As someone who is not local, I wanted to walk as efficiently as possible within my limited travel time! However, due to my age and lack of confidence in my stamina during my one-week stay in Hokkaido, I couldn't make a reservation for this option, which seemed to involve a fast-paced tour. But around the halfway point of my stay in Hokkaido, I really wanted to see the lake before heading back, and since I felt I had enough energy, I made a last-minute booking! Although it was last-minute, I appreciated the quick response and assistance.

There was a notice indicating that the meeting place might be difficult to find due to construction, but it was clear, and as a solo participant, I didn't feel anxious. The explanations for everything were very thorough, which was great! When I wanted to ask for a photo, they approached me first! Thank you! I was also impressed by their fluency in Japanese, Chinese, and English! They repeated important points in all languages twice. There were more inbound tourists than locals, but I was able to enjoy the sightseeing without any reservations.

I was satisfied with both the timing and content of the itinerary. Although the weather at Cape Erimo was unfortunate, it added to the charm of the trip and made me want to come back!

My primary destinations were Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, but Hell Valley was also impressive. I was surprised by how clear the water was in both lakes! I had a soft serve ice cream with shaved ice at Showa Shinzan. This course is perfect for those who want to sightsee efficiently!

While multiple languages were spoken, they were mainly about the highlights of the next location, meeting times, and requests, not about listening to an incomprehensible language for a long time. The bus tour participants included solo travelers, couples, and groups. The bus ride was surprisingly quiet and relaxing, which was nice.

It became a wonderful memory of my stay in Hokkaido! I want to participate with my whole family next time! It was a tour that made me feel that way! Thank you very much to the driver and guide of Bus No. 2!

地元でない私は、限られた旅行時間の中でとにかく効率よく歩きたい！と思いました。ただ、年齢的にも１週間北海道滞在のなかで、体力的に自信がなくて、急足で回るイメージだったこのオプションは旅立つ前には予約できませんでした。しかし、北海道滞在も折り返しをすぎたあたりに、やはりどうしても湖をみて帰りたいなと思い、体力もありあまっていたので急遽の申し込みをしました！急遽でしたが、返信等の対応も迅速でありがたかったです。

集合場所も工事中でわかりずらいかもしれませんというような案内があったので、分かりやすく、ひとり参加の私でしたが、不安をいだきませんでした。何に対しても説明を丁寧にしていただいたのでとても良かったです！
写真撮影をお願いしようとしたら、先に声をかけてくださいました！ありがとうございます！
あとは日本語、中国語、英語の順で流暢に話されててすごいなと感心しました！全ての言語で、大事なところは二回ずつ言ってくださいました。人数は約半数以上、インバウンドの方が多かったですが、なにひとつ気兼ねせず、雰囲気よく観光できました…

行程通りで時間も内容も満足です。
地球岬の天候が残念でしたが、それもまた来たいと思わせる旅の醍醐味、また訪れたいです！

わたしの第一目的は洞爺湖と支笏湖でしたが、地獄谷も迫力があってよかったです。いずれの湖も水がきれいで驚きました！
昭和新山ではかき氷ソフトを食べました。
効率的に観光をしたい方にはもってこいのコースです！

多言語が飛び交いますが、それは次の場所の見どころや集合時間、お願い事などであり、ずっと（長い時間、理解できない言語を）聞いていると言うことではないです。
バスツアーの方々は、ひとり参加の方やご夫婦、グループの参加でした。移動のバス車内も驚くほど静かでまったりできて良かったです。

北海道滞在期間のとても良い思い出になりました！
次回は家族みんなで参加したい！そう思えたツアーでした！

初めて参加したので、色々と不安がありましたが、とても楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。
バス内でも、皆さん静かにされてて良かったですし、時間通りに集合し誰1人と時間に遅れる事がありませんでした。
ガイドさんではありませんが、会社の付き添いの方が居て安心しました。日本語、中国語、英語、韓国語で全ての方にアナウンスされててとても分かりやすかったです。色々な国の方が参加されていましたが、楽しめました。

Due to summer vacation, each theme park was extremely crowded. At Pineapple Park, I honestly couldn't take my time to enjoy it and had to rush to buy souvenirs. Even so, my grandchild was very happy and said they had fun. Churaumi Aquarium was also as crowded as expected. Still, my grandchild said they enjoyed it. On Kouri Island, the sea was beautiful. Although we couldn't swim, it was a lovely place. However, I thought that a two-hour drive to the first theme park was a bit too long.

