Arrive at the Cancún International Airport
Upon arrival at Cancún International Airport, check in at the OTIUM counter located in your terminal’s arrival lobby. Simply show your voucher on your phone. Staff will assist you and direct you to your private vehicle. Look for signs that say Hotel Shuttles & Tour Operators near the exits.
At Terminal 2, the OTIUM counter is in the arrivals lobby after immigration and baggage claim. For domestic flights, it’s just past baggage claim. At Terminal 3, follow the signs after exiting baggage claim. At Terminal 4, exit, turn left, and follow signs for Hotel Shuttles & Tour Operators.
Once you check in, the staff will guide you to your assigned private vehicle. Sit back and relax as you're driven directly to your hotel or Airbnb. Travel time is approximately 15 to 30 minutes to Cancún Hotel Zone or Downtown, and around 1 hour to Playa del Carmen, depending on traffic.
