There are many souvenirs for you to buy at the end. Overall the experience is quite good.

I was concerned about the cherry blossom blooming status and the weather, but both were perfect on the day of the event. It was great to see the cherry blossoms from a high vantage point on the bus without having to walk through the crowds of spectators in the city center. The guide's explanations were detailed and informative! Passing under the elevated tracks was thrilling and fun. We got off the bus in Asakusa and visited Senso-ji Temple without going through the crowded Nakamise street, and then we enjoyed the view of the Tokyo Skytree and cherry blossoms leisurely at Sumida Park.

桜の開花状況と天気が気になりましたが当日は両方に恵まれて最高でした。
都心の桜を見物客の混雑の中を歩かずにバスの上の高い目線から見られて良かったです。
ガイドさんの説明も詳しくて良かった！
高架下をくぐるのもスリリングで面白い。
浅草でバスを降りて浅草寺を横から仲見世の混雑を通らずにお参りして、隅田川公園でスカイツリーと桜をゆっくり楽しみました。

I had accumulated quite a few points on Veltra, so I participated in this tour that I had been interested in for a while. It was fun to see Mount Fuji from various locations.

ベルトラのポイントが結構貯まっていたので、前から興味があったこちらのツアーに参加しました。色んな場所から富士山を拝見できて楽しかったです。

I participated with my mother and daughter, making it three generations. The bus had no roof, so it felt a bit chilly, but it was great to see the cherry blossoms up close. Overall, they were about 30% in bloom, but the guide's explanations were bright and enjoyable. We got off in Asakusa, had a meal, and then walked to Ueno Park.

The cherry blossoms were a bit early, but the view from the second floor, which is usually not seen, was exciting, and I thought a bus tour was nice for a change. The guide was very enjoyable and provided a great tour.

桜はちょっと早めでしたが、普段は見られない2階からの眺めはテンションがあがるし、たまにはバスツアーも良いと思いました。ガイドさんがとても楽しく案内してくれました。

The rain was a natural occurrence, so it couldn't be helped, but I regretted participating just to avoid the cancellation fee. The glass fogged up, and I couldn't see the scenery or the flowers from inside the bus, plus it was cold, so there was nothing good about it at all. Even at the initial meeting point, it said to wait until the staff guided us, but even after the time passed, no staff showed up, which left a bad impression of poor organization. Since we paid the same fee as on a sunny day, I hope they consider a plan that can be enjoyed even in the rain.

雨は自然のことだから仕方なかったけど、キャンセル料がかかるからと無理に参加したけど後悔でした。
ガラスがくもってしまってバスの中からも景色も花も見えないし、寒いしで何一ついいことありませんでした。
はじめの集合場所だって係員が案内するまでお待ちくださいって書いてあったけど、時間すぎても係員はこないし、手際が悪い印象。
晴れの日と同じ料金を払っているので、雨の場合でも楽しめるプランを考えてほしいです。

I have visited many times, and I'm always happy to make new discoveries each time. I couldn't actually see the training in action, but I hope to see it next time I visit. It's clear that ANA takes safety very seriously.

Sitting in a bus seat while touring Tokyo is incredibly comfortable. However, taking pictures of cherry blossoms while wearing a seatbelt is quite challenging... The nearby cherry blossoms are blocked by the window frame, so you can only capture the distant ones within the frame. Therefore, I recommend enjoying the cherry blossoms from the window rather than focusing on photography. ♬

バスの座席に座ったまま東京巡りが出来るのは快適そのもの。
ただし、シートベルトをしたまま桜の写真を撮るのはなんとも難しい。。。
近くの桜は窓枠にさえぎられるため、遥かかなたの桜を窓枠におさめるしかない。
ということで、撮影より車窓からの桜を楽しむことをオススメします♬

Since it was a three-day weekend, all the spots were extremely crowded, so I thought my stay would be short, but I believe the cost performance is good if I can visit various places at this price.

Most of the time, it was in English and Chinese, but I was helped because they spoke to me in Japanese. A friend from Thailand was visiting, so I was able to translate from Japanese to Thai and convey the information.

三連休ということもあり、どこのスポットも大混雑だったので、滞在時間が短いとも思いましたが、このお値段で色々まわれるならコスパは良いと思いました。

基本、英語と中国語でしたが、日本語で話しかけて下さったので、助かりました。
タイから友人が来ていたので、日本語からタイ語に訳して伝えることが出来ました。

The wind was a bit chilly, and we could hardly see any cherry blossoms, but it was enjoyable to tour around Tokyo from the roof of a double-decker bus, which is not something you can do very often.

少し風は冷たく桜はほとんど見る事はできませんでしたが、2階建てバスの屋根からなかなか見ることのできない東京都内を周遊できて楽しかったです。

I wanted to get off the open bus quickly because it was raining and cold. The VIP waiting room was hard to find and far away. It wasn't enjoyable at all, not even a little. What a shame. 😢

Many museums and art galleries are closed on Mondays, which was a bit of a hassle, but I found this place and made a reservation. The flight attendants provided a thorough explanation, and I was able to learn about ANA and the safe operation of airplanes. Since it was Monday, it was great to see ANA employees actually training. I wanted to buy a lot of souvenirs, but there weren't as many as I expected, and since the admission fee is 1,500 yen, I would rate it 4 stars.