夏休みということもあり、各テーマパークは激混み。パイナップルパークでは正直ゆっくり見るということができず、慌ただしくお土産も慌てて買うような状況。それでも、孫は、楽しかったとおおよろこびでした。美ら海水族館も、予想通り激混み。それでも、やはり孫は楽しかったと言ってました。古宇利島では、綺麗な海。海水浴はできなかったけど、綺麗な所です。
ただ、最初のテーマパークまで2時間は、ちょっと長すぎるかなと思います。

We participated as a group of four: two adults, one middle school student, and one elementary school student. In the morning, we went snorkeling around Balas Island and another coral-rich spot. In the afternoon, we had a canoeing experience in the mangroves. Since it was low tide in the mangroves, we were able to observe creatures like crabs and gobies. I suddenly wanted to go canoeing the day before and signed up, but I was glad we could experience both snorkeling and canoeing and have a full day of fun!

大人2人と中学生1人と小学生1人の4人で参加しました。
午前中にシュノーケリングでバラス島周辺ともう一つの珊瑚の多いポイントに行きました。
午後はマングローブでカヌー体験をしました。
マングローブでは、干潮だったのでカニやハゼなどの生き物を観察しました。
前日に急にカヌーがやりたくなって申し込んだんですが、シュノーケリングとカヌーの両方を体験でき1日遊べて良かったです！

It's a night tour that can be enjoyed by both children and adults!
The guide was adorable and very cute, and I had a wonderful evening with such a lovely guide.
I've always been afraid of insects, but I was truly moved to meet the natural creatures.
If you come to Iriomote Island, this is definitely a tour I would recommend!

I brought my own snorkeling gear, but they taught us everything from how to set it up, how to use it, to anti-fogging techniques.
Our guide, Hikaru, was incredibly kind. He was always attentive to my daughter, coming back to check on her when she got tired and quickly addressing any issues with water getting in (laughs). Thanks to his thorough care, we were able to have a fun time throughout!
We were also thrilled to finally see sea turtles and Nemo!
When we come back to Miyako, we would love to have your assistance again.
Additionally, the tacos and shaved ice from the shop you recommended were exquisite!

We participated as a couple in our 60s. Among various tours we looked into, this one had a 99% encounter rate, and it was great that participants under 65 were welcome! The tour started with some exercises, and we received lectures on how to take care of ourselves and the important things to protect the nature of Miyako Island. The staff were attentive, casually checking in with us, and when a participant felt unwell, they responded kindly and flexibly to ensure the tour continued smoothly. I felt this was a tour where we could participate with peace of mind. The tour guide, Yamachan, knows all the best spots to see sea turtles. Thanks to Yamachan, we were able to see sea turtles and many fish in several locations! Truly a sea turtle expert! He also took many great photos while we were diving. Was he a professional photographer? It was a very satisfying tour where we experienced many things that would be difficult to do on our own. Thank you, Yamachan and all the staff!

60代の夫婦で参加。いろいろツアーを探した中で、こちらは99%の遭遇率、しかも65歳未満まで参加ok！です。（素敵！）ツアーは、体操から始まり、自分の命を守る為に気をつけること、宮古島の自然を守る為に大切なことをレクチャーしていただきました。スタッフの方は、さりげなく目配りしてまめに声をかけてくださったり、ツアー参加者に体調不良者が出た時には、優しくまたツアーに支障が出ないように臨機応変に対応されたりする姿に、安心して参加できるツアーだと思いました。ツアースタッフの山ちゃんは、海亀に会えるポイントを知り尽くしてます。山ちゃんのおかげで、数カ所で海亀やたくさんの魚に会えました！さすが海亀博士です！また海に潜って良いショットの写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。プロのカメラマン？だったのかな？？個人では難しいことをたくさん経験できる大満足なツアーでした。山ちゃん、スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。

This time, we participated in a bus tour in Furano with three family members! Initially, we considered renting a car, but since Hokkaido is vast and moving around can be challenging, we chose the bus tour. After participating, I can say it was definitely the right choice! They took us to all the major sightseeing spots, and above all, it was really easy on our stamina. The lunch was delicious, and I have no complaints. There are time constraints for sightseeing, but if that doesn't bother you, I think I can recommend it!

I explored through the dense grass and thicket. Our guides, Shotaro and Rintaro, provided fun explanations, making for a very enjoyable time. I was also very satisfied to meet the coconut crab (it was huge!) that I thought I wouldn't get to see.

Then, we reached the coast and were greeted by a sky full of stars. The photos Shotaro took were amazing! Stargazing was truly a wonderful experience.

