アテンドしてくれるスタッフもとても温かくて丁寧。訓練の施設だけの見学、ではなく、見学コースに様々な展示資料があって、その場所ごとに丁寧な説明がありました。また、実際に訓練しているスタッフ(グランドスタッフの座学、自習しているパイロット、AEDの訓練をしているCA、脱出訓練をしているパイロットとCA、主翼を真剣に見つめながら説明を聞く整備さん)を実際に見られました(平日の午後に見学しました)。
安全に対する真摯な姿勢と、スタッフのホスピタリティを実感できる時間で大満足でした。

I flew from Osaka, but due to a delay, I was worried I wouldn't make it in time for the start. When I sent an email, I received a prompt reply, and they made arrangements for me to join the tour. I could feel the hospitality of ANA, and I had a very enjoyable visit. If you love airplanes, or even if you're not a fan, I highly recommend you give it a try. You might just overcome your fears!

大阪から飛行機で行きましたが、遅延で開始時間に間に合いそうになかったのでメールを送ったら、すぐに返信をいただき、ツアーに合流できるよう配慮してくださいました。

I visited the ANA Training Center for the first time. I was able to experience how daily operational safety is created and maintained. It was great to actually see the training in action.

初めてANAトレーニングセンターの見学に行きました。日々の運航の安全はこうやって作られて、守られているのだなと体感できました。訓練の様子も実際に見ることができて良かったです。
