The stars were more beautiful than I had imagined, and it was wonderful! I didn't have any poses prepared, but I was given recommendations for poses and was able to take lovely photos! I was moved by the stunning pictures that exceeded my expectations! It became the best memory of my trip. Thank you very much!

I finally made it to Cape Kamoi, but due to the heat, time, and my own stamina, I decided to turn back before reaching the tip and enjoyed some delicious ice cream instead. There were others who managed to make the round trip. The beauty of the sea was stunning, looking as if the sugar-coated ocean was connected to the sky. I also had an interesting visit to Tanaka Sake Brewery and was able to purchase yogurt sake. Overall, it was an efficient and mostly peaceful trip, but at Hamazushi, there was a foreigner filling their pot with tea, and since it wasn't replenished, others couldn't drink later. Afterward, the guide gave a warning in Japanese, but it felt meaningless. General notices for foreigners were initially announced in English (though the tea issue was understandably not included), but I thought it would be good to have printed notices in other languages, including reminders about keeping to the meeting time. There were also quite detailed warnings about chatting among companions, which I appreciated as a solo traveler, but it didn't resonate with the foreigners. The tour itself was good, but I felt there was room for improvement in that regard.

念願の神威岬でしたが、暑さと時間、自分の体力の関係で、先端まで行くのは断念して引き返し、美味しいアイスクリームを食べました。頑張って往復された方もいました。海の美しさは衝撃的で、砂糖をまぶした海が空と繋がっているかのように見えました。田中酒造も興味深く見学させていただき、ヨーグルトのお酒を購入できました。効率よく概ね平和な旅でしたが、浜寿司で、お茶をマイポットに満たしておられる外国人の方がいて、補充されず後の方が飲めなくなりました。事後にガイドさんから日本語で注意がありましたが、日本語で意味あるの？という感じでした。外国人への一般的な注意事項は最初に英語の音声が流されましたが（お茶の件はさすがに入っていません）、集合時間厳守も含め、他の言語でもプリントにして渡す等の工夫があってもよいと思いました。仲間同士のお喋りについても、かなり細かな注意があって一人旅の私としては有り難かったのですが、外国人の方には通じていませんでした。内容的には良いツアーでしたが、その点は改善の余地があると感じました。

I was worried about the weather, so I made a reservation the day before, but the booking process went smoothly. I saw photos from others on social media and was really looking forward to it, but the starry sky was even more beautiful than I imagined, and I was truly moved. I was surprised to see the Milky Way with my own eyes! Thank you for taking such wonderful photos of the beautiful starry sky! I would definitely like to request this again when I visit Miyako Island!

天気が不安だったので、前日に予約しましたがスムーズに予約ができました。
他の方の写真をSNSでみて、とても綺麗だなと期待していましたが、想像以上に綺麗な星空で感動しました。
肉眼で天の川を見れるなんでびっくりです！

I highly recommend this for those visiting Okinawa for the first time! There were certainly moments when time felt short, but it didn't mean I couldn't enjoy myself, and I thought it would be nice to revisit places that caught my interest. The guide was also very kind and took photos for us. I'm glad I participated!

はじめて沖縄に行く方にとってもおすすめです！確かに時間は短く感じる場面もありましたが、楽しめない訳では無く、気になった場所には再度行くのも良いなと思いました。ガイドさんもとても親切な方で、写真なども撮っていただきました。参加して良かったです！

The sights are fascinating. You can immerse yourself in the natural wilderness of the mountains and lakes, which are all part of the unique geological formations, from the comfort of various vehicles. Throughout the journey, the tour guide acquainted us with Japanese culture.

I had always wanted to visit Gunkanjima. I had heard that sometimes you can't land due to the weather, but on the day of my visit, we were able to land safely, and we were fortunate to have a wonderful guide, making it a very meaningful day. The guide was well-versed in history, and it felt like I was attending a history lecture. The boat was large, and they provided tablets for heatstroke prevention. Additionally, we could also visit the digital museum at the same time, so it was a tour I highly recommend.