On the way back, we had the excitement of possibly encountering glowing firefly larvae and other animals, making the tour enjoyable until we returned. The children were also delighted, saying they had a great time with the guides.

The weather was nice, and we were able to enjoy snorkeling in the beautiful sea. It was our family's first time snorkeling, but our guide, Yurina, kindly gave us a lecture, and the children were able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I used it on the last day of my trip to Hokkaido, on a weekday. I had enough time before my flight at 5 PM. I really enjoyed the Jingu and the Olympic ski jump.

At Shiroi Koibito Park, there wasn't much time, and it was crowded with school trip students and Asian tourists. Be careful as there were long lines for souvenirs.

The outer market was quite disappointing if you imagine it like Tsukiji, so be cautious. I just killed time there and chose to eat at Ramen Yokocho without waiting around 3 PM after arriving at New Chitose Airport.

Overall, it was a nice tour on the last day.

白い恋人パークは時間も少なく修学旅行生、東洋系外国人旅行客でごった返してます。お土産はかなり列ができてますので注意が必要です。
場外市場は築地を、イメージするとかなりがっかりしますので注意が必要です。自分はひたすら時間潰すだけでした、15時ぐらいに新千歳空港についてラーメン横丁で待ちなしで食べる選択しました。
結果的には最終日にいい感じのツアーでした。

I visited around early July, when it felt like the rainy season was ending. I participated alone on a weekday.

The tour was great, especially at Lake Shikotsu, but personally, I think I would have preferred to explore on foot instead of taking the sightseeing boat.

I was very satisfied with Mount Usu and Lake Toya; the view from the observation deck at the end of the ropeway was truly beautiful. There are stairs to the observation deck, but the ascent is gentle. It does require some physical effort, but it's not a difficult course, so I encourage you to give it a try.

However, be aware that you need to line up for the return ropeway about 10 minutes in advance, so it's best to check your schedule carefully. I think it's a course worth experiencing at least once.

7月上旬梅雨明け？って感じの頃に利用しました。一人で平日参加です。
ツアーでは支笏湖は大変良かったのですが、自分的には遊覧船は乗らずに散策していた方が良かったかも、というスタートでした。
有珠山、洞爺湖については大満足でした、ロープウェイの先の展望台はホントにキレイでした。展望台までは階段有りですが緩やかな登りです。ちょっと体力使いますが無理なコースではありませんのでチャレンジしてみてください。
ただし帰りのロープウェイは10分ぐらい前から並びますのでスケジュールはしっかりと確認してからがいいと思います。
1度は廻ってみたいコースだと思います。

最後の竹富島での自由時間はプランをたててないとすぐに時間がなくなってしまうかもしれません。竹富島での自由時間はグラスボート（ツアー）＋水牛車（個人予約）でほとんど時間がなくなってしまい、お店にいったりビーチに行ったりはできませんでした。島内を散策したい人はレンタルサイクリング、　家屋をみながらゆっくり回りたい人は水牛がおすすめです。
グラスボートは熱帯魚やサンゴが見える地点まで連れて行ってもらい説明をしてもらいながらゆっくり見ることができました。小さいお子様連れの方にお勧めです。

時間がないけど1日で色んな島を見て回りたいという人におすすめのプランです。とても良い思い出になると思います。

On August 1st, I participated with my middle school son. We stayed in the Sapporo Station area, and accessing the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill seemed a bit troublesome, so we decided to join mainly for that.

First of all, Kaoru, the staff member! She had a very pleasant voice and way of speaking, and my son, who usually doesn't compliment people, secretly became a big fan of hers.

It was sunny in the morning, but it started raining just before the meeting time, so I was worried about whether we would enjoy it. However, the lift to the jump site in the rain became a memorable experience, and we were able to see Dr. Clark clearly once the rain stopped.

The anecdotes were very interesting, and to be honest, I didn't have high expectations, thinking of it merely as a means of transportation, but I highly recommend it for those who are undecided.

However, there is one point. The bus check-in counter was really hard to find when walking from inside the station. I checked the map on my phone multiple times and even used navigation, but you can easily miss it if you're coming from the north exit. I think it would be better to put up a simple sign on the back side as well. After finding it, I wondered why I didn't notice it right in front of me! That was the only disappointing point.

