I was able to see the training facility of ANA, and my grandchild was so excited, saying that they want to come with the whole family next time. I'm really glad we came.

Thank you for your help. I enjoyed my grandson's spring break. However, I think it would have been even better if we could have gotten closer to experience the size of the airplane and such.

It was fun to have an active flight attendant explain things to us and answer our questions politely. We also got to take a commemorative photo together.

This was my third time participating in the Blue Base Tour, and even though it's the same facility, having different navigators provides new perspectives and explanations. The training scenes I get to see also vary each time depending on the timing, which adds a completely fresh enjoyment! The employees' wealth of knowledge, clarity in their explanations, and friendly hospitality are truly outstanding every time I visit.

Blue Base Tourの参加は今回で3回目でしたが、同じ施設でもナビゲーターの方が違うとまた新たな観点でご説明いただけたり、拝見できる訓練風景も毎回タイミングによって異なるので全く新鮮な楽しさがあります！社員の方々の知識の豊富さやご説明のわかりやすさ、おもてなしの親しみやすさはいつ伺っても本当に素晴らしいです。

I was pleasantly surprised that a current flight attendant provided the explanation. The content was well memorized and easy to understand. I brought my grandchild along, and I think they became interested in the airline, so I am very satisfied with the participation.

説明内容もよく暗記されていてよく理解できました。　孫を連れて行きましたので航空会社に興味を持ってくれたと思いますので、参加して大変満足です。　

It was a tour in English, so it helped me study English! Since there were many international participants, I had a lot of fun talking with people from overseas! It felt like I had an experience that was not quite Japan, even though I was in Japan.

英語でのツアーなので、英語の勉強になりました！
また海外の方が多いツアーなので、海外の方と話したりとても楽しかったです！

Among the various bus tours available, this one matched my needs perfectly. Since I understand English, I thought it would be fine to participate in this tour. There were six Japanese participants, including myself. I joined alone, but there were also foreign participants who came alone.

The guide was considerate and communicated necessary information in Japanese as well (though they humbly mentioned their Japanese wasn't very good, it was actually fine).

The bus was spacious, equipped with Wi-Fi and charging ports. The stops at service areas along the way were appropriate.

The guide not only announced recommended lunch options but also provided explanations from the perspective of Japanese religious views for the foreign participants. I felt a sense of respect in that. Even if you don't understand English, you can still join, but the English guidance is definitely worth listening to.

色々あるバスツアーの中で自分のニーズにマッチしていたのがこちらでした。
私は英語はわかるので、こちらの参加でも大丈夫かと思い参加しました。
日本人参加者は私を含めて6人でした。私は1人で参加でしたが、外国の方も1人で参加の方もいらっしゃいました。

ガイドさんは気を遣ってくれて日本語でも必要なことは伝えてくれました（本人は上手ではない日本語でと恐縮されていましたが、そんなことはなかったです）。

バスは広く、wi-fiや充電も完備でした。
途中のサービスエリアでの停車も適切でした。

ガイドさんは、おすすめのランチのアナウンスだけではなく、外国人に対して、日本人の宗教観に立った説明をされていました。リスペクトを感じました。
英語がわからなくても参加できますが、英語でのガイドも拝聴の価値ありです。

It was the best season for cherry blossom viewing, so the roads were congested and our departure was delayed, but I was able to enjoy the cherry blossoms from a different perspective on the second floor of the bus. The weather was nice, so the sunlight was quite hot.

お花見ベストシーズンだったので道路が混み合って出発が遅れましたが
バスの2階からいつもとは違う目線で桜を楽しむ事ができました。
お天気が良かったので日差しが暑かったです。

It was raining, and I wore the poncho I brought. I sat in the second row from the front. The rain gradually got stronger, and the view of the cherry blossoms was disappointing. Finally, when we were heading back, the roof came out. I wish we had had a roof from the beginning on a rainy day. The guide's sightseeing explanations were good. It would have been perfect if it had been sunny.

雨が降っていて、持参したポンチョを着て、1番前から２番目に乗りました。雨が段々強くなり桜も視界が悪く残念でした。
後半帰る時にやっと屋根が出て来ました。
雨の日は最初から屋根有りでお願いしたかったです。
ガイドさんの観光説明は良かったです。
晴れていたら最高でした。

I rode an open bus for the first time. The view of the cherry blossoms from up high was great. The view from the open bus is the best.

I came here for the first time.
I've been looking forward to visiting this facility for a long time.
I was excited from the moment I got the locker key to store my luggage!
While looking around the facility and listening to the explanations, they kindly answered any questions I had.
After the tour ended, we talked a lot about our love for airplanes and ANA.

ずっと訪ねてみたかった施設なので楽しみにしておりました。

施設を見ながら、解説を聞きながら、不明点があれば調べて丁寧に教えてくれました。
ツアー終了後も飛行機愛、ANA愛をたくさん語りました。

I had the opportunity to witness a training facility for passenger aircraft operation support, which is something I usually never see. This experience made me re-recognize the difficulty and importance of the extensive and diligent work that goes on behind the scenes, which I usually take for granted. I would like to use this service again next time with even more gratitude.

