It was a very meaningful time. I realized how happy it is to learn new things. I have come to like ANA even more. The tour explanations were very easy to understand, and my questions were answered clearly. The souvenir corner exclusive to tour participants was also great. I would like to participate again.

I participated in the ANA Blue Base Tour. The training facilities were wonderful, and I was able to observe the ANA employees seriously engaged in their training up close, with very clear explanations from current ANA flight attendants. As someone who loves traveling by plane, this was extremely helpful for me.

Hello, I want to recommend Veltra because everything was always very professional with the people who organize it. Amy, super good, gave me a thousand recommendations.
The super patient guide and driver recommended that my children go to places that he knew they would like because of their age.
What I didn't like very much was that the food was very long, it was good that they had the experience but it was too long which we wasted time there.

I was able to make a reservation right on my birthday. The kind guide who provided constant assistance on the bus, the waiter who served us with care, the chef who put their heart into the dishes, and the driver who drove safely—all of it was wonderful, and I was extremely satisfied. It was the best birthday ever. Thank you so much♡ I would love to participate again.

車内でずっと案内をしてくださる優しいガイドさん、丁寧に接客してくださるウエイターさん、シェフの真心が込めたお料理、安全に運転してくださるドライバーさん、全てが素晴らしくて、大満足でした。

I have a great interest in airplanes, airports, and the aviation industry, which is why I participated this time. The guidance was kind and thorough, and I felt the professionalism of those who are responsible for people's lives. It was an inspiring and valuable experience. I hope to participate again someday.

This was my third time participating, and I had expected the current employees to wear uniforms while explaining, but this time they weren't wearing them. I was very disappointed. However, seeing the facility in person made it clear that they truly value their customers. It's a place that makes you want to visit again and again. There’s something exciting about it.

3回目の参加であったが、現役の社員が制服を着用して説明すると思っていたが、
今回は着用していなかった。
とても残念だった。
実際見学して、お客様をとても大事に

This was my second time participating, and I was able to observe the training of ground staff, mechanics, and cabin crew, which was very educational. The guide's explanations were also thorough.

2回目の参加でしたが、グランドスタッフや整備士、CAさんの訓練の様子が見学出来て、勉強になります。ガイドの方の説明も丁寧です。

I had a tour of the facility guided by CA. It was great to see the training in progress. The atmosphere was relaxed, and they kindly answered all my questions. There was also a corner selling ANA merchandise. It was a fun tour that any aviation enthusiast would love.

ANAのCAをはじめ、パイロットや地上係員の訓練を見学することができます。
なかなかこのような施設はないのでいい経験でした！

Not only was I able to see the training facilities, but I also had the valuable experience of observing the training status of ANA employees. Additionally, the tour guides included various roles such as cabin attendants, pilot trainees, ground staff, and lounge attendants. My assigned guide was a cabin attendant, and I was especially happy to meet her as she had done a live stream the day before.

研修施設を拝見できるだけでなく、ANA社員の皆様の研修状況も見学できたり、とても貴重な体験をさせていただきました。
また、見学ツアーのナビゲーターの社員さんの職種は、CAさん、パイロット訓練生さん、グランドスタッフさん、ラウンジアテンダントさんなど様々でした。私の担当ナビゲーターはCAさんでした。しかもそのCAさんは前日にライブ配信をされていた方で、実際にお会いできて嬉しかったです。

A current flight attendant from ANA guided us, and we were able to observe the training process. The flight attendant answered our questions, making it an enjoyable and meaningful experience for aviation enthusiasts.

ANAの現役CAさんがガイドをしてくれて、実際に研修中の模様などを見学でき、そのガイドのCAさんが、質問に答えてくれるので、飛行機好きの方には、楽しめて、有意義な時間になると思います。

It was my second time, but the explanation was more thorough and much easier to understand than last time. They created an atmosphere that made it easy to ask questions, and I felt comfortable talking. Each department has very important work, so I felt the weight of responsibility. I want to participate as many times as possible. I believe I can gain something beyond just money!

This was my eighth visit. Each of the guides was very good. They explained everything clearly. There is also a space for commemorative photos at the end. You can buy exclusive ANA merchandise here. I recommend the work gloves!

8回目の見学でした。案内の方皆さんそれぞれにとても良いです。わかりやすく説明してくださいます。
最後に記念撮影できるスペースもあります。

I had the opportunity to experience something I usually can't see. Since there were only a few people, it was easy to see everything, and I even asked questions. It was fun. Thank you!

We participated as sisters aged 75 and 73. During the day, we took this course, and at night, we went to Tokyo Mega Illumination and stayed at a business hotel. Although we live in Saitama Prefecture and are not very confident in our mobility, it was difficult to return home at night after participating all day, so we stayed overnight. It became a wonderful memory, and we really enjoyed it. The Sky Transportation was excellent.

75才と73才の姉妹で参加しました。昼はこのコースに夜は東京メガイルミに行ってビジネスホテルに宿泊しました。私達姉妹は埼玉県に住んでいますが　足もあまり自信がなく　昼夜の参加で夜の帰宅が大変なので1泊して帰りました。
良い思い出になり本当に楽しかった。　スカイ交通最高でした。

The weather was nice, perfect for a sky bus ride. I thought there wouldn't be many people since it was December, but it was almost full. Since there was no roof, it was thrilling when we passed under the elevated tracks. Time flew by in no time.

お天気が良く、最高のスカイバス日和。12月なのであまり人がいないかと思っていたら、ほぼ満席。屋根がないので、高架線の下を走るときにはスリル満点。あっという間に時間が過ぎました。

With clear skies, no wind, and the winter air, it was a comfortable and exquisite experience without any turbulence. I was able to enjoy the Tokyo city center from an angle I don't usually see. The ground staff were also very courteous, and I am looking forward to enjoying the night view next time.

