I was very happy to encounter two sea turtles and swim with them ♡ I apologize for any inconvenience, but the guide and the other guests were very kind, and I truly appreciated it. If I have the opportunity to come to Yakushima again, I would love to join again ♡

2匹のウミガメと遭遇できて一緒に泳ぐことが出来、とてもハッピーでした♡ご迷惑をおかけしてしまったのですが、ガイドさん、一緒に参加したゲストの方もとても優しくて本当に有り難かったです。また屋久島にくる機会があればお願いします♡

I arrived at Yakushima in the morning, so I decided to use the afternoon to go snorkeling! When I communicated my plans, they were very flexible and accommodating with the timing, which was a great help. I had done snorkeling a few times before, so I quickly headed to the sea! The water was beautiful, and there were plenty of fish, but the sea turtles were truly impressive! Watching them clean their shells and eat right in front of me was incredibly cute, and I think it was an experience that you can't easily have elsewhere! The guide was very cheerful and took a lot of photos, making it a lifelong memory. Next, I definitely want to try diving! Thank you very much!

屋久島へ午前中に到着したので、午後の時間を使ってシュノーケリングをすることにしました！その後の予定を伝えると臨機応変に時間対応をしてくださりとても助かりました。シュノーケリング自体は何回かやったことがあったので早速海へ！海は綺麗でお魚もたくさんいましたが、やはりなんといってもウミガメが印象的でした！目の前で甲羅を掃除したり餌を食べている姿はとても可愛らしく、他ではなかなか出来ない体験だったと思います！！ガイドさんはとても陽気な方で写真もたくさん撮ってくださり、一生の思い出となりました。次はダイビングを是非してみたいと思います！ありがとうございました！！

It was raining heavily, and I was worried about whether we could go ahead, but once we got in, the sea was warm and there were plenty of fish. Although the water was less clear than usual, I could still see the fish and coral beautifully, and we even encountered a sea turtle. The guide took many photos and videos for us.

強めの雨が降っていて決行できるか不安でしたが、入ってみると海も暖かく魚もたくさんいました。海は通常時よりは透明度低かったそうですがそれでも魚や珊瑚礁がきれいに見え、海ガメにも会えました。ガイドさんがたくさんの写真や動画をとってくださりました。

It was my first snorkeling experience, and I received a lecture. Unfortunately, I couldn't meet a sea turtle, but I was able to see beautiful waters and fish, and it was a lot of fun! After snorkeling, I was also able to use a warm shower, which was very helpful! Thank you!

残念ながらウミガメには会うことはできませんでしたが、綺麗な海と魚を見ることができて、とても楽しかったです！

- Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy, our guide worked hard and we were able to meet the sea turtles we had been looking forward to! They took many photos and videos for us, creating wonderful memories. (The attached photo was taken and sent by our guide.)
- The service included transportation, and they provided everything except for swimsuits, towels, and beach sandals, which was very convenient.
- The shower booths after the experience were clean, and they had shampoo and other amenities, making it comfortable. After changing clothes, they even offered us warm coffee, which was a lovely touch of hospitality. Thank you for the wonderful summer memories!

You can really see sea turtles!! They were absolutely beautiful!!

Also, to be honest, I came here despite the heavy rain warnings and alerts issued nationwide, but frankly, there's no need to worry.

I think the sea won't be rough unless something really unusual happens.

On the day, there were intense downpours and strong winds for a while, but underwater, it was paradise.

In fact, I even thought that diving in the sea is definitely better than being in the mountains during bad weather!

Additionally, the professionals will determine whether it's possible to go based on the weather forecast and their experience, and they explained that even if there is a cancellation, you will get your money back, so I think it's a very reassuring activity to participate in!

