Provide easily understood map showing the locations of bus and river cruise stops. Tour guide on river cruise can hardly explain herself in English.

Easy and efficient way of seeing all of the areas of Paris.
Dissapointed that we were not allowed to bring a collapsed wheel chair on board even though there were plenty of strollers allowed. This meant we could not look at sites as I needed a wheelchair to cover any distance.

I have to say the Open top bus was a great way to see Paris. They were very easy to use. Only criticism would be that they finished too early in the evening.

A slow start in the morning due to new passengers purchasing tickets other than that a very comprehensive tour which took two full days to cover.

I've done this tour twice now (the first one was in 2005). It's very convenient, the stops are strategically placed, and the buses come and go frequently enough such that the waiting time isn't that much of an inconvenience. The staff is friendly enough as well. I would definitely do this tour again next time.

Great way to get around the city

I was in Paris for testing my way of doing things with rollator. I cannot walk more than 500 mtrs cause of handicap. So I was testing public transport etc. I was doing well! And it was a nice trip. Only difficulty was finding the different bus stops.

This tour was a total waste of money. I purchased a 3 day pass but abandonded the tour within 3 hours. the audio is rubbish, the bus arrived every 35 to 45 minutes and took a +/- 8 minute break at each bus stop, as a tourist time is of the essence. This service knows how to kill time. Rather purchase a tourist Travel guide and use the Metro Service.

I went with my family and used the tour. We didn't have time to ride all the routes, the drivers were friendly and the tours very informative.
A must do specially if don't speak french.

It was a good way to see Paris. There were quite a few of the earphone sockets that weren't working on the buses and we would have prefered to have been given a ticket when we registered in your office in Paris. When we went to get on the bus we thought the driver wasn't going to accept the printout we had as he looked long and hard at it.

Great way to get around the city. But, plan your route before you board so you know where you want to stop and approximately how long it will take at that stop. Also, the buses stop running early starting November, which we didn't know, and we found ourselves lost in the area of Notre Dame and had to take the metro back to our hotel on the Champs-D'Elysees. Check your times!

The best way to move around Paris and we did it for four days, sound must be improved on some buses and spanish shoul be include in your language option, very please with must of your drivers, some of them pay more atention to their phonecalls than the passengers.

Some of the tours ended too early. A shuttle service should be available from the end of the green route to gard du nord for the end of the last tour.

It was very nice and interesting. Will recommend all my friends.

Have recommended to many people since I was back. The cheapest and easiest way to travel around Paris during the day. Unfortunately there is no such tour at night.

Great way to see all the major sites. Also allows someone new to Paris to get an understanding and bearings of the city.

i was disappointed i had use this service before . the information at that time was more interesting. i use this kind of services when i bring my friends and recommend them often .

The voucher instructed us to collect the tickets from the tour office and when we eventually found it we were told that the system had changed some while ago and now the tickets were given out on the bus! We had travelled across Paris in a very expensive taxi and wasted 2 hours for nothing!!
VERY ANNOYING!!! When on the tour a passenger who bought tickets on the bus said the driver had short changed him for 10 Euros and we had to wait 50 minutes there and back at the office while it was sorted out! The headsets did not work on all bus's and sometimes we had to wait over 30 minutes on the Green Tour. I feel that a refund is in order for all the inconvenience our party suffered which spoilt our day!

Excellent way to tour for a first time visitor. The Audio comentary was good but not always usable due to poor maintenance of the audio jacks on the buses.
