  If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will be canceled.
  In such cases, a cancellation notice will be sent via email 4 days prior to the tour date.
• A tour conductor who speaks English and Chinese will accompany the group.
  Please note that Japanese guidance may be limited, as Japanese is not the guide’s first language.

• This tour involves a fair amount of walking. Comfortable shoes such as sneakers or walking shoes are strongly recommended.
• Please bring sunscreen and sunglasses, as UV rays can be strong. Applying sunscreen is also recommended.

• Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes early. The tour will start as scheduled, even if there are late arrivals.

• To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive at the meeting point on time.
  Refunds will not be issued if participants miss the bus due to personal reasons.
• Look for staff holding an EASYGO flag at the meeting point.
• Punctuality is required for all scheduled attractions. The tour will not wait for late arrivals.
• Transportation, sightseeing, and duration of stays may vary depending on conditions on the day.
  In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion or weather conditions, the tour guide may, with the guests’ understanding, rearrange or skip certain attractions as needed. Thank you for your understanding.
• This is a group tour and may include guests who speak other languages. Thank you for your understanding.
• Due to long travel distances, actual arrival times may vary depending on traffic and weather.
  The listed schedule is for reference only. Please avoid planning other activities after the tour, as delays may occur.
  No compensation will be provided for any losses caused by delays.
• Participants may not leave the group early or during the tour.
  If you choose to leave the group mid-tour, any unused portions will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable.
  The operator cannot be held responsible for any incidents that occur after leaving the group.
• The itinerary may be adjusted based on the actual number of participants.

• During Japanese holidays, heavy traffic is expected and the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly.
• Personal expenses and any transportation fees not included in the itinerary are not covered.
• The schedule may change or be canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, or public transportation issues. Return times may also be delayed.
  In case of delays requiring alternative transport (e.g., taxi or accommodation), the cost will not be reimbursed.
