I made a reservation because I wanted to travel cheaply from the airport to the hotel zone. After arriving, I was anxious about whether I would be able to meet my driver, but as soon as I exited the airport, I spotted someone holding a sign with my name and waving enthusiastically! I immediately recognized my driver and felt relieved.

The shuttle van was exclusively for us. Perhaps because of that, they stopped at the Cancun monument, which is right as you enter the hotel zone, and took pictures for us! It's a famous spot, but it's located a bit away from the hotel zone, so I was really happy they made a stop there during our transfer!

到着後、無事にミート出来るか不安でしたが、空港を出ると名前を書いたボードを持って、大きく手を振る人発見‼︎
すぐに迎えの方と分かり安心しました。
送迎のバンは私達で貸し切りでした。その為か、ホテルゾーンに入ってすぐにあるカンクンのモニュメントで止まって下さり、写真を撮って頂きました‼︎
有名な所ですが、ホテルゾーンから少し離れた場所にあるので、送迎の途中で寄って頂き本当に嬉しかったです‼︎

I had a flight from Cancun to Dallas at 6:00 AM, and the pickup time was 2:35 AM in the hotel lobby. The road to the airport was smooth. Since it was a Wednesday in the middle of the week, I waited at the airport for the counter to open.

It was a shared shuttle, but it seemed I was the only one being picked up, so I had a fun conversation with the driver, and we arrived at the airport in no time. There was no rough driving, and they helped with my luggage, providing great service even in the late hours.

The driver shared various local stories before I left Cancun, creating wonderful memories at the end of my trip. Thank you very much!

I requested a pickup from the hotel to the airport. The pickup was on time.