ウミガメ本当に会えるんですね！！最高にキレイでした！！

あと、正直、大雨の警報やら注意報が全国的に出てる状況できましたが、はっきりいって心配いりません。

よっぽどのことが無い限り海は荒れないんじゃないかなと思います。

当日は一時的にすごい豪雨と突風が吹き荒れましたが、水の中はパラダイスでした。

むしろ、悪天候は山より海潜った方が断然いいとすら思いました！

あとは、プロが翌日の天候なら可能か否か、と予報と経験をもって判断してくれますし、万が一キャンセルになってもお金は戻ってくるとの説明もしてくださって、とても安心して参加できるアクティビティだとおもいます！

Thank you for the wonderful snorkeling experience. My family and I participated and were thrilled to finally see a sea turtle. Before snorkeling, there was a detailed explanation, and during the experience, they took photos with an underwater camera and later sent us the pictures with the sea turtles for free. I was a bit worried about whether my friend, who can't swim, would enjoy snorkeling. However, the guide kindly explained that the wetsuit is made of rubber and won't sink, and that by relaxing their body, they could float well. As a result, my friend enjoyed the experience without any worries until the end! (Also, the guide carried a float the whole time, so even if you can't swim, you can hold onto it and rely on the guide, which is great for those who aren't good at swimming!) My friend usually makes quite critical comments, but at the end of the snorkeling, they said, "This was the most fun!" so I was really glad I participated! We also encountered a green sea turtle! Watching it eat seaweed was incredibly cute. There were also various other fish! The guide was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot, so we truly enjoyed ourselves until the very end. I'm really glad I got to bond with the newlywed couple we were with too!

Additionally, I wear glasses and have never used contact lenses, so I was worried about whether I would be able to see while snorkeling. However, the guide provided a prescription snorkel! Thanks to that, I could see the sea turtle and the fish clearly, and it was really beautiful, so I'm glad I participated. Thank you so much for all your thoughtful considerations!

私の友人は泳げないので、シュノーケリングを楽しめるか、ちょっと不安でした。。しかし、ガイドさんが懇切丁寧に、スウェットスーツはゴム生地で沈まないことや、身体の力を抜くことで上手に浮くことができることなどを教えて下さったので、友人は何も心配することなく、最後まで楽しんでいました！（また、ガイドさんは浮輪をずっと持って移動していますので、泳げなくてもそれに捕まりガイドさんに身を任せれば問題はありません！これならカナヅチの人でも大丈夫ですね！）私の友人は結構、辛口発言が多いのですが、シュノーケリングの最後に『1番楽しかった』って言ってくれたので私もすごく参加してよかったです！！また、アオウミガメさんとも遭遇することができました！！藻を食べてる姿は、めちゃくちゃ可愛いかったです♡他にも様々なお魚さんがいました！ガイドさんは知識豊富でいろいろ教えて下さるので、本当に最後まで全力で楽しめました〜。一緒に同行することになった新婚さん夫婦とも仲良くなれてホントによかったです笑笑

あと、私はメガネでコンタクトは付けたことがなく、シュノーケルつけても見えるのか不安でしたが、度が入ったシュノーケルをガイドさんがご用意してくださりました！なので、ウミガメさんもお魚さんもよく見えて、ほんとうに綺麗で参加してよかったです〜。いろいろとご配慮してくださり本当にありがとうございました！

We participated as a couple. My wife had very little experience diving, and she was quite anxious, but the instructions were very thorough, and during the actual snorkeling out in the ocean, we received excellent support, which allowed us to enjoy the underwater scenery without any worries. Even complete beginners will be just fine!

夫婦で参加させて頂きました。妻がほとんど海に潜った経験がなく、非常に不安だったのですが、大変丁寧にレクチャーしていた上に、本番の沖に出てのシュノーケリング中も手厚くサポートをして頂けたので不安もなく楽しく海の中の景色を楽しむ事ができました。

This was my third snorkeling experience on a tour, but for the first time, I received a proper lecture and was able to snorkel safely. I realized that my previous methods of snorkeling were quite dangerous.

The tour had exceptional water clarity, making it the best snorkeling experience I've had so far. Although I had trouble finding sea turtles, I was lucky to see two of them right before we left, and I even got to see them surfacing for air.

　ツアーでのシュノーケル体験は3回目ですが、初めて、ちゃんとしたレクチャーを受けて安全にシュノーケルが出来ました。
　今迄のシュノーケルのやり方は、危険だったんだなと、気づかせていただきました。

　ツアーの方は、海の透明度が抜群で、今迄で1番良いシュノーケル体験でした。ウミガメは中々見つかりませんでしたが、帰り際に立て続けに２匹も見れて、しかも海面で息継ぎする姿も見れてラッキーでした。
　

I was carefully taught how to snorkel and then entered the sea. I was able to enjoy my time in the water for a long while. I also had some underwater photos taken, which became great memories. People who come to Yakushima tend to focus on seeing Jomon Sugi, but I highly recommend the sea as well!

