I had a flight from Cancun to Dallas at 6:00 AM, and the pickup time was 2:35 AM in the hotel lobby. The road to the airport was smooth. Since it was a Wednesday in the middle of the week, I waited at the airport for the counter to open.

It was a shared shuttle, but it seemed I was the only one being picked up, so I had a fun conversation with the driver, and we arrived at the airport in no time. There was no rough driving, and they helped with my luggage, providing great service even in the late hours.

The driver shared various local stories before I left Cancun, creating wonderful memories at the end of my trip. Thank you very much!

カンクンからダラスへ6:00am発のフライトでピックアップ時間がホテルロビー2:35am。空港までの道もスムーズ。週中の水曜日だったので空港着いてカウンターが空くのを待ってました。
乗合シャトルですが私一人のピックアップだったようでドライバーさんと空港着くまで楽しく会話しあっという間に空港に着きました。
乱暴な運転もなく、荷物も運んでくれて深夜帯なのに大変良くしてくれました。
ローカルの話などカンクンを離れる前に色々教えてくれて旅の最後にいい思い出ができました。

I requested a pickup from the hotel to the airport. The pickup was on time. Moreover, there was a double confirmation with a signature after loading the luggage into the car and another signature after receiving it, which made me feel secure. Although it was a shared ride, it was great that I could easily make a reservation in advance.

ホテルから空港迄をお願いしました。時間通りにピックアップがありました。しかも荷物は車への積み込み後に確認のサイン、受け取った後にサインと二重に確認があり安心出来ました。
乗り合いになりますが、事前に簡単に予約出来て良かったです。

It was very helpful to have a nameplate for easy identification and to wait in the middle of the exit. From there, while carrying my luggage to the bus stop, I was able to have a pleasant conversation until departure. I was very satisfied with the prompt and efficient service.

When I arrived at the airport, they were waiting for me with a board that had my name on it, which made it easy to find them. Although it was supposed to be a shared transfer, it felt private without any sharing. They mentioned a white shirt and blue pants, but they actually wore a shirt in navy, yellow, and white with navy pants.

Since you arrived earlier than the scheduled time and informed the entrance staff of your name, you were promptly assisted by the hotel staff when you finished checking out and headed to the lobby. I have used similar services at various places before, but this was the smoothest experience I've ever had. The pricing was clear and affordable, which was great.