ずっと行きたかった軍艦島。天候により上陸できないこともあると聞いていましたが、当日は無事に上陸出来、素晴らしいガイドさんに恵まれて
とても有意義な一日となりました。
歴史にも精通されたガイドさんで、歴史の講義を聞いている
気持ちになりました。船も大きいですし、熱中症予防のタブレットも配ってくれ、デジタルミュージアムも同時に見学できるので、とてもお勧めできるツアーでした。

I was a bit worried about how it would feel to participate in such a packed plan that would be hard to manage individually. The first stop was Hell Valley in Noboribetsu. The smell of sulfur and the smoke were incredibly impressive. There were stairs and slopes, but there were handrails, so it was safe to walk.

Next, we visited Showa Shinzan and the Bear Ranch. Participation at the Bear Ranch was optional, but everyone joined in. It was fun to see the large bears up close and even feed them! I was surprised to see them raise their hands for food and perform tricks!

After that, we stopped by Lake Toya and enjoyed the canal in Otaru, doing some shopping... The tour guide was really kind, letting us know about great photo spots in advance, taking pictures for us, and recommending souvenirs.

We were blessed with good weather on the day, and thanks to the tour guide (who was from abroad) managing everything and being considerate, we had a great time. We were the only Japanese people in the group, but it was actually nice not to have to worry about that (laughs). This plan with the second person free is quite a bargain!

なかなか個人では回りきれない様な盛りだくさんプランで実際どんな感じなのだろうと内心、心配でした。
最初に行ったのが登別の地獄谷でした。
硫黄の匂いと煙が凄く迫力がありました。
階段や勾配がありましたが手摺りがあり、安全に歩けました。
次は昭和新山と熊牧場。熊牧場は希望者だけでしたが全員参加しました。大きな熊を間近で見れるのと餌やりが出来るので楽しめました！餌が欲しくて手を上げたり、芸？が出来るんだと驚きました！

あとは洞爺湖に寄り、小樽市内で運河を観たり買い物をしたり…
添乗員さんが撮影スポットを事前に教えてくれたり撮影してくれたり、おすすめのお土産を教えてくれたりと本当に親切にしてくれました。

当日は天気に恵まれ、添乗員さん（外国の方）の仕切りや配慮のお陰で楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。
日本人は私達だけでしたが、逆に気を遣わず良かったです(笑)
今回の2人目無料のプランはかなりお得です

Very professional and friendly guides!! And I feel like ANA has a complete visiting plan for the visitors. No doubt about that ANA base tour is the best airline base tour I have ever participated!!

It was a wonderful night tour!
We were able to see many creatures such as coconut crabs, Sakishima habu snakes, crabs, and hermit crabs.
We were blessed with good weather and were able to observe a sky full of stars in a nearby open park.
Lying on the grass while listening to the sound of the waves and watching the starry sky will be an unforgettable experience.
By the way, I heard there is a culture of eating coconut crabs, so I decided to try it the next night, and surprisingly, it was delicious!

素敵なナイトツアーでした！！
ヤシガニやサキシマハブ、カニ、オカヤドカリetcたくさんの生き物を観ることができました。
私たちは天候に恵まれ、近くの開けた公園で大きな空に満点の星空を観ることができました。
波の音を聴きながら芝生に横になって星空を観察した経験は忘れようのない出来事になると思います。
余談ですが、ヤシガニを食べる文化があると聞き次の日の夜には食べに行ってみました笑

The guide was from China, and the other tour participants were also mostly foreigners, but the guide was very kind and friendly. Although the guide was Chinese, they explained everything in Japanese, and their smile was wonderful, which made me feel comfortable participating.