快晴・無風・冬の空気とあって、揺れもなく快適な極上体験。普段目にしない角度からの東京都心を満喫できました。地上スタッフも丁寧な対応で、今度は夜景を楽しみたいと思っています。

I saw ANA's efforts. It would have been even better if I could have experienced the in-flight meal. Airplanes are really great after all. I want to fly!

I was able to see the training and workshops taking place. By witnessing this, I feel more at ease when flying. I heard that there are times when you can't see them, so I was lucky.

訓練や研修をしている姿を見ることができました。見ることで飛行機も安心して乗ることができます。見られないこともあるそうですので、ラッキーでした。

I was worried about the weather, but the slightly cool breeze felt nice. It wasn't as cold as I had thought, and it was comfortable. Usually, when I'm driving, I can't take my time to look around, so I was moved to be able to appreciate the scenery again. The guide was also very polite and it was great. Next time, I want to take a different route.

We took advantage of the substitute holiday for the sports day and participated for the first time with our children (a 4th-grade girl and a 2nd-grade boy). Perhaps because it was a weekday afternoon, we were the only family among adult groups. Since it was a training facility and there wasn't anything to experience, I was a bit worried about whether we could keep ourselves entertained for 70 minutes, but it seems the explanations from the cabin crew were enjoyable, and the time flew by. The kids seemed to want to enjoy the cockpit and business class seats a bit more at the end, but they looked a bit reluctant to leave due to the time constraints.

運動会の振替休日を利用して、子ども（小４女児、小２男児）を連れて初参加。
平日昼間のせいか、我が家以外は大人のグループでした。
研修施設で、何か体験できるわけではないことから、70分という時間を飽きずに回ることが出来るか、少し心配でしたが、CAさんの説明が楽しかったようで、あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまいました。
子ども達は、最後に座らせてくれた操縦席やビジネスクラスのシートをもう少し堪能したかったようですが、時間の制限があって名残惜しそうにしてました。

CA was very kind, and their answers to my questions were polite and easy to understand, which was very educational. I was amazed and moved at every booth, and I had a very fulfilling time.

There are many things that you can only learn by participating, and I'm glad I came. I was moved to see a few top masters at the mechanic training booth.

参加しなければ知り得ることが出来ないことが沢山あり、来て良かったです。
整備士の訓練ブースで、数名しかいないトップマイスターの方を拝見することが出来、感激しました。

I was able to learn about the duties of each department in detail, and it was very educational to see them in action. I had thought it was a glamorous job, but I truly realized that it is through this kind of training that we can apply what we learn on-site, whether it's in customer service, ensuring safe flights, or making passengers comfortable during their journey. I definitely want to visit again.

実際に見ることができとても勉強になりました。
華やかな仕事だと思っていたのですがこういう訓練を受けてからこそ現場で生かされ、お客様への対応だったり、安全に飛行機を飛ばせたり、飛行機内で快適に過ごさせてもらったりできるのだと
つくづく感じました。
また是非見学に行きたいです。

Thank you for allowing me to participate. During my visit, I was able to observe the training of mechanics, cabin attendants, and pilots, which was fantastic. I am also grateful for the consideration shown to my elderly mother during my participation. I was impressed by the quality of employee training. I gained a clear understanding of the journey to becoming a pilot. It is obvious, but I realized how important it is to maintain various security training.

参加時に、ちょうど、整備士、ＣＡ、パイロット方々が、訓練されている所を、見学できまいたので、さいこうどした。
参加させて頂いた時、高齢の母親に、色々配慮頂き感謝しております。社員教育が、良く出来ている所にも、感動しました。
パイロットになるまでの、道のりがよく分かりました。
当たり前ですが、保安に対して凄く色々な訓練をして維持していくことが、重要だと良く分かりました。

It was good to have a small group with easy-to-understand explanations. I think there would be more demand if there were training attractions that participants could actually experience, as well as the distribution of commemorative goods.

少人数で解りやすい説明で良かったです。
参加者にも実際に体験できる訓練アトラクションがあったり、記念のグッズ配布などがあったらもっとニーズはあると思います。

I was able to personally experience the high level of safety awareness among ground staff, cabin crew, pilots, and maintenance personnel at ANA's safety training facility.

ANAの安全訓練施設に立ち入り、グランドスタッフ、客室乗務員、パイロット、整備士等の安全に対する意識の高さを、身をもって感じることができた。

I was able to see various jobs related to the airport, and I thought it was a place full of dreams. Listening to the conversations in the cockpit with the tense communication with air traffic control, I was moved by the pilots' sense of responsibility. I was overwhelmed when I saw the emergency escape boat. I felt a sense of reassurance seeing the maintenance trainees seriously listening to their instructor. The flight attendants who explained everything created a friendly atmosphere that made it easy for everyone to ask questions, and it was very enjoyable. During the photo session using the equipment, even the older ladies got excited!

空港に関わるお仕事を色々見る事ができ、夢がある場所だと思いました。
コックピット操縦席の会話では緊張感ある管制との無線連絡を聞いて、パイロットの責任感に感動です。
緊急脱出のボートを見て圧倒されました。
整備さんの訓練生が真剣に教官の話を聞いてる姿に安心感を覚えました。
説明してくれるCAさんが皆が質問しやすいように和やかな雰囲気を作ってくれてとても楽しかったです。
備品を使った撮影会ではおばさんもはしゃいでしまいました！

The content was very rich, and the staff's response was very kind. I would like the tour time to be a bit longer.

内容が非常に充実しており、スタッフの対応もとても親切でした。もう少しツアー時間を長くしてほしいです。