シュノーケリングのやり方を丁寧に教えてもらい、海に入りました。海に入っている時間も十分に長く満喫できました。水中の写真もとってもらい、良い思い出になりました。屋久島に来る人はたいてい縄文杉を見に行くことに注目しがちですが、海もオススメです！

I couldn't see any sea turtles, but I was kindly and thoroughly taught everything from how to enjoy snorkeling to information about Yakushima. I participated in the recommended morning time slot, and the water was very clear, allowing me to experience it at the best time. I was also able to enjoy the afternoon effectively and happily! Although it was a short three hours, I was able to fully enjoy the sea of Yakushima! I want to visit Yakushima again and try again! Thank you for today!

ウミガメは見ることができませんでしたが、シュノーケリングの楽しみ方から屋久島のことまで何でも親切に丁寧に教えていただきました。おすすめしていただいた午前中の時間帯に参加しましたが、水がとてもきれいでベストな時間に体験でき、午後の時間も有効に楽しく過ごすことができました！3時間という短い時間でしたが、屋久島の海を十分に満喫できました！

I was worried about whether we would be able to see anything due to the rainy season, but we were taken to a spot where we could see sea turtles, and we took a lot of photos. My son said that snorkeling was the most fun part of the trip. It became a wonderful memory.

梅雨という事もあり見れるか心配していましたが、見れそうなスポットに狙って連れて行って下さりウミガメも見れましたし、写真も沢山撮って下さりました。息子も旅行の中で一番シュノーケリングが楽しかったと言っていました♫いい思い出になりました。

I was very impressed by the thorough instruction on how to wear the equipment. It was also lucky that, due to the impact of COVID-19, we had a one-on-one experience and the sea was almost completely private. Although I didn't see any sea turtles, it was a nice surprise to see large fish swimming leisurely from the shallows and to spot a snake on the beach.

It was unfortunate that my return flight to Tokyo might be canceled, which made it quite a rushed trip, but I would like to try for a sea turtle revenge next time! I have some concerns about my inner ear, so I think I would like to try diving someday, but the snorkeling was enjoyable enough in that sea.

装備の装着方法を丁寧に指導して下さったのがとても好印象でした。コロナの影響でマンツーマン、しかも海はほぼほぼ貸し切り状態なのもラッキーでした。ウミガメは見れませんでしたが、浅瀬から大きなサイズの魚が悠々と泳ぐ姿を見れたり、浜に上がってヘビを見れたりしたのも良いサプライズでした。
帰京のフライトが欠航する可能性があったので、かなりの弾丸になってしまったのが残念ですが、次回はウミガメリベンジしたいと思います！
三半規管に若干不安があるのでいつかダイビングもしてみたいなとは思うのですが、シュノーケリングでも十分楽しめる海でした。

Initially, we planned to meet at 10 AM, but it was changed to 8 AM because the other party said that the earlier time would have better visibility.

The weather wasn't great, but my spouse and I enjoyed snorkeling at Yakushima's Ichinotsu Beach.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the spots, so we were able to go to areas with a lot of fish. Since we are intermediate snorkelers, they kept the briefing brief and increased our time at the snorkeling points, which we were very satisfied with.

We could also relax in a dedicated area for showers and changing. It seems that sea turtles are usually around, but we didn't see any that day.

Having hotel pick-up and drop-off made everything really easy. Additionally, I appreciate the recommendation for the JR Hotel's hot springs and the amazing restaurant Shiosai in Miyanoura, which has fantastic food!

I look forward to visiting again someday.

当初は10時集合を予定してましたが、先方から早い方が透明度が高いということで8時集合に変更。

天気がイマイチだったのですが、屋久島の一湊海水浴場でシュノーケリングを夫婦で楽しめました。

ガイドさんがポイントを熟知しているので、魚が多いポイントに行けました。私たちが中級者ということから、レクチャーをそこそこにして、ポイントを回る時間を増やしてくれて満足しております。

シャワーや着替えなども専用の場所でゆったりできます。普段はウミガメがいるところらしいのですが、この日は見れませんでした。

ホテルの送り迎えが付いているので本当に楽ですよね。また、屋久島のおススメのJRホテルの温泉、めちゃくちゃ料理がうまい宮之浦の潮騒というお店を教えていただき感謝です！

また、いつかよろしくお願いいたします。

Despite the change in the tour schedule, they accommodated my preferred time and taught me how to enter and swim without getting tired. It was truly a great experience. Swimming with the long-awaited sea turtles and observing various tropical fish and corals was wonderful. I also received beautiful photos that I have seen. It was a memorable tour.

