Arrive at the Cancún International Airport
Upon arrival at Cancún International Airport, check in at the OTIUM counter located in your terminal’s arrival lobby. Simply show your voucher on your phone. Staff will assist you and direct you to your private vehicle. Look for signs that say Hotel Shuttles & Tour Operators near the exits.
At Terminal 2, the OTIUM counter is in the arrivals lobby after immigration and baggage claim. For domestic flights, it’s just past baggage claim. At Terminal 3, follow the signs after exiting baggage claim. At Terminal 4, exit, turn left, and follow signs for Hotel Shuttles & Tour Operators.
Once you check in, the staff will guide you to your assigned shared shuttle. Sit back and relax as you're taken to your hotel. Travel time is approximately 15 to 30 minutes to Cancún Hotel Zone or Downtown, and around 1 hour to Playa del Carmen, depending on traffic.
Shared shuttle service is available to hotels in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Costa Mujeres, and other popular destinations across the Riviera Maya. Please select your hotel’s zone when booking. This service does not include Airbnbs or private residences.
