The regular admission fee for the Tokyo Skytree, including the observation deck, is quite high at 3,100 yen on weekdays. I searched for a more economical purchasing option and found that Veltra had a great deal. I was able to purchase tickets for 2,700 yen and also used Veltra points, allowing me to enjoy the Tokyo Skytree at a better price.

It's recommended to visit during the time when the winter air is clear. Don't hesitate to go up to the upper observation deck. The view is completely different.

冬の空気が澄んでいる時期に訪問するのがおすすめです。
迷わず上の展望台まで上がりましょう。見える風景が全然違います。

I used it on January 4th. Perhaps because I arrived 30 minutes late for my reservation, the barcode could not be read, and the discovery process took some time. Since it was early in the morning, it was very quiet, and all the elevators were reserved. It was nice that the air was clear and I could see far because the factory was not yet in operation for the New Year.

１月４日に利用しました。予約時間の３０分遅れでついたからか、バーコードが読み取れず、発見手続きに時間がかかりました。
朝一だったので、とても空いていて、エレベータが全て貸し切りでした。
新年でまだ工場が稼働していないから、空気も澄んでいて、景色が遠くまで見れて良かったです。

Due to the unfortunate weather, there were quite a few visitors, allowing for a leisurely sightseeing experience. That said, when I arrived, it was still before the rain started, and although it wasn't sunny, I was able to see enough of my surroundings. From the observation corridor, I could look down on the clouds, which was a unique experience that I was quite satisfied with.

あいにくの天候ではありましたため、来場者はかなり少なくゆっくり観光できました。
と言っても、到着時点ではまだ雨が降る前であり、晴天ではないものの周りを見ることは十分でしたし、展望回廊では雲を上から見下ろすこともできなかなか体験しない風景だったのでは？と思い満足でした。

It was completely white and I couldn't see anything. Even though it's reservation-only and cancellations aren't allowed... it was empty, yet I couldn't enter early. I only experienced the speed of the elevator.

一面真っ白で何も見えなかった。
キャンセルも出来ないのに予約制とか…ガラガラやのに早めに入ることも出来ない。
エレベーターの早さを体感しただけですね。

I saw the night view from Tokyo Skytree for the first time, and it was very beautiful. The staff were also polite, and the ventilation in the elevator was good, so I felt safe and enjoyed my visit.

スカイツリーからの夜景を初めて観ましたがとても美しかったです。
スタッフさんの対応も丁寧、エレベーター内の換気もされていて、安心して楽しめました。

I hadn't had the chance to visit because it was so close, but I went thanks to the Goto campaign. I'm grateful for the nice weather.

one of my dream was to see tokyo disney parks, very easy ticket pick up, great price, helpful staff. we had a great day in disney and would love to go back.

the Moomin Valley Park is very amazed with the park map and the cutest ticket for the entrance, the set up of directions to everywhere in the park, the playground for the children and all activities to be walkable around the park and the lake. this is my first time to visiting the Metsa Village in Hanno, Japan during the winter season which I would guess the weather might be little bit colder to be walking and sightseeing inside the park on the windy day. There are lot of places for the food selections at lunch break and tea/coffee breaks inside the park where there are some parts to picnic outdoors with the children around the playground on a nice weather day too. I am really enjoyed exploring at the Moomin Valley Park and would definitely be planning more trips to visiting the Moomin Family and Friends in Japan on another seasonal. Thank you very much!

The staff was friendly and the facility was beautiful. Everything at this facility was top notch and felt like walking into the past. The only problem with that is just like in the past the other guests didn’t seem to happy to have foreigners around, but I have absolutely no complaints with the facility and staff they were perfect.

In my experience if an idol show doesn’t have chairs the fans get way more crazy. Its like watching or in some cases being in the middle of a supper coordinated mosh pit. This performance was a happy medium. The music was great and girls were super cute, but the fans were seated and it didn’t get intimidating. If you want to experience real Otaku idol pop culture, or just want something new and strange but uniquely Japanese this is a great option.

It was a little confusing to find the office where we had to exchange the vouchers for tickets, and it took more than 30 mins to get them because the lady at the counter had to keep validating something at the back.

But once we got the tickets, it was smooth sailing all the way. Took the 9am'ish bullet train to Hakone, was there in about half an hour, then had to find the office to claim the included bus tickets, which was tucked away in a little office at the back corner and outside of the train station.

There was a nice lady at the bus terminal that gave us the bus schedule - try to get that sheet so you don't spend a lot of time waiting for the bus.

We headed out to Hakone Open Air museum which was SUPER nice and had a lot more artwork on display than expected, had a quick foot bath (bring a little towel so you don't have to buy one, but if you forget you can get one for 1000Y at a vending machine!), a fast lunch, then headed out to Lake ashi for a ferry to the Ropeway, went up the mountain for AMAZING views, but shy Mt Fuji-san was covered in clouds (if you want a chance to see Mt Fuji - make sure you go early, in the afternoon there are already lots of clouds), then we went back towards Yamamoto station for an onsen experience at Hakone Yuryo - once you get past the butt naked embarassment it's sooooooo relaxing!

Then caught the bullet train back home.
Wonderful Hakone day!! Hope to come back adn visit another town soon!

