QR code was sent pretty soon after the order was proceeded.

I entered in the wrong date when I was purchasing, but I had no issue using it on a different day. Smooth process getting in, security bag check and then my QR ticket was scanned.

Plenty of photo op opportunities, concerts, theme cafe/restaurant experience and shopping. Great for families.

JR Flex Rail Ticket: Tokyo to Mishima Area Bullet Train Ticket & Coupon

Not Recommended to Use if You Plan to Visit Mishima for One Day Only

We were able to redeem the voucher after lunch, this is not enough as Mishima Skywalk closes by 5 pm. We were not informed by the JR Office that we won't be able to catch the Skywalk, they should have suggested to redeem the voucher the next day. They did not inform us.

After a 55 minute Shinkansen ride, we arrive at Mishima around 3:30 pm, after about 30 minutes of Google Translated communication with the Bus office staff, we finally realised we won't be able to use our Skywalk ticket because the last bus going back to Mishima train station would have already departed once we ride the last bus going to Skywalk. That means we won't be able to use the Unlimited 1 Day bus pass and the Skywalk ticket. It was also raining hard that day. The lady in the desk of the Bus office was very helpful, and even found an english speaking lady from the Tours Office to help us understand that there won't be any bus going back from Skywalk if we take the last bus to Skywalk.

This is ideal if you plan to stay at least one day in Mishima and use the unlimited bus pass the next day.

We weren't able to refund the Mishima Skywalk admission ticket and bus pass.

Great tour for 1st timers!!

We had a good time on the tour.

Good for 1st timers who never went to a sumo wrestling tournament in Tokyo. History, rules ... are explained. You could get lost at the dome, where to be seated and all, but after this tour, it will be much easier to go on our own.

But i really recommend to go with the tour, probably each time. Hassle free :-)

Collection of ticket was easily accessible. The staff are helpful and friendly. Overall,it was a good experience. I would recommend and use veltra again.

This is a plan with a two-tiered Japanese-style bento box and all-you-can-drink options. The Japanese-style bento box was delicious. Looking at other people's experiences, the reviews were quite polarized, which made me a bit anxious. I could understand the opinions of those who rated it low, but the small stage created a sense of intimacy, and the staff's dedication came through, making me forget the time and enjoy myself. It felt like it ended too quickly. Since I don't drink alcohol, the all-you-can-drink option felt like a waste, but I was completely satisfied with the show and the meal. If I had to wish for something, I would have liked it if chuhai was included in the all-you-can-drink options.

Be aware if you want to go to Mt Fuji, this is not what you want to book, do more research and get a different trip, I wasted our money but we did the best of it and enjoy the train trip and the skyline....

Note the Voucher Redemption Hours Before Booking

This was our second visit to Tokyo Skytree, but first time using VELTRA. While the VELTRA website shows the attraction hours to be 08:00 to 22:00, the fine print will reveal that the Fast Skytree Ticket Counter hours are from 10:00 to 21:00.
The VELTRA voucher can only be redeemed through this ticket counter, which means it is not possible to enter between the 08:00-10:00 hours of operation. While both days we visited Mount Fuji was not visible, it is said the the optimal times with a higher probability of it being visible is around 08:00, so this is disappointing that you are already prevented from visiting at the recommended time of day if that is what you are hoping to see (which was the case for us as on our previous visit all highlighted sites were visible with the exception of Mt Fuji).
We were also hoping to maximize our day's itinerary by knocking out the Skytree visit first, then start shopping in the Tokyo Solamachi as soon as it opened at 10:00, but since we could not even redeem our VELTRA voucher until 10, we had no choice but to push back our plans.
The actual process of redeeming the voucher and entering the attraction was smooth. The Japanese in general are so very hospitable, polite and accommodating to your needs. Should employees be actually manning the counter earlier than 10:00 I would not be surprised if they allowed us to enter sooner.
On our prior visit, I do recall long lines, so I could see the Fast Skytree Ticket Counter being a benefit on some days if you do not need to enter before 10 a.m., but on the day of our visit (a Tuesday at 10 a.m.), there was absolutely no line on either side. Our prior visit was during the Japanese spring break period so that could have been a major factor in the larger crowd. But on this particular visit we could have simply walked in with no wait as a normal visitor.
Overall the experience was fine and I would not hesitate to book other tickets through VELTRA after a closer look at the fine print.

Visit to the Tokyo Skytree Tembo Deck

I enjoyed visiting the Tokyo Skytree earlier this week. The fast track ticket was excellent value for money and I was able to skip the main ticket line and go straight to the elevators. The Tembo Deck is at 350m and there are 3 floors of things to do and see. The view over Tokyo cannot be beaten. Simply the scale of the sprawling city is magnificent. A particular highlight was the Skytree cafe at 345m. A little more expensive than elsewhere, but you can’t beat a cold beer while watching the sunset over Tokyo from above.

Wow! An unexpected delight!

The location was a little hard to find, but this initial difficulty was soon forgotten as we were warmly welcomed at the venue and served our drinks by the friendly staff. The show did not disappoint in either quality, variety, or duration. The girls were great and delivered the idol experience we wished for. The audience was given light sticks to wave in time with the music, and the Japanese audience (all male) seemed to know all the words to the songs and sang along forcefully. We were given the opportunity to take photos with the girls and as a special treat were given CDs and hand towels. We also got to talk to one of the girls. All in all a great experience!

We were very pleased we decided to go up the Skytree Tower. We went fairly early and it was very quiet. No queues at all. Naturally the views are great. Much will depend on how hazy it is. The organisation was fantastic. Did not need much time. Make sure you do not miss the piece of clear glass floor which gives an amazing view straight done, with views to the ground and of the structure of the tower. Probably the most unique aspect of this high level view.

The price is much lower than official one. The process to redeem ticket is fast & simple as clearly stated in voucher's instruction. The best thing it is fast pass therefore queuing takes little time compared to normal ticket.