I can't go to Hokkaido often, but I was able to create wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

札幌駅周辺で連泊し、羊ヶ丘展望台に行くにはアクセスが面倒そうで…他はオマケ程度で参加を決めましたが。

まずは、係のカオルさん！とても心地の良いお声と話し方で、あまり人を褒めない息子が密かに大ファンになっておりました。

午前中は晴れていたのに、集合時間前位から雨が降ってしまい、楽しめるか心配でしたが、雨の中のジャンプ台までのリフトも思い出ですし、クラーク博士も雨が上がりしっかりとみれましたし。

小話もとても面白く、失礼ながら移動手段程に考えて、あまり期待はしていなかったのですが、迷ってる方でしたら是非ともオススメです。

ただ、1点。
チェックインをして下さいという、、バスの窓口が、駅構内から歩いてくると本当に解らないです。
何度も携帯で地図をみて、ナビまでしましたが、、北口の外からじゃないと見落とします。
裏側にも、簡易的にでも名称を貼っておいた方がいいと思います。見つけた後は何故こんな真正面で気付かないのか！？と思う位置にありますが、そこだけが 残念な点でした。

なかなか北海道には、行けないですが、良い思い出を作る事が出来ました。ありがとうございました。

The hotel pickup was on time. Since participants from Veltra had already paid at Ishigaki Port Terminal, we were able to board immediately without waiting in line at the counter.

The mangrove tour on Iriomote Island had thorough explanations and was very interesting. The bus driver to Yubu Island also provided a detailed sightseeing guide while driving safely. The water buffalo cart crossing to Yubu Island was leisurely, and it was a pleasant time listening to the crew's stories and island songs.

Lunch was a delicious bento in a cool, spacious restaurant. It was hot outside, but you could relax with a beer for an extra charge. There was also an ice cream shop that offered tasty treats. On the return trip, the boat stopped at Taketomi Island, where most passengers disembarked. Since we were on a two-island tour, we headed straight back to Ishigaki. The return bus had about an hour of waiting time to accommodate those coming from Taketomi, but we were free to board whenever, so we took a taxi back to the hotel as we were tired.

Overall, the timing was just right for visiting the two islands. I was very satisfied and think this is a recommended tour.

西表島でのマングローブ遊覧は丁寧な説明がありとても面白かったです。由布島までのバスの運転手の方も丁寧に観光案内しながら安全運転でした。由布島へわたる水牛車はのんびりで、乗務員の方のお話や島唄を聞きながら心地よい時間でした。昼食は涼しい広めのレストランでのお弁当ですがとても美味しかったです。外は暑いので別料金でビール飲んでまったりできます。アイスクリーム屋さんもあり美味しいです。帰りの船は竹富島に寄り、ほとんど下船されました。我々は2島ツアーなのでまっすぐ石垣へ。帰りのバスは竹富経由の皆様に合わせているため1時間ほど時間がありますが乗車は自由とのことで、我々は疲れたのでタクシーでホテルへ戻りました。時間的には丁度よい感じで2島を回れました。とても満足できます、お勧めのツアーだと思います。

During the drive, the guide shared interesting and detailed stories about the wildlife, stars, and the charm of Ishigaki Island, which helped us learn a lot.

I was prepared for the harshness of Kyoto in midsummer, but it was beyond my expectations. I was very satisfied to visit four classic attractions in just one day. The guide kindly explained the sights not only in English but also in Japanese. Despite the heat, they maintained a smile and engaged with the participants, which was wonderful.

During my last trip to Miyako Island, I couldn't see many stars due to the brightness of the moon, so this time I came to enjoy the starry sky! I made a last-minute reservation, but I was very grateful for the polite response I received. When I arrived at the meeting place and saw the starry sky, I was truly amazed. It was the first time in my life that I could see the Milky Way with my own eyes, and both my husband and I were deeply moved!!! We were able to capture this emotion in photos, creating the best memories. Even though we hadn't decided on anything, you suggested wonderful ways to take pictures and even played background music, allowing us to enjoy the shoot to the fullest. I am extremely satisfied with the finished photos!!! I will never forget this night! I would definitely love to do this again. Thank you so much!

前回宮古島旅行に来た際は月の明るさで星があまり見えなかったので、今回の旅行では星空を楽しみに訪れました！急遽予約させて頂きましたが、とても丁寧に対応して頂きありがとうございました。集合場所に着き、星空を見た時は本当に驚きました。人生で初めて肉眼で天の川を見ることができ、夫婦共々感動！！！この感動をしっかり写真に納めて頂き、最高の思い出を残す事ができました。何も決めてない私達に素敵な撮り方を提案して頂き、BGMまで流して頂き、最高の気分で撮影ができました。出来上がりの写真を見て大大大満足です！！！この夜の事は一生忘れません！また是非お願いしたいです。本当にありがとうございました！