ガイドさんは中国の方で他のツアーの人も外国の方ばかりでしたが、ガイドさんがとても親切で優しかったです。中国のガイドさんですが日本語で説明をしてくれて、笑顔もとても素敵で、安心して参加できました。

On the day of the experience, the weather was bad, and while we were on our way to the location, I thought it might be canceled due to the downpour. However, perhaps due to the island's unique weather changes, the rain stopped by the time we were set to begin. Although it was cloudy, the water was incredibly beautiful! We were told there was a 50% chance of seeing sea turtles, and I was thrilled to encounter a wild sea turtle. The tour guide made bubble rings for us, and we got some amazing photos. It was also my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding, and the female guide was very attentive and taught us carefully. Listening to her, it was clear how much she loves Miyako Island, and it made me want to visit again for sure.

体験当日は天候が悪く体験場所に向かってる途中もスコールで今回は中止になるかなと思ってました。でも島特有の天候が変わりやすさが影響したのか私たちが体験する時間には雨が上がり雲は多かったですが海の中はとても綺麗でした！！ウミガメも50%の確率で会えると言われてましたが野生のウミガメに会えて感動でした。ツアーガイドのお兄さんがバブルリングを作ってくれ素晴らしい写真を撮ってもらいました。supも初めて体験させてもらいましたが、丁寧に教えて頂き気配り上手な女性ガイドさんでした。話を聞いてると本当に宮古島が好きな事が伝わってきてまた必ず行きたいなと思わせて頂きました。

I think it's an attractive facility where you can experience vast nature. The trip became memorable with the 10 cm thick tomatoes that can yield 20,000 pieces, beautiful gardens, and sheepdog shows. However, I have one complaint about the farm tour staff. When I asked how long we would stop to explore the surroundings, I was firmly told, "Until you come back." Since it's a distance that can be walked easily, I don't think it's necessary to participate in the farm tour if it means feeling scared.

広大な自然が味わえる魅力的な施設だと思います。
20000個も収穫できる幹の太さが10cmのトマト、美しい庭園、牧羊犬ショーなど思い出深い旅になりました。
一点だけ、ファームツアーのスタッフには不満があります。
途中停車して周囲を散策する時間があり、何分ぐらい停車しますか？と聞いたところ、私が戻れというまでですと強い声色で返されました。
普通に歩いて回れる距離なので、怖い思いをしてまで敢えてファームツアーには参加しなくても良いと思います。

The staff were very kind, and the photos were wonderful. They provided detailed guidance on posing, and the explanations about the stars were easy to understand, allowing us to have a fantastic time. The starry sky and the Milky Way were breathtaking. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience! I would like to visit again for stargazing next time.

Among them, the guide's storytelling in the mangrove forest was very skillful, and I was so captivated by the mangroves that I ended up buying a seedling of the Yaeyama mangrove.

I spent a long time at the Churaumi Aquarium, and I can't forget the sparkling sea of Kouri Island. The tour guide and the driver were very pleasant, and the bus was comfortable, with good air conditioning. It was a wonderful tour. Thank you very much.

美ら海水族館での時間も長くて、古宇利島のキラキラした海が忘れらません。添乗員の方　運転手さん　とても感じの良い方たちでバスも快適な大型バス　クーラーもきいていて気持ちの良いツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

This was my first time participating. There were only three of us Japanese, and the remaining 20 to 30 people were Chinese and Korean. The tour guide was a Chinese student working part-time, and they could speak a little Japanese. However, the guide mostly slept in the vehicle and didn't explain the scenery around us, only providing the minimum necessary information about meeting times and arrival times!

To make matters worse, some passengers didn't keep to the schedule! A particular couple was repeatedly late, which prevented us from departing on time... I'm not sure if the guide said anything to them... It was disappointing because the sightseeing should have been enjoyable. However, it was still good that the second person was free.

