Staff members can be easily identified by their uniforms, which consist of white and dark purple polo shirts. They will be waiting at the designated airport meeting points holding a sign with the company logo, making it easy for guests to locate their driver promptly upon arrival.
After exiting the international or domestic arrivals area, guests should proceed directly to the designated meeting point outside the terminal. Uniformed staff will be waiting with a clearly marked sign displaying the company logo, ready to assist and escort guests to their private vehicle.
After exiting the terminal, guests should head directly to the designated meeting point outside. Uniformed staff members wearing white and dark purple polo shirts will be waiting with a visible company sign to ensure easy identification and a smooth transition to the private vehicle for transfer.
Upon exiting Terminal 4, guests should follow the signage toward the transportation area where designated staff will be stationed. Easily recognizable in white and dark purple uniforms, they will be holding a company-branded sign and ready to assist with the seamless start of your transfer.
Shared shuttle drop-off in Puerto Juarez and Playa Mujeres is limited to hotels within the designated service area outlined on the map. Some hotels, even within this zone, may not be eligible for direct drop-off. In such cases, guests will be dropped off at the nearest available hotel instead.
