Buses are regular and run for most of the day/early evening. Some of the drop of points are still a significant walk from the attractions though.
The skip the line tickets came in handy though to be fair there weren't many lines when we were there.

ヴァチカン美術館＋システィーナ礼拝堂＋コロッセオ 優先入場チケット＆乗り降り自由バス 48時間チケット

Hop on hop off バスの乗り口でバウチャーからチケットはのプリントアウトをするシステムで、効率が悪すぎ。始発に並んでもなななか出発しないし、真実の口以外は地下鉄利用が便利です。
コロッセオの入場券は、フォロロマーノでゲットするとほとんど並ばなくて良いです。