日本人私達含め3人だけで残り2〜30名は中国人と
韓国人で、添乗員さんは学生アルバイトの中国の方でした。日本語は少し話せました。添乗員さんは車中寝てるばかりで周りに見える景色の説明をする事もなく、必要最低限の集合時間と到着時間の説明だけ！
極め付けは乗客が時間を守らない！それも同じカップルが何度も遅刻した為時間通りに出発も出来ず…
添乗員さんが注意したのかも定かではありませんが…
楽しいはずの観光が残念な気分になりました。
でも2人目無料だったのでまだ良かったです。

The meeting place was incorrect. This often happens with Veltra, but I wish they would provide more accurate information. The guide was friendly and entertaining.

集合場所が間違えてた。ベルトラではよくあるが、もっと情報を正確にして欲しい。ガイドさんは気さくで面白い方でした。

It was a tour that condensed the main tourist spots. I was worried about not having a lunch break, but it was great that we could take out food and eat on the bus. There wasn't much time to relax at each stop, but we had some time to enjoy the scenery and do a little shopping, so I was satisfied with the time allocation. I was able to try a bit of what I liked, such as sata andagi and taco rice, so I thought it was better than having a lunch break that would reduce sightseeing time. I had a lot of fun.

主要な観光場所をぎゅっとまとめたようなツアー。お昼ごはんの時間が入ってないからどうするのかな、と思って心配だったけど、テイクアウトしてバス内で飲食可だったので良かったです。要所要所でゆっくりする時間はないけど、景色見て少し買い物する時間はあって、時間配分も満足でした。サーターアンダギーやタコライスなど少しずつ自分好みの物を食べれたからお昼ごはんの時間があって観光時間が減るよりいいなと思いました。楽しかったです。

We are travelers from Taiwan.
On August 15, we participated in a one-day sightseeing tour with our parents.
Fortunately, we had the wonderful guide Lisa and the driver Kurata.
Lisa provided detailed explanations about each sightseeing spot, took beautiful photos at each location, and shared her recommended must-try gourmet foods from Hokkaido. We are truly grateful!
Driver Kurata was very stable and comfortable in his driving. When we got off at each sightseeing spot, he would say "Have a good time" and "Welcome back," which gave us a sense of security as if we were returning home.

The tour arranged by the travel company was also fantastic, and we were lucky to have good weather, making every sightseeing spot very beautiful.

Thanks to Lisa and Kurata, our one-day tour was perfectly concluded.

8月15日に両親を連れて1日観光ツアーに参加しました。
幸運にも素晴らしいガイドのLisaさんと、ドライバーの倉田さんに出会うことができました。
Lisaさんは各観光地についてとても詳しく説明してくれ、各場所で美しい写真を撮ってくれたり、彼女おすすめの北海道の必食グルメを教えてくれたりしました。本当に感謝しています！
ドライバーの倉田さんは、運転が非常に安定していて快適でした。観光地ごとに降車する際には「いってらっしゃい」と「ただいま」と声をかけてくれ、まるで家に帰るような安心感がありました。

旅行会社が手配したツアーの内容も素晴らしく、幸運にも天気が良くて、どの観光地もとても美しかったです。

Lisaさんと倉田さんのおかげで、私たちの1日ツアーは完璧に締めくくられました。

I couldn't visit Jomon Sugi until September 6 due to Typhoon No. 10. I was finally able to meet it. I also got along well with the people I went on the tour with, and it was the best experience! Thank you.

Despite the ongoing cancellations due to typhoon damage, thanks to the efforts of local tour guide volunteers, I was able to participate in the tour safely✨ The hiking trails were in such good condition that you couldn't tell there had been any typhoon damage, allowing even beginners to progress smoothly. Additionally, the encouraging words from the guide and the fun conversations about Yakushima made the 10-hour tour enjoyable from start to finish! I received so much energy not only from Jomon Sugi but also from the power of the forests of Yakushima. Thank you very much♪

