The meeting time for the flight departing at 7:45 PM was set for 3:15 PM, which is four and a half hours before departure. However, even after 30 minutes, the shuttle had not arrived. I had to check with the hotel MTS desk, and the shuttle actually arrived 40 minutes late at 3:55 PM. I was the first passenger, but after that, we had to wait for others to join, and we arrived at the airport just before 5 PM. Since it was a domestic flight, there was still plenty of waiting time, and I felt quite idle. It's strange to set an early meeting time considering the possibility that we might be delayed.

Since it’s a shared bus, there may be times when you have to wait quite a bit, but we were lucky and departed without much delay. The mts bus and the polo shirts are easy to recognize. There are often many issues with taxis from Cancun airport, so it was a great relief to have this option.

I was a little worried, but they arrived at the hotel lobby mostly on time. It was more reasonable than a taxi, so I was happy with that.

It's best to stick to the meeting time. Even though some people waited for a while, there were groups that ended up being left behind when the time came and no one showed up.

At the airport exit door, there was someone who seemed friendly and approached me, but I felt something was off, so I brushed them off and stepped outside. Since it was inside the airport, I thought it might be safe, but later when I asked the guide, they mentioned that following the instructions of people inside that door could lead to trouble.
Once I got outside, it was crowded with people handling pickups, and I thought it would be difficult to find the right person. As expected, I couldn't find them easily and started to panic, but after wandering around for about five minutes, I managed to spot the person I was looking for by following the sign with the company name that had been communicated to me in advance.
After that, I was directed to a bus stop by number, but the stop with that number was at the very end, so I had to walk quite a distance. It seemed that the bus would only depart once it was full, so I waited at the stop for about 15-20 minutes before finally boarding the microbus. The wait time wasn't too bad, and I thought, "Well, this is how it goes."
空港出口扉の内側で親切そうに声をかけてくる人がいましたが、なんか怪しい感じもしたのでそこは振り切り扉の外に出ました。扉の内側なので空港に容認されていて安心なのかなとも思いましたが、後日ガイドさんに聞いたところではこの扉の中の人の言う通りに対応するのも痛い目にあうようです。
そのあと扉の外に出るとこれまた送迎受付などの人でごった返していてこれは担当の人を見つけるのに難儀するなと思いました。案の定簡単には見つからず焦りましたが、5分ほどウロチョロしてなんとか事前連絡のあった会社名記載のプレートを頼りに遭遇することができました。
そのあとバス発着場所を番号で指示されましたが、その番号の記載されている乗り場が一番端だったのでそれなりの距離を歩きました。
バス満席になるまで客が集まってから出発するようで、乗り場で15-20分くらい待ってマイクロバスになんとか乗り込めました。それなりの待ち時間で済み、まあこんなものかなと思いました。

I applied through the website because I needed to travel earlier than the first ADO bus. It was reassuring that they would pick me up directly from the hotel. I also thought the price was by far the cheapest among the shuttle services.

When I exited the airport, there were many shuttle bus companies waiting, but when I mentioned "MTS," everyone was able to tell me where to go and informed me of the color of the staff uniforms, so I found it right away. First, the staff confirmed my reservation and checked the number of bags, tagging them and directing me to the boarding area.
The boarding area was the farthest away, but the distance wasn't a big deal, so it wasn't a problem. After finishing the check-in, I waited for about 30 minutes, but they updated me on the situation several times, which was reassuring. The staff's English was a bit difficult to understand, but they answered my questions, so I managed fine.
On the return day, the shuttle arrived almost on time, so I had no worries at all. The vehicle was a large van type, but it was clean, and the air conditioning worked well, making it comfortable.
飛行場を出ると、沢山送迎バスの会社が待っていましたが、「MTS」と伝えると皆がどこに行けばいいか、係のユニフォームの色を教えてくれます、ですのですぐ見つけられました。まずは係の人が予約の確認をして荷物の数を確認、荷物にタグをつけて乗り場を教えてくれました。
乗り場は一番遠くですが距離は大したことないので問題なかったです。
受付を終わってから30分ほど待ちましたが、何度か状況を教えてくれたので安心しました。係の人の英語はちょっと分かりにくかったけど、こちらの質問には答えてくれるので何とかなりました。
帰りの日の迎はほぼ時間通りに来たので、まったく不安はなかったです。
車も大型のバンタイプでしたが、綺麗でエアコンも聞いていて快適でした。

This time, my spouse and I requested a transfer from the hotel to the airport. I had some concerns due to slightly negative past experiences I had read about, but we didn't have to wait long at all, and there were no issues. We arrived at the airport smoothly, which was convenient and appreciated. Of course, I think a certain level of language skills is necessary in case unexpected troubles arise, but aside from confirming names at the beginning, there weren't any situations that required conversation. So, I believe that even those who are not confident in their language skills should be fine.

As soon as we exited the airport, we joined the group, but we ended up waiting at the bus stop for over an hour and a half. Passengers who arrived later boarded another bus and left within 15 to 30 minutes. When we asked why it was taking so long for us, we were told that the bus would arrive in another 15 minutes. However, it didn't come after 15 minutes, and when we asked again, they said it would be another 15 minutes.
After a long flight, we were exhausted and ended up waiting nearly 2 hours at the bus stop while getting bitten by mosquitoes, before finally boarding. During our wait, the staff showed no concern for us and were busy on their smartphones. There was no apology for the delay.
Once on the bus, the driver informed us that we would have to wait another 40 to 50 minutes to pick up other passengers. When we mentioned that we had already waited 2 hours, he said it wasn't his responsibility, but if we paid a tip, he would take us to the hotel first. So, we paid an additional $15 to get to the hotel.
The contact information provided in the email indicated that the LINE account couldn't be added, and when we called the phone number, we couldn't get through. If you have the budget, it's better to book a private car instead of a shared ride. However, there's no guarantee that the car will arrive immediately.

The vehicle was a shared ride for about ten people, and it was used by non-Japanese as well. It was a clean car with well-functioning air conditioning, making it comfortable.
During our sightseeing, we also used local buses, but they weren't suitable for carrying suitcases. Therefore, it was a good decision to use charter services for our round trips between the airport and the hotel.
I was pleased that our return reservation was on time, and the driver arrived to pick us up as scheduled.

I had booked a transfer from the hotel to Cancun Airport. It was at Secrets the Vine, but the transfer did not arrive even after about 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Fortunately, there was an MTS counter on the first floor of the hotel, and when I approached a staff member walking by to check on it, I found out that the reservation date had been mistaken by one day. The time displayed on the voucher was correct. They quickly arranged a car for me, and after about 15 minutes, the pickup finally arrived. It seems that the staff manage the bookings based on an Excel-like sheet on their smartphones, which could be a system prone to errors.
