ガイドがとても良かったです！
投稿者: Minmin2018, 2018/05/04英語でのツアーでしたが、ガイドさんの話がわかりやすく、専用のラジオを全員に渡してくれるため、迷うこともなく一人でもとても楽しかったです。２時間のコモ湖巡りだけでなく、ミラノを抜けて乗船場所までもずっとイタリアのトリビアや近辺の話をしてくれ、興味深かったです。Thank you Francesca!
コモ湖を回る際に、ランチコースを取るかどうか選べるのですが、私は選ばずにちょっと後悔しました。とてもリーズナブルな価格で、まあまあな内容のランチコースが用意されており、ボート内で外を見ながら食事を取れるようでした。
ベラージオのレストランはシーフードを食べたければ、ここまで待った方がいいですが、時間があまりなく町を回る時間はなくなります。

Outstanding tour guide make the difference.

The travel time between Milan and Como was not too Long ( 1hr +). The only issue was the bus WIFI was down during the bus ride.

Milan to Lake Maggiore
投稿者: Darlene Elder, 2017/10/04We chose this trip initially because we wanted to see the largest lake in the Lakes District of Italy. While we hoped to see the Swiss Alps the cloud cover obscured our view but it did not matter as we were in for a wonderful experience.
Our guide was so lovely, enthusiastic and very helpful in the way she presented the tour. The bus driver was also friendly and genuinely concerned about our comfort.
The visit to the Isola Bella was excellent and the tour of the palace and gardens was breathtaking. We had no idea of the history that we were about to learn. We could not believe it when we saw areas of the palace where Napoloeon Bonaparte and Josephine slept. Also the fact that Princess Diana and Charles had attended a celebration in their honour given by the Borromees during their tour of Italy was another surprise.
We learnt so much about the Italian nobility and the fact that their presence and influence continues today. The fact that they continue to use the top levels of the palace as their summer house took us completely by surprise.
Everything about our tour exceeded our expectations. Even though only 12 people booked this tour it went ahead in a luxury coach with commentary in two languages. Thank you for a great day. Darlene and Rob Elder.

Lake Maggiore day trip
投稿者: Toni G, 2017/09/28My husband and I came to Milan for an extended stay in early September. The last Sunday of the month we booked a one-day Veltra trip to Lake Maggiore and Stressa. We left from Milan at 9:00 am and returned about 6:30 pm. The Veltra bus departure location was very conveniently located right outside the Cairola metro stop in the historic center of Milan. The bus was clean and comfortable and a very easy place to relax. The Veltra guide, Antonella was pleasant and informative. She gave information in English and Portuguese. We arrived in Stressa and promptly boarded a boat to cruise around Lake Maggiore. We stopped at Isola Bella where we received a tour of the incredible palazzo and gardens built in the 17th century. We then headed to Isola dei Pescatori where Antonella recommended a restaurant for lunch. Although the restaurant is in a tourist town, the food was quite good and the prices were quite reasonable. Our last stop was in the town of Stressa. A very fashionable town that had a variety of goods for sale and gelato and pastry shops for snacking. We enjoyed getting to see something outside of the city of Milan. I would highly recommend this tour for a day trip.

暑い日のスケジュール変更はつらいです
投稿者: 匿名希望, 2017/08/07ミラノは連日３５℃超えだったので、行った日もとても暑い日でした。
ガイドの女性二人は、とても楽しくて素敵な方で、グループ全員にどこから来たか尋ねては気の利いた質問をし、車中は和気あいあいでした。（東洋人は私たち二人だけで、アメリカが多く、次にオセアニア…という感じでした）
しかし、購入時のスケジュールでは、コモ湖周遊→ベッラージョ→ルガーノというはずだったのに、なぜかスイスのルガーノから始まり、ランチという時間でもないのに２時間近いフリータイムとなり、カフェで暇をつぶすしかありませんでした。
屋台の八百屋の向かいがカルティエ…という感じでガラガラのハイブランドショップが並び、時計を買った方の免税手続きでもバスで全員が待たされ、初っ端から微妙な雰囲気でした。
そして少し船に乗ってベッラージョに着いてランチタイムですが、既に１時を回っていて、空腹なのに街中では、どこのレストランも暑く、買い物に歩く気分にもなれず、そして無駄にここでのフリータイムも長く、３：４５に船着き場に集合すれば、ものすごい人ごみと暑さの中４：００まで待たされ、特にハイライトもないクルーズを２時間は、かなりつらかったです。
そして、船を降りたらバスの停車場まで、炎天下を１５分以上歩かされ、罰ゲームのような雰囲気で、体格の良いアメリカ婦人は「Oh, my god！」と言ってました。
スケジュール変更の失敗に気づいたか、帰路にガイドさんが「再度このツアーに参加したいか？」と質問したら、ほとんどいなかったようですが数名が挙手したらしく、「いるんだ！」って自虐気味に回答していました。
それほどつらかったです。
本当は、★なしって感じですが、ガイドさんの健闘をたたえて★２つが限界です。
涼しい時期なら、楽しいと思います。

英語は2人とも片言ですが待ち合わせの場所、時間などわかりやすく説明をしてくれましたので
最初は不安でしたがなんの問題もなく楽しく過ごせました。自由時間もちょうどよかったと思います。ホテルお迎えプランでしたが2人でも行けたかなと。集合時間より30分も早かったのでホテルの待ち合わせ時間はもうすこし遅くてもいいのではと思いました。

When you do a review the idea is that it is of the actual trip. So as not to be misleading, the trip on a boat across Lake Como didn't happen due to bad weather -- which I quite enjoyed in itself, apart from feeling a bit cold. I thought the guides did a great job making things interesting for us. we spent time in Como and went up the vermicular and enjoyed the view of the lake. I would recommend this trip. I'm sure that when it goes ahead the guide is excellent, as she was anyway. This is what helps make the tour.

(1) This trip was unnecessarily prolonged - actually only a morning/afternoon was enough
(2) Largo was the only meeting point - very inconvenient to those who stayed in Central Station which could be made as an additional pickup/drop off - then it would be perfect

天気
投稿者: ロミオ, 2016/11/20天気が悪く景色は見られませんでした。雨が降ったりやんだり。船に乗ってる時間が長かったですが雨で外は寒いし窓も見づらいし。天気が良かったら素晴らしい景色だったろうと思います。
スイスに１時間ほど滞在できたのはよかったかな。
こういったツアーは天気に左右されますね。天気が悪くてもキャンセルや返金はされないし、
賭けですね。

We really enjoyed this tour! We arrived at Como at around 10:00 and started the tour with a 20 minutes stop in front of Villa Olmo: we were able to learn more about the Villa, walk around the gardens that surround the Villa and take great pictures of the lake. Then, next stop was in downtown Como. The guide took us to the main square and then to the funicular station to go to Brunate. The funicular ride was fun and the views on Como Lake from the panoramic view point were great. We had 20-30 minutes in Brunate before taking back the funicular. Then we had almost 3 hours of free time for lunch and to walk around Como which is a charming little city, make sure to visit all the little streets! We met the guide at 3pm for a 1-hour boat tour on Como Lake and saw many adorable villages and incredible houses. We had an extra 30 minutes free time after the boat tour before returning to Milan at 5pm. We were back in Milan shorly before 6pm. The tour guide, Alessia was very nice. Although the tour was in english, she translated the most important parts into Spanish for the Spanish speakers.