月曜日休みの博物館、美術館が多く困っていたら、こちらを見つけ申し込みました。
客室乗務員の方が丁寧に説明してくださり、ANAや飛行機の安全運行について知ることができます。
月曜日だったので、ANAの社員さんが実際に訓練しているところを見られましたのも良かったです。
おみやげをたくさん買いたかったが、思ったほど置いていなかったのと、入場料1500円かかるので評価は☆4つです。

CA's explanation was easy to understand and good. It's a shame I couldn't see the planes since I went on the Blue Hanger tour first.

この施設は実際に空港にある施設を同じように再現して実践さながらの訓練を行っています。

こうした訓練施設があることで実際の施設で仕事を始めても違和感なく対応に当たれるのだと思います。

この訓練を見学する事により安心して空の旅ができますね。

The tour was refreshing and enjoyable since everyone except for three Japanese people were foreigners. The tour guide, Kousei, spoke English and Japanese clearly and understandably, which was great. We were able to visit only the sightseeing spots we wanted without any waste of time.

ツアーは3組の日本人以外は全て外国の方だったので、とても新鮮で楽しかったです。ツアーガイドkouseiさんの英語、日本語のガイドも聞きやすく、わかりやすく良かったです。行きたい観光スポットだけを無駄なく回れました。

You can actually visit the training facilities and observe the training while receiving explanations from ANA staff (this time it was a cabin attendant). I was able to see the training for ground staff, mechanics, and pilots, and they answered my questions kindly, which made me very satisfied.

実際に訓練されている所を、ANAスタッフ(今回はCAの方でした)の解説を伺いながら見学することが出来ます。グランドスタッフ、整備士、パイロットの訓練が見れ、質問にも丁寧に答えていただき大満足でした。

One of the means of transportation when traveling is by airplane... but it's not just that; it's a valuable experience to see a part of the aviation industry behind the scenes. Even if you don't usually see it, it's reassuring to know that there is effort put into it. I believe this is enjoyable not only for airplane enthusiasts but also for families.

I was able to see how the employees are committed to safety. I was lucky to see the mock-up actually in action! It was clear that they are conducting training focused on realism! I would like to experience another tour!

I have participated in the Blue Hangar Tour several times, but this was my first time joining the Blue Base Tour. It had a different sense of presence compared to the Hangar Tour, and it was a valuable experience that reaffirmed ANA's high awareness of safety.

ハンガーツアーとは違った臨場感があって、ANAの安全に対する意識の高さが再認識できて貴重な体験となりました。

This time, the attendant was an employee from Grahan. I was able to hear behind-the-scenes stories directly, which added a different level of interest compared to before.

今回のアテンド役ははグラハンの社員の方でした。裏話なども直接聞くことが出来て、今までとは違った面白さがありました。

My visit to ANA Blue Base was absolutely worth it. One of the best parts was that I could join a guided tour in Chinese in Japan, and the explanation was clear and well organized. The tour gave me a great overview of ANA’s history, and it was impressive to see real training scenes where ANA staff practice and prepare for their work. The souvenir shop also had some unique and interesting items, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended if you’re interested in aviation or ANA—definitely a place worth visiting.

The most impressive thing was how kind everyone, including the person who guided us, was. It was very helpful to see the behind-the-scenes operations that I usually only observe at the airport! It's clear that they work hard every day for the safety of customers, allowing us to use their services with peace of mind! I also saw for the first time that there are various tools depending on the job type! Please continue to prioritize safety and treat customers with kindness and smiles. Thank you very much!

This tour allows you to see ANA's training facility. The tour is explained by cabin crew members. On the day of the tour, I happened to see the cabin crew conducting emergency rescue training. Since joining ANA, I've been learning about various training and studies! I had the opportunity to visit places that are not easily accessible, and I realized how important it is to learn in an environment that prioritizes passenger safety. The facilities are equipped to train in conditions similar to real-life situations, allowing us to learn through experience, which I believe is very valuable. When I board a plane, I feel a strong desire to support each of the staff members.

ANAに入社してどんな訓練や勉強をしているか！なかなか見ることの出来ない場所を見学出来て、乗客の安全を１番として様々な分野を学ばれて、現場と同じ状況で訓練が出来る設備が整っている事で、体感しながら学べる事はとても大切な事だと思いました。

I realized how amazing the people working at the airport are! It's because of their daily efforts that we can safely and enjoyably board airplanes, and I can't help but feel grateful. I understood well during this tour how both jobs that directly interact with passengers and those that don't are essential. The facilities also made me feel the airport atmosphere, and I think those who love airplanes and airports were thrilled the entire time! The staff who guided us were fun and explained everything clearly, and I was delighted by their offers to help with photos! Lastly, when I bought some merchandise, I noticed the ANA logo on my credit card, and I was impressed when they said, "Thank you for always supporting us."