We redeemed Veltra’s voucher at the Tokai Tour office in Tokyo station at exactly 10am and travelled to Mishima via the first available shinkansen. Luckily we were able to get seats at the unreserved car; ride was very fast and convenient as expected. We stayed for one night nearby area and checked in a ryokan with onsen. The next day we redeemed the 1 day Tokai bus pass and entrance ticket in Mishima Skywalk. As it was cloudy day we were not able to see Mt Fuji but we still enjoy our trip. We used the return ticket to Tokyo at our own convenient time. Highly recommended for tourist who would like to experience riding Shinkansen and visit Mishima Skywalk and do sightseeing at their own phase.

Moominvalley Park is relaxing and charming, just like the comic books. The museum was one of my favorite attractions since you could take pictures with the characters and see beautiful exhibits. Plus, it’s a nice walk with nice scenery around a lake. There’s plenty of places to shop and eat. I would recommend going to Moominvalley house first since it’s a 5 to 20 minute wait, and then go to other attractions. Plus, at the end of the day, there’s still time to explore the area around the train station before heading back to Tokyo or any other surrounding prefectures.

This package is a must get for visit to Numazu or Uchiura!

We used this package as part of pilgrimage tour to Numazu and Uchiura, where popular anime series Lovelive Sunshine. The package includes ticket to Mishima, which is the closest Shinkansen station.

Pickup ticket is easy, we just went to the tour office at Shinagawa station, present the vouchers, and got the tickets. This save lots of time especially during rush hours when the ticket office has long queue.

Shinkansen is great as always. It is fast, comfortable, and reliable. The train ride from Shinagawa to Mishima took around an hour. Be sure to check out the Bento in stations as they are all delicious.

From Mishima it is a short one stop train ride to Numazu. Numazu is a great small Japan town, which has a different feel to large cities like Tokyo or Osaka. It still retains feel of older Japan before the tourist boom in the last 10-15 years. You won't be able to find a tax free shops in Numazu, which is always a good sign for real authentic Japanese experience.

We visited Awashima Hotel for lunch, which is great value for the quality of the meal. The boat ride to Awashima island should have great view of Mount Fuji, unfortunately we went on a cloudy day.

Numazu also have a great fish market at Numazu Port, with lots of fresh seafood and restaurant similar to the fish market in Tokyo. We definitely recommend Numazu Burger, which has the best fish filet burger we have ever tasted.

Fan of Lovelive Sunshine and Aqours will definitely want to visit Numazu to visit all the spots that appeared in the anime and movie, such as the famous beach, cafe, shopping arcade, and the stamp rally.

Overview we highly recommend getting this Flex Rail ticket to anyone visiting Mount Fuji area and Numazu!

Excellent service. We visited Skytree on Christmas evening. Lovely views around Tokyo, even Fuji.

It is ok nothing excited. May be for little kids. Merchandise is not many either. So I would not care much if I don’t get to go there. The cafeteria food is not good but very expensive. Not worth your money.

Great experience! Book the ticket in advance. You will save sooooo much time. When we saw the huge line, we were worried about our time, but when we exchanged our voucher, we were immediately lead to the VIP line with 0 wait time. Highly recommended!

QR code was sent pretty soon after the order was proceeded.

I entered in the wrong date when I was purchasing, but I had no issue using it on a different day. Smooth process getting in, security bag check and then my QR ticket was scanned.

Plenty of photo op opportunities, concerts, theme cafe/restaurant experience and shopping. Great for families.

We were able to redeem the voucher after lunch, this is not enough as Mishima Skywalk closes by 5 pm. We were not informed by the JR Office that we won't be able to catch the Skywalk, they should have suggested to redeem the voucher the next day. They did not inform us.

After a 55 minute Shinkansen ride, we arrive at Mishima around 3:30 pm, after about 30 minutes of Google Translated communication with the Bus office staff, we finally realised we won't be able to use our Skywalk ticket because the last bus going back to Mishima train station would have already departed once we ride the last bus going to Skywalk. That means we won't be able to use the Unlimited 1 Day bus pass and the Skywalk ticket. It was also raining hard that day. The lady in the desk of the Bus office was very helpful, and even found an english speaking lady from the Tours Office to help us understand that there won't be any bus going back from Skywalk if we take the last bus to Skywalk.

This is ideal if you plan to stay at least one day in Mishima and use the unlimited bus pass the next day.

We weren't able to refund the Mishima Skywalk admission ticket and bus pass.

Spectacular views of Tokyo and beyond. We could see Mt Fuji and many other well known places. By buying our passes online we were able to jump the queue.

We had a good time on the tour.

Good for 1st timers who never went to a sumo wrestling tournament in Tokyo. History, rules ... are explained. You could get lost at the dome, where to be seated and all, but after this tour, it will be much easier to go on our own.

But i really recommend to go with the tour, probably each time. Hassle free :-)

We took Teamlab Borderless ticket through Veltra. and It was really an amazing experience.

We booked Mt.Fuji tour also with them...

We throughly enjoyed the show. It was a great experience. It was very visually stimulating. The staff are incredibly talented. It is also in a Beautiful theater! Highly recommend. You won’t regret it and you don’t want to miss out.

Collection of ticket was easily accessible. The staff are helpful and friendly. Overall,it was a good experience. I would recommend and use veltra again.

Moomin valley park was awesome. And I would go again. It would be better if you could sell the individual attractions fee all together as an option for convenience.