希望の時間にして頂き、また丁寧にエントリーの仕方　疲れない方法を学び　本当に良い体験でした。　そして　待望の海亀と一緒に泳ぎ　さまざまな熱帯魚や珊瑚も観察出来　素晴らしい体験でした。　今　写真も綺麗に撮って頂き　拝見しました。　想い出に残るツアーです。

I participated with my boyfriend at the end of Golden Week. The weather was cloudy, but the waves were calm, making it easy to go snorkeling.

On a previous tour just two days before, I encountered one sea turtle during a trial dive, but on this snorkeling trip, I was able to see three! After coming out of the water, it was a bit chilly, but we were able to enjoy a simple warm shower and some hot tea at the beach parking lot, which helped us relax.

Later, we also used the shower at the shop, and it was clean with plenty of hot water!

The photos and videos were beautifully taken, and I was very satisfied.

Lastly, I apologize for almost taking the water-repellent sheet for the rental car home!

彼氏と2名でGWの最後に参加しました。
天気は曇りでしたが、波が穏やかで、シュノーケリングしやすかったです。
前々日に別のツアーで参加した体験ダイビングでは1匹の海亀と遭遇しましたが、こちらのシュノーケリングは3匹も遭遇できました！
海から上がった後は少し寒かったのですが、その場(海水浴場駐車場)で簡易温水シャワーと温かいお茶を頂き、落ち着くことができました。
また、その後お店のシャワーも浴びさせて頂いたのですが、店内も綺麗でお湯も沢山出ました！

写真と動画も素敵に撮って頂き大満足です。

最後、レンタカーに掛けるようの水避けシートを危うく持ち帰りそうになりすみませんでした汗

It was my first experience with snorkeling, but the instructor explained everything thoroughly, so I was able to participate without any major worries. Since it was the day after trekking Jomon Sugi, I was concerned about muscle pain, but in the water, it felt weightless, and I forgot about the pain and swam comfortably! The weather was great, and I got to meet the cute fish of Yakushima and even a sea turtle, which made me very satisfied!! They also provided transportation to the hotel, and I enjoyed chatting with them in the car. If I come back to Yakushima, I will definitely use their services again!!

シュノーケリング初体験でしたが、インストラクターさんが丁寧に説明してくださったので、大きな不安なく臨めました。
縄文杉トレッキングの翌日だったので、筋肉痛などを心配していましたが、海の中は無重力で、筋肉痛を忘れて、気持ちよく泳げました〜！
お天気もよく、屋久島の海のかわいい魚達と、ウミガメちゃんにも出会えて、大満足でした！！
ホテルへも送迎していただき、車内でも色んなお話も聞けて、楽しかったです！

The response time from booking to confirmation was very quick, which was very reassuring! If you have any questions, they will even call you to provide detailed answers.

<Facilities Compared to Photos>
The facilities were even cleaner than in the photos! The shower rooms were very clean and comfortable, and they provided a lot of services. I felt very secure in terms of safety.

<During and After the Tour>
Even for beginners, they clearly explain how to swim and use the equipment. They ensured that there were plenty of breaks while swimming, making it safe for participants of all ages.

During the tour, they took a lot of photos, and even edited them for social media after the tour, providing excellent service. (The guide seems to really enjoy photography.)

The highlight of my experience was when I participated during a time when a typhoon was approaching, and it was uncertain whether we could go into the sea. They guided us to a spot where we could encounter sea turtles, and I finally got to meet a sea turtle, which was a dream come true!

<Communication Stress>
The guide was very friendly and shared recommendations for local hidden gems and sightseeing planning, making me feel like I was getting a great deal. There was absolutely no stress!

I had a very enjoyable time. I would love to participate in such tours again and again.

During my short stay, I was also able to encounter sea turtles, which was incredibly satisfying.