I was worried about the tour being in both Chinese and English, but most of the participants were from Taiwan. Everyone had great manners and was very punctual, which made the experience enjoyable. The guide was also from China and was able to assist us in Japanese individually, which I appreciated.

The long-awaited trip to Nikko was wonderful. We were able to visit major tourist spots like Toshogu Shrine, Lake Chuzenji, and Kegon Falls, making it a tour filled with the charm of Nikko. However, it was unfortunate that the temperature dropped in the afternoon, and it was a bit chilly on the bus.

中国語と英語対応のツアーということで心配でしたが、参加者は殆ど台湾の方々でした。皆さん時間もマナーも素晴らしく、とても気持ちよかったです。ガイドも中国の方で、個別に日本語で対応していただき嬉しかったです。
ずっと行きたかった久しぶりの日光は素晴らしく、東照宮、中禅寺湖、華厳の滝と主要観光地を巡ることができ、日光の魅力の詰まったツアーでした。
ただ、午後から気温が下がり、バスの中も肌寒かったのは残念でした。

The guide, who was able to speak Japanese, taught us with great care, which made even me, as a Japanese person, feel a bit embarrassed. Overall, I was glad that the tour ended quickly.

日本語が出来るガイドさんが丁寧に教えて下さるので、日本人の自分でさえ恐縮する程でした。全体的に早くツアーが終わることができたので良かったです。

I arrived 30 minutes early.
There are many flags from various companies.
I can't find the flag for "VELTRA" that I signed up for, and I'm starting to feel anxious.
Then I received a call from someone holding an "EasyGo" flag.
When I got on the bus, it had a display for "FJONE."
Is this the right bus?????
I thought it would be an English tour guide, but I also received a Japanese tour guide just for the two of us Japanese people.

ANA Blue Base Tour
I was finally able to make a reservation after always being unable to do so, and it seems that another group canceled, so we had a private guide. The guide, who was a flight attendant, kindly shared information about training and licensing, and we had a very enjoyable time. Thank you to everyone involved.

いつも予約が取れないでやっととてましたところ、もう一組のお客さんがキャンセルとなった様で、貸切りガイドさんはＣＡの方で研修やライセンスの話も親切にしていただき大変楽しく良い時間を過ごす事ができました。

It was a tour that covered all the places I wanted to visit at Mount Fuji, but since it was aimed at foreign tourists, I hesitated until the last minute. However, since the guide spoke Japanese, I had no worries. I think it's a very cost-effective tour!

富士山で行きたところが全て網羅されたツアーでしたが、外国人向けツアーとのことで直前まで躊躇していましたが、ガイドさんが日本語を話せたため、心配はありませんでした。とてもコスパ良いツアーだと思います！

While it is indeed written that "the event will proceed even in the rain" and "bring rain gear," there are limits to this. It's unbelievable that they wouldn't close the roof despite the heavy rain. Because of the rain, I could only look down, and even though the guide was showing us the cherry blossom spots, I couldn't see anything. I felt like I was just paying to get soaked while riding the bus. They were selling cheap raincoats for those without rain gear, but they were flimsy plastic. I don't think they would protect anyone from the rain. It was also sad for the children. I understand the organizers' point that "if the roof is closed, you can't see the cherry blossoms," but since there are windows, I think it would be better to look out from there. It's better than not being able to see anything at all while looking down.

雨のせいで下を向くしかなくガイドさんが桜の名所を案内してるのに見ることができません
お金を払って雨に打たれてバスに乗ってるだけでした
雨具を持ってない人向けのカッパも売ってましたがペラペラのビニール
あれでは雨から守れないと思います
子供もいて可哀想でした
運営側の「屋根があると桜が見えない」というのもわかりますが窓があるのでそこから見ればいいと思いますよ
下を向いて全く見えないよりマシです

Unfortunately, it rained, and I was able to purchase a 100 yen raincoat, but when I looked up, the rain hit my face, and I could hardly see the cherry blossoms. I heard that the bus is designed to have a closed roof, but due to company policy, it wasn't allowed. I think if the roof had been closed, we could have enjoyed the cherry blossoms more comfortably. There were about 40 passengers, but due to the cold and the rain coming in through the gaps in the raincoats, most of us got off along the way. I sincerely hope that the announcement includes a note stating that the roof may be closed in case of rain.

運悪く雨天となり100円のカッパを購入できましたが　上を向くと雨が顔にあたり桜はほぼ見れませんでした　バスは屋根が閉まる仕様との事ですが会社の方針でダメとの事　屋根が閉まれば落ち着いて桜も楽しめたのではと思います
40名程の乗車でしたがあまりの寒さとカッパの隙間からも入る雨に殆どが途中降車でした
案内の一文に雨天では屋根が閉まる場合もありますといれての運行を切に願います

The weather was nice, and it was a refreshing day for cherry blossom viewing, so I enjoyed it. However, the guide's talk was drowned out by the surrounding noise, making it very difficult to hear, which was disappointing.

