★和束町、和束茶カフェについて
和束町は日本三大名茶の一つ宇治茶の主産地で、京都府内産茶葉の約45％を生産しています。和束のお茶は宇治茶の郷茶もしくは親茶と言われています。和束茶カフェはその和束茶のみを使用した生産者のこだわりのお茶300品以上揃えた全国唯一の直売所です。
店内には、お茶に関する雑貨や和束伝統の商品などさまざまな品がところせましと並んでいます。
和束茶飲み比べ (約30分)
抹茶、煎茶、紅茶、烏龍茶等など同じ茶の木から作られているのをご存じですか？栽培方法や加工方法の違いで、いろいろなお茶が生まれます。それぞれのお茶のお話と茶種違いの色、香り、味わいをお楽しみいただきます。（和菓子付き）

美味しいお茶の淹れ方を学ぶ (約30分)
日本茶の基礎知識と、800年の歴史を持つ和束茶の美味しい淹れ方を学べます。一煎目から四煎目まて淹れていただき、それぞれの味わいをお愉しみください。また、淹れた後のお茶の葉も召し上がっていただきます。（和菓子付き）