台風の被害で催行中止が続いていた中、現地ツアーガイドの有志ボランティアの皆さんのご尽力のかいあり、無事ツアーに参加することができました✨
登山道も台風被害があったことが分からないくらい、しっかりされていてハイキング初心者でもサクサク進むことができました。またガイドの方の励ましのお言葉や楽しい屋久島トークもあり、10時間のツアーは終始楽しくすごさせていただきました！
縄文杉だけではなく屋久島の森が持つたくさんのパワーをいただきました。

We participated as a couple, but aside from us, there were only foreign guests, and the explanations on the bus were in Chinese, which surprised and made us anxious. However, the tour guide was kind and responded with a smile, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. It was disappointing that the sightseeing boat couldn't go into the rocks due to the weather, but we were able to talk and bond with other guests, which made us feel like we were on an overseas trip, creating very enjoyable memories. 夫婦二人で参加したのですが、私たち以外、外国の方ばかりで、バス内の説明も中国語だったので、驚き&不安になりましたが、添乗員さんが優しく笑顔で対応してくださったので、安心して過ごすことが出来ました。遊覧船が天候の為か岩の中まで入って行けず残念でしたが、他のお客様ともお話したり仲良く出来て、逆に海外旅行気分になり、とても楽しい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

I think this is a very good tour because you can efficiently visit in the morning and make good use of your time in the afternoon. This is my second time as a repeat visitor, and during my first visit, I couldn't ride the lift at the Okurayama Jump Stadium due to strong winds, so I was glad to be able to ride it this time. At the Shiroi Koibito Park, there isn't enough time at all, so I think it's important to move efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend this bus tour.

午前中に効率よく周れて、午後からの時間も有効に使えるのでとても良いツアーだと思います。
2回目のリピーターなのですが、1回目は強風のため大倉台ジャンプ台のリフトに乗れなかったので今回乗ることが出来て良かったです
白い恋人パークは時間が全く足りませんので効率よく動くの大切だと思います。
総じて、とてもおすすめのバスツアーだと思います。

It was quite a good experience.
The charging facilities on the bus were very nice.
The lunch at the Highland Resort Hotel at the 5th Station of Mount Fuji and the sightseeing boat on Lake Kawaguchi were also great.
The disappointing part was that there wasn't enough time to ride the cable car at Lake Kawaguchi.

なかなかいい体験でした。
バス中の席に充電設備も用意してあり大変良かった。
また富士山５号目、ハイランドリゾートホテルのランチ、河口湖の遊覧船も良かった。
残念なところは時間なくて、河口湖のロープウェイを乗れなかった。

Since the destination is only Shirakawa-go, there are limited places to see.

Meals are included, but you shouldn't have high expectations.

行き先が白川郷のみなので、観るところは限られます。

食事が付いていますが、期待しない方がいいです。

This time, two of us girls participated. The tour guide's service was excellent, and it was a very enjoyable and satisfying tour. I would like to participate again.

While heading towards the jungle, it was raining, and I was wondering what would happen, but I was able to see the Milky Way, the Summer Triangle, and many shooting stars, as well as a lot of coconut crabs. It was the best experience on my first day in Ishigaki Island. Additionally, I was given many recommendations for shops and tourist spots in Ishigaki Island while in the car, making it a very enjoyable time!

ジャングルに向かっている時は雨が降っていて、どうなることかと思いましたが、天の川と夏の大三角形、流れ星も見ることができ、ヤシガニもたくさん見られて、石垣島初日で最高の経験が出来ました。また、車内でも石垣島のおすすめのお店や観光スポットをたくさん教えていただき、とても楽しい時間でした！

I was very happy to see three coconut crabs! The stargazing was also blessed with good weather, and I was able to see the stars beautifully. I also learned some tips on how to take beautiful photos!

The itinerary was packed, and it felt a bit overwhelming to cover everything in one day. The heat also made me feel a bit fatigued in the second half. While time constraints can't be helped, I felt that taking it slow and exploring the islands would be more enjoyable.

時間の制約があれば仕方ありませんが、ゆっくり離島はまわる方が楽しいだろうと感じました。