お天気も良く、風も爽やかなお花見日和だったので楽しめましたが、ガイドさんのお話は周りの音に消されてとても聞き取りにくく、残念でした。

一开始走错门了，ana的工作人员还把我带到正确的地点了，非常感谢，整个参观安排非常合理，讲解员姐姐一直在引导大家互动，感觉更有tour而不是speech 的感觉，很有参与感，vr体验也很棒，下次再来吧

I used it for the first time. The weather was nice, with blue skies and cherry blossoms above, making for a fun bus tour. There was traffic, so we could enjoy the sights slowly. The meeting place and drop-off location were difficult for newcomers, and I got lost.

For us who are over 70 years old, it was wonderful to enjoy the surroundings of the Imperial Palace without the hassle of walking around! We took the 10:00 bus course and got off in Asakusa. We enjoyed walking along the Sumida River and through the lively streets of Asakusa, as well as a delicious lunch. The cherry blossoms were not yet in full bloom, but we were able to fully enjoy the feeling of hanami (flower viewing).

７０歳を過ぎた私達には
歩いては回るのは大変な皇居の回り等々を
楽して楽しむことが出来最高‼︎
10：00のコースのバスに乗車し浅草で下車。
隅田川沿いや賑やかな浅草の街歩き、
美味しいランチも楽しみました。
桜は満開まではもう少しでしたが、十分お花見気分を味わうことができました。

The weather was cloudy and cold, and the cherry blossoms were either in full bloom or had already started to leaf out. Because it was cloudy, I couldn't take my time to enjoy the sakura. I just passed by in the car, and I only saw the famous spots from a distance, so it felt more like a sightseeing tour of Tokyo rather than a cherry blossom viewing experience.

さくらをゆっくり見ることができなかった。車で通り過ぎるだけ、名所も遠くから見るだけだったので、お花見ツアーと言うか、東京観光って感じでした

I participated on April 1st, but the cherry blossoms were already past their peak. I enjoyed the tour as the guide shared various insights about Tokyo, but I think it would be better to join at the end of March next time.

4月１日に参加しましたが、桜は、もうすでに葉桜。
ガイドさんのお話で、東京を色々案内していただいたので、たのしめましたが、次回は、３月の末に参加が良いと思いました。

Must visit if you love this airline or interested in airline companies. You will also have some understand about how the airline train their staff, and also some of their history.
There are many souvenirs for you to buy at the end. Overall the experience is quite good.

The tour was mainly for Chinese participants, but the tour guide was kind and spoke Japanese very well, which was great. It would have been nice to travel to Kamakura individually, but I wanted to ride the Enoden, and it was appreciated that they picked us up by bus. We were the only two Japanese people, so I think it was a bit of a hassle for the guide to provide instructions about the time and meeting place in both Chinese and Japanese. Thank you for your consideration, such as seating us at the very front of the bus!

中国の方メインのツアーでしたが、添乗員さんが親切で日本語もお上手で良かったです。個人で鎌倉旅行でも良かったのですが、江ノ電にも乗りたかったし、バスで迎えに来てくれるのはありがたかったです。日本人は私たち2人だけで、時間や集合場所の案内が、中国語と日本語で面倒だったと思います。バスも1番前にしてくださるなど、ご配慮いただき、ありがとうございました！

I was concerned about the cherry blossom blooming status and the weather, but both were perfect on the day of the event. It was great to see the cherry blossoms from a high vantage point on the bus without having to walk through the crowds of spectators in the city center. The guide's explanations were detailed and informative! Passing under the elevated tracks was thrilling and fun. We got off the bus in Asakusa and visited Senso-ji Temple without going through the crowded Nakamise street, and then we enjoyed the view of the Tokyo Skytree and cherry blossoms leisurely at Sumida Park.

桜の開花状況と天気が気になりましたが当日は両方に恵まれて最高でした。
都心の桜を見物客の混雑の中を歩かずにバスの上の高い目線から見られて良かったです。
ガイドさんの説明も詳しくて良かった！
高架下をくぐるのもスリリングで面白い。
浅草でバスを降りて浅草寺を横から仲見世の混雑を通らずにお参りして、隅田川公園でスカイツリーと桜をゆっくり楽しみました。

I had accumulated quite a few points on Veltra, so I participated in this tour that I had been interested in for a while. It was fun to see Mount Fuji from various locations.

ベルトラのポイントが結構貯まっていたので、前から興味があったこちらのツアーに参加しました。色んな場所から富士山を拝見できて楽しかったです。

I participated with my mother and daughter, making it three generations. The bus had no roof, so it felt a bit chilly, but it was great to see the cherry blossoms up close. Overall, they were about 30% in bloom, but the guide's explanations were bright and enjoyable. We got off in Asakusa, had a meal, and then walked to Ueno Park.

母、娘、私の３世代で参加。バスは屋根が無いので少し肌寒く感じましたが桜を間近に見られて良かったです。全体的には３分咲き程度でしたが、ガイドさんの説明も明るく楽しかったです。
浅草で降りて、食事をしてから上野公園まで歩きました。
